💥💪💪💪💥Alright here we Go! I always take on challenges and try new things. I discovered the Ketogenic Diet and said why not try it. Everyone was like that’s so bad for you! Isn’t all that fat bad for you! Well I started doing a lot of research and found one of the best in the Keto business. Jason Wittrock @jason.wittrock I followed his advice of an article from bodybuilding.com that he explains how to do keto the right way. So I followed it and it worked. I was feeling amazing and loving this new journey. So after awhile of doing keto on my own I decided to take another step and sign up for @ketoquestofficial An community platform were everyone can talk and discuss ketogenic dieting. I even get to talk to @jason.wittrock So after doing all this I decided well I FEEL GREAT. This is not hard dieting this way. I used to diet with low carbs and man I hated it. Felt like poop everyday while dieting. Being on a ketogenic dieting I felt like I could do something I stepped away from again. Wheelchair bodybuilding! I mean I worked so hard to be an IFBB Pro. So I decided to take the journey again. I take this serious so I have reached out to @ruff_diesel to help me with this journey back to the stage. The awesome thing is, he is doing it the way I want to do it. Ketogenic Diet. I’m so excited to be working with @ruff_diesel I look up to a lot of people and admire them all but, the passion and drive I see in @ruff_diesel is who I want behind me. Let’s go.
