About Harold and P.Diddy
The pictures in the DM story are definitely from the Diana concert in 2007. If you look innthe background of them, you see Prince William and then CH press secretary Paddy Haverson (2003 - 2012).
The pictures were widely circulated in UK media at the time. Harold looked super chuffed to be hanginb out with Kanye and P.Diddy and other musicians while William floated about in the background though i think he also took a picture with Kanye and P.Diddy.
As for when P.Diddy's parties started.....i was a teen in the 90s. Just as there were stories about R. Kelly and Aliyah and shoddy behaviour, so were stories about P.Diddy.
Though at the time there was this wierd criminal gangs thing going on with East coast rappers ( led by Biggie Smalks and P.Diddy) vs West coast rappers led by Suge Knight. The entire thing seemed dangerous as hell because you heard about Dr Dre and Vanilla Ice being bodily threatened into signing away the rights to their records and or being pressed into signing with the record company he ran. East vs West feud culminated in Tupac and Biggie being shot.
Somehow, P.Diddy made his image over witn that Police song tribute to Biggie and then started dating JLO whilst pretending to be a reformed man at best or the innocent victim of that East vs West coast feud with fingers pointing at Suge Knight who didn't help matters by being a genuinely scary guy.
Then on a night out to a club, soneone either got shot or there was a drive by, and the guns were discovered in the car that P.Diddy and JLO was travelling in.
JLO dropped and ran away from P.Diddy the minute she was released from the police station and she's never looked back.
P.Diddy started throwing these huge public parties - His White parties became legendary. Even featured on an episode of Sex and the City except they substituted P.Diddy for Richard.
However, you'd hear all this other stuff going on at the same time. Different parties. JayZ was mentioned at these other parties. As Wendy Williams says,' the streets were talking...'
You heard about the s3xual grooming of young stars in the R& B/ Hip Hop world especially male stars was merely whispered eg then 14yr old Usher, Little Bow Wow, Tevin Campbell. All alleged to have been groomed by P.Diddy. These days Usher gives interviews in which he admits to attending wild private parties with P.Diddy when he lived with him for a year. Everyone glosses over his age when he was doing this.
And that girlband, Danity Kane that he created in 2005 were already accusing him of sordid behaviour and abuse though everyone dismissed them as sour grapes because they didn't become stars on the level of an Usher / Tevin Campbell / Little Bow Wow.
By the time 2010 rolled around, the streets were talking louder, but everyone ignored it because P.Diddy wasn't as much in our faces.
I honestly think that if Cassie his ex-girlfriend hadn't sued him and he settled that suit less than 24hrs after it was filed to the tune of $30M, i think he'd have gotten away with this.
But trust me when i say that P.Diddy's misdeeds are as sordid as R. Kelly and possibly worse if the whispers of what he did in that West vs East coast feud are true.
The only shocker about all this is T.D. Jakes who was outed as a frequent attendee at these other parties.
I'm so tired of reverred preachers having rotten, margot filled feet of clay.
*****
All of this. 💯.
I was going to reblog one of my posts from last week where I said “there’s nothing happening. Wait till the next celeb scandal breaks and then worry if KP is still in the news” (because the new celeb scandal is here) and decided not to dredge up old feelings since Kate’s Friday Statement quelled a lot of it.
But I still want to say what I was going to say and anon, you’ve submitted the PERFECT post.
This P. Diddy lawsuit, especially the RICO part and yesterday’s raid, is huge. The ripple effects are going to be significant.
Just look at all the people mentioned in anon’s post. They mentioned everyone I was writing about - Jennifer Lopez, R. Kelly, Aaliyah, Suge Knight, East Coast vs West Coast.
The rap industry is quaking in their boots. It’s going to get messy.
And also, Jennifer Lopez is having a mini-PR crisis of her own. It’s not as bad as what KP has been going through, but it has the potential to be - people are calling out her ego and bad behavior (she consistently ranks in top 10 worst celebs to meet) and her new film bombed. If she wants to stop all the bad press she’s getting, she’s going to roll on P. Diddy in a tell-all couch confession about how horrific life was with him and now she can finally speak out.
But there’s one guy having a good time with this:
50 Cent has been telling about P. Diddy for YEARS.
His victory lap on Twitter is most deserved.

Binibining Pilipina Santolan Pasig 2023 Regional Costume: Pakalog Festival Queen
The Pakalog festival is a unique gathering celebrated every 31st of December in the humble Barangay of Santolan Pasig. 'PAKALOG" was derived from a dish that was popularized with the Santoleños back in the day. As the place used to be made up of rice paddies, the people will usually catch fish called "Bulig" and will directly put it in a clay pot. The mixture of the ingredients, the movement, and the noise the fish makes, the term Pakalog ensued. This filipiñana's white pearlescent intricacy is a manifestation of their modern yet simple lifestyle. The tinkering sound by the gown is from the Capis shells, like a musical chant inviting prosperity and abundance for the year about to unfold. Overall, this ensemble is a marriage of modernization, culture, and festivity that every Santoleño should be proud of.

Don't mind me just putting my 2 fav prongsfoot hcs out here
a) Yeah yeah we all know Paddy licked tf out of James in his amg form not even jegulas and wolfstar shippers can deny this cohesively BUT I'm going to die in the hill that James loved getting licked by Sirius when both of them were human. Like human Sirius just randomly licking his finger. Nothing sexual (not always anyway) just...James loves physical contact of that level of being comfortable with someone
b) Lil Paddy got very little allowance in his first year for being sorted into Griffindor BUT he saved up all of it in a jealous little bronze pile at the back of his closet. And in the summer before his 2nd year, he took it out and pimped out all of it on a small, black dog keychain as a present for James' 12th birthday to always remind James that Sirius would he there for him (yeah they were already that close). And while 5th year Sirius was pining away to death and James could never love him that way, Prongsie was building clay babies to accompany the little black dog (his name is Toebean btw) and his "very good friend", a little brown stag keychain (that James had saved up all year for) in their little cardboard house. On his and Sirius' wedding night, that was his present. Don't come for me, this is basically unwritten canon.
Add yours babes

i think i said it before but raglan road is soo nessian coded.
Like,
'On a quiet street where old ghosts meet, I see her walking now
Away from me so hurriedly, my reason must allow.
That I had loved not as I should, a creature made of clay,
When the angel woos the clay he'll lose, his wings at the dawn of day.'
paddy k had cassian levels of delusion with that one.

Animation: Day 4
Heyy Tumblr,
Unfortunately I was sick yesterday so I missed everyone starting to make their mini-me's. Some people used clay, some used paper mâché, some used felt. I ended up just balling some paper together and taping it.
I didn't take many pictures of the process but I got one.
After getting started on my sculpture I got my voice line recorded for the animation. I said "What a lovely day". This weekend is Paddy's so college isn't open Monday. I'll update next on Tuesday when we'll be going out and drawing again.

Andrew Wasylyk & Tommy Perman - Ash Grey and the Gull Glides On - the latest Clay Pipe Music album is out today, with Perman adding gentle beats to Wasylyk's trademark lush electro-acoustic arrangements. Today's equivalent of Art of Noise's Ambient Collection
I've included the full promo copy because it's interesting.
‘Ash Grey And The Gull Glides On’ is the new album by Scottish composers Andrew Wasylyk and Tommy Perman. The pair have orbited each others worlds for a number of years through audio-visual collaborations spanning record releases, films and sound installations. Wasylyk’s cinematic compositions have been nominated for the Scottish Album of the Year Award and been awarded BBC Radio 6 Music’s Gideon Coe’s Album of the Year. He has collaborated with former National Poet for Scotland, Liz Lochhead, and written soundtracks for Radio 4. Perman’s work as a musician and DJ has taken him across the world, with numerous record releases under his own name and with experimental group/arts collective FOUND, alongside visual works at the Sydney Opera House and National Museum of Scotland. ‘Ash Grey And The Gull Glides On’ is the pair’s first collaborative album as a duo. The record is rooted in Perman's ambient-acid-house grooves and multi-textural percussion built from sampling the knocks, clangs and creaks of Wasylyk’s upright piano. These are woven through a palette of drum machines, rolling transcendental piano motifs, fluttering synthesisers, saxophones swells and hymnal choral vocals. Approaching the meditative ten-song collection, Tommy posted Andrew three envelopes containing ‘Recording Instructions’, ‘Tempo Cards’ and ‘Chord Cards’. Nodding towards the Fluxus instructions of Yoko Ono’s Grapefruit and the environmental cues of Perman and Wasylyk’s collaboration on Sing the Gloaming (‘If it’s wet outside: 100bpm. If it’s dry outside: 70bpm’) the cards inspired exploration and improvisations which were then cut up and collaged. The spirit of this project channels through ‘Communal Imagination’ as Wasylyk’s trademark airy piano chords float above Perman’s juddering rhythms, conjuring a Balaeric abstraction of Basil Kirchin. The group brass and stuttering echoes of ‘Root Grow Emerge’ are accompanied by field recordings of Tommy’s children playing and reciting cyclical chants. ‘Blessing Of The Banners’ slowly unspools through spiritual cinematic jazz patterns into a hymn of hope, whilst ‘Spec Of Dust Becomes A Beam’ ignites into an expansive, kosmiche four-to-the-floor crescendo. A sense of warmth, openness and curiosity floods through ‘Ash Grey And The Gull Glides On’. A document of forward-thinking artistic union from a pair at the height of their imaginations, perched over the Tay estuary. “So leave us as you found us, walk with us or around us, you might find nothing to see here, but come tomorrow we’ll still be here,” warmly warns Aidan Moffat (Arab Strap) over ascending chords on the album’s closing track ‘Be the Hammer’: a mantra of quiet defiance from idiosyncratic composers in full flight. Liminal, illuminating ideas landing where melody meets rhythm: ‘Ash Grey And The Gull Glides On’ is a place where community, love and goodness Written, produced, recorded, and mixed by Andrew Wasylyk & Tommy Perman. 10 written by Andrew Wasylyk, Tommy Perman & Aidan Moffat. Strings recorded by Pete Harvey at Pumpkin Field Studio, Perthshire. Nina Perman: vocals. Paddy Perman: vocals Aidan Moffat: vocals. Pete Harvey: cello, viola & violin. All other instruments by Andrew Wasylyk & Tommy Perman. Mastered by Robin Sutherland at Esko Mastering, Finland. Design and Illustration by Frances Castle.

Paddy Nolan, familiar legless street vendor of shoelaces, who was struck down by a motor car as he was crossing Main st., 20 fast north of the intersection at Logan ave., in the rain Monday night. The driver of the car was Irenee Joseph Baduri, 61 Luxton ave.
James Findlay, a youth of 18, who dived into the Red river near Louise bridge Monday night, and did not reappear on the surface again. He lived at 67 Boyle st.
Dr. H. M. Speechly, provincial coroner, will hold inquests in connection with both traffic fatalities. There will be no inquest in regard to the drowning.
Inquest into the death of Jean Fryatt will be held in central police station at 9 p.m. tomorrow and the Inquiry into the death of Paddy Nolan will be held at the same hour on Thursday.
Drivers of the autos involved in both accidents gave statements to the police but were not detained. Ethel Dunn, 16, of 402 College st., St. James, escaped with cuts and bruises about the face when struck a street car at the intersection by Portage and Dominion, shortly before noon today. She was taken to Grace hospital where her condition is reported as good.
CHEERFUL DESPITE LOSS OF BOTH LEGS At about 11 p.m. Paddy Nolan, whose legs had to be amputated at the knee 41 years ago, was shuffling across Main st., 20 feet north of the intersection at Logan ave. It was 11 p.ri, He was on his way east to his room in the Salvation Army hostel on Logan ave., to get out of the rain with his little tray of shoe laces, pencils and novelties. A friend, waiting for him on the east side of Main st.. said he had almost made the side-walk.
The asphalt was black and glistening with the rain.
With the traffic lights in his favor, Mr. Baduel drove his car north across the intersection. He did not see Nolan and struck him. His skull was fractured. Police rushed him to the General hospital where he died two hours later. He was 62 years of age.
For 18 years Paddy Nolan plodded his way along Main st., selling his shoelaces a cheerful figure despite the loss of his limbs. Forty-one woods of Northern years ago, Ontario, while in the he had his legs so badly frozen that they had to be amputated.
A Privileged Character For many years he had been a privileged character. Traffic, at all times of day, gave him the right of way when he chose to cross the street.
Coming to the province from Ottawa in 1915, he settled in Winnipeg where he had lived continuously ever since. He was a devout member of the Immaculate Conception church and was attended by Father W. G. Moore shortly before he died in the hospital.
While he was known by sight to great number of Winnipeg's citizens and had innumerable acquaintances, he made few personal friends. One of these said of Paddy that he was a man of great intelligence, but he was too modest to be a salesman. "Paddy would never push himself before the public," he said. "If he found some one to talk to on the sidewalk he would rather spend the morning that way than trying to sell his wares."
Almost an Institution He had become almost an institution at the Salvation Army hostel, where he lived, and among the permanent residents today there was a feeling of great loss. Paddy had made himself a place in their affections.
So far as is known his only relatives are two brothers, Harry, in Osgoode, Ont, and John, in West: Washington, D.C.
The funeral arrangements, which are in the care of Barker's funeral home, have not yet been completed. Police, today, are testing the brakes of Mr. Baduel's car to determine whether they were in proper working order when the accident occurred.

Experiencing chatti choru from Kerala lifts your palette and taste buds to heaven.
A culinary legacy that satisfies the senses and uplifts the spirit may be found in Kerala, India, tucked away in the state's verdant surroundings. "Chatti Choru," a rice meal traditionally prepared in "Chatti," earthen pots, is one such culinary treasure. Beyond its unassuming exterior, Chatti Choru is a symphony of fragrances that tantalise the senses and conjure fond memories of Kerala's rich culinary past. The process of making Chatti Choru starts with the careful selection of ingredients, each one intended to provide a perfectly balanced combination of flavors. This dish's main ingredient is the native rice variety, which is prized for its unique flavor and texture and is usually harvested from nearby paddy fields. After being cleaned and soaked, the rice is cooked to the ideal consistency by absorbing moisture.
The earthy scent of clay mingles with the gentle sweetness of rice as the rice simmers in the Chatti. This particular cooking technique not only gives the food a distinct flavor, but it also captures the essence of the soil, demonstrating Kerala's strong ties to its homeland.A variety of locally obtained items are served alongside the rice, each adding a unique scent and flavor profile to the combination. A hint of creaminess is added by freshly grated coconut, and the dish gains depth and complexity from the addition of aromatic spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Chayote leaves, spicily spicy green chilies, and perfectly cooked shallots add layers of flavor to the Chatti Choru that reveal themselves with each bite. The aroma of the ghee, or clarified butter, which is liberally poured over the cooked rice, is possibly the most alluring. Ghee's rich, nutty aroma seeps into every grain, giving the otherwise simple dish an opulent touch and a Michelin-star quality.
The preparation of Chatti Choru is a ceremony that is rooted in history and has been passed down through the years; it is more than just combining ingredients. Cooking with earthen pots gives the food a distinct flavor that improves both its flavor and nutritious content. Because clay is permeable, cooking can be done slowly and evenly, which lets the tastes merge together nicely. When the lid is opened to reveal a symphony of fragrances that beg to be relished, the Chatti Choru is served hot. Every bite of food is a celebration of Kerala's rich cultural legacy and dynamic culture, as guests are transported to a gastronomic paradise by the alluring aroma of spices, herbs, and ghee filling the air.A surprise of flavors that dance on the palate and arouse the senses is what happens when you take your first spoonful of Chatti Choru. The Chatti essence infuses the rice, making it soft and aromatic, and the combination of spices leaves a light, aftertaste. Each component stands out but also mixes in well with the others to create a flavorful tapestry that is both reassuring and energizing.
But Chatti Choru is more than simply food; it's a sensory experience that transports you back to carefree afternoons spent laughing and telling stories with loved ones over a substantial feast. It serves as a reminder of Kerala's agricultural heritage and profound respect for the abundance of nature.A simple act of creating and enjoying a dish like Chatti Choru becomes a type of meditation—a means to re-establish a connection with oneself and the environment around us—in a world that is becoming more and more hectic and fast-paced. It serves as a gentle reminder to slow down, find beauty in the ordinary, and enjoy each moment as though it were a precious treat.
Enjoying Chatti Choru in the calm atmosphere of a four-star hotel takes the experience to a new level of elegance and peace. Anticipation permeates the air as families assemble around the table, accompanied by the faint scent of ghee and spices. A sense of ease and relaxation is created by the luxurious settings and excellent service, enabling customers to fully immerse themselves in the culinary adventure that lies ahead.Travelers looking for a true experience of Kerala's cuisine will find that eating Chatti Choru at Best Chatti Choru in Kochi delivers the ideal fusion of refinement and tradition. Every piece of food that is presented beautifully and made with premium ingredients becomes a celebration of Kerala's unique flavors and rich cultural legacy. Diners are taken on a sensory journey from the very first bite to the very last, leaving them with a lasting appreciation of Kerala's culinary landscape's beauty and complexity.
