I do think theres something about how players can give their hearts away (specifically referring to the like five people that gave hearts to Zam). Just, imagine, in this server, hearts are everything, theyre a currency, a bargaining chip, basically the charters soul. Split into ten neat little lives. But to give that away... is to give apart of yourself away. To painfully rip your own heart out of your chest (even multiple times !!) and then it just hand it over to someone. Giving away a apart of yourself, in the hopes that the other person will give it back, on the deadliest minecraft smp. Its a wonder anyone does it. But people do, do it !! People will regularly make themselves weaker to help someone else, wether its to kill a common enemy or to help someone who needs it more.

(And then to get the heart back, do they still feel warm from the other persons chest ? Is the beating irregular, used to the other persons rhythms ? Is it your heart again, can it ever only be your heart again, or is it always theirs, wanting to go back to anothers chest.)
