My brain short-circuited and now we have a ROTTMNT Jem & The Holograms AU?? I'm not gonna like, turn it into anything much, but I had to put this idea somewhere.

Was thinking about the Hamato Ninpo in ROTTMNT, and how it's Magic as Metaphor, specifically for the power of friendship family bonds, and how that's a nice way to structurally frame a focus on developing characters and character relationships. Them getting a power boost to defeat the bad guys depends on them working their shit out and being on the same page. Synergy between the world-building and the author's intent.

Then started thinking about how actually... if you push this piece of world-building to the limits, that the family knew this, wouldn't that create a family culture where things like therapy and healthy conflict resolution was encouraged? And also how that could be twisted or forced if the family's power meant you MUST deal with things, and if that was enforced, the mess it would make if people tried to push toxic positivity but that wouldn't WORK because the magic is soul deep and would KNOW and -

And then I went hm. But the Hamato ancestors you see aren't really like that. They're kind of dogmatic and one-note and even visually look the same (which I know is for easier animation BUT). So if their family magics are based on connection then why - until I went oh. Of course.

Because it won't work unless it's honest, and maintaining truly healthy relationships is hard. But you know what's easier? Connection based on a mutual cause we've raised people to devote themselves to obsessively wholeheartedly.

Okay, let's see...

There are just so many! Like, almost every single fic I have in the notes! (I'll have you know I sifted through nearly 300 fic idea wips from my notes and I wanna write them all)

Hehehe. Well there is one. A STH fic with an Httyd Au (not a crossover but rather an Au). Also a fic that explores more on 12 Leo's healing hands. And an actor Au fic about STH characters. Ooh ooh! Sonic and Tails pulling a home alone together on any potential robbers. Sonic the Hedgehog Cowboy Au where Knuckles is the Sheriff of town. Something something Tails commanding an entire air fleet something. Oh! And all those unfinished wips you have in your list, pretty please. [Shattered Silver? Sounds intriguing, what's it about?]

Lies a Warrior (TMNT 12), Eternal Flame, there's a scene in my head regarding a TMNT 12/Rottmnt crossover and of course that one chapter of Warriors of Ochlos! And a couple of Au fics centered on Sonic and Tails. There's also a scene I have for that Httyd Au fic but there's just The Scene ™ [Shado, I miss that Gladiator Au so much! Will you get back to it someday?]

Spectral. 😅 I honestly don't know what to do with it. And that cowboy Au I mentioned. [Makes sense XD]

Did anyone mention a TMNT 12 seperated Au? 👀 So basically, I have two or three separated AUs in the WIPs, Cyboria Au, the Entropy series and another one. A ton of fluffy Sonic and Tails oneshots are also sitting in the WIPs. And Blissful Ignorance, Deadly Knowledge which is a sort of zombie au but with another kind of disease which isn't zombie. [Ooh, I remember that one. Did you decide on a plot for it? Because we need more Amnesiac Sonic ]

The TMNT 12 boys judging a talent show and pulling silly shenanigans while they're at it. This will never be seeing the light of the day. And another crossover with TMNT and KFP.

Well there's this story I haven't thought up a title for but basically it's GUN seeking out Shadow and the hedgehog's friends all keeping him away from GUN's radar to protect him. Some scenes of that story feel like they'd be better in a comic form. And of course there is another storyline I've written down the basic roadmap of that I had decided to draw in comic form. I haven't thought of a name for that one.

One of the hard parts about being a writer with a vivid imagination is that there are So Many Ideas, and they fall into so many categories, such as

There is just One Scene and I could write it but it would be waaaay more cool if I had all the build up to the scene but unfortunately. I can only figure out the Scene

I keep changing my mind. Where am I going with this

I will 100% Never Write This. This is just my Emotional Support Idea no one can ever know about bc it makes sense only to me

Would be better as a comic...

This will be my magnum opus if I can just get my 50 pages of ideas into a coherent narrative

OMG, I AM CRYING FROM LAUGHTER!

I can VIVIDLY see the freaking transformations as the song plays in the background. I can't wait till my friend finally watches ROTTMNT so I can infect her with this idea so we can probably proceed to do freaking Winx Club x ROTTMNT art and Mabye animation.

It would be great to see people draw this.

They would all be Earth fairies, meaning they are from Earth and are it's gaurdians.

Donnie - a Synergy (Technology) fairy like Techna (I don't care if it is not part of the elements that make up Earth, Donnie would FIND a way to be a Tech fairy)

Raph - a Nature Fairy (I am also tempted by the possibility of him being an Animal Fairy like Roxy) like Flora

Mikey - a Fire Fairy similar to Bloom

Leo - Either and Artic or Water fairy

Karai - A Nymph like Daphne or somthing

I feel like Draxum is totally like a witch or some kind of person who found out about the magic world and tried to formulate warriors to take it over, like the Trix triplets trying to use the power of the primal fairies. Lou Jitsu being the descendant of a nymph was probably chosen by Draxum to be the perfect subject for his experimentation. This would explain why they have fairy powers despite the fact they are neither girl or human.

Feel free to consider these ideas lol!

Many things have popped in my head today in regards to ROTTMNT ideas for AUs of which I feel the need to share simply because I want to.

1. I imagined a ROTTMNT x Winx Crossover AU and I just found it as one of the funniest things I have ever imagined. I don't know what would be sillier, the turtles having Winx transformations (I REALLY WANNA DRAW THAT (and while I know guys don't have transformations I find the concept of them having one as too good to pass up)) or them simply just being transported there and proceed to cause chaos with their mystic mojo.

2. I also imagined a ROTTMNT x Psychonauts Crossover AU which is fascinating in it's own right. The psychic shenanigans they'd get up to OMG. If they were from that world originally and their ninpo was a sort of passed down psychic power it would be quite interesting. I imagine when they are found out after a mission to check the strange activity that went on in New York due to constant tips, the agents would be very weary of them due to the whole Grulovia thing. If they have been transported there however, it would be funny to just have them end up at either Whispering Rock or the Middle of the Mother Lobe (or the surrounding area). Everyone would freak out because "OMG THEY ARE GIANT TURTLES" and they'd be like "Chill, we aren't gonna hurt ya, we just need to get back to our own dimension because of mystic hijinks" leaving everyone even more confused.

And

3. ROTTMNT characters dancing the Waltz or Ballet (mainly Donnie and Leo), simply because I was listening to Waltzes and think it would be neat to see them do that.
