^ this quote is genuinely still fucking plaguing me. THIS IS LITERALLY SEB???? LIKE LITERALLY 2010 SEB SPECIFICALLY????? It is actually fucking me up how it is literally quintessentially Seb. Like big eyes...plump cheeks and round face...unkempt hair...pouty lips...okay okay okay!!!! And that Antinous is basically the peak perfection of pretty boy from that time, I'm like, yeah that's Seb to me 🥹🥹🤧🤧

But god the "youthful appearance, big eyes, pouting lips, and layered locks of hair over his forehead" Does that quote not evoke pictures like these in your head???????

i'm curious, what HCs do you have for which Remnant took which part of Enoshima?

The thing is I’m not sure I have any very unique head canons on that front. I mean there’s the three that most people seem to agree on, that being Nagito with the hand, Mikan with the womb, and Fuyuhiko taking the eye.

I might have said it before but I do think the most interesting one of those three is by far Fuyuhiko. Cause like Mikan and Nagito make sense, they’re the ones we get to see be remnant-y the most and grafting Junko onto themselves checks out with how they act, but Fuyuhiko? I don’t think he does anything in the game that would indicate he’d willingly rip his own eye out to replace it with a dead girls.

But the fact that he did (allegedly at least) gives a really interesting look into how despair affected him specifically. It’s really the only bit of insight we get with Fuyuhiko since the brief scene we get of the remnants out and about at the end of despair arc just has him leading some soldiers against the Future Foundation. So we know he took control of the Kuzuryu clan, and that he still works with Peko since she’s there too, but that’s kinda it. So figuring out how the eye thing fits into that is really neat.

But as far as headcanons for the others go, I do think that if Fuyuhiko got something then Sonia and Imposter would feel like they deserved something too. I don’t think either of them could really graft a whole body part though, Imposter still needs to be able to become anyone else at the drop of a hat so having to be ‘Togami but also he has a girls hand haha don’t worry about it’ wouldn’t really work. And with Sonia I always see it as she keeps herself a level above everyone else, like most people are dirty and sick and scrounging around just to stay alive but then here’s this glittering image of unflappable royalty to juxtapose that. It makes Sonia seem more reverent but also makes everyone else seem worse, so I don’t think she could afford to blemish that unmared image.

That being said, I could definitely see Sonia using some of Junko’s bones to fashion a crown or some other kind of jewelry, that way she’d still have a symbol of Junko without compromising her status. Imposter I’m not sure about, but maybe their despair would come from being the only one of the remnants political powerhouses that didn’t get anything.

A warm-up dice-doodle game from earlier, in my diary pages. Every year I get an 18-month diary on the cheap when 6 months is already out of date... I use the in-date pages as a regular diary & the OOD pages for doodle games 🖋️✏️💖

Steps

I used different colours, but you could totally play this with only 1 pen/pencil if that's what you've got

1 - fill a page with 10-15 hollow irregular shapes (pink)

2 - roll 1 x D6 to decide how many smaller loops (blue) to draw inside each shape

3 - for each pink shape, roll 1 x D6. If the result is an odd number, draw another hollow (green) loop inside each blue loop, if it's an even number draw a solid (green) blob.

(You could stop here but I had a couple of small fine-liners handy)

4 - roll the D6 again for each shape, and fill the green loops/blobs with that many smaller loops (or any shape you like rly)

5 - I filled in that final round of loops with tiny heart shapes where there was enough room, just because I could.

and it's ALWAYS just fucking improperly-angled photos taken in a public restroom in Silent Hill, UNLESS they got someone out of Plato's Fucking Cave who has never seen ITEMS before to try and fucking TRACE said photos:

The implication is clear: the UK hates technical artists specializing in the medical field and so systematically eliminated them in all their colonies, ironically dooming all English speakers to die of some kind of misapplied ointment accident. This will happen by 2046. We're fucked.

I hadn't tried to do a sticker sheet at home before because I knew it would be difficult, and I was right! Getting the cut lines to line up with the print was super hard and there were many failed attempts, but it was so worth it I'm so happy with them!!!

i'm genuinely curious, is there a reason you draw most of your characters as cisgender?

confounded by this question because i don't draw a lot of "my" characters. my OCs tag is giving abandoned mall. if you mean characters i draw in general: how/why do you assume them cis? a character being depicted as amab¹ + masculine or afab¹ + feminine (& that's pushing it. i barely draw feminine characters in general lol) does not make them cis. i don't write about gender (characters' or mine frankly) much because i have Way More Other Things That I Consider Vastly More Interesting to spend my time writing about quite frankly, but you cannae know that. this is an assumption you are making. whatever this assumption internally comes from... not my business i don't live inside of your skull. what i'm doing is #mythang in ways i think makes sense for the themes, the motifs, their backstories, for the way i think they interact between each other, with the sort of baggage i read/can read into a narrative. in medias that have interpretations/perspectives as a central theme, people are bound to draw/interpret characters differently. fandoms are wider than you think they are, and there are as many people who draw characters as trans(-in-a-specific-way) as they are who draw them as cis (or trans-in-a-diiferent-way). you might live in a bubble where everyone draws a character as trans(-in-a-specific-way) (and chances are if we share a fandom i am in this bubble too!), which is not a bad thing, but it might not be my experience. or anyone else's. above it all. i'm doing my thang. and you do yours. 💯☮️🕊️

¹ i'm very much aware this is not The Ideal terminology to use but for the sake of simplicity & because i'm assuming this is what you are basing yourself on visually this is the most easily-understood way i can phrase it
