Your views of patients as weaker then you are very concerning that I feel I do need to remind you constantly and while sure your exceptional with female patients, pregnant women and children but I feel you do struggle with male patients a bit.

Ye-Yes, she was very supportive and caring; she re-really was someone I wanted in my life earlier on... She ho-honestly was someone who I wa-wanted to be.

I-If anything, it was so nice helping and having peo-people rely on me; i-it was wonderful.

Yes, it's mostly just some basic things like weight and height along with anything else, appears the girl is about 14 years old wants to be a model and her agency needs some documents; can you do that.

Yes I am actually, it seems that he's still traumatize by the whole thing but I was able to talk with him; he appear to be from Turkey and was touring Japan with his friend as a college graduation gift, seems the 2 that hit him were brothers that were in a race. I can't say what happen to the oldest was deserve but what they did was reckless.

Well first off, I want you to start cleaning patients rooms, fix bedding and getting them ready for the next patient.

Well yes, given as a nurse; we need to make sure that the bedrooms and sheets are comfortable for patients; we have to make sure they are neat and tidy for the next one, we have to start with the basics since your still learning.

Given that there are situations like Code brown or even a Code White, we need to make sure that that the rooms are clean and tidy for the next patient to arrive.

Co-Code brown and Code White? Wh-What are those...?

Code brown stands for hazardous material, often patients will throw up or go to the bathroom in their bed on accident, which is why the nurse needs to assist them to the bathroom while Code White is when your dealing with a violent person which they might need to be restrain.

O-Oh, I see then; so there are these codes...?

Well of course, there are multiple codes for hospitals that need to follow along with procedures to be done accordly; I'll give you some books to study so you can understand the codes. Unless you have a problem then you can leave if you don't like it.

Well... I didn't really stick around for too long to hear anything else from her, all I wanted was to get out of there and live my life away from her.

MIAYA: Well, not getting the last word in usually doesn't mean anything but at least your away from her - so now then, given you move into the apartments and start training at the hospital as a nursing aid, how did it feel to start training?

Well... at first, having to get use to living on my own, making a bank account and adulting was a bit challenging at first, I mean - I was nearly going to be 14 years old at the time so I still had to learn to be independent.

Bu-But that was heaven, I finally was able to live my life the way I want and work on a profession I love and even met my mentor who taught me!

MIAYA: Right, I remember you mention there was a mentor, correct? Can you talk about her?

O-Of course, her name was Riho Hirawa; she was a senior nurse at the hospital that I work under, I learn to help with children and she was very patient with me, she was wonderful!

Bu-But she was pretty stern with me and would send me home if I mess up; remember that as a nurse, your patients lives are on nurse's hands so if anything happens; you need to prepare and can mess around.

But it was so much better th-then back at home and she taught me a lot...
