🧚 (tw: grief) sunday marked five years since my mom and i lost my dad, so in the evening my roommate/big sister watched gravity falls with me. i had a few episodes left of season 2 (was familiar with the premise of the show and the characters prior to this but didn’t know all the plot) and we watched all but the last one but i wasn’t super paying attention so yesterday morning i decided to rewatch them

🧚 whilst watching the show i fixed my roommate’s cardigan that had a gap in the collar where the two panels had unraveled from each other

🧚 one of my adopted littles from my choir came over to study and yap (mostly yap) yesterday morning. she hadn’t seen my apartment yet at all so it was super fun to show her everything esp since we just decorated our living room!

🧚 went to michaels w big sister to get embroidery thread because she decided she wanted me to embroider a heart on the sleeve of her cardigan and do a matching one on one of mine 💞

🧚 @sleeping-academic came over and we went and got tea, studied some, then went and picked up dinner and she finished watching the end of gravity falls with me. i was so so normal about this children’s show! absolutely nothing to have seen, move along. she also got to meet my roommate for the first time and we all got to talk which was super nice!!!

•if ur like that too then your christmas is rly mellow. u guys put up the christmas tree and get eachother gifts, play in some snow n take cute pics but that’s pretty much it

•lots of christmas movie cuddles though ,, sees it as an opportunity to just be close with u

• he would want a fire place hang out session. u guys find every single pillow in the house n pile it in front of the flame ( safe distance . dw ) and make some hot coco. at first you guys are just in silence, then rin may start a conversation by saying something about how “ y,know, my sister would’ve loved this kinda thing, ‘wanna visit her soon,”

•honestly only holds it dear to him because he loved watching his sister grow up and open presents with a look of pure joy on her face </3

• he steps down from the table , “ yn ln, i don’t want to be your boyfriend anymore,” he walks closer and you can tell that your family is becoming restless, tension beading up in the air and threatening to crush you.

• the man pulls something from his pocket , and before you know it hes on his knee. the room is full of gasps, cheers, mutters of ‘ oh my god!’ ,’ someone record !’ as he opens the box. a ring.

•you’re shaking your head vigorously, apologizing but he only tickles more and blows raspberries onto your neck. even he’s laughing uncontrollably now, your legs around his waist in attempt to push him a way

• he only stops when he sees tears form in your shiny eyes, pulling back. he breathes deeply, muttering about what a brat you are.

• his first mistake is turning his back to you, his second is not guarding his sides.

• you jump onto him, small fingers poking him and drawing a loud, girly yelp from kiyoomi. before he knows it he’s on the floor, begging for mercy as you tickling his sides- his neck- every part of him you can touch. his feverish giggles and attempts to grab your fast hands make you smile

•you pat his mop of curls when you’re done, he smiles, bringing you down. he has to fight the urge to tickle you again when your wide smile etches into his brain again

• you step back from your work. you huff happily

• omi is just watching from the counter . he thinks ur so cute tbh

• later in the night, it’s quiet . no music, no volley ball matches in the background, just silence.

• you’re laying next to eachother with dimmed lights filling the room, the blankets are disheveled and your eyelids are heavy

walking home from campus in february <3 i miss that walk i won’t lie. even tho walking the bridge over the river was Horrendous w the wind

walking to waffle house at like 4am in florida!!! it was two miles away. it was me and four guys one of which had just broken his collar bone lol. i laid down in a ditch for like fifteen minutes on the way back w the collar bone guy bc we were tired. the shirtless guy blacked out before we even got there

exploring the old abandoned subway tunnels in the city !!! this was so cool. i was trying really hard this year to make the most of senior spring and kinda say yes to every possible experience before i graduated, conséquences and school work be damned. and this was one of those things that i said yes to on a whim! this was taken at like 3am too. we went to a 24hr dunkin after this and it was glorious

today was the 1st of July and it was probably the longest day of the year I could have sworn 3 days have passed since I saw the 1st on my calendar this morning what the heck!!…. time for positives of today !! I woke up at a decently early time and also my package arrived w some new clothes for the first time in literal years decades even and I guessed the sizes for everything and everything is so perfect I love it (I wish I had friends or social media like the olden days so they could see my new fits) and also I went for a walk (though it wasn’t the most enjoyable cos I didn’t listen to my audiobook/instead listened to Taylor hill talk about how her dog died from cancer so that was depressing (and now I think about it probs put off the vibes for the rest of the day/though maybe coincidental cos there were previous signs) and also cos I threw up beforehand for unknown reasons and also it was very cold outside but it was still nice to be outside and smile at a few strangers (a reminder I’m still in the world) and I felt good about going out for a walk - shitty iphone pics from walk below)… getting better at just powering through the physical exhaustion? and ignoring the pain in my body(sometimes when I can actually breathe sometimes bc mostly it’s in my chest and it ranges from tightness to stabbing to radiating down my arms and more yikeys ) which I’m not sure is a good thing but it’s the only way I know how to move forward throughout my days rn and seems to be working?(delulu) keen for uni classes to go back next week but unsure how my energy levels will cope but staying hopeful!we will see..also I am so fucking grateful for hot showers omg for the ppl in this world who live somewhere cold and don’t have access to the boiling hot shower from the bottom of my heart I’m so deeply sorry oh god :( and also I just ordered some random foods bc tonight’s meal went to shit as did the last few hrs in general but I’m really excited for what the delivery dude will bring me in 1hr I actually bought some yakult for the first time in a little while too <33 and some fun lil snacks like kefir and matcha and some more hot chocolate and I got marshmallows like I dreamed of the other day as well as some ingredients to have burritos tomorrow :) tomorrow my main goals are just to clean up my apartment the best I can and eat and drink well bc I can feel my body is tired and so is my mind.. and make burritos ofc :)) I hope y’all are having a nice day and holding onto the light!! Anyone seen this monster in the Backrooms?

Hey guys,

I was recommended this subreddit by r/urbexuk after no one there could help me. I thought The Backrooms was just a dumb creepypasta but honestly it’s the best explanation for what I stumbled upon. Bit of background, I’m a photographer, I’ve had pictures published in National Geographic so I’m the real deal. Outside of this occurrence I’m just a normal guy with a camera, I’m really into urbex and working on a book right now. There’s a shopping centre near me that I went to as a kid in the early 90s. I’m from a small town just off the motorway and the building used to be this huge busy place a couple of miles away. There was an arcade, cinema, all that stuff. It was really, really huge. It’s so weird to me that it was abandoned and honestly, it’s terrifying and fascinating to me that this place is completely deserted and being taken over by nature when I went there every weekend until I was 12.

Just to set the scene, here’s some pics of the place. Maybe it’ll be familiar to someone and you can explain away what I’ve seen. Hell, I’d love it if someone could do that.

The first photograph is of the entrance of a shopping mall, the windows have been smashed or bordered up, and the tiles on the floor have weeds and dead grass growing through the cracks. The walls have ivy and half dead trees clinging to them, and beneath that is a Starbucks that has had all of its furniture removed and strange symbols spray painted on the walls and floor inside of it. There’s a giant fountain in the middle of the entrance walkway, the water inside it is murky and covered in a strange slime. The second is of the entrance to an arcade. The machines are covered in a thick layer of dust and there are forgotten toys in a crane machine. There’s some strange orange teddy bears that are filled with stuffing in odd selections that have lumps in them. Their eyes are tears in their fabric, they look like a strange cross between a rabbit and a goat. The third photograph is taken from an above walkway showing the floor beneath, there are some abandoned shops and an outdoor coffee shop that has a couple of feral cats sitting by a dormant and decrepit coffee machine.

See? It’s called the Silver Bells Shopping Centre. I’d be interested to hear from anyone else who remembers it because none of my childhood friends or family remember it. So weird. I still have a Garfield Teddy from the crane machine at that arcade, it sits on my shelf. Here it is:

The photo shows a strangely shaped stuffed animal, one of the orange toys from the previous picture.

Anyway, I was using the opportunity to go find parts of the place we don’t usually see. I intended to go see some back storage rooms then go to the cellar. I guess I found that… anyway, I went to the food court which was kept on the lowest level and found a McDonalds. I hopped over the counter and slipped down the back. There was a lot of rats living in the now empty deep fat fryers but I figured live and let live. Weirdly I don’t remember having left the kitchen, but I must have done. I walked forwards, expecting to reach a door to take me out to some storage place. Instead I was walking for a good five minutes without going through anything and when I turned round the McDonalds was gone and there was just that terrifying yellow painted brick wall. I took some photos:

The first photo showed a family of rats living in the deep fat fryer, five were staring at the phone with bright red eyes. The second shows a blurry wall with light yellow bricks. The third, forth, and fifth all show different parts of the corridor, they all look essentially the same - yellow bricks, which stone floor, and nothing else distinctive.

So I had no idea how I ended up there but honestly I was mostly just assuming I was lost and took photos to help find my way back. I was wandering around these corridors for a long, long, loooooong time. My phone alarms kept going off - I have one at 2.30pm, one at 5:10pm, and one of 7:30pm so that’s how I knew time was moving even if my mobile clock hadn’t moved (yeah I know, how were my alarms going off if the time on my phone wasn’t moving, no idea!) After the last alarm I finally saw a door, and was over the fucking moon, so happy I got scared of going through it. Kind wish I hadn’t. Well. I guess doing that meant whatever weird monster I saw could guide me out, after it took what it liked from me. I can’t explain what I saw, or how I got out. And it doesn’t matter. I don’t care, I just wanna know what the fuck happened to me and what the fuck did I see. Here’s the monster I saw, doesn’t seem to match any monsters you guys have on file so I’m hoping that I missed something. Not sure how I feel about being the one who found out about a new species …

These sets of photos are much worse quality than the other pictures, and it’s not entirely clear what they are. The first shows a strange pile of flesh, a bright light - perhaps the camera flash - reflects against it. If you focus you can see that there’s a smattering of black hair over it, and angry purple marks where the skin has stretched obscenely. At first it simply looks like a closeup, but the photographer’s shadow shows that the navel or the occupant is significantly bigger than the owner of the flab. The second shows the adipose from a different angle, there’s one gigantic hill of fat, there’s another on top of it, and one more. This looks more human, but the way the light flashes and reflects on something on the otherwise of the wall shows that the height of the photographer is half that of the lower most fat roll. The third is an eye, a milky brown iris with bloodshot whites, that is crushed between a bloated cheek and sagging forehead, causing it to be a pinprick. The final photo shows the photographers digits held up against two enormous bloated brown lips, showing that just one of the slug like features is larger than the camera man’s entire hand.

So yeah. That’s the monster I found. If I had to estimate the size… well, it was significantly taller than me and I had to climb on it to get most of the photos. I’m six foot three, and I barely came up to its navel. I’ve seen elephants, whales, and stuff but none of them came close to it. Honestly if I didn’t know any better I’d say the creature was as big as I predicted the shopping mall was. Does this mean anything? Anyone see anything similar?

Update 3: ignoring every question about my teddy now lol but thanks for everyone who asked me about the monster. Seems this isn’t a common experience but u/roadkillnapster pointed out that without a decent photo that shows more of the overall shape, it’s possible it’s a known monster that’s gotten really fat. Seems possible to me. Any fleshy monsters that could be similar?

Update 4: wow I wasn’t expecting so much conversation off my post, lotta people want to see it and have asked if I could show more videos and photos. I mean I don’t know but I’ll see if I can set up a livestream, so glad a lot of you wanna get to the bottom of this too!

Update 5: and thanks for freaking me out about my Garfield teddy, the wool is doing this weird expanding thing so it’s doubled in size and now I’m all scared it’s haunted lol

This is a Story about Kol Mikaelson's Twin Brother, Kol and Joseph are just one mirror, they looked so alike that no one could say who is who, and the one Klaus didn't Dagger cuz he didn't know how to, cuz he was always slipping out of this fingers. Since then he lifes his Life Free, Joseph Mikaelson, also known as Jo, sepp', big bad Vampire, the one with the Bad Temper but also as the one who protects his Family and Friends. As he begun to Live in Mystic Falls again he also got Friends with the Salvatores and their little side kicks, he didn't know how this friendship but it was at a party and Josepher was just there to drink blood, but someone was walking into him by accident and spilled his drink over him, and this one was Damon Salvatore, and so the friendship begun with drinking themself a bit drunk and taking pics with eachother until the next day (like klaus w stefan in the 1920s). So now they are friends and he also of course got to know his family and friends, and now they are a little scooby doo gang.

But now, let's get to the point what is going on right now.

"What can I do for you today, little Witch ?" Joe smiles at Bonny, he always has liked her since he had, like his twin brother, something for witches, since he also once was one but his power faded away, but still he is awe stuck always seeing bonny use her power for the good of protection.

"Well, you know we have a little Problem with the old Vampires that appeared out of the tumb again? Well... they sadly took Stefan away, and next one they are up to is Damon, but since i'm really sick right now, and can't do much to help there, I wanted to ask you if you could do the little of hard work and i'd help you out the best I can do? We really don't know any else way Joe.." The witch looked down on the ground, feeling guilty that she couldn't do much but seeing her friends get lost in the thought of losing soon, even tho she is always the one being the saver of the day.

Joe looks at her with worry in his eyes, knowing how hard this situation is right now for her.

"Don't give me that face, darling, i'll help you out, i'll always be here for you, so if anything is where you need me, even if it's just a little thing, come to me alright? I'll be right here for you little witch~" Joe tried to build up her mood a bit again by being her comfort pillow she could rely on, even tho he dosen't act as soft to anyone beside her, he is a real gentelman when it comes to her "So, don't give me that Face Bonny, i'll do the work and you rest so u can start into your day again faster. So, keep care and stay here, i'm gonna be on the way to the crime scene now" he said kissing her forehead afterwards, as a sign that she can feel safe with him and she has his word that he dosen't break.

Bonny didn't know how she deserved him, they weren't a couple, but no one could deny the love they had for each other, and their friends were of course also teasing them about it, what had mighttt caused a few snapped necks from joe to them, what a normal thing in mystic falls.

"Wait Joe-" Joe comes to an halt as he was about to go out of the door, bonny stares at him awe-stuck, looking at him with a whole universe that just waits for them both to be seen "-You better take care, and if you come back with one scratch, i'm gonna give u headache for 1 week" she liked how she was the only one who could talk to him like that, an orgininal Vampire, from the Mikaelsons family, who were known as the most stubborn, temper, broken and manipulative family the history has ever had. But when it came to Love, then the Mikaelsons were fighting for it whatever it takes, and bonny made a way to his heart, head and life, and he is more than grateful that he did.

He smiled at her, he was happy that people cared about him, it's an other thing with her than with his family, he was proud thag he could take the weight of her shoulders like right now and free her from the blockade in her brain, so that she can breath again and lets him do the work, he is really happy that she chose him for that.

"Don't worry little witch, nothing can harm me, in the end u'm the mist Powerful thing that can exist on this world. These Vampires i'm going to Fight out there, are way to weak for me, i'm the far greatest thing that could kill them. So, when u want something to worry about, worry about the shirt, hopefully the whole blood can come out later again, it's one of my best once darling" joe vampire speeds away with a laughs, while bonny throws a book after him, he really shouldn't understainment anyone of them, even if he is more stronger than him, anything could come in their way, and never ever would Joseph Mikaelson have the right mind to even think about that fact, but bonny was, and she couldn't even rest while standing, she had to channel him to see if everything was alright.

I was walking into the scene where 2 Vampires tortured Stefan in a cellar, that looks kinda disgusting, now I know how it feels walking into the scene where me and my family torture people for reasons.

shaking out of my own thoughts I finally made my presence seen.

"Well, Well, Well. What did you two think you were doing? No manners at all, gentelman? Picking up on a Man who literally has no chance against you guys?" The guys look pissed as hell as I talk to them with a smirk on my face, sitting on one of the stones that are there "Am I offending you guys?" I laugh one more time before I Vampire speed to one of the Vampire that were right now Torturing Stefan and held him on the wall by his throat with my fabgs and Vampire veins showing "I could play with you guys like you guys played around with my Friend, to make you guys feel the same harm u did to my friend. I could rip out your tounge, I could compell you guys to cut off your guys tounge by yourself or stab yourself, I could let you hang here and let you guys rott, bloody hell, these things bring my blood boil out of excitmend~!" I smile like a maniac as I throw the one guybI was just holding by the throat on the next wall with a little force and was now planning to go to the other one.

"Not this one.." I heard stefan say from the side, weak hanging from the wall, was he totally out of his mind? I wanna fucking kill them and make them regret everything for hurting him, and he says, not him?

"Angry over fucking Nothing ?! He hurt Stefan, of course I'm going to hurt someone who also hurt my friends, Brother! I also would do that If someone hurt you guys, and I wasn't even that angry-" He wanted to end his sentence has Klaus shushed him

"Not even that angry, little brother ? Are you even realizing that you almost killed 2 Vampires in 5min all on your own, w/o even slipping more than 2 muscles ?! Do you not even realize it anymore ? You know what, you come with me from now on-" he freeded stefan fast and put him over his shoulder as he snapped Josephs neck quick "-I'm sorry little one, but it seems like the Hollow is slowly taking over you" klaus admitted all the time to himself that his family was first preority, and now, it was time to actually stand by that rule, he just wanted his littlest brother to happy and nice like he was back then, of course they were always also faisty and arrogant and with anger build, but never would they be out of their senses like Joseph was right now, and Klaus knew it was time to finally handle the Hollow completly.

"Bonny, didn't you say Joseph would handle the Vampires in 15min and bring Stefan back in exactly 20min, I don't know if you suddenly forgot how to read the Clock, but it's been over 30min" Damon walked back in forth in the living room where everyone was waiting for Joseph to return with Stefan.

of course they weren't only worried about stefan alone, they also worried really hard about Joseph because they all started to act like a little Family.

"Damon, be quite, or else the channeling spell will reach you any seconde and not Joseph" Bonny said concentrated and annoyed, she worried so much about Joseph right bow, that it overworked her to do this right now actually, bit she also would feel guilty just sitting her and only worry, that wasn't bonny alike at all, she just couldn't do that.

The seconde she thought she channeled anyone of them both, she was wrong, the only thing that she heard was a door that was sprung open and everyone jumped in shock as tjis came right now unexpected.
