I didn't really feel like writing out a whole fic so here's hcs shawties

Tumblr media
- You guys probably met at a show, party, or through friends - You start off as a fling like how he had with Sandy. A set of rules, it's an open relationship, but not really a relationship? After all, posers don't fall in love. - Even though he claims to not be in love - Again it'd be an instance where he sees you doing the dirty deed with another person like how it was with Sandy that he'd realize he's in love with you - It's at a show. A random person comes up to you. You've got a buzz and they're kinda hot, so you go at it. - Stevo, standing around with Bob and Mike sees this and something snaps - He's the only one who's allowed to have you like that. This is the first time he's actually seen you with someone else - Wasn't he the one that said the relationship is open? - He comes over and rips the poor person off of you before you even get at it and gives them a beating while the band plays in full fuckin swing in the background lol - You stare at him, frozen. Was he going to hit you next? Did you do something wrong? - After a few seconds you yell at him to stop, they didn't do anything wrong?? so wtf was he doing?? - They're a bloody pulp on the ground and you just stare at him. "Why did you do that?" - You're not even mad, just... confused. - He walks off, clearly angry. You lean against the grimy wall for a moment before pushing yourself off and heading over to Bob and Mike. - They’re just like 😐🧍‍♂️ - "What's up with Stevo? Did he say anything to you guys?" - Mike just shrugs and Bob speaks up. - "I don't know man, one second he was over here then he just fuckin' bolted over there like the flash or something."
~
- The next few days he avoids you like you're the plague. You even show up at his shared apartment with Bob, and Bob was the only one there, saying that he had to go do something
- The next time you see him is at an afterparty Trish hosted talking with Mark. You approach him from behind and tap his shoulder, causing him to turn around. He was initially going to yell at whoever the fuck just interrupted him conversation with the other man, but he looked shocked. You ask to talk with him privately, and the two of you step outside into the cool night. - "So... are you gonna tell me why you fucked that person up at that show? I thought we had an agreement on your own terms?" - "Hey- Our terms, you agreed to them. I just- I don't like seeing others on my territory is all-" - "So i'm your territory now? Is that how it is? I thought our little fling was open," you laugh at him. - He thins his lips and looks away. "I didn't mean it like that it just, ugh," He was the one who set up most of the rules, most importantly, the open relationship one. - "All you had to do was ask to be exclusive with me, Stevo. It's not suddenly going to make you a poser or something." - He'd roll his eyes. "Only posers fall in love. I'm not no fucking poser, " - "Who said anything about falling in love? As much as i'd like it to be... a love thing. I guess you could already call me a poser." - He's in shock?? - Someone in love with him???? no way - On the inside he's going crazy but he kinda acts like he brushed it off - One of his large hands runs through the back of his spikey blue hair. He's embarrassed as fuckk - "I uh,,, don't mind being a bit of a poser with you." - You snicker. "A bit of a poser? Just a bit? Come on," you shove his shoulder. - “Most people who say they’re in love aren’t really into it... but... we are, right? I don’t think that makes us posers.” - You can hear him giggling. So you've won him over.
~
- Yawl in poser love as fuck - After you guys are officially exclusive and in total poser love he's a lot more affectionate in private and he comes over to your fucking house so much? - Bob probably picks on him like "wow and u called me a poser" - He'd probably convince you to match stuff with him like the dyed hair or jewelry or something - He's secretly such a basic bitch omg - "Omg baby look at these necklaces lets get 2 and match so everyone knows" - You, looking down at yawls matching clothes - "Dude, we look more like siblings than anything..." - If it was 2021 he'd probably say some sappy shit in ur dms like "ur my little sussy poser" to be funny 😐😐😐 - I mean it kinda is...? - Whenever Bob is talking about Trish to him he just one ups him about you like - "Trish told me this rly cool thing the other da-" - "OH YEAH???? WELL MY S/O DID THIS AND THAT AND TH-" - Bob is just 😐😐😐😐 - Def shows you off to his friends like - "Hey hey hey Eddie check them out" - "Doesn't being in love make you a poser or whatever?" Eddie says with a hint of sass - "WE AREN'T FUCKING POSERS!! WE'RE IN REAL LOVE UNLIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS SHITTY TOWN!!" as he starts going on one of his rants about the system and how most love is fake but you guys will never split up over anything ever because you're so in love its unreal - Bro calm down it's not that deep - Like everyone is looking over here and Bob is giving you a look and is about to say something about how totally in real love he's in with Trish - Shut the fuck up pplease shut the fuck up shut the fuck up
~
- After Bobs death you're there to comfort him. He calls you on the phone and tells you what happened through sobs. - You rush over immediately after Bobs body had been taken out - You guys lay on his bed and he just sobs into your chest while clinging you like you'd disappear if he didn't hold on tight enough - "He was my only friend, what the fuck am I supposed to do know?" - "Me and everyone else is here, don't worry. Let it all out." - You're running your hands through his wild hair and letting him cry. You were convinced he had fallen asleep until he asked if he could stay over at your place so he wouldn't have to stay and be reminded of Bob - Ofc you let him. Why tf wouldn't you bruh - He tells you that he's gonna go to Harvard like his parents wanted him to. He wants you to come with him - If you can, he's ecstatic. You guys are gonna get married and have kids and have such a nice family!!! - If you can't, he promises he'll be back. He'll visit every time he can.  - But ofc... ik most of yawl would be like "omg... im totally going with him...!" stares at Pierrot 😐😑😐 - Yall would totally have a kid who WOULD make a cameo in the second movie.. do not argue with me on this...

Only Posers Fall In Love Part 2-Stevo x Reader (SLC Punk)
A/N: Part 2 to the SLC Punk one shot is here. I'm just in love with punk Matthew Lillard so I finally wrote the last part. Hope I did justice with it's conclusion and story.
Tumblr media
I thought this party would go great but it didn't. Just earlier we made it to a punk show with Bob, Mike and Steve of course who was quick to pick on some girl and have sex with her. I looked away angry at him being like this, the punk band continued to play while I looked away but not a minute went by when there was chaos as usual.
Bob went on stage and both him the vocalist began to punch each other. This caused Mike to go ahead and knowing him he could punch anyone in his way.
Mike punched and kicked the vocalist away from Bob. Steve fixed his pants and went ahead to do the same. "Fuck! Guys the police are here!" I called out when I heard the sirens.
"Shit!"
Everyone freaked out and began to run away from various exits. "(Y/N), lets go!" I heard Bob shout at me from the window.
I got up since someone pushed me to the ground and ran over to the window. "Come on jump." Steve said. I looked down at him and I placed my hands around his neck and he grabbed my waist helping me down.
If it weren't for this situation I would be going crazy over him. We ran away and then went to the party which is where we are now.
The girl Steve fucked is named Sandy and he kept talking to her. I was alone drinking since Bob left me to talk to the older girl he liked, Trish.
Why can't Steve look at me the same way he looks at that girl? "Fuck it" I told myself and started drinking a couple of beers and sat down alone.
Few hours went by I guess and both my friends helped me up to our apartment. The three of us were drunk, as soon as we arrived Bob fell onto his mattress.
I fell on top of Steve's and moaned when I felt him kissing my neck and going future down taking my clothes off alone with his. Steve was drunk and I was a bit sober to know what was going on between us at the moment.
I savored the moment and kissed him back as I ran my hands up to his dyed blue hair and wrapped my arms around him when he entered me and started thrusting into me at a rapid pace.
********
The birds started chirping and I opened my eyes and saw that it was day time. I slowly say up and remembered I was naked and so was Steve to my left. I ran my hands over my pink hair and lovingly stared at him.
Steve started to move and when he opened his eyes he knew what was wrong when he saw my bare back.
"Shit!" He cursed out loud and ran his hands to his hair. "Fucking shit."
I stared at him confused and he got the message. "Shit, (Y/N). We had sex."
"Is that a bad thing?" I ask him and getting defensive about it.
Steve began cursing to himself some more an grabbed his blanket and got up covering himself in the process. "You don't get it do you? "
"What do you mean by that? You constantly sleep with girls why am I any different?!" I raised my voice and glared up at Steve when I stood up and covered myself with my oversized t-shirt.
"Because you're you. I fucked up." I felt my heart break. "I knew it i did this I would fuck things up between us."
"Fuck things between us? Steve for the longest time you've said that only posers fall in love..well maybe I am one because I love you! I have for the longest time now."
I stepped closer but he stepped back quick almost afraid to touch me. "You think I never noticed that?" He sarcastically said and laughed to himself and rubbed his face looking angrier.
"I knew you liked me from the start, you think a guy like me would be interested in you? Please (Y/N)! I've always considered you as a sister to me."
That's when my heart broke.
I stared up at Steve who closed his eyes and punched the bridge of his nose. I could tell he wanted to punch someone or anything.
"Steve?"
"Get out."
Steve looked down at me with a serious expression and I began to cry. "Get the hell out!" He shouted. I flinched a bit and wanted to say so many things to him but nothing came out of me.
I ran away from him and packed my bags and luckily Bob was awake and heard the conversation. He gave me a small smile and hugged me, "Come on. I know a place where you can sleep."
Bob fully introducede to Trish his now girlfriend and we quickly got along. It wasn't long when I began to tell Trish about my feelings for Steve. His punk style has gotten to his head and it's the reason why he's never had a real relationship. He's fucked so many people over including his parents and decided to just forget them.
Days went by without speaking to Steve or seeing him around. I would help Trish in her shop and would occasionally spot Sean around living as a hobo and he no longer has his bright neon green hair, his hair was back to his natural blonde.
"Here I did it myself and here's some for later." I handed Sean sone lunch I made and han de him some cash.
His blue eyes lit up and I felt bad, it's sad how his life literally turned upside down to him. "Whoa thanks (Y/N). You know, I always favored you between Bob and Steve."
I chuckled at his kind words and returned the hug he gave me. "You're too kind, Sean. I'll see you around okay?"
Sean nodded and gave me a smile. I glanced back as I walked back to Trish's shop and saw Sean happily eating his meal. I noticed Steve walking with Sandy side by side and quickly I crossed the street.
I shoved my hands into my sweater and glanced back to look at Steve on the other side of the street.
Steve did the same so I quickly looked away and continued moving forward.
I miss him.
*********
Today we were invited to another party. I finished dying my hair back to black and heard Trish knock on my door. "You ready?"
I hesitated but nodded my head. "Don't get too worried. Everything will be alright." I took her advice.
We arrive at the party and I hugged Bob when we arrived. "Is he around?" Bob nodded.
"He is. He's around somewhere, probably with Brandy."
"Brandy?" I asked confused. "Where's Sandy?"
"He dumped her when he walks in on her with another guy. He truly loved her." Bob said smoking and turned to smile warmly at me.
I returned the smile. "I could tell. Even though it did hurt, I wanted nothing but the best for him." I tell him truthfully and look at his dark eyes.
He nudged my shoulder and smiled again, "You know I miss having you around. We used to watch those awful shows and make fun of them. It's not the same without you."
Bob said and made my hair messier by ruffling it. We began laughing and talking about some things when Bob nudged me again and I looked to my left and saw Steve.
"Steve?" I was surprised to see him come up to me.
"Hey."
"Hey." I replied awkwardly too and he shoved his hands into his pockets and Bob stayed silenced and looked between us not moving an inch.
"How've you been lately?"
"Good actually. You?"
"Same."
I could tell Bob was rolling his eyes at the awkward and short replies we gave to each other.
"You got rid of your pink hair." Steve commented pointing at my head. I grabbed a strand of my black hair and nodded.
"Yeah it's way cheaper to have it this way." I joke and we both chuckle. "Well..I gotta go back to." Steve held two cups and I nodded understand what he meant.
Brandy. "Okay." I muttered and looked down at my feet. I bit my lip and glanced over at where he left and out eyes met. I felt my face go red so I turned my back to him and saw Bob giving me a smirk.
"I can feel the sexual tension." He laughed when I punched him.
"I'm okay with staying as friends. I'm serious!" I raised my voice when he stared at me and raised an eyebrow.
"Seriously you two should make up. I want to see you both as a couple. I'm gonna get old and you two will still be at each other's throats." He continues to smoke and blewthe smoke in my face knowing it would piss me.
"Bob. I love you but that'll never happen. He thought of me as a sister and he probably has Brandy now." I signal and point behind him.
"Well you can stay here all night and have an existential crisis or party all night. That's what I'm gonna do."
Bob smiled and went away to drink some more. I stayed in my spot and from the distance kept my eye on Steve and this Brandy girl.
I didn't have any drink and Steve came over holding Bob who was sweating and his face showed he was worried and scared.
"Hey, (Y/N)? Would you mind helping me with Bob?" Steve asked when I looked back at them. I quickly nodded my head and ran to his side and held up Bob.
We made it into the car and I gave Bob some cold water and he instantly drank it and see me really uncomfortable and made all these weird questions like.
"You think I ever made my dad proud?"
"I want to marry Trish."
Along with. "You and (Y/N) should stop with this crap and make up" and other things.
"Steve maybe you should drive him to the hospital." I was getting worried and placed my hand on his forehead when Steve sped up.
"No hospital! I don't want needles near me." Bob for scared and began hugging himself.
"Don't worry he gets crazy when he drinks." Steve reminded me and parked the car. Quickly we got inside and Steve threw him on the mattress and I knelt down and placed a warm blanket on him.
"I'll be leaving now-"
I stopped and turned around when Steve held my wrist. Steve looked down at me and slowly let go of my wrist. "I'm sorry for the things I said. I was an asshole..I told you I considered you as a sister because I was afraid to..t-to.."
"Fall in love?" I look at him and he nods his head.
"Yeah that." He chuckled and stepped closer to me. I stood still looking up at him and felt his both hands grab me and he leaned down to kiss me.
I closed my eyes and kisses him back. I smiled throughout the kiss with him and Steve grabbed and carried me up to his room.
"But what about Brandy?" I ask when he took deep breaths and stared down at me with dark lusty eyes when he placed me down on his mattress.
"I kinda hanged out with her hoping you'd get jealous and come after me. Did it work?" He asks with a smirk.
I reply with a kiss and soon out clothes were off and I guess we were officially a couple.
********
I changed into some warm clothes since it was colder than usual and I quickly climbed downstairs and ran over to check up on Bob. "Bob, sweetie you okay from last night?"
I wait for Bob to answer but he doesn't. My smile turns to a frown when I got closer and saw his skin pale, his eyes half open and not moving.
"...B-Bob?" I stutter fearing the worst. I run to his side and knelt down and touched him. He was colder than it usually was outside.
"No no Bob..Bob!" I shake him lightly but get no response. My chest begins to rise up and down rapidly and my vision gets blurry where I can't even see Bob. I can only feel my heavy tears running down my face.
"Steve!!" I yell and I begin to sob.
I hear Steve running down the stairs and he looks at me and Bob. "Steve...Bob..h-he's..." I cant even finish the sentence.
Steve ran to check not fully believing but on he touched Bob he fell back and began to sob. Steve begab to shake and leaned over and held me tight. The both of us crying over our friends sudden death.
Bob died of an overdose from some pills his gilrfriend gave to him. The pills mixed with the booze killed him.
Heroine Bob, the guy who never did any drug in his life died of a narcotic overdose.
**********
I was sitting next to Steve as he held my hand. We were dressed in black and attending Bob's funeral here at a church. This hit Steve the hardest, they met each other since they were in middle school.
Bob was the best and we weren't ready to lose him all of the sudden.
Steve knew what was wrong and changed his style. He got rid of his leather jackets, all his punk clothing including his blue hair. He knew like me that we couldn't keep living like this.
The punk style. It'll lead us to nowhere.
We walked up and said out final goodbyes to Bob. Steve and I said goodbye to Trish which was bittersweet since he was the reason Bob died. Steve wanted nothing to do with her now.
The day was cold and gloomy as usual. We stood in front of the church and Steve leaned down and hugged me tight. We stayed like that for a while and held each other's hands and started walking slowly down the sidewalk.
Steve was gonna go to Harvard, he was gonna be a lawyer playing the god damn system. He turned like his dad which was the one thing he feared and constantly tried to avoid. I resumed my job working in medicine and Steve would eventually return to New York.
He knew and I knew there was no future in anarchy.
He was nothing but a fucking poser as well. His old self would've surely beaten the living shit out of him.
So that happened.
Steve flew back to New York and I stayed behind. We resumed with out studying and graduated, still keep in contact with each other. A year went by and we graduated.
The same day he graduated I flew over to meet him and the same day I did Steve proposed to me.
And so we did it. We had the life our old selves never thought they'd ever accomplish or do. We got married a month later and on the same one we found out I was pregnant.
We were to become parents Steve and I. It was all good. It was hard to adjust to this new life but we did. We have a home now, a successful life and a family of our own.
What more could we need?

Y’all Seen SLC Punk?
Tumblr media
Stevo is a punk living in the theocratic Salt Lake City of 1985. He, along with his best friend Heroin Bob (who hates drugs) spend their time storming through the city fighting rednecks, partying, and wreaking havoc on the local population. Stevo is a smart guy; hair choices notwithstanding. He has been accepted into Harvard but refuses to go due to his personal beliefs. This sends Stevo into a self-reflective rut, and he wonders if he even has a creed, or simply follows the lead of others.
Stevo spends most of his time around his friends who are both punk and punk-adjacent. These include Sandy, a junkie; Trish, owner of a head shop; Sean, a drugged out mess; Mike, an angry environmentalist; and Brandy, a rich girl.
Tumblr media
The film is made in a semi-documentary style. Stevo will sometimes address the camera and go into long monologues about punk culture, his beliefs, and close friends. As well as being an engaging way to convey story information, these segments are the best at diving into Stevo’s psyche. They emphasize the conflict he feels in his lifestyle and brings light to what he won’t say out loud.
These sequences are great showcases for Matthew Lillard. These segments exhibit his acting skill in a way traditional scenes cannot. The man deserves more credit than being ‘that guy who played Shaggy’.
Tumblr media
One of the best parts of the script is the characters. They all feel unique and separate from the group as a whole. Each character featured seems to represent subgroups within punk. These are often called out within the (excellent) soundtrack itself. Below are some of my picks for what band I think best represents each character.
Stevo - Black Flag
- Angry, but not sure what to be angry about.
Heroin Bob - Minor Threat
- Straight edge. Probably read too much Huxley.
Sandy - The Cure
- Dreamy and washed out. Sports the same hair as Robert Smith.
Trish - Siouxie Sioux
- Dark, gothic and the HBIC.
Sean - Adolescents
- A big ol' spazz. Going through some stuff.
Mike - Descendants
- Pissed off and willing to do something about it. Going to college soon.
Brandy - Blondie
- Absolute dreamboat. Dignified, kind, and leaves you hanging on every word.
In any other movie, this group most likely would have been reduced to being generically pissed-off kids. Instead, ‘SLC Punk!’ creates full characters with a well of experience that has formed them into who they are.
Tumblr media
Most of the film revolves around Stevo trying to figure out who he is. He claims to be an anarchist but is unsure how to express that. He explains his beliefs through a slideshow about why he gets into fights. Some quotes:
"Complication! Somebody different. Difference creates dispute. Dispute is a reason to fight. To fight is a reason to feel pain. Life is Pain. So to fight with reason is to be alive."
[...] "Problems and contradictions: I am an anarchist. I believe there should be no rules. Only chaos. Fighting appears to be chaos. And when we slam and show it - it is. When we fight for a reason there's a system. We fight for what we stand for: chaos. But fighting is a structure. Fighting is to establish power. Power is government and government is not anarchy."
[...] "What was the point? Final summation? Nothing."
This scene serves as the thesis for Stevo’s point of view. It’s lost and unresolved. It brings the movie together. By the end, he doesn’t get all the answers, but he can find comfort in the fact that he knows how to question himself.
Tumblr media
‘SLC Punk!’ is timeless. Maybe not through bright blue mohawks or cassette tapes, but through theme. People will always struggle with their beliefs and question their place in life. Stevo is Hamlet in a leather jacket. In my own life, I’ve had plenty of times where I couldn’t figure out what I should be doing. This movie always gives me comfort during those times. It reminds me that there’s nothing I should be doing and no person I’m supposed to be. Conforming to expectations limits possibility, and non-conformity is punk as hell.
Tumblr media
In 2016, a sequel was made: ‘Punk’s Dead: SLC Punk 2′. It features the son of Heroin Bob and Trish as he embarks on a quest to see a punk show. While I wouldn’t consider it in the same league as the original, it’s still a solid watch. At heart, it’s still the story of a young man questioning himself and trying to find his purpose. The movie even uses some of the filmmaking styles of the original. In place of Stevo’s monologues, we get speeches from Heroin Bob as he experiences this world from beyond the grave.
Tumblr media
‘SLC Punk!’ (1999) is available for streaming as well as DVD/BluRay

Thoughts : SLC Punk! (1998)
Tumblr media
When I first saw the film Scream, many aspects of it stood out to me and stuck with me, but one of the main things that left an impression was the performance of Matthew Lillard.  The cast was stacked with talent, but he definitely stood out... in fact, he stood out to the point where I felt the need to see what other movies he’d been in.  That small bit of curiosity led me to one of my favorite films of the 1990s, SLC Punk!
It’s 1985 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and best friends Stevo (Matthew Lillard) and ‘Heroin’ Bob (Michael A. Goorjian), two of the main members of the Punk scene in the desolate city, have just graduated from university.  Their goal is to cause anarchy in the city by way of nihilism, chaos and hi-jinx.  As the summer progresses, the pair navigate their way through parties as we learn about their social circle : Mike (Jason Segel), a seemingly straight-laced young man with a brooding intensity; Mark (Til Schweiger) an enigmatic foreigner with lots of money and drugs; Sandy (Jennifer Lien), a free spirit that Stevo has feelings for; Trish (Annabeth Gish), an older member of the community that Bob deeply admires; and Sean (Devon Sawa), who finds himself a beggar in the fallout of a bad acid trip and mental hospital stay.  The Punks explore their interactions with the Rednecks, Mods, Neo-Nazis, New Wavers, Rockers, Heavy Metal Guys and more via diplomatic gestures and fistfights.  As the days go by, Stevo finds himself more and more jaded as the scene splinters apart, his father (Christopher McDonald) pressures him to apply for Harvard Law School, and his friends begin to grow apart.  Despite his best attempts, Stevo is finally forced to face some harsh realities and make difficult decisions about his future.
The use of a society easily identified by tropes works very well in this film, with the aforementioned social circles representing different social and economical statuses, vastly different sets of morals, political stances, and more.  The Punk community seems to be fueled by rebellion in the search of personal validation, rather than looking inward.  Their scene was developed through seemingly drastic actions and stances, and in what we learn will play out as the scene’s death rattle, their final action is inaction, maybe even anti-action.  The juxtaposition of the Punks being well-educated and able to back up their stances with empirical statements and their complete willingness to solve problems with violence is an engrossing one.
The anti-American sentiment in search of an ‘alternative’ version of the American dream is displayed in the form of violence against Rednecks, using Ronald Reagan as a symbol of the ‘enemy’, squatting rather than taking part in the traditional housing market, and so on.  Even characters like Mike show that the seemingly ‘square’ kid can feel a complete disconnect from ‘square’ society, often resulting in shocking explosions based in pent up frustration and a deep dedication to those whom they connect with.  The occasional glimpses of Stevo using lawyer-like tactics in his narration puts an interesting hue on the proceedings, as it plays against his clear refusal to let go of the Punk scene.
The classic punk rock covers altered to make the opening titles is a perfect mood setter.  The cast is absolutely stacked in this film, with many members of the young ensemble moving forward to bigger and better things.  Narratively, the main story is relatively thin, but it provides many opportunities that skew into highly entertaining and informative vignettes or flashbacks.  Much of the costuming is on point across the social groups, with a personal favorite of mine being ‘Heroin’ Bob’s Travis Bickle-inspired costuming.  The soundtrack is banger after banger, many of which became personal favorite songs.
Matthew Lillard displayed all of the potential in the world to be a breakout star with the charisma, comedic chops and emotional range that he brings to this performance.  Michael A. Goorjian displays equally dynamic comedic timing, jarring attitude swings, and a gifted ability to run off long monologues with minimal effort and maximum realism.  Jason Segel puts his prowess of subtle yet easily readable intensity on full display.  Til Schweiger throws such a quirky dynamic into the film that he basically steals a solid ten minutes or so of it away from the main narrative, turning it into a small showcase of his Mark character.  Adam Pascal brings a wonderful upbeat energy in his brief appearance, while Devon Sawa plays the other side in the form of a devastatingly sad portrayal of a fallen innocent.  Annabeth Gish brings a wisdom to her performance that couches her as a sort of earthbound goddess of the scene.  Jennifer Lien interjects a freedom of spirit that has no regard for the emotional impact it has on others.  Brief appearances by Christopher McDonald, James Duval, Summer Phoenix, and childhood Stevo/’Heroin’ Bob portrayals by Christopher Ogden and Francis Capra round things out.
In a world of films based on comic books, SLC Punk! seemed to be way ahead of the curve.  At some point, I need to go check out the source material, but I love that I have this film in my collection to enjoy whenever I like.
