Some of my Pierre headcanons (mostly about his childhood)

so a little introduction:

What do we know about Pierre's past? Literally nothing - small bits of information that do not give a clear and complete picture of his youth and childhood. What's left? Right, to try to make up his past from scratch, based on facts from various dialogues in the vanilla game/his character/outlook/behavior.

consider these headcanons a big, unashamedly OOC thing. yeaah..

here we go.

- As a child he was a very sensitive and vulnerable boy. Little things that were world-class problems to his childhood mind would bring him to tears - an accidental balloon burst, or any random rustle. And besides that he was curious about many things and naive. Looking at him now - at this self-confident man, proud and determined, it is impossible to say that that little shaggy-haired boy, awkwardly peeking out from behind his mother's skirt is.. him.

- Perhaps the main detail that played a huge role in the formation of his personality - is his father. Proud, unapproachable head of the family caused fear and respect on the part of the little silly Pierre. And traditional, ancient as the world itself views Pierre learned from him, and no matter how hard he tried to get rid of these outdated dogmas, his father's strong and heavy upbringing and his speeches ingrained in his brain are still evident to this day

- Because of his fragile soul and emotional nature, Pierre was often the subject of his father's constant lectures and his attempts to make Pierre a "real man"; holding back emotions, ignoring, which was one way to toughen up an unfortunate child. Nevertheless, such unhealthy methods of education helped, and the little one, for the sake of his father's respect and praise, endeavored to suppress himself and to bear any pain without much expression of strong emotion (which then affected him greatly in the future and to this day)

- Another more... er... light headcanon - he's not French as some people think just because of his name. He's definitely European (maybe even Slavic, which I usually rely on the most), but he's definitely not a native French. His parents chose that name because... you know-

― «it sounds epic, aristocratic, beautiful, why not name our son that?»

- Pierre has always been.. a spectacles guy. In addition to some silly character traits and a prominent nose with a slight bump, his father passed on his nearsightedness; and as a child (probably around 6 or 7 years old) he had to wear glasses. It wasn't a problem at this time, but... not when he was a teenager, when wearing glasses was considered "uncool" for him--

AKITO SHINONOME ☆

• he is actually really touch starved and enjoys physical affection a lot.

• however, he feels too embarrassed to ask for any, so he just kind of hopes his s/o will be able to tell (they can never tell because he’s so discreet about it)

• he’s lucky that you’re very physically affectionate, so that way he doesn’t really have to ask! and you will just smother him with affection anyways.

• he isn’t a big fan of heavy PDA, if you try to cuddle with him in public or kiss him he’ll probably get flustered and embarrassed.

• he gets a lot of enjoyment out of small, casual touches though. hair ruffling, headpats, etc. maybe hand holding.

• really weak for a casual forehead kiss.

• he’s more of a quality time oriented person, but physical touch is something he appreciates too when the situation calls for it.

ENA SHINONOME ★

• she loves physical affection, especially because it gives her a sense of validation.

• she feels like physical affection is more easy to communicate through than words, every time you initiate it she feels better.

• it’s very comforting for her too. when you’re close to her, she knows you’re still there. it makes her feel less insecure.

• very proud of it too, she will probably post pictures on her social media of you two together.

• she loves holding your hand while walking around, maybe a kiss on the cheek occasionally. she loves being close to you, she really likes the feeling of your warmth.

• her favorite form of affection is interlocking her fingers with yours. it’s a small thing, but she feels safe knowing from that small touch that you are together.

Your cat cafe au is so much fun and so soft I adore it but hearing that Malleus and Leona's cats are friends is so funny to me and spawned the worst idea XD Prefect: Leona, Nebula is pregnant Leona: ...By who? Prefect gestures to Oatmeal and Nebula cuddling.

we share the same brain!! actually working on the cat au ask right now, but have a few irl emergencies that prevented my writing, and here’s a little bit of it! but first let me just say this is 100% my thought process if you and rook have yet to neuter the kitties. oatmeal and nebula have a romeo and juliet love story! \(//∇//)\ more under cut! this isn’t canon in the au or anything but a fun concept!!

He had zero hesitation to hold her while walking to his fated rival, looking him and his cat up and down before scoffing. The two proceeded to argue over who’s cat looked better wearing their dorm uniform for a bit, as the two cats seemed content in their arms without hostility to one another. - Leona Kingscholar

Malleus Draconia - As Leona argues with him half his brain has melted to this is the greatest cat. Cat precious. My firstborn is the best in this world. The other half of him smugly picks up his son in his own arm, the cat against his own bicep as he begins talking about how regal he is. Honestly, his cat is just happy to spend time with him and begins playfully nipping at him after not getting enough attention.”

anyways back to the ask!! I’d like to imagine if that actually happened then leona would freak out at malleus, while malleus is shocked he is getting his first grandchild with you already as you reiterate that is a cat, and you both are not married. he’s not listening, to you or leona. they end up being that in law family that despise one another thoroughly like my child is too good for your child but i don’t want to lose custody of my grandchild. cats tend to have multiple kitties at once so im thinking depending on the amount the may definitely mean the boys now live ay Ramshackle with the kittens, with Nebula nipping at her dad proudly showing him her babies and Oatmeal showing his dad his babies too, forcing the two men to bond despite their prominent scowls, but they avoid being too loud because you remind them kittens are sensitive to noises. (。-∀-)

they’d definitely end up trying to adopt the kittens when you graduate.. but that custody battle is a talk for a different day. on the bright side Oatmeal and Nebula finally get to stay with each other openly as they raise the kitties.

for anyone curious ( ^ω^ ) been busy these past few weeks with art fight, and my cat needed a vet emergency, still have to return to the vet later this week, but i’m also working on a r-18 birthday leona fic! friendly reminder my navigation does say mdni and you are responsible for the content on my profile that you view!♪

You: I also send funds home, back to Sphinx.

Whitebeard: I suppose I'll allow it, then.

The Crews: [have somehow started a boat party]

Shanks and Whitebeard: [chatting around a table ladened with food]

Shanks and Whitebeard: [reach for it, accidentally touch hands, and lock eyes]

Benn: That was a mean thing to do, (y/n).

When you playfully kiss the plush though, that rule no longer applies. After all, his rightful spot is in your arms🫠

He nudges you. "Put the stuffed animal away."

"You sound angry." You smirk and kiss the plush again, knowing he's probably annoyed about that

without another word, he pulls the plushy out of your hands and settles down in its place

"I am a much better than that object. Just so you know." he smiled smugly, expecting a kiss on the cheek just like you gave to the plushie earlier

you kissed him on the lips instead just to see his eyes widen and his face go red ofc 😏
