com tumblr és una plataforma angloparlant, la majoria de les notícies que circulen són de moviments i mobilitzacions als estats units, canadà, anglaterra, i altres països anglos. i encara que està molt bé construïr solidaritat interacional i assabentar-se del que passa a altres indrets del món, cal no perdre la vista sobre les accions i els esdeveniments que ens cauen molt més a prop.

han passat uns mesos després de la primera llista que vaig fer, i per sort, l'activisme pro-palestí segueix creixent als països catalans, amb manifestacions, col·loquis i xerrades, i ara, les primeres acampades estudiantils. on jo he trobat més convocatòries és a través d'instagram, però si coneixeu algun altre recurs digueu-m'ho.

Step 3: Spread Love and Invest!

   Spread Love & Invest in your future! I want to create a petty platform that will expose People, Places, Companies, and Corporations (PPCC) that have made discrimination clear to those who look like me.  As an alternative, I will promote positive Black or Minority images, and show love to the PPCC that I wish I could see more of.  Why only Black and Minority images? Well we are on step three, meaning you should understand who is being targeting today, and how this will effect our future tomorrow. Congratulations, you have essentially joined the Black Lives Matter movement! 

   Free way to Invest! I will be promoting these images on my Instagram @pettygpromotions but I need YOUR help. Assist in demonstrating through social media, an inspirational, creative, variety in examples on how to show love to the Black people in your community, even yourself. Honesty is the only way to do this. So if you spent money, tell us how much! Maybe we can start raising money in neighborhoods for more of these acts to be performed. If you did not spend money EVEN BETTER! I challenge, #pgpshowlove , each individual to use their talent, strength, and intelligence to post how you can be part of the solution, instead of watching the problem. 

Some of you are so crippled by the struggle, you will finish reading these steps and think, “damn that’s true, I want to do more but ____ (insert excuse here). Don’t worry you can! 

Another FREE way to Invest in Your Future!   Actions speak louder than words, and the simplest acts can mean the most. Take the time to send a message that simply say “ I love you”. We need to remind Black people, children, and each other of the love and strength we have within ourselves, despite being in a system that thrives from our demise. Write a positive message to yourself, send that message to someone else, or get off your phone and go say it to the people around you. I love you, and you do not stand alone in your frustration or confusion. 

Now if you want to be really petty, you can help me cheat the system by donating to my scholarship.  I plan to get my Juris Doctor degree to one day combat the laws and policies that are not here for equality, and create rehabilitation/preventative programs to ensure history will not repeat itself.  Institutionalized racism tells me I can do that, so long as I take out thousands of dollars in student loans, and spend the majority of my life paying it back. I am currently working , battling social injustice, and striving to attain these degree.

I want to promote my best ideas that have been utilized to manage students for academic and social success. aquests últims dies hi ha molts recursos que circulen per aquí amb informació sobre palestina i què pots fer per ajudar al poble palestí, però la majora estan en anglès i dirigits a països anglosaxons (eua, regne unit, canadà, etc). he decidit crear aquesta llista per tal de visibilitzar a totes les organitzacions i iniciatives que lluiten per palestina als països catalans i/o dónen informació sobre l'apartheid israelià.

no és definitiva, si m'he deixat alguna cosa envieu-me un missatge o feu un reblog. jo visc a catalunya, així que la majoria de recursos estan aquí i no conec tant l'escena a valència i les balears.
