10. How do you feel about the interpretation of your character vs the fandom? i actually think recent fandom interpretations of cho have been a lot better at focusing on her character outside of the prone-to-weepiness girl we see after GoF. not that her crying is a bad thing, but there used to be a time where it really felt like that was all anyone knew her for and it was frustrating bc we saw so much more to her than just that. there's also been a huge surge of appreciation and love and fics for her in recent years, so i am obviously heart eyes about that at all times, esp because so much of these fics get her character and explore her emotions SO WELL. i think there's still a good portion of fandom that tends to see her as more timid and neatly put-together and hesitant tho? whereas i think she's a lot more comfortable at making waves and standing up for what she believes is right. movie!cho is very different from book!cho, so i think that’s where some of the discrepancies come from. i also think people overlook the sporty aspect of her a lot (in favor of her being more docile and focused on books— which, to some extent, i can vibe with), and i also like the thought of her having both type a and type b tendencies! (but tbh i'm really just the BIGGEST fan of her character getting all this love and attention and fan content at all, sooo 🥰.)

11. What’s a thread you’d like to do in the near future? rivals rivals rivals rivals rivals!! i d love a good rivals to friends plot (or just straight up rivals vibing off of each other), because it would be so much fun to see her challenged.

specific wishlist plots tho? hmmm it would be cool to have more threads in cho's hometown— which is an rp option, even if i'm still working out and beta testing it, but i love that world so far. 😌 (also ever since rewatching stardust, i! want! piracy! plots!!)

14. Would you get along with your muse? listen— i'd LOVE to be cho's friend; i really think she's so sweet and so much fun and has an easy time making friends with all sorts of people. she'd absolutely have my back, and i'd gladly be her thirdwheel and personal hypewoman. we'd make lunches for each other and go on roadtrips during the weekends and i'd hold her hair back when she goes off at parties lmao. she'd absolutely join movie stream nights btw. we'd also talk about our respective crushes on athletes and go to hockey games together and call each other up to scrimmage on saturday mornings (and then go for BRUNCH afterward).

19. What’s your opinion on blog themes? How do you feel about your own? lmao i don't really like my blog theme (it hasn't changed in the 8+ years i've had this blog yikes)! i haven't found a theme i've liked enough to change it to tho, but with the way that the dash has changed over the years to allow users to view profiles and pinned posts and google docs and carrds from the dash (ie. navigating to someone's full-on blog webpage with the theme isn't really necessary anymore since you can get all muse/mun info externally), i'm curious if blog themes and putting as much work into them will still be the norm!

i do think that a lot of rp themes i've seen focus more on aesthetics than on functionality or legibility, which is a personal choice i don't really care for lmao. 

20. What’s something that would make you unfollow a mutual? hm. i don't think i've had to unfollow anyone yet? i'm really thankful that i've never come across drama on my dash or between people i follow, but i think i'm usually pretty good about reading people's pages in the first place and vetting profiles to keep an eye out for personal things i'd stay away from. but i'd probably unfollow a mutual if that person is starting drama or spreading unwarranted hate and negativity about another writer (which i see as different from a call-out post if someone is actually doing something damaging or jeopardizing to others). like... why is there blog-to-blog negativity lmao. it's rp. it's not that deep. we're all just vibin, sharing our one (1) collective braincell here.
