Like a lot of people, I heard the news that DC was stopping content development. I was sad, but I told myself - naively - that it was for the best, that the game couldn't go on forever. Hahaha ! If only this story could end here But NO !

Imagine my surprise to read an article by a former MT member, stating that DC content was to continue until 2025 and that EE was really motivated for DC bc they loved the game. MT would have made this decision to stop everything in order to promote its new game.

A possible jealousy towards EE bc they continued to develop DC while MT was working on a project (the famous new game). Fear that fans would discover that MT hadn't done anything on DC since ? That DC fans are jerks who'll buy their game because - originally - it was on MT's premises that DC was born ?

By the way, hahaha ! °sarcastic laugh° MT doesn't hesitate to play the "By DC's creators" card when most of the original DC team left to form Evil Empire. A bit hypocritical on your part, MT

Too - MT at least give us a REAL explanation instead of staying mute ! Did your head of marketing tell you not to say anything ? To keep quiet so that we - fans - would shut up ?!

As long as there are no further press releases explaining this disastrous situation, I'll be boycotting MT. I'd tell other DC fans to do the same, but I won't force it on them. I'll just say that if you want to be taken for wallets on legs, ignore the next of this thread

__ __ __ __ __ __ Otherwise, a good pressure tactic for MT is to remove their latest game from the Steam wish list. That would be a good start. And if you REALLY want to support DC's REAL creators, just follow @studio_empire (on Twit/X)

i have the opposite problem that most ppl on simblr have where instead of making a bunch of new saves and never sticking to just one, my problem is im so obsessed w the strauds that whenever i try to play w a new sim i just get bored and feel bad abt using my time to play w sims who arent strauds when i could just play w the strauds?? like why do i feel like im cheating on my sims 😭
