i am begging teens to please please stop posting their location/age/mental illnesses/triggers for everyone to see and possibly take advantage of oh my god please do not open yourself up to harassment and stalking

#we gotta bring back annoying internet safety PSAs and im not even joking #if you have triggers just blacklist words associated with it using a browser extension dont tell everyone your deepest fears #and the location DONT TELL PEOPLE WHERE YOU ARE PLEASE????#that is the big one #be safe ffs #take care of yourselves #block triggers and block anooying or creepy people and dont be apologetic about it #no this is not victim blaming its basic safety when youre surrounded by thousands of faceless anonymous users you cannot see and anticipate #fishy textposts
