I got to see that pile of dirt they have at Dia. It lived up to the hype.
Going inside is like being buried alive. Though the first part, the industrial clay factory in miniture in the very dark room... left me with more to think about. Mostly about mass graves, if I'm honest.

Ramble Creek Farm will be at the Union Square Greenmarket tomorrow (Friday) and they still have turkey breast! (I am writing this in January 2020.)
The photo is one of my latest - baked over cauliflower, sweet potatoes and red onion. If you like efficient prep, you can’t top turkey breast, imho. A 3.5 lb bone-in, skin-on breast like this one will yield around 6 portions.
I thaw it in the fridge (in a glass baking pan; it might leak) for one to two days. Then take it out and leave it on the counter for 2 hrs before cooking. After unwrapping it, I dry it off really well with paper towels and stuff a mixture of butter, fresh herbs, and ground dried herbs under the skin and also rub on top of the skin. I place the prepared breast over root or other non-leafy vegetables, drizzling olive oil over the veggies that aren’t under the turkey, and putting around 1/2 cup of stock in the pan (don’t get the turkey wet - the skin won’t crisp up). I blast it for 10 minutes in a 450°F preheated oven and then drop the temp to about 325°F or so and let it bake for 1.5 - 2 hrs, until a digital thermometer inserted halfway in the thickest part reads 165°F. I let it sit upside down on a plate for a few minutes to redistribute juices through the meat (not sure if that’s a myth or not), and I serve it with some of the more roasted veggies, saving the not-so-done ones for the stew I will make with the leftovers.

Located in Union Square, Hu Kitchen is a magical concept for GF and Paleo diners. The cafeteria-style eatery features hearty favorites like meatloaf, burgers, chilis, and sides all made with the right gluten substitutes. 
$ - The meal alone was on average $15 per person.
My favorite was the Forager Bowl with pork meatballs, slaw, and delicious chunks of savory-glazed pineapple over a bed of greens (photo below). The chicken burger was also good, served with a sweet potato bun and sweet potato wedges.

They had an ample selection of fresh juices, smoothies, and coffee drinks, in addition to brunch and breakfast options.
What I enjoyed most though, was the unique layout and smart details of this location, such as the water taps in the dining area. I drink a lot of water with my meals, and being able to refill my cup was a welcome benefit.
My dining companion said he’d gladly eat here again, even though he is neither GF nor paleo. I agreed!

It’s pretty obvious they were at the game Tuesday, during the first game. The lights are on and it’s broad daylight. You can also see the sunlight pouring in as they’re leaving (on his IG). Because of the double header, the stadium lights would have been on for both games (as cited in the articles you posted). The game yesterday had the first pitch at 7pm, even if they had gotten there early, it wouldn’t have been that bright in NYC at this time of year. It wouldn’t have been that bright when they left, either. It’s obvious they are leaving in his IG story because of the direction and because she is holding a half eaten bag of Paleo Puffs, the same she is holding in the video on her story on the subway. They left on the subway and went to the Whit. This seems like a classic bait and switch, but the implication is less than desirable.
