Swerve has a lot of respect for Buddy.

Who else goes on a ship looking for a new life for them and their sparkling?

Not a lot of bots sadly.

Buddy and Swerve first met in one of Blurr’s races.

Swerve had just left with his supposed hero’s number in servo when he noticed a bot holding a sparkling trying to open a door with their pede.

Swerve opens the door for the bot.

The bot looks in surprise at the open door and looks down at Swerve.

“Please, after you.”--Swerve

The bot goes through and turns to smile at him.

“Thank you so much! I’ve been trying forever to try and get that door open, but you can only do so much when your servos are tied.”--Buddy

Swerve just smiles before looking at the sparkling who was staring at him curiously.

“No Problem! Happy to help!”--Swerve

The bot looks at a nearby confection stand.

“Hey, let me buy you something as a way to say thanks.”--Buddy

“Oh, there’s no need—”--Swerve

“BAH!”--Sparkling

The bot smiles a bit.

“I think they’re insisting too…”--Buddy

“Oh! The names Swerve!”--Swerve

“That’s a nice name, I’m Buddy.”--Buddy

After a bit of talking the two had exchanged numbers and the rest was history.

Buddy doesn’t go on the ship immediately; they ended up on the ship as Megatron’s official guard.

It took a lot of convincing to get they’re only sparkling to come aboard the ship.

When Swerve heard about his friend joining the ship, he made sure to be one of the first to meet them.

Buddy was so relief to see a familiar face when they entered the ship’s entrance.

The sparkling was just cooing and giggling hearing the familiar voice.

Swerve loves the little sparkling.

The sparkling gets very attached to him and their parent when more and more unfamiliar faces start to appear.

“Hey Swerve, have you seen—”--Buddy

The sparkling is crawling on the floor with Swerve crawling behind them.

“Imma getcha! Imma get—"--Swerve

Swerve pauses and looks at Buddy who’s leaning on the door frame with a tired smile.

“I take it you got them?”--Buddy

The sparkling perks up and happily crawls to their parent.

Buddy picks up their sparkling as Swerve stands up brushing the imaginary dust from his armor.

“We just finished one of those Earth dino films and they wanted to play dinos so…”--Swerve

Buddy chuckles a bit and pats Swerve on the helm.

“Thanks Swerve.”--Buddy

Swerve looks a bit more at Buddy’s tired face.

“You know I don’t mind watching them for a while longer. Really! Anyways I think a few hours of recharge would do you good. You look like Whirl after that 36-hour cocktail binge last month.”--Swerve

“I’m fine Swerve—”--Buddy

Swerve gives them a look.

Buddy sighs before giving him their sparkling.

“Only for an hour.”--Buddy

“I’ll wake you up Buddy.”--Swerve

Buddy smiles at Swerve and their sparkling and walks back to their habsuite for some extra sleep.

Swerve knows that Buddy’s job isn’t easy and long night are a common thing, but it turned into a real nightmare when the sparkling was awake or had a nightmare.

He did his best to help Buddy with their sparkling so they could at least get an hour or two of sleep or work done.

One of the best ways he has figured out to get both Buddy and the sparkling to relax a bit was through movie nights.

He has all sort of kid’s movies or softer toned ones to entertain them both or just the sparkling and let buddy sleep through it.

It’s mainly a minibot club that joins in for the movie nights, but on the occasion, they’ll get other bots to join in.

While watching Beauty and the Beast.

“When is Belle going to use that knife and kill the Beast?”--Whirl

“Whirl this is a kids movie!”--Swerve

“And? The last ‘kids’ movie you put on had that earth cats creator die from that free fall.”--Whirl

“Wait he died!?”--Tailgate

“Yes?! Weren’t you—oh yeah, you left in the middle for a snack break.”--Whirl

“Shhh! Buddy’s sleeping. Keep it down a bit.”--Rewind

Whirl sassily waves his claw dramatically draping part of his frame on Cyclonus who was holding Tailgate in his lap. Tailgate was holding the sparkling on his lap, both extremely invested in the movie.

The sparkling is very shy meeting the new bots but does warm up to them with some time and with enough talking.

They prefer the minibots a lot more than the rest of the crew.

It may or may not be because they associate smaller bots to Swerve.

Tailgate loves playing around with the sparkling.

But he can only play certain things with them.

One time Tailgate thought it was a smart idea to bring the sparkling on his hoverboard to take a quick ride around the ship.

Buddy, Swerve, Cyclonus and Whirl walking down the hall.

“Do you think they’re okay? It’s been a couple of hours…”--Buddy

“You worry too much Buddy; Tailgate isn’t going to let anything happen to them. Tell them Cyclonus.”--Swerve

“Tailgate would never put your sparkling in harm’s way.”--Cyclonus

“Hmm…”--Buddy

“Please! What is the worst thing Panic buttons gonna do? Take them on a high speed chase—”--Whirl

Tailgate zooms past them with the sparkling strapped on their sling.

“HI! BYE!”--Tailgate

Rodimus is chasing after him with Drift following closely behind.

“…I stand corrected.”--Whirl

THUD!

Buddy falls backwards fainting.

Swerve is by their side slightly panicking that his friend just passed out.

Rewind shows pretty colors and shapes to the sparkling.

He teams up with Chromedome in trying to get them to say their first words.

Both secretly think this is their idea of practice in case either wants a kid in the future.

“C’mon say ‘Rewind’.”--Rewind

“Or Chromedome.”--Chromedome

“That’s too long.”--Rewind

“And Rewind is too complicated.”--Chromedome

Brainstorm comes into the room.

“Brainstorm?”--Chromedome

“I brought the new binary gun designs—”--Brainstorm

“Bwainstorm.”--Sparkling

“…”--Everyone

“EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”--Brainstorm

Brainstorm picks up the sparkling who just looks confused while Rewind face palms and Chromedome just chuckles a bit.

“Buddy is not going to like this.”--Rewind

Swerve is the sparklings favorite.

They have him wrapped around their digit and everyone knows that.

He gives the best bedtime stories, and they love hearing his voice.

The sparkling will get excited whenever they hear their parent of Swerve talk.

Swerve is Buddy’s go to babysitter but knows that they can’t rely on just him and the mini’s. They do take more of an effort to formally introduce their sparkling to the rest of the crew.

A safety precaution if you will.

So I just finished xiaolin showdown: I wanna talk about it. Spoilers.

I really liked the show! I knew I would thanks to childhood memories of it but I think it holds up alright even today! Imma break it down in what I Did like and what I Didn't like (I think Imma make a different post talking about the Wu). This is longer than I thought it would be. I'm sorry.

What I liked

The Wu themselves, love me magic shit even if they get repetitive at times(fr there are like 4 that just give the power to fly).

Love the magic in general! How all die of the main characters get to master their element and get special weapons and gear to help. Wish there was more time to flush all of it out tho ,but hey what can you do(other than post head canons).

And his powers were cool! I wish we could have seen the limits of his shapeshifting powers.

^^^anyways here’s the boy for those who don’t know (i lvoe him 💚)

-backstory

Fenton was born to two young adventurer loving elves, as such they were prone to leaving him under the care of their close family friend: Al the fisherman. So while his parents were away he’d help Al with his trades (Al is like if amazon caught fish on the side, he handles like all of the kingdom’s imports) or he’d be helping out in the castle, aiding Al’s friend(?) (maybe more? idk yet) the groundskeeper. As such he developed good connections with good people from a young age. Everyone loved the sweet little errand boy who would gopher around the castle. So when Fent’s parents didn’t return from an adventure one day, no one was surprised to find that Al had adopted the shy boy.

Fenton was young enough to not remember his parents much (i’m keeping him trauma free (for now)) growing to have the castle and sea as second homes. And eventually he came to be a confident teen, no longer the small kid hiding behind a mop of blond hair. So it was obvious that the boy was destined to be a knight; with the kingdom’s ruler Zelus taking a shine to the lad, and his intimate knowledge of the layout; him joining was inevitable. But he really didn’t want to be a knight, realising his dreams too late to follow them. So instead of becoming a tailor like he wished to, he found himself as a royal guard, watching over Zelus’ secret son as she raised him to be king.

Eventually he grew a strange fondness for the routine of the castle, indulging in tailoring as a fun past time. But his lack of love for the job slowly festered as the new king: Kay forced the kingdom into a vicious war. The kingdom was leaking resources, unable to maintain itself after Kay had viciously severed their connections to the other kingdoms. Fent found himself pulling away, his relationship with the king- the same teen he had practically grown up with- was strained to an irreparable degree.

So when he found himself wrapped up in a quest to save the king’s late brother, he knew he was in for a wild ride.

-connections and family

Okay so time for his friends and stuff i’ll list their name and a lil bit about his relationship with them yk

Al: Father figure and adopted parent. Fent sees Al as his dad, despite their lack of blood connection, and will often help the man with his work, when he himself wasn’t busy in the castle, and Al wasn’t away traveling.

Herbie: Friend and colleague. Herbie works as the king’s advisor and assistant (though kay really doesn’t listen to her much). The two bonded over their time in the castle, becoming friends after a while of working together. Eventually confiding in eachother their concerns of the war and supply shortages.

Kay: The king. When the pair were younger, Fent was close with the boy, however when Kay started throwing himself into the war, Fent realised that he had changed. This was not the boy he knew.

Dean: Ghostly companion. During the majority of the swords and spirits plot, dean acts as a companion, following Fent around due to being tied to the sword the knight possessed, they become friends, and after his resurrection get closer, but for now they’re just the knight and his silly ghost pal! :D

(these are the key plot relevant ones i think sooooo imma move on before i die of boredom listing every character ever lmao)

-role in story and personality

Fent acts as the protagonist throughout the story, and though he isn’t too bright; he’s good with his hands and can think on his feet. His experience as a knight helps him with the many trials they face throughout the events of the story.

The story focuses a lot on his dynamic with Dean and the secrets of Dean’s past, so a lot of it is just him being a silly guy and people liking him. He tends to think with his heart not his head and is incredibly loyal (part of the reason he hasn’t completely turned on Kay or left his position within the castle).

-other

He’s vegetarian! Fenton’s like religious due to being brought up giving offerings to the element goddess, Loch, with his dad Al in a bid for clear skies and a calm sea on his travels. As such he uses silly sea related stuff in place of swears. He also is vegetarian as a sign of respect to Vita, the goddess of life and girlfriend of Loch. Though he will still eat meat if necessary, but only in extreme circumstances (e.g life or death or something).

It’s also the reason for his bandana thingies! The god of luck and fate (unnamed rn) is very modest, as such it is not uncommon for those who pray or give offerings to the gods to wear modest clothes of cover their hair. Fent is a lil more of a casual follower of fate as such doesn’t stick to the modest clothing too much but most of the time he does. (it’s also common for people to wear bandannas, hair coverings or modest clothing for good luck as well!)

He’s a bit of a jack of all trades due to helping out around the castle, his parents, and Al. As such he has a range of survival skills and is very good with his hands. He knows how to talk to people and gives pretty solid advice (even if he sounds like an inspirational page you’d see on facebook or something. my dude is the kind of person to pull those “good morning rise and grind its winner wednesday yall” and “the same heat that hardens the bread, softens the potato” hes very live laugh love unironically you know.)

Heyy, thought I'd point out that (while I like the hc in general) your timeline for Hobie declining-then-joining Spider Society doesn't work, does it? Lyla finished the watch prototype for Miguel right after the events of ITSV. And she said he'd probably be the first person to make an autonomous multiverse jump, meaning he hadn't done it before. He wasn't capable of gathering people for the society until then. So, the society is at most 1 year and 4 months old and Hobie would've been Spider-Man for at least 1 year and 8 months when first approached (if he was among the first).

Also, this made me realize: if Hobie has been Spider-Man for exactly 3 years in ATSV then Gwen has been a spider longer than him, because she's been for 3 years and 4 months at that point. Imagine that.

Areum goes with ITZY to a race and meets ENHYPEN, the top racing gang in the city.

Long story short: they all fall for her.

She's kidnapped by them and basically forced to join the gang. Secretly, Heeseung wants to use her as revenge against her brother who is his ex-best friend.

The other big secret is that she's actually a former star racer who quit after her parents die in a car accident that happened when she was driving. So there's trauma there.

There's a huge race/face off over the control of the entire city.

Part 2 of the changes to Season 2 for my Titan Luz AU

Coven Day Parade - Since Raine wasn't captured or pretending to be brainwashed, the rescue/kidnapping thing doesn't happen. Not sure if the Kikimora bit still happens, but I want Luz to encounter Terra, who is very interested in her due to (supposedly) being Raine's daughter.

Elsewhere and Elsewhen: rather than find a way back to the Human Realm, Luz is searching for clues about what she and King are. The trip to the past and meeting Philip are the same, though Luz does not reveal her true appearance or personal Glyphs. And this episode is the start of hints towards Luz's personal connection to the Collector. As for Eda's thing with her father, that probably goes the same unless I decide to change things. Maybe Eda wants Luz to try healing her father's injuries?

Any Sport in a Storm - Not sure how to change this one.

Reaching Out - This one probably goes about the same, with some differences. Since Eda doesn't need to interrogate Wrath about Raine, the Blabber potion is a prank.

Them's the Break, Kid - I think the only change is the circumstances that lead to this story being told. Maybe Raine is the one who tells the story and bonds with the kids.

Hollow Mind - Mostly the same. Since Luz's cloak wasn't damaged, they go to the Night Market for another reason. Luz and Hunter still end up in Belos' mind. Also, Luz finally remembers that she knows the Collector but keeps the connection secret and has doubts that The Collector might actually be evil.

Edge of the World - Mostly the same, but Luz feels unsafe amongst the Trappers cause she subconsciously remembers them hunting Titans. Bill was the leader back then and made a deal with the Collectors for immortality. When they escape, Luz kills Bill to protect King as Titan Magic cancels Collector Magic. The Emperor's Coven still attacks the Owl House (because Belos wants the Portal), but Eda still has her magic, so she manages to drive them off. If Lilith hasn't defected before, she does it now. Eda and Lilith still leave for the Knee because they know they'd keep coming, but Eda takes the Portal Door and other essential things (like Francios and the Palistrom wood).

Labyrinth Runners - this one stays the same for the moment.

O Titan, Where Are Though - Mostly starts out the same until Luz, King, and Hooty go to the Knee and reveal that Luz and King reveal that they are Titans. Lilith tries her worshiping stunt, but that gets nipped in the bud immediately. King and Luz share the 'I'm a freakin' God' angst, so maybe they meet Steve, who helps them.

Since Luz and Eda have no reason to break into the Precinct, I have a different thing that happens. Terra tracks the Owl House group down and attacks them, intending to kidnap Luz (and retrieve the Portal Door, but that's not her main priority). The group puts up a good fight, and Raine joins in because they got wind of Terra's plan and decided 'fuck being undercover! Imma gonna protect my family!" Unfortunately, Terra is stronger and restrains the group. Then she tries to kill Eda. Big mistake.

Seeing her mentor/second mother about to die causes Luz to enter Titan Rage Mode. Terra doesn't stand a chance, and Luz fuckin' kills her - either by mauling her or vaporizing her with a breath attack. But Terra manages to poison Luz and Eda, so the group takes them to the CATT hideout to recover.

Terra's death (though no one knows Terra is dead, only missing) so close to the Day of Unity really throws a wrench into Belos' plans, especially since he still doesn't have the Portal Door. Moreover, Raine is also missing, so he is down two Coven Heads - four if Ebewolf and Darius also decide to abscond.

I mean, he could try to find replacements, but there was a reason Raine wasn't replaced after getting captured in canon.

Yeah, canon really diverges now, and I have no idea what to do next.

It runs out for body and hardens on command, because of her quirk and not wanting her to literally die using it here are some like modifications she has to stay safe using it, and her support items:

She can replenish her blood and begins regenerating if it gets cut off or like it stops being connected

Surigi also has 72% more blood in her body than average

And as marysue as this is she has fangs that actually work 😭🙏 so as long as it entered her body she can manipulate it

And the control of her quirk while it's inside her body is a lot harder then when she can't see it, so while she is trying to get the blood out of her body to control it it comes out of everywhere it can, so her eyes get like blonded with blood so she has goggles that she uses to kinda suction it so less comes out so she can still see😭
