Fay was readingband didnt half hear what he said. "Huh oh yeah sure just ask jarvis to adjust the comfert level." Fay slams the book shut suddenly looking frustrated. "Damn it this book isnt old enough. All these plant care tips are to modern. They wont work on anteeq flowers uuuugh!" Fay puts the book away then walks over to the couch and sits down picking up a laptop that had been sitting there. She opens ip and starts searching for older books on the web. Suddenly jarvis says. "Miss fay mister stark is requesting a status update on the mission. Shall i tell him all is well.?" Fay groans a bit saying. "Tell him im not a child and to stop checking up on me. Loki is not causing any trouble and we dont need anything. Please tell him i am placing a bid on a large stock of okd books so he should not be alarmed when he gets the bill." Jarvis replys with a simple very well and fay is left with loki again. The silance in the room was begining to get anoying. Fay presses a button on a remote sitting on a small cofee table by the couch and sift traditional celtic music began playing over the surround sound speakers hidden around the room

Avengers new recruit/lokis babysitter

Fay was new to the hero buisness and didnt like the attencion much. Her father had been a friend of tony stark and bruce banner ever since she was little. When her parents died tony took her in and helped her threw highschool and collage. Fay never really wanted to be an avenger but after the alien attacks forced her to reveal her secret powers by saving people from crumbling buildings and falling skyscrapers her new guardiean tony decided to make her a jr avenger. She helped clean up the city and trained with natasha and bucky to learn self defence. Wanda recognised her powers as magical but not earthly magic. She helped her train with them as best she could but didnt really know how to deal with asgardian magic. When loki was captured and taken back to asgard the all father punished him by stripping him of half his power and demanding he stay on earth in shield custody to learn respect for the humans. Tony didnt like the idea but fury the head of shield ordered loki stay in stark tower under carefull watch. He makes it fays mission to watch him and try to keep him out of trouble. Tony gives fay and loki a floor of there own with two full bedrooms and private bathrooms. Theres a kitchen between the rooms and a living room for watching tv. The tower always had balconys on every floor so fay had her own little garden growing on the balcony over looking the city. She was pretty much free to do as she pleased but now she had to remember to make sure the prisoner living down the hall didnt escape.

"What do you mean i have to look after him? Isnt he a god or something? You really think i can stop him if he tries to escape? Unkle tony please make mister cyclops reconcider. The only mission im qualified for is park clean up. Im not some high powered witch or super strong soulder. You really think my puny plant powers are going to keep him from caysing trouble.?" Fay sounds frantic and nervous as she paces the floor of stsrk towers hellicopter landing pad. Tony sighs crossing his arms saying. "Look if it was up to me id send you to help with deforistation in the jungle but its over my head. Dont worry hes been stripped of most of his powers and you will have us here the hole time for help. All you have to do is make sure raindeer games doesnt leave the tower." Fay snikers at the nickname and sighs as tony places a hand on her shoulder. She turns to see a bright light flash onto the landing pad and two figures step out of it before it disapears. Thor and loki stand looking at her and tony pinches his nose in aggrivation. "Do you know how long it takes to buff out that damn scortch mark. You could have at least landed on the street. That birfost is a damn nightmare on the cleaning crew." Fay smiles a bit and thor steps forward dragging a handcuffed loki closer. Fay looks nervous as he glares at them. "Hah hah tony its nice to see you again to. Hello little sprout." Fay blushes and says. "Dont call me that thunder for brains its not professional." She pouts a little and thor laughs. "What ever you say little earth goddess. I have brought my brother to be reformed. I am very confadent youre gentle nature can teach him some kindness." Fay smiles a bit nervously not really looking very confadent. Loki was a head taller than her so she had to look up to meet his beautiful green eyes. "Alright raindeer games you have been told the rules. No leaving the tower no causing trouble no giving my god child a hard time or else. Got it." Fay turns and punches tony in the arm. "Stop that im not a child. You dont need to tell him that. Oh my god im never going to get any serious respect with you two treeting me like a kid.!" Tony flinches rubbing his arm and thor laughs. "Alright fine take him to his new room and just remember call for jarvis if you need anything." Fay takes the chain that cannects to lokis handcuffs and sighs pulling him with her into the building then into the elevator. She looks anoyed and simply says. "My floor jarvis." A robotic voice replys. "Yes miss Fay." The elevator shuts only to open a few floors down. She pulls loki into the living room and says. "Welcome to your new home. Please try not distroy anything. Your room is the second one down the hall to the right. Feel free to eat anything in the fridge." She sighs and removes his handcuffs tossing them onto the kitchen island before removing the asgardian mouth gard keeping him from speaking. The whole room had norse mythology and celtic art all over the place. It was practically a shrine to all things viking. Other than a few modern things like a tv a surround sound sterio system the modern kitchen and internet the whole place could have been a vikings lounge. Fay walks over to a fresh pot if hot tea and poors her a mug.

Saloon released this, their debut album, (This Is) What We Call Progress' in 2002 on the Track And Field Recording Co label, after a slew of earlier split singles on their own Belmondo imprint along with various other labels, including Amberley, Bearos and Glamourpuss ...they were kicked up and supported by John Peel, recording 3 sessions for his BBC Radio 1 show, and their single 'Girls Are The New Boys' reached the coveted top spot in his Festive 50.
