You know, I rly fuckin love how the gomens fandom draws our favourite angel and demon. Yall make their faces the same whether they're fem, masc or in between. No matter what bits or parts they have. Even ineffable wives art is so recognisably THEM. And as someone upon whom aging is coming up on, seeing folk drawing their wrinkles and rolls and stretch marks and folds of skin and so on makes my heart sing cos aging is so attractive especially as you yourself get older. I hope young people take that kn board life doesn't end at 39, it begins, no matter what the adverts and influences tell you.

I hope we get a lil peek of David's salt n pepper hair through crowleys red next season. I hope aziraphale gets to smile lots so crowley can kiss his crows feet. I hope the fandom continues to draw and write them authentically to their TV show appearances. I hope David and Michael are bolstered irl by the way we look at their aging and adore everything about it.

I can't normally share my studies because I'd very much need to get permission from the original creators I'm studying from to post them. But this time since it was a movie I can get away with it >:D Nothing too exciting, I just pulled up a fight sequence from the Cowboy Bebop movie and drew frames that looked interesting. It was fun for shutting my braincell off but still feeling like I was doing something to move forward :)

Getting them is about as safe as any other major surgery; certain amount of risk, yadda yadda. There's more details that would sway an answer, if this were something currently going on -- like the cost, can you sub out these prosthetics if they ever halt production, do you need medication to retain them, blah blah-- but, here? This is wish fulfillment. If you have something that hurts, or you wish you could just fix or swap out, you get to have it, just this once.

Just imagining Frank tryna study a butterfly and in the corner of his eye he just sees Wally under a tree staring at him with a laser focus. Wally's eyes are no longer half-lidded, they r blown full open and Frank can't help but feel a bit confused, dread creeping up his spine. Without breaking eye contact, Wally scribbles something on paper before standing up and walking over to Frank. Frank breaks into a cold sweat--his breathing going faster and his body going full fight or flight mode--before Wally rips out a page and hands it to Frank, asking him if he likes it. Wally's eyes droop once more, and Frank could feel himself breathe again. He looks down to see an impressive portrait of him, and he gives Wally an uneasy smile, saying it was wonderful. Wally smiles back.

Opens my eyes again. I can’t believe there r people that genuinely hate rook hunt for voting for rsa specifically. I mean ppl can and will interpret media differently and have their own thoughts and opinions so I can’t be fussy and say they’re wrong for thinking differently than i do. Idk if anyone talked about it but like on an impulse's stream a few days ago I guess ppl were pointing out how light skinned bdubs' character was on that graffiti and scar was confused by that, and on impulse's stream he actually mentioned it to him bc bdubs himself didn't actually think about it. Obvious from a viewer pov we notice the difference between him model skin versus that graffiti, it's obviously different. But from the irl perspective, and someone I wondered about myself, is that bdubs' was like. "idk if I'm white" lol. And it's a valid thing to question tbh and I hope some fans here heard that. He knows he has middle eastern descent and he recognizes that but it seems he never thought about whether or not he considers himself white or not, especially in the context of not thinking twice about the block color on the wall. I'm not saying this to make any kinda point I'm just mentioning it bc I found it interesting hear him actually kinda address that fact

something that's been weighing on my mind ever since learning about the situation with ezra / toonimal is seeing how these predators will take the active hostility that is frequently directed towards minors in online spaces to their advantage and use it to prey on vulnerable children. i think that we as adults in online fandom should probably come together and maybe rethink the language / manner we go about interacting with kids bc clearly the way things are rn is causing active harm.

like obviously, if you're an adult and aren't comfortable with minors interacting with you or your content, you should be allowed to set that boundary and should be vocal about it, ( especially if the content you create isn't safe for them to consume. ) but i don't think talking to them like they're a blight on all that is good and holy is the way to go about it. maybe just saying you're an 18 plus account will suffice, you don't have to tell them to fuck off.

"oh i cant believe youre talking about spoiling an adaptation of a book that came out 100 years ago" listen man every single time theres a New Adaptation theres gonna be people who never read/watched/heard of the original who will not know the plot beats. yes i realize they have had a ton of time to have read/watched/heard of the thing if the original book is 100 years old but like. im sure theres plenty of shit youve missed too. every adaptation is gonna be SOMEONES first time experiencing it. chill and realize that yeah it doesnt matter how old something is, Not Everyone Will Have Experienced It. and its fine if they like, dont wanna hear about x characters death before they see it on screen for the first time.

hhhh talking about my writing was fun but 30 tags is not enough.. yes i have 3 major influences but i have minor ones too.. it is a lovechild of my favorite things.. writing is so fun and i have no self control or a concept of pacing myself i will sit there for 16 hours and get hit with every status effect but by god does it all just flow out of me. I've always been a music person yes but i also used to write a lot into early adulthood until The Incident™

but i am ready 2 jump back into it. i think comics are a great middle ground between the two mediums so i don't get As into writing bc i kind of started going crazy last time 🫡 i can take a more structured approach to it that forces me to pace myself and think about it differently. i love art.... i love making things i love knowing how to do things i love knowing how to play things i love having so many creative outlets, even if i don't do a lot of them regularly lol. it is enriching 😳 and nice to know that it's always there to come back to when u want.
