#slowandone0915 #pita #bread #bake #nightkitchen #saysomething 深夜厨房，随着它们的鼓起，仿佛也鼓舞了我。 我，有话要说。 几乎不曾在拾•光的页面长篇大论。 总结一下客人的声音还有一些人给予的回馈。 我，想说说心里话 一路走来，没有所谓顺风顺水，或者一切顺利。 自从自己创业， 如果没有团队就不开始，或者说等着别人跟你来一起伙伴才踏出第一步，那么那个点可能要很久很久才可能开始。 你们问我，怎么创业，我的答案还有所谓的丑话说在前面，一是坚强的心理准备（无论做什么类型的F&B,不是在清理就是在洗东西。你可能会失眠会焦虑会常常想放弃等等），二是准备一笔钱当做周转金（除了准备开店前期的资金-如:租金，成本，人事，装修，置物等等）你们的反应是无言以对，这些实话实说可能有点吓到你们了。 天使的声音: 为什么跟别人的cafe不一样（因為理念是想要客人第二次來像回家或者來訪的友人，���以self-service），感覺很不standrad cafe可以多跟星X克學習（闆娘並沒有想要Copy and Paste連鎖Cafe的意願，更加傾向Independent Cafe），要提前预约（因为甜品或者食物跟着預約人头做，以免不新鲜或者隔夜），没有菜单（因为闆娘比較有太多東西想出，所以每天都隨機應變出不同的口味），甚麼是招牌（幾乎都是，想要推薦或者介紹客人認識不一樣的自創手作甜點或者飲料，希望Sloners來這裡每次都可以有未上桌就不知道今天吃到甚麼的期待感），為甚麼沒有太多顏色選擇（因為這裡沒有使用色素以及加工食品，想做自己都可以安心並且快樂吃下肚的食物飲料），為何比較需要Payment Cashless & 用e-receipt（因為未來是這樣的趨勢，不習慣就沒關係，只要願意學習），地點不好為何不要在google map上面標記（因為這裡真的是Hidden Cafe,有興趣的自然會想辦法來，公佈了地點會怕有突然想walk in的客人，那你說要接不接呢？） Q：最可愛的一個問題是，這裡到底是做甚麼的？ A：你可以預約來坐坐，一個人可以跟闆娘聊天，兩個人闆娘會躲起來不當電燈泡，一群人闆娘會熱衷幫你們拍拍照裝裝B，你也可以下order，闆娘也接訂單做蛋糕做餅乾，你還可以包場做小型Event,提前跟闆娘討論無論是甜蜜惡搞或者驚喜的細節，基本上都可以配合你們想要給對方特別回憶的心意，這裡偶爾也招待遠道而來的友人家人，闆娘偶爾也會出門在外旅行或者進修，所以常常會閉店，也有提供基本教學，讓你揭開咖啡神秘的面紗。 Anyway,有甚麼請不要害羞私訊我，我會儘快回復你們的~♥ 好的，不說了，我知道，有點太太太長了，久久一回，還望你們見諒。 Written by SU.
