Good evening Friends & Happy Self-Care Sunday! 💜. I just want to share how my hair is just starting to fade a bit more from my recent semi-permanent shade of purple from @limecrime unicorn 🦄 color. I do like it once it gets more of a softer, lavender color. This photo in one of my favorite @vspink hats; was probably about a week ago, and will share more over the next few days to compare. My Self-Care Sunday didn’t invoke a typical mask night this time for me, but I did Shampoo with my Favorite MONAT Shampoo, followed by my MONAT purple shampoo & conditioner. I also used a few New styling products I recently received, and will share the results in the next few days. 😍. I Missed my Purple hair again you guys!! 💜💋💜💋💜💋 I’m still growing out my gray/silver hair, so what better way, than to go with a vibrant purple by @pravana semi-permanent color! It starts out darker, but I also love how it eventually fades to a lighter lavender/purple color! I notice that the color on my virgin hair (which is almost the whole top half of my hair) stays a bit lighter, but I like it! It still shows my bits of natural silver! 💜 Before I added the semi-permanent color; I used my @monatofficial Black 2-in-one shampoo & conditioner (twice), followed by a 3rd shampoo of my MONAT Renew. Because the semi-permanent color goes on in place of a conditioner, I only used my MONAT leave-in conditioner just on the ends of my hair. Now here’s what I used After the color was all rinsed out. I applied just a dime size (or less) of my MONAT Rejuvebeads, about a dime-quarter size of my MONAT Blow-Out Cream, and then a dime to quarter size of my MONAT Air Dry Cream. I put my hair up in a loose bun on top overnight. This morning when I woke up, I took my hair down, shook it loosely with my fingers, and WahLah, I was ready! Like my Refreshed Purple again? Are you a #curlygirl too? 💞 This is my hair today after washing my hair last night, and putting it up in a loose pony tail. I got to use my New Charcoal hair masque by #monat and it’s the first I’ve used that you actually apply to the scalp first, and then through the rest of the hair. It’s a great way to deep cleanse, without drying out the hair, which I was worried about since my hair is dry. It didn’t make my hair feel “stripped” of its natural oils. Don’t worry because there are no sulfates, parabens or anything harsh for all hair types!
