this poll is for our own benefit, not cashing in on the trend i'm just genuinely curious given these specific elaborations (and unspecifications) how the results would change.

a large animal that is not even remotely native to your area (eg. a walrus, polar bear, tiger, giraffe, etc)

which of the two would rattle you more, both in terms of implications/your day-to-day life and initial shock factor?

intentional edge case arguments are encouraged, especially if they fall under the grounds of things like "i have a friend who's (alterhuman, otherkin, a system, etc)" but no being an asshole about it. rationalize both situations however you like, but rationalize them equally (ie, if "i have a friend who fursuits" is your argument against the animal, also consider if the same could be said for that same friend of yours showing up in full cosplay of a fictional nonhuman -- and vice versa)

Arcana Twilight Furry!MC and Furry!Vega (headcannons? AU?)

I’ve started playing Arcana Twilight and saw someone post fanart of MC as like an actual polar bear. And then I had an idea.

What if MC is a person in a polar bear fur suit and like nobody in Bound Arlyn has ever seen a fursuit before so they just think MC is like a new bear species from Mid Eartheim

I want to believe that the school like had a blazer custom tailored to go over the fursuit. Also Vega is the only person at Contell that knows what a furry is so he knows that MC is a person in a fursuit but goes with it and kinda has an internal crisis because he’s kinda into it.

*later that day, in Vega’s dorm room*

And like one day Vega invites MC to his room to talk to them about it because he’s embarrassed and is like “I know you’re a person in a suit. I don’t mind but-“

Hey everyone! I wanted to show my fursona, Freeze the polar bear! I finally got my partial ready so yeah! Really proud to show him! The headbase was made by Beast_Nemesis, and furred by my mom and myself! The handpaws where done by my mom, and the feetpaws where made by Maying fantasy creations! Hope you guys love him as much as i do, and keep an eye open for this cuddly bear whenever Dutch Comic Con returns for all the Dutch furs and cosplayers!
