One of Charlie’s biggest flaws is; she doesn’t know how people work.

She thinks if she’s positive and happy all the time things will work out, and you can sing and dance you’re way through things. She believes the only way to rid of the ‘problem’ is just physically throw out the temptation. Like that’ll fix everything, but it won’t. 

She thinks that the denizens are down in hell because there were easy solutions to their problems that they clearly didn’t see but she obviously can. Which is wrong. She’ll be supportive and sympathetic, but she won’t understand the actual plight of the sinner because she never had to face the same hard ships. even though she believes people will be fundamentally good, she doesn’t understand why they don’t automatically chose the ‘right’ thing
