🥀 - do they both get jealous? 

kind of, cassian moreso. things are so complicated for both of them, and their relationship is purely physical for such a long time that a lot of the feelings get jumbled up together. portia keeps him at arms distance and cassian is used to his relationships being casual, so neither of them really let themselves Feel deeply enough for one another to get jealous, if that makes sense. once cassian really starts falling for portia near the end of their time together he does get a little jealous, but it’s nothing too crazy. 

🐕 - who is the most affectionate? 

they both quite enjoy physical touch, although i think cassian is more traditionally affectionate (and portia is adamant they are just friends with benefits). he’s a bit more open with his comfort and looking out for portia, whereas she tends to show her affection through ... well, sex, as well as spending time in his company. she does like to kiss him a lot though.

🔥 - Who realized they were interested in who first? 

portia was instantly intrigued by cassian and was the one to initially bridge the gap between them - cassian was still kind of coming to grips with being dragged into a doomed undercover mission and didn’t think much of her at the time (ie. aldhani).

🍀 - who is better at comforting? 

sara & dane - they’re good at comforting each other in their own ways. dane offers sara warmth and confidence and a steady hug when she feels like falling apart. sara offers dane empathy and patience and a hand gently cupping his jaw when his blood is close to boiling. they’re also both very good at giving unspoken comfort through their force bond. in all honesty, even just each other’s presence is a big comfort for them both.

portia & cassian - neither of them are great at it, but cassian is probably better. portia tends to get uncomfortable with being that vulnerable and soft with another person, and so avoids it whenever she can. she’s better at more general support, like telling someone she believes in their abilities or something. cassian tends to give her comfort by just sitting with her or offering physical touch since he knows she likes it so much. 

🥄 - who is the big spoon and who is the little spoon?

sara & dane - dane is pretty much always the big spoon, although sara isn’t against tugging him against her chest and wrapping around him like an octopus if he really needs it (which he sometimes does). 

portia & cassian - they don’t really spoon most of the time, and are more likely to lie tangled together in bed. on the rare occasion that they do, portia is the big spoon.

💐 - is one more protective than the other? 

sara & dane - they are both so protective of one another, but dane definitely wins here. he will happily slice someone in half for looking at sara wrong, although he’s slowly learnt to temper the instinct to defend her at all costs. it’s hard not to be protective though when that’s half your soul brought to life and walking around beside you. they’d do pretty much anything for each other. 

portia & cassian - they’re both generally pretty protective of their loved ones, and even after they’ve broken up they still wouldn’t want to see the other hurt. portia still snaps at a few of the partisans for roughing him up a bit too much after they capture cassian and jyn in jedha city. cassian still doesn’t hesitate to drag portia with him and jyn off jedha, because even if he’s supposed to hate her now he can’t see her die. they hate each other, but i think portia would probably still take a bullet for him.

❄️ - who worries about the other the most? 

cassian even though he knows she can more than handle herself. portia worries as well, especially after they break up and she loses touch with him and she’s not around to watch his back, but she’s not one to voice that kind of thing. they’re both well aware of the profession they work in though and understand that there’s always going to be a level of risk involved. 

🕸 - what does one do that scares the other? 

cassian agreeing to go to scarif scares portia. she doesn’t really have the right to be scared for him, hasn’t been involved with him in ages, and she was the one that burned those bridges, but still. seeing him willingly agree to what they all know is a suicide mission makes portia mad and frustrated and scared. scared to lose him, scared that she’s going to end up going with him and dying with him, scared that she won’t and she’ll be forced to live with his ghost. it’s exactly the kind of mission that saw and her would have revelled in, exactly the kind of terror against the empire that she’s dedicated herself to for years, but saw’s dead and she’s lost faith in the cause and she’d rather not lose cassian too. even if he’s not hers to lose. even if he probably never was. 

🐇 - who wants to cuddle the other longer in the morning? 

they’re both quite early risers, although portia will admit she does enjoy just lying in bed with him for a little bit. the physical comfort is nice. they always end up pulling away after a moment though and the moment never lingers.

🌹 - who initiated the first kiss? 

portia! she likes to be in control a lot of the time, and it didn’t take long for her to initiate things and then fall into bed with him. she is definitely the kind of person who takes what she wants and cassian, for his part, has always been a little self destructive in that regard too. things moved quite quickly on the physical side of things for them.

☔️ - how do they make up after a fight?

they break up lol. not well. portia is too proud and cassian is too emotional even if he doesn’t want to be, and they both tend to need a good period of time alone to cool off. otherwise, they’ll devolve into a shouting match again. cassian is usually the one to begrudgingly make first contact afterwards and apologise in a round about way, and portia never makes it easy for him (even if she was the one in the wrong). 

💤  - who falls asleep first?

cassian, if only because portia’s sleep schedule is completely ruined and she will happily stay up until like 3am working or watching bad late night vids to kill time. 

ALMA & CHARLES

🌈 - what were their first impressions of each other?

alma was mostly just curious! she was used to the gang picking people up from chaotic or perilous situations, so when she gets back from a run into town with john and sean to find charles suddenly in camp with dutch, her interest is piqued. charles was, in all honesty, kind of shocked - seeing alma tear into camp dressed in mens clothes jeering at john and sean took him by surprise. her loudness and smile and comfortable position in the gang as one of the riders wasn’t what he was expecting to see. it wasn’t a bad first impression, far from it. (hosea gives him crap for the look on his face as he watches the scene unfold, even though charles has only been at camp for like 24 hours lol).

❄️ - who worries about the other the most?

they both worry terribly about each other, but i want to say charles worries a bit more. it’s especially bad towards the end of the gang when tensions are so high, and then later after they reunite out west. both of them are so used to losing things that the idea of losing each other scares the shit out of them.
