Literally stop using the app. Stop using it. You know how ao3 has no app because of apple store fuckery so we all just type www.archiveofourown.org into our mobile browsers. Brother. Type in www.tumblr.com in there. There is not a single advantage I can think of to the app, except the increbily niche one where its better at pulling time stamps on deleted posts for some reason. Only they borked that too recently.

okay I'm not wild about the whole "trans men are basically not oppressed uwu" thing that's going around tumblr right now but uh. transandrophobia isn't a thing. trans men aren't oppressed for being male. the terms you're looking for are transphobia and bioessentialism. which are both bad and deserve to be taken seriously! but it's not somehow parallel but never intersecting with the trans female experience and we don't need like, mirror image vocabulary for it.

So, tried out coral island, and it’s… kind of a fucking sham what constitutes a ‘1.0’ game to some companies. It’s not like this hasn’t plagued the industry since the earliest days of early access even being a concept but, man, thankfully i only did the trial and didn’t drop $30 on it. An extra shame too because I’m really hankering for a farming sim a la harvest moon / sdv, and I’ve heard such good things about it but… yeah if you’re on console especially don’t drop your hard-earned money on it.

i like that they just issued an emergency alert for an active shooter, and when i went to twitter for live updates because that's the best + fastest method that the actual police are using, twitter won't let me SEE any of the information about the ACTIVE SHOOTER GOING AROUND because i'm not logged in. 10/10 experience 😐

if twitter wanted to make itself the website to go to for fast updates and political shit then it should be illegal to block access to anyone not logged in. also as usual, eat my shit, etc etc
