i think “Lo-Fi Beats to Yoyle To” is one of my favorite not episode bfdi videos (is it a short? i guess its moreso a music video) purely because of how comfy it is and the slice of life-y ness of it. “its not canon-“ I DONT CARE SHOOTING U WITH MY EVIL LASER!!! um anyway yeah under the cut is me analyzing multiple scenes from it. i wont be looking into every single one but a lot of them

THE FIRST SCENE and its already a banger. even tho we dont see this hypothetical “team ice cube room” ever outside of this (yeah yeah not canon) it still is so interesting to like. think about. i cant remember how many times we’ve seen objects fall asleep at night but. i love how gelatin has a biiig sleep bubble thats him colored (does it taste like jelly??) AND. FIREY JR. SLEEPS IN A SOCK. thats adorable. anyway yeah even if its a reference to the lofi girl i really like how donut is, presumebly, writing in his diary? late at night with lofi music on? thats so cute. i also love how you can see a picture of bomby and a statue of ice cube on the top shelf

THIS SCENE is awesome too - we never really saw the big staircase outside of bfb 1 & 11 but i love the idea so much that it became a hangout spot for the objects! (in bfb 11x it even has graffiti on it after its first appearance in bfb 1, which is such a cool detail and goes to show the lived-in ness which i adore and this short does so well. and rhat isnt even in this video!! the point im making - bring back the big staircase. where did it go) even flower and bomby, characters who we never saw interact and are on different teams are listening to music together and eating bananas. thats so awesome, i love the idea that the contestants are way more chill with eachother when not competing? everything revolves around the competition which makes sense, but i love these little moments

next up! first off i love the lighting here, it seems to be at sunrise or sunset with the orange sky which is SO interesting cuz. we never see sunrise or sunset in the show!!!! its always just day or night. its crazy how they excluded the best time of day. anyway i love how:

- bell’s just vibing on her own!! it makes sense ig considering she can fly anywhere

-book’s seemingly watching bell? lesbian behavior

-GOLFBALL SHES JUST. doodling on her piece of paper thats adorable. i love seeing objects do the things they like!!!

i also really like how we see one of the paper airplanes. we see them in bfb 13 which is awesome too but seeing the stuff from prior challenges is so cool and i love the continuity

OMG ITS THE BFDI (Burried forest, deciduously insulated) again!!! i love seeing this thing, its similar to the paper airplanes or staircase where its so cool to see things which are one-off moments/objects/places in episodes, seeing them multiple times really helps flesh out the world. ALSO. naily and barfbag playing/vibing in the water. thats so adorable

the next scene is one where we see a few bleh members in their room from bfb 12 - once again going back to it being so cool to see places from other challenges!! (even if it appears to be the case that four just made and destroyed them for the episode.)

as you can SEE i specifically chose to highlight taco here. SHES JUST DRAWING A PICTURE OF HERSELF AND LABELING IT ME??? thats so cute i love her for that

AND HERE we have pin vibing in the goiky canal(?) in one of the boats. this is so awesome i love seeing the bfdi boats reappear and i love how pin’s just chilling. love her for that

LAST ONE i want to go over: oh my GOD?? ITS LEGO BRICK IN ONE OF THE LEVELS FROM BFDIA 5B?? this was and still is such a cool reference. the idea that they’re still stuck in evil leafy is such a interesting and sad idea!! the lofi music gives this scene an heir of loneliness which makes it so weirdly compelling to me.

anyway yeah thats it!!! if theres one thing to learn one of the best thints competition shows can and should do imo is slow down every once in a while and show the contestants living their lives. this was seen more recently with bfdia 13 but this video is another great example and it doesnt even use words or a story. it doesnt need to, the object show is a visual media and this is such an awesome video which tells us so much about the bfdi universe without words

usually i dont ask for reblogs and this isnt even an effort thing i wrote this in like 20 min but. it would mean a lot to me if you reblogged this cuz i think its really cool to see the objects here and i think more people should see and think about the slice of life portions of object shows

the opening was just hilarious, i love how it just lead up to a tpot gag

and not only does it star eliminated contestants, but it also has the failed debuters?? that's very impressive, i didnt think there would be much to do inside the TLC but i guess i was wrong !!

speaking of,, i thought the eliminated contestants exploring yoyle city was so fun!! especially since yellow face didnt join them (i dont like yellow face)

the coiny and pin moment had such a bittersweet unhappy ending, it was kinda scary

firey,, brough her back, woa,, now it connects to bfb 15

yall remember when i only gave tpot 11 a high b tier? well in terms on con-competition episodes, this one absolutely beats that one somehow

i dont even like bfdia all that much and i love tpot but this episode managed to win me back into liking the season again

they did everything right, it's amazing

they really out here killing every new host. how many hosts are we going to go through by the end of this season? is this how BFDIA gets canceled?

also! this... place. my first thought when i saw this was "hive" (since bug episode), but that might not be the case. it looks vaguely crystalline, which seems like the best description. it also reminded me of a kaleidoscope, though it's not centered on anything... i'll call it "Crystalline Kaleidoscope" for now. oh, and it has vaguely crystalline noises.

the sequence was presented inside the normal episode, but i don't think it happens concurrently with it. i think it happens after the episode, or like... after coiny dies or something.

originally, i thought the CK was pin's conciousness, and then like... an afterlife or something. we haven't seen any other afterlives other than the trash compactor one, but it could be like... literally anything. like this. i'm not so sure about that right now, but it does seems like a very possible outcome.

but, pin and coiny died by different manners (coiny dies by poison, pin died by mud). also, pin remembers the trash compactor afterlife, which might mean that she's dead in this sequence (and coiny is by extension, or being visited through ghost sheniganery). at the end of the sequence, it becomes brighter, which either means he's recovered or waking up.

i think the most likely outcomes for where CK is are either an afterlife or some sort of telepathy.

and in the end of this sequence, pin's plan is for coiny to send her and him to the trash compactor afterlife ("there's one place where i can be my whole self again!...far, far away...to get there we will have to get compacted [note: compacted is said in TTS]." (i.e. trash compactor afterlife)). in this place, she will have all the things taken away from her (face, limbs, size), even if she will look strange - so it makes sense she wants to be here. but... why does she remember this? no one else did.

perhaps it's because she's dead, and when you're dead, you can remember any previous afterlives. however, spongy seemed confused in bfdia 9 when he entered the TCA. though, he might have never died in this particular way before, so not remembering the TCA would be understandable. maybe, instead, she's not dead but not quite alive either, allowing her to access knowledge she should only have while dead but still being alive is some form.

also also, i don't see why she has to die in this particular way. if there are multiple afterlives, then this is just one of many. perhaps she only specifically remembers TCA for some reason? but if so, why? i suppose we'll only find out in the next episode.

anyways. the mysterious "they" she talks about is interesting. my first thought was the creators of the show, which is pretty meta, but it could be anyone. i get the feeling that the "they" mentioned here is more of a group, but "they" could be a singular person aswell.

Lackluster to me personally 💚💚 I respect you if you like it but i was just. Too hyped to see leafy again I guess. Come on, dude... fifteen seconds of screentime........ (there was One Moment that I liked though, it leaves some theorizing, but yeah)

As I said on my main sometime ago I'm planning on making a rewrite that holds up to my hype. But maybe later once I'm not busy with ,, everything else

Well, it's time to say one of my most controversy opinion ever, related to OSC. However, this time it is related to TPOT.

So, I want to say, that this whole season was a mistake. Yes, I think the season, despite having interesting storylines, characters (One-), and also one of the best hosts ever, was a mistake. Before any of you say anything, listen to me!

So, you all know why TPOT exist, right? JNJ Crew, after BFB 15, had no clue what they should do with the show. Remember, BFB was supposed to be, pretty much, low quality season, that would be released at much quicker date (heck, the whole name for the season was supposed to be Sloppy BFDI!), but due to them deciding to add more quality, both in writing and animation, episodes started to take too long, not to mention the cast being, oddly, big (like, 64 people?!). There various concepts about what to do, there was even an idea to kill 40 people off, so the cast could become smaller. Then, an idea was brought to life - splitting the show, in half.

The split happened next episode and... Let's say a lot of people hated the split - not only because a lot of arcs were dropped, a lot of decisions were questionable (cough allowing Loser and Spongy to join cough), not to mention Two being, let's be honest here, an asshole. Because of the way the split was handled, a lot of people hated Two and, I'm being serious, wrote hate fics about Two and the contestants, that joined them. Yes, this was THAT controversial.

Even when JNJ dropped a video, about why the split happened, it still wasn't helping the case of TPOT. While BFB Post-Split quality was... Okay (I mean as in general, because no joke, that season isn't good), TPOT quality was supposed to be like the latest episode of Pre-Split BFB - it was supposed to have deep arcs, to have better animation, to have EVERYTHING better.

And, it did have deeper themes, better animation (TPOT), but some decisions were being meet with criticism, from BFDI fans - the episodes were taking too long (1 year), the characters were acting out of character (it was mostly seen in TPOT 2, where some considered the episode to be mean-spirited), that some arcs made no sense (Pin arc, though it makes more sense now, that we have BFDIA, but remember - BFDIA was seen as cancelled season back then, when two first episodes of TPOT were released). There were decisions, that annoyed a lot of people, such as letting Teardrop join.

There were also conflicts within the crew, which lead to Satomi being laid off (not fired, laid off), alongside Pokey. The whole season feel into limbo and a lot of people thought it would be meet with the same fate as BFDIA, but surprisingly it did come back, with Sam writing, and... First episodes under his production were meet with criticism from BFDI fans, that were kinda disappointed, especially Satomi and Pokey fans, that enjoyed their writing style (I mean, I enjoyed their writing too), some going too far into saying lots of harmful things about Sam, which was always the problem with those fanatics, I swear those people need to grow up.

The past few episodes of TPOT were AMAZING for me - it introduced better handled plot, they introduced fucking ONE to the show! However, there are still people, that are going too far with criticism, which is no longer a criticism, literally wanting Sam to be fired, which would be literally the worst scenario for many, many BFDI fans!

I enjoy Sam's writing too, but it does sometimes have lots of flaws, but I can't say it's awful. What I'm saying is TPOT is a result of mistakes, that JNJ Crew made, regarding BFB. So, you may ask "How could we avoid the split?", I have few suggestions:

Double eliminations! If they decided to introduce them in TPOT, why they couldn't introduce them there?

Drop the quality of animation a bit,

Make Two a co-host of Four and X (if Two would still be introduced)

Handle rejoiners better - don't make Loser and Spongy rejoin, either make anyone else rejoin (Liy-), or make no one rejoin! Or, heck, even better - have a rejoiner and a debuter, decided by people!

If they wanted to keep arcs there, at least they could make them be enjoyable, because the majority of BFDI fans kinda disliked the way Tacobook was handled (and also early Winnerclock arc... And Pin cheating arc... Yeah...)

The quality should be somewhat in the middle - of course, there should be still serious moments, but not arcs, that do make people dislike characters (Pin cheating arc and Tacobook!)

If Algebralians were still supposed to show up, they should be a part of EXITors attempting to escape plot,

Change the voting system to Vote to Save and change the ways you're voting to Google Forms (because Jesus Christ, Voting Wars were stressing for lots of people)

Handle Two's character better than how it was handled in BFB 16, so they would be still sympathetic character

Of course there might be still lots of possibilities, that could avoid the show to split, but I just said mine ideas.

Despite the split still happening and lots of people enjoying TPOT, I can't deny that there are lots of problems going on currently with this season, while BFDIA revival is going steady. Of course I won't rush any crew members or beg JNJ to tell us about what's going to happen next. Hopefully things will get better for everyone out there.

Oh, and btw - if you think harassment of any kind is ok, then I respectfully tell you to stay away from me and grow up. BFDI isn't THAT serious and was never supposed to be taken seriously!

I wouldn't Mind these On their Own, like, At max i'd Just get Mildly annoyed but The thing Is. I Know like The Wholeass osc Will be Screaming over These parts. I don't Mind the coinpin [though Constant romantic coinpin is a bit Annoying to see to me And I'll probably get Bothered], But sweet jesus, The amount of people Talking about fireafy will be Unbearable 6_6

I do Have the Tag blocked On Tumblr, but That Also Means I'll have To Completely steer Out of Other stuff like osctwt [Great, Since i don't like Twitter at all anyways] or Other osc discord servers im in. But overall, a Really Nice ep. The humor here was Top notch!!

I will defend TD being in TPOT with my entire life you guys are so boring if you think she should be gone just because she's mean and causes problems

Also if you think she should be gone because she's already been in the other seasons what about Pin or Coiny or GB who have been in every season and are STILL in bfdia! her being in previous seasons does not make her less deserving of being in TPOT. She's not even on a team so it's not like shes taking a spot your favourite character could have had in voting. (maybe you say its unfair that she has plot armour but GOD its a fictional show fairity is based on what the creators write for her)

Also she's always had powers this isn't a new thing, but I love them going into it more! AND I loved seeing her push Eraser off the bridge this episode because you know what she did the EXACT same thing to flower. She always chooses the chance to win over allyship. but her being like that was never really discussed its just a part of her. and I would love to see TPOT dive into her character more! Which I imagine they will, otherwise why bring her back.

Yea she's been in a lot of seasons but she's also rarely looked into as a character, I want to see where TPOT is going with this shes so interesting I love her,

Actually I have more to say because when she 'betrays' flower let it also be known that Flower was not listening to her in that EP. Girl is getting dragged around, she looks so bored shopping is not her thing. And now in TPOT she is quite literally alone. There is no one on her team, she can't take any chances. Characteres also have consistently ingored her or talked over her as she can't talk. She's doing her best. I think she just doesn't really know how to talk to people, maybe that's why she seems genuinely regretful with Gelatin when she realizes he's hurt by her. Sighhh I can't wait to see where they go with her.

Finally Saw BFDIA and I Absolutely Agree. While I Dont Love JNJ and AE's Corporatization I Will Say JNJ Seems to Be Using Their Resources and Growth to Make Some Really Phenomenal Stuff. BFDIA 6 is Such a Phenomenal Episode and While TPOT Isnt Perfect Its Still One of the Better Shows Currently On the Scene. BFDI Has EARNED It's Place as the Best Object Show Out There and I Respect It So Much

I can't believe they brought back the basketball rain of all things. Oh that thing in the promo image was a bunk bed. Lollipop face time is cool!! Finally TB admitted the cloud was a snowball.

Somehow I thought coiny liked bugs. David rave!! Shout out to yoylestraw, and now we have a host we can understand. I like the use of Pan Flute as a graph, it's what Kevin MacLeod would have wanted.

Shout out to Coiny making Pin get everything back but her limbs! Then why did we have the whole compacting thing anyway, just for false hope? I wish we would at least find out who controls everything in BFDI, probably just the Huangs.

Spongy relaxing on a beach with Bubbly Pop is great, and they're keeping the tradition of him killing hosts. The little instrument guys are back but they're dead, which is too bad. I like that they're still keeping the insulting cell phones from BFDI 25 in play.

I have come to like Barf Bag more after this episode, I just pay more attention to BFDIA. The LOLers being the host is so nice. I didn't like that GB got voted off, she is a favorite of mine, but it does help with TB's arc of learning how to do things on his own. It's funny that she was eliminated by a golf club.

OK I just realized rewatching for the post that Match being satisfied is probably a reference to how she and GB were in the bottom 2 in 5a. And GB screaming exactly how she did in BFDI 1a is just... :) I know it's nostalgia catnip but it works on me!! Kind of reminds me of Homestar Runner somehow

The Crappy Cliff being mentioned on the wheel is silly, I kind of like it. Pan Flute being killed because they spent money on the poster is sad but his manner of death was funny looking at least! And his influence is felt throughout this episode. Kevin MacLeod is a good sport for letting his character be killed, and iconic tracks REAL BFDI fans will remember are heard all over the contest, including the backwards remix of Sunshine as heard in BFDI 1b! I wish he put that on the vinyl record...

I can't believe Eggy hates poly freesmart so much. I kind of like the pair logos, I wish TB said "pair up? okay" like he did in BFDI 17, that would be a cool easter egg to add for longtime fans. This episode makes Tennickel a viable couple, and not just because Nickel was a good substitute for GB.

More Snowball content is always welcome, he is a jerk but a funny jerk at his best (at his worst he's just complaining about armless people). We get to see the Five Islands here, so they probably won't be the prize instead of the farm. Bottle talking about Evil Leafy made me want to start #bottlevil as a semi-joke but also yuri

The constant talk about "island 1" Is probably a BFDI 6 reference, but I'm not sure enough to put it on the wiki. Anything that is BFDI 17 Recommended Characters Auditions Mentioned makes me smile, like the "only ball with lines" bit. The Go Guys are back in HQ! And characters running through the Evil Forest with BFDIA 1 music is so familiar, especially since they are technically running from Evil Leafy, making it the opposite of BFDIA 1!

The FreeSmart SuperCoffin is so unhinged and I love it. Donut saying "NO!" is the only thing people remember about him since he was eliminated early but that was a setup anyway since the other two were CoinPin and all Donut did was bicker with Pencil. Coiny jumping from vine to vine is cool.

I can't believe TB just used his powers for evil. Oh, I get it, Fries fed his fries to Bomby, thats why he has one left. There's a PERC on Dora's island, I wish its pencil-excluding aspect was more relevant, because I want to see more specific recovery centers! There are ones for individual contestants, what about groups like teams or plant objects?

Pillow just learned pillows exist. I thought Needle slapped Book from far away. I like the use of Rocket by Kevin MacLeod with the "snatch" gag, and it's also a stealth pun on the rocket packs. I can't believe they used his track that was in a carykh video about all the recommended characters, though.

I just realized the teddy bears are the same types as the We Bare Bears. I like Teardrop's island, but I can't believe we saw Teardrop's cousins on BFDI before Gelatin's brothers. This may be a reference to an early "recolor camp" called BOTTLE, but that's probably pretty obscure.

ITS THE FREESMART COMEBACK OF THE CENTURY!!! And Ruby wanting to bring back Bubble is so adorable. Especially since I watched BFDIA 2 at the same location a lil more than 12 yrs ago and I was sad that Ruby didn't want Bubble back. #fullcircle

I love Cyborg Pin, by the way. I would rather her stay that way forever than have limbs. Of course they used the Teardrop Family Reunion line. I thought Coffee Drop would be diarrhea because they were near a porta potty and the other characters with many relatives have Poo relatives.

Pencil using helium to make fun of Ruby was so silly, especially since they used to have the same voice actor (Ruby switched Huangs after BFDIA 6, I just looked that up). I love that Bubble can fly if she is inflated enough, and that little Spongy mouth! TB calling Toilet Brush TB is a really good bit.

SPRINGY SHOES MENTIONED!!! Is everything that comes out of Pin replaced by ooze? Also Camera and Teardrop's Pirate Adventure mentioned. The characters trading off short voice clips was so random but I liked it, the Match/Pin rivalry from early BFDI is back! I never knew how much I missed, like, Match until now.

Coiny with the hammer reminded me of "be more careful" right away and I felt vindicated to see it used. Bob-Omb recommended character being a bobber combined with a bomb is underrated. Nickel has that Chip Skylark energy. I love Teardrop's pirate ship.

Puffball Island is awesome! I wish they stayed talking like Puffball. Did Fries just call Puffball brat? Pin's song is the best, by the way. BUBBLE SAYING YOYLECAKE AGAIN~ Bomby censoring Fries's anti-Puffball song is a good one. I wanted to hear Coiny sing.

I have come to like Puffneedle and I always saw a common bond between them with them both having nicknames, I'm the yuri hipster. Pencil is finally respecting Needle! Ruby's tactic to steal a song was very cool. BUT PIN SNAPPING IS EVEN COOLER!!! That scene was so Homestuck but also Fear Garden.

I ended up voting for Ruby to get the prize and Book to be eliminated. I like Book but I like Ruby more, so consider voting Book out VTSing Ruby. Also, I feel Evil Leafy should have been used better. What's the point of having a superpowered evil version of the best character in the show if she doesn't even get to kill someone, or talk to Bubble somehow?

how's that bfdi III brainrot treating you? Mine is rotting nicely! Gosh, I hope TPOT crushes my soul this time like a good kick from II2. That would make this so much better you have no idea. I hope pin being brutally ripped apart gives her her limbs back. Girl is experiancing the horrors. Also Golf TBH was amazing. I, too, freak out over pretty rocks! The're sodalitefull! Bu dum tish! Poor Rocky. He lost his make-Cricket-uncomfortable powers and got the boot to boot! Only one of those is bad for anyone other than him. Sadly emetophobes are not well accounted for in society. What I need to do is grab your brain by the stem and shake it vigorously while screaming "STOP HURTING MY FRIEND!" Have Saint Bernard. I have an animation with it so I'm going to send that via message. Nothing hurty about that besides typical One shenanigans.

While I don't think tpot will quite get to the level of season two ii, it'll certainly be a little more grounded than bfdi/bfdia!! Speaking of which, this episode was awesome. Rocky Does tend to make me uncomfy but eh, what can ya do. I've been doing my best to either just look away or get used to it (luckily his "puleh" noise is pretty recognizable so I know when to not look). And YA tbh GB was a wonderful sight to see, kinda wish we saw a little more of her infodump.

BFDIA 0: SUFFERINGOBJECT.MP4

The Start:

Have you heard of this show "Battle for dream Island again" or "BFDIA" this show had the best season there was also new episodes 2023! And they were awesome but I like to share you something disturbing this is what I found!

The Story:

In 2013 It was a stormy day I was on my computer I was listening to K-pop (permanently girls generation) until all the sudden I got a notification from Jacknjenify. It was a new episode of BFDIA it was titled "BFDIA 0: SUFFERINGOBJECTS.MP4 the thumbnail had a black screen .I don't know we're this is going so I clicked on it anyway!

The Episode:

The video started with a warning it says "WARNING THE VIDEO YOU'RE ABOUT TO SEE WILL CONTAIN BLOOD GORE SUICIDE CRYING KNIFE GUNS CHAINSAWS AND HORROR VIEWER DESCRIPTION IS ADVISED" then the intro started but it was very wrong the intro was colored in black and white the music was in reversed and was low pinched and all of the contestants were killed by a black screen saying on the front "DIE" I totally have no idea where this is going that's the whole episode continued...

Then It Cut To Firey he had black circles for eyes and he was frowning firey was saying something both in slow motion and reversed. But I don't know what he's saying as he pulled out a knife...

Then it showed needle holding up a gun to her hand on to her head on a grey screen. she was shooting herself as blood flew all over

Then fiery walked up to coiny he was stabbing him so many times. coiny was screaming to death. blood was coming out of his stomach and his mouth and fiery laughed demonically

Then firey was stabbing flower in her head flowers brain was coming out. so is her organs automatically

Then it cut to static for one second it cut to metal leafy holding her knife she was stabbing needle and gelatin. their organs are popping out leafy had black circles for eyes and her mouth was bleeding

Then it showed pin killing puffball with a chainsaw. Rainbow blood was coming out of her. she was crying as she got scared about all of her blood coming out by pin. I threw up all over as I continued watching the episode.

Then it showed a demonic X finds out his value clip their voices was in reverse and the music is slowed down

Then it cut to ice Cube holding up a machine gun onto her head she shot herself just like needle did as a lot of blood came out of her

Then it showed pencil doing something evil

She took out a knife

She stabbed match

Blood and guts came out of match

Pencil and match stop being best friends. As pencil brutally wants to forever murder her friend

That it showed pin getting killed by puffball speaker box as she got mad

Then it cut to pen hanging himself up a noose. He was committing suicide eraser saw his best friend after his suicide. Eraser was crying. Eraser wants to kill himself too. He took out a gun and shot himself just like needle and ice Cube

Then it cut to bubble shooting ruby. bubble then took out ruby's organs and pulled out a knife and stabbed some of her organs (like her heart and her lungs)

Then it cut to book cutting open her stomach. She chunked all of her organs into a blender. she turns it on and makes an organ smoothie

The last scene cut the fiery leafy and bubble they have black circles for eyes and they were saying "we coming for you" in slow motion and reversed then repeated over and over again and also was getting slower and slower at the same time. I can't take this no more the screen was also flashing to intervert over and over again then it went to black

At the ending it's show some white text over a black screen it says "look behind you"I looked behind me I saw fiery leafy and bubble I shockingly said "what are you guys doing in my house"super loudly fiery leafy and bubble grab their knives and they were stabbing me all over

the ending:

I woke up I thought it was all just a dream. I said to myself that BFDIA was not 16+ it was made for kids I told my mom about this I had to stop watching BFDIA until 2023 when bfdia 6: "well rested" it's released!
