after reading light and new world last night im literally here after rereading new world because whatever emotional turmoil it put me through at the end wasnt enough clearly i had to experience it again. u are actually a master of this craft bc writing such intricate stories w such beautiful symbolism omg im obsessed, i did already mention im usually a silent reader but here i am breaking my silence a second time because i need to gush about ur stories immediately. when mc asks hongjoong ab if he really did love her n they do their whole maybe i did maybe i did too blabla felt so final but also so ambiguous at the same time i absolutely loved it so much!! the way i was honestly expecting hongjoong to backstab mc after his coronation and still felt surprised he actually did it as if both of them arent the most red flag terrible immoral people ever😭 like yes it did hurt reading he was ready to execute mc even if she was already going behind his back from the beginning?? mingi and woojins part during the execution scene left such an impact on me they way mingi signals ab the bluebirds u have done it again!!! taken my breath away!!! and also please dont be alarmed when i go leave an aggressively lengthy message on another one of ur stories apologies in advance for the word vomit‼️💟

omg yes. writing the ending for new world was such a challenge (tragedy always is) but at the same time, it came very naturally. like that's the ending they deserved, and it was a beautiful one imo, especially with the hint that they loved each other despite everything, that the blue birds won, etc etc. it was predictable if you think about it, yet the way it played out it perhaps what made it so special and what made the readers (and you) appreciate it and i'm glad that i was able to do a good job!

i love love loveeeee when guys act all buff and strong in front of their peers but when their loved ones face them they can’t help but soften and be drooly and shit, this literally goes to kiba and naruto. they melt at their sightttt!!! like that one tiktok: “stannn, i can’t do this alone…” “oh no we’re losing him!!”

i love your mind because, yes; kiba and naruto are secretly SO baby and nobody can tell me otherwise.

though i do feel like naruto would be more comfortable with showing it than kiba? he strikes me as someone who’d be more open with his feelings, while kiba is more complex with it and for some reason prefers to appear unapproachable with his stupid ‘i don’t need no bitches, i’m a broski 4life’ persona?

either way, as soon as they’re alone with you, they’re immediately dropping the tough guy act and turning all soft and gushy and sweet. super clingy and touchy, too. they want to be cuddled and kissed all over but will never admit it. you call them baby once and all of a sudden they feel like they’ll drop dead!

and then as the relationship progresses, they ease into showing it in public as well — again, naruto way earlier than kiba. i think they’re both such loverboys at heart but in completely different ways. like i truly do believe that if they fall in love with you, they’re completely, utterly smitten. you make their chests hurt and their stomachs twist. their pupils expand to the size of dinner plates and their breathing quickens whenever you smile at them or look at them for too long. the sound of your laughter makes their pulse hammer in their ears.

it’s overwhelming because they feel everything at a 100%! naruto gets straight up dizzy, kiba turns so red that his entire face itches from the rush of blood and the cute aggression that he starts feeling at the mere sight of you; that sort of thing, you know?

love drives them batshit crazy and while one tries to fight it and pretends that it’s not a big deal, and the other embraces it with open arms and allows it to consume him fully, they both end up falling just as deep at the end of the day. it’s just very intense and it makes them vulnerable.

Happy 1 Year Author-versary to meeee

It was earlier this month but one year ago this Sept silly little KP posted her first chapter of CYFMH not knowing the community and friends that I would gain from it. It's been such a fun time and I feel so so lucky to be in this fandom 🥹 I apologize for being MIA recently as second year of my master's degree is kicking my ass, but I'm still around and hope to be back and more visible eventually, if not as soon as I'd like. May 2024 and I'm a free womannnn.

I’m sure you’ve answered before, but HOW! did you get your hands on all of these scripts!!!

short answer: i'm friends with some of the kids in the hall, bruce mcculloch specifically let me help organize some of his old kids in the hall stuff in storage and as thanks he let me take home several of the original scripts for kids in the hall sketches!

long answer: somehow got in contact with paul bellini two years ago via the youtube comments for his band "mouth congress," we ended up meeting on zoom and becoming friends since i'm also a queer comedy writer and he's a huge inspiration to me. i ended up meeting scott thompson on new year's eve 2022 and about a month later after seeing a live performance of his buddy cole one-man-show i somehow had the audacity to pitch a buddy cole documentary to him (i was barely 20 years old at the time and had never made a documentary before) and somehow both scott and paul thought it was a great idea and said yes.

then i met bruce a few months later when he had a one-man-show at a theater next to the college i go to, i interviewed him on zoom beforehand (i told him it was for my school paper but that was a lie i was never involved with the school paper lmao) and literally by the end of that 30 minute conversation he was like "ok you are my mentee now please tell me all about the stuff you're working on because i want to help you succeed as a comedian" and i was like well actually the main thing i'm working right now is a documentary with scott and paul about buddy cole so bruce was like alright awesome i'm gonna sign on as an executive producer and help you get a budget and interview people

since then i've been traveling up to toronto on average once every two months (sometimes it's been longer between trips but i also spent literally the entirety of july in canada this year. i'm from the US btw and had never been to canada until i met paul) and every time i'm in town i end up seeing at least one of the kids in the hall during my trip. i'm actually planning on moving to canada once i graduate from college (it's my last semester) so yeah kids in the hall has very literally changed my life lmao

currently still working on putting together the buddy cole documentary - i'm traveling up to toronto next weekend to do my main interviews with scott and paul, then when the kids in the hall are all in town together in november i'll finally get to meet mark, kevin, and dave and interview them. making this documentary has been such a wild experience, i never expected to be able to genuinely call the kids in the hall my friends but now it's at a point where scott, paul, and bruce are basically my family. paul gives me feedback on basically every comedy sketch i write and i even got to perform with scott last summer (despite him never having seen or read my comedy before that performance, like what the hell how did he have that much confidence in me lmao)

i post updates on the making of my buddy cole doc on here all the time so definitely stay tuned for that, and i hope this context makes my random scott-posting make a lot more sense
