Role play scenario:
One of your closest friends was bullied on Facebook and you saw all the comments and shares of other people with foul words and negative reactions.
The role play should have the following:
1.State the problem:
One of my closest friends was victimized by bullying on Facebook, and I witnessed all the remarks and posts made by other users that contained derogatory language and critical remarks.
2.State what you need that person to do.
My friend's health and recuperation are my main priorities. I would advise her to report the bullying to Facebook and block the bullies from their account in order to safeguard her mental and emotional well. In addition, I would advise my buddy to not let the remarks damage her self-esteem and, if necessary, take a break from social media. Moreover, she should look for assistance from a dependable adult or mental health expert who can provide her advice on how to handle the problem. She needs to know that what happened was not her fault and that she has the right to ask for support and assistance in dealing with the situation.
3 Explain how you tried to solve the problem on your own.
In an effort to show my friend that I care about her and am here for her, I have made an effort to offer emotional support. She has spoken to me, and I have listened to her and acknowledged the hurt and difficulty of what she is experiencing. Most importantly, I understood that in order to stop the bullies, I would need to report it to Facebook or the right authorities.

Waking up every single day to know that April 19th really happened is something that I will forever struggle with because I’m living with the fear of losing one of my Ultimate Biases one by one ☹️😢😭💔 First was Ladies’ Code RiSe & EunB, then JongHyun, then 100%’s Minwoo, Sulli, Hara, TST’s Yohan & now our beloved Moonbin…Words cannot express the disbelief, tears & sorrow I’ve been feeling since Day 1. This is becoming too much & something HAS TO CHANGE. The stigma with mental health needs to stop & be completely addressed/dealt with before we end up losing another one…our beloved idols must be driven safely with not as many schedules, they deserve to be able to rest & collect themselves before a comeback…cyber bullying/negative comments also need to stop because they’re falling into depression, social anxiety, paranoia, etc. due to how they’re being handled. Not enough care, compassion & understanding is being done in the industry..it’s all so frustrating to see, hear & I also feel powerless to see or hear them even struggle. We have to love more in the world & understand them enough to where they’re not afraid to be their real selves without any judgement whatsoever because they’re HUMAN 💜🫶🏼 #RIPMoonbin #RIPRiSeAndEunB #RIPJonghyun #RIPSulli #RIPHara #RIPSeoMinwoo #RIPYohan #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #Love #StopTheHate #CareMore #UnderstandMore #LoveMore #NoToCyberBullying 🖤🕊️
REST IN PEACE, DEAR MOONBIN (1998-2023)

How To Prevent Cyberbullying
Without us noticing, cyberbullying happens and its number of cases is still increasing, especially among teenagers.
So...
What is cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is a type of bullying that takes place over electronic devices such as cellphones, computers, and tablets. It can occur through texts, apps, or online in social media, where people can easily view and share content.
According to statistics,
About 37% of young people between the ages of 12 and 17 have been bullied online. And 30% have had it happen more than once. That is scary especially when you are a parent and your child experiences it. That's why we have here...
Ways To Prevent Cyberbullying
1. Talk to him/her
It might just be a small thing, but having someone to talk to means a lot to someone who is experiencing cyberbullying. All you need to do is to be patient and ask him/her about the problem. That way, you will be able to see what is going on and get an idea on how to help your child.
2. Monitor his/her online activity
Installing monitoring app will be a great help as it helps you monitor your child's social media activity, including Facebook and Instagram, view all text messages, call logs and general online behavior. You can block and control the child’s phone remotely through PC or personal cell phone.
3. Engage in Anti-Cyberbullying communities
Join a community with your child that fights cyberbullying. That way, he/she will feel that he/she is not alone. He/she can even start making new friends.
4. Build a positive climate in the house
Your child might have experienced bad things outside, but not inside your home. You can do it by creating rules inside and encouraging every family member to build a bond with each other. You can also have an open forum with all the family members so that everyone can express themselves as to what problems they are experiencing.
5. Restore self-respect
The ultimate goal is to protect and restore the child’s self respect. You can talk to someone about the problem, collect the evidence and join with teachers to figure out the possible best choice to stop cyberbullying among children.

A healthy online environment can bring a positive outcome on what we want to do as a part of it and what we want to see in that environment. By having a healthy online environment, we can enjoy things as they are and interact with people with a positive atmosphere and clean intention.
We must have a healthy environment, we must heal our online environment. To be safe, feel safe and have the comfort of expressing ourselves. Be part of a change and be a reason for a good change. It will not just benefit a certain individual but it will benefit everyone.
Only we can take part, only we can make actions. To heal and have a healthy online environment, we must take charge and say no to:

Cyber Bullying
Cyberbullying is a type of bullying that happening in Social media. Social media made communication much easier and faster, with only one click people can reach each other. Prior to advanced technology, kids and teens are more often active in social media, that's why they are prone to Cyberbullying. What causes Cyberbullying and its effects on its victim? What actions should be taken to prevent this kind of bullying? What is Cyberbullying in the first place?
Cyberbullying is an act of bullying that happens on the internet or social media,
examples of cyberbullying are posting photos of victims in order to make fun of it, and saying negative things to victims that might affect their mental health. The victims of Cyberbullying are mostly students, just like ordinary bullying, Cyberbullying affects the mental state of a victim. In comparison to ordinary bullying, Cyberbullying affects their mental state twice than ordinary bullying according to Compartiech website. Cyberbullying cases doubled when the pandemic started when the students are more often using the Internet to attend their classes. The more time students spend on the internet, the higher chance that they will be a victim of cyberbullying. Schools need to stand up and protect those students who are being bullied on the internet since the life of the student are on the line. Counseling bullies and victims might help prevent cyberbullying, especially in schools.
Everyone's lives matter, no one should suffer because of cyberbullying, everyone needs to help each other to protect and help those victims who are suffering alone. Stand up and don't let anybody bully others, fighting bullying resolves to a better outcome. No one should suffer anymore, and no one should be bullied anymore, stand up before it’s too late

This is Tina Meier, she is the founder and the executive director of the Megan Meier foundation which also aims to create a cyber bullying free world.
“The Megan Meier Foundation was founded by Tina Meier in 2007 after her daughter Megan took her own life following a cruel cyber bullying hoax by an adult neighbor posing as a fictitious boy on MySpace. Since its inception, MMF has grown into a global bullying and cyber bullying prevention foundation. Through education, prevention, and intervention we work to support and inspire actions to end bullying, cyber bullying, and suicide.” - Megan Meier Foundation
Their foundation really did caught our attention since it is a story of a mother that lost her child and is now advocating against the reason behind her daughter’s suicide in order to make sure that no other kid would ever have to go through what her daughter went through which is truly beautiful.
To Tina Meier, you are an amazing women that helped a ton of kids and people out there. Your daughter is surely proud of you and so are we. We will follow your footsteps as we push through with our advocacy
Together, let’s create a cyber bullying free world.

This is Hana Kimura, a 22-year old wrestler who killed herself after she was cyber-bullied. I was big fan of wrestling when I was a kid, but I haven't been following it lately. Even then, it made me so sad when I read in the news that she wrote in her suicide note to her mother that all she ever wanted was to be loved. I prayed for her thinking that she is now in a better place where she is loved the way she wanted. I drew her thinking that. Cyberbullying: Not okey
Cyberbullying is a kind of bullying happens over the use of digital devices and with the use of internet. Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, sharing and commenting harmful, false and mean content to someone. It causes the person to be embarrassed and humiliated.
The most common places where cyber bullying occurs are in Social Media, commonly in Facebook, Instagram and in twitter. Where the bully can make fake accounts and can trolls whenever they want.
Social media became the platform of bullying. It its free and merely affects 70% of youth according to UNISEF. Even if there is The Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (RA 10627), bullies cannot be prevented because there's also a law that preventing or there is a law which can protect them, because mostly bullies are minors.
Cyber bullying can be prevented by proper guidance of the parents. If the parents can control their child in using too much Social media the child can be more responsible. Being responsible in using social media can be a big help in reducing the number of victims in cyber bullying.
Remember, “A good person can make another person good; it means that goodness will elicit goodness in the society; other persons will also be good.” qoutes from Bhumibol Adulyadej.
