#people DO colour their hair

@bluetoothgoof yeah, I think that feature was seen as particularly unremarkable, or at least "nothing special" to comment about, even in societies where dark hair is apparently ~supposed to be uncommon~ (is it really though?)

So, blunette discourse gets on here semi-regularly. This is not in support or against it, but something occurred to me that I think brings nuance to the matter.

The IRL hair colour identities are blond/blonde, brunet/brunette, and red-head. We don't even have an identifier for black-haired people despite it being an IRL hair colour (which is why this scentence is structured oddly).

This means that there is literally no existing system to fit unnatural hair colours in that isn't just adjectives. This cuts out that particular grammatical structure unless you create new words. You can write around this of course, but it seems rather odd and arbitrary that you have to.

Like... I can say "the blonde" or "the golden haired woman" which give off very different connotations, but I can only say "the pink haired woman"? And it would be an interesting feature of English not predicting rainbow hair dye... if the same complaint couldn't be made about black haired people. Why do people need to invent "ravenette" we should have come up with a term for that generations ago?

Under the cut are mostly self-insert doodles of decreasing quality. Again, not much directly tied to Team Fortress 2. Might as well toss these out while I have no access to my puter. Much yapping under the cut and in the tags incoming.

Another self-insert, this time less of a "here's me as a tenth class" and more of a "here's my game experiences translated into the class I would take the place of". The Cleaner. Although I guess they could still be wearing either suit. It doesn't matter that much.

That one Convict's Case taunt with Backup would be extremely funny, because the man would be on the verge of a breakdown (he does not want to go to jail so bad you have no idea). The second image- I owe no explanation. You know what I am. You see the pattern with my favourites.

The duality of the man. Resting face versus "just heard you express interest in religion/Russian folklore" face. He's not that hard to make friends with, when you pull him away from all the explosions.

Some doodles of trying to figure his face out. Unfortunately, the more I stare at him, the more I worry that he looks like A Certain Guy With The Last Name "Kazarin", and the fear of never being original in my life caught up to me.

Like I do think Seungmin got pigeonholed as Dandy Boy and the Straight Man of skz and even thought they're 6 years into this everyone keeps falling back to that time and again, once in a while he gets to go out of that zone but they always bring him back to it in the end because that's /his station/ but boy. every time I see "does dark blond exist or is it just light brown" discourse I'm always so convinced that the ppl commenting that "it's just brown" are just from an area where there's hardly any natural blondes around bc so often the hair colour is quite obviously just the dark beige colour most blonde people get when they're adults but bc their only frame of reference is bleach blonde or highlights they think that anything darker must be brown. mf it's BLONDE
