End, Dark, and Hunt

Here are my designs for the sentient entities au {Part 1} (personality will be in the main part, I didn’t want to make it even longer than it already is(also there’s a image limit))

If you don’t know what this is it’s basically a shitpost au of what if the entities where sentient (I’ve been thinking about this since December send help)

For reference on why most of them look so human if you haven’t seen the {main post} (will be linked when finished) especially since that post will come out after these. So basically overtime the entities look more human because of two things. 1, how old they are (they’ve built off of themselves more and developed a personality and stuff) and 2, how feared they are (keeps them more stable) (it’s also just more convenient with the environment their in)

(I have so many thoughts get ready) I imagine the End to look very human. it originally looked a lot like the grim reaper and has become more human with time. First off in its transitional stage the roots sort of acted like its hair with resulted in long vine like locs. Due to the whole death/grim reaper thing, they have a very skeletal form with ashy pale brown skin. I feel like they’d be 5’7. I don’t have a reason. That just feels right. They present very androgynous, and appear to to be around 30 or 40. I will be referring to it with they/it pronouns.

I tried to create a Pinterest collage what I think The End would wear but some of it I couldn’t get accurate enough so I will describe in detail.

I imagine it to have a very whimsigoth or witchy look. Still very grim reaper esc. Long dark dresses/skirts and sleeves. I’m specifically picturing a long gray black skirt that goes to its heels. A deep purple skirt clipped up(?) layered on top that ends right above the knee. A red/brown maroon waspie (half) corset that has several belts around it. Long drapey sleeves attached to a loose v neck cut top that’s a similar color to the first skirt. The neckline has been stretched to loosely fall off the shoulders with a thin strapped tank top underneath it that’s the same color as the second skirt. It also has various necklaces around its neck and maybe some rings. It’s still wearing similar boots that it wore in the Victorian era with dark black tights underneath it. As for makeup I image something similar to the 4th photo but maybe a bit more dramatic (specifically eyeliner) with matte black lipstick.

Casual or other outfits would have a similar vibe to it, or a general goth vibe. I feel like if you wondered what would death wear, goth would be one of the first things you thing of. It was goth before ‘goth’ was even a thing(officially at least). Ends outfits have changed with human fashion, since they’ve always kinda been interested in it. So if you wonder what ‘goth’ was during a certain time just look at what End was wearing.

Ok I have to be honest I don’t have much for Dark and Hunt (that kinda why I chose them bc of the image limit) so I will try my best to give them full designs but if anyone has any ideas PLEASE tell me.

DARK

So for dark I’m more so picturing like a void of darkness in a somewhat humanoid shape. It’s like kinda swirly and looks a bit like weird misshapen tentacles(only way I can describe it sorry) coming off of it (especially around the head(image below)). If you try you can make out a head, torso, arms and legs. And maybe it’s wearing a long black coat bc it deserves it. I asked @helinedmightbehere if they had any ideas and they said “a single closed eye”. I don’t know what exactly they ment but I’ll add it here anyway. I will be using it/he pronouns (mainly bc it’s also called “Mr. Pitch”).

Ok I have the least for The Hunt. It is an animalistic fear but still has a few human avatars so maybe some fucked up animal human hybrid. I literally don’t know. Maybe it’s wearing a hunting uniform? I will probably use it/its pronouns.

You seem to reblog content from other tumblrs and also post your own content. Why support tumblrs who only post content and never reblog from anyone else? It seems kinda selfish to never reblog from other tumblrs. I’ve personally found so many cool tumblrs only because someone I follow, follows someone who is cool. It seems like a shitty thing to only ever post and never to reblog from others. I’m sorry, I quit drinking in June, so I’ve only just noticed this and it annoys me. Huh? I think you might be putting too much thought into this. Whenever I open the dash I scroll a few times and when I either start seeing too much porn that I can't reblog or stuff that I'm not interested in (YouTube celebs, japanimation,video games etc), I start back at the top. I rarely scroll very far. Every once in a blue moon I'll go to the "following" list that I try to keep about 100. I'll click on a few of those randomly. If those blogs don't have a page and only that pop up scroll thing, I'll only scroll for a moment. If they don't have an easy archive to navigate, I close the page.I do reblog occasionally from 3 or 4 blogs that I don't follow but I can remember the names for some reason. So basically, a large percentage of my reblogs are from the top of my dash. Not a lot of thought or intention goes into my curation of shitposting these days.

Happy 1000th post!

It's official! This is the official 1000th post that I have made! Huzzah!

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank myself for being so amazing and no one else because I did it all on my own without any help from anyone. Well, I think I might have done one or two reblogs here and there, but they don't count. 99.999% of my content was 100% real me.

A lot of it was shitposting.

A lot of it was my signature internet philosophy where I pretend to be smarter than I am. Which is an astounding feat considering my genius already totally eclipses the rest of humanity combined. And multiplied by 6. Hundred. Thousand. Million.

Some of it was Boruto episode recaps. I oughta start doing those again. They were always popular, but hardly an episode passed where I didn't talk about what a shitty shitty shitty shitty shitty father, leader and general human being Naruto Uzumaki is. Doesn't it get old? Idunno. You tell me.

Some of it was series or episode reviews. Those tended to be less popular because I have strange opinions about which shows are enjoyable and which are not. I say something nice about a show people hate and they start screeching about how literally Hitler was a better person than me. And when I say something bad about a show they love? Oh boy. I won't even mention The Great Cowboy Bebop Debacle of 1992.

And then I tended to compound the problem by making fun of them. Good times. Good times.

In closing, I did it all by myself. I owe you nothing. You are just here to partake of my genius, my brilliance, my effulgence. That you remain loyal to me is simply a testament to your good sense.

It seems like the makers of Tumblr want it to be what it was meant to be: a social network for teenagers.

Most of the people I know on here are in their 20s. Some are older.

But they've made some decisions in the past and it's just a matter of time before I delete this account.

The path is this: I was here since 2014, then I revealed in my poetry that I had been carrying some trauma. The content stayed up, and I don't remember when I decided to put it down. It used to be an attempt to be in sync with the girl I was into, who lived in the US and hadd contact with all this "stuff". Then the stuff got complicated... we weren't like, messaging back and forth, but we were very connected when we spoke. It's just a shame.

There was Twitter. It helped me go through family crises, but few people actually know it didn't help with shit. It just exposed a version of a guy who could barely communicate and in case in occasional onlooker saw a tweet, they'd be like "what's this, we're writing in caps today?"

Many years later, some projects, some events, people met, places I went to, Twitter was more or less of a battleground for politics to be destilled into hatred nobody knew whether or not was just projected or not, fantasized, augmented, or whatever. And there were a lot of people laughing about the whole thing.

But I'm not gonna say who was laughing. I don't know. I was strying to wrap my head around new facts in my life. For years.

And so bassically I was suspended this one time when Jack Dorsey said something I found distressing at the moment, for my moment, and I told the man to fuck off. Boom, suspended. It was in the midst of the Musk transition.

But honestly, I don't even wanna talk about Musk.

I didn't find a place. I had a bad habit, of going on a website called Faceflow. I met some interesting people there, and I kept visiting because it was pretty random how some people who seemed to be very "outside the box" popped up on there, but I'll have to admit I had a hormonal issue and things didn't go well. For anybody.

But a lot later, I found Mastodon. And people were discussing top level internet stuff, and also politics, while posting genuinely interesting videos and informational content. I was like "how many years have you been sober?" -- and I just wasn't.

The way I quit Mastodon was ridiculous.

Someone said: "so Instagram is like Tumblr now?" and that triggered the fuck out of me. I never understood Tumblr, and I had just been a victim of identity theft because of a complicated, but kind of suspicious interaction with someone I met on Faceflow and this dude, who was telling people to invest in crypto, that it really worked, and that he'd deposit money for you if yu just did these simple tasks. And I needed the money. So in the blink of an eye I lost my account, and Facebook was like, shitty as fuck with me, because they pretty much were still the definitiveinternet platform, before TikTok (and I know that shit is complicated, but I'm just like, thinking).

And I had to rebuild as a person, as a musician, as a teacher... like, a dude who was on Faceflow was a religious extremist who I started to be very displeased with, to put it lightly, and I associated the entire discourse that person presented with my social presence, and I came to a point of trying to reset everything and deleted my fucking LinkedIn. AND my Twitter, the 10 year old account. I had verified people in music following me, people from tech journalism, some geeks, I had an interesting presence! And it was like, haters? I won big sometimes, sometimes I kinda lost track of the strategy, but the thing was going on, I knew I was in the public eye and I tried to act normal -- instead of going "corporate" or "offering a product". And to your surprise, maybe, that's what people criticized, that I was a flooder, a shitposter, that I didn't take things seriously.

Dude... I had my life.

From Mastodon I came here. I realigned myself with poetry, but at some point, especially after the OF promotions and the Tumblr Live 420 stuff (which I'm gonna hint the boss might have a problem with, as far as I can tell), Tumblr became a place where nothing was very clear, and in the end, some very low profile people who never shared their thoughts or anythng were doing their thing and i thought I was just being annoying, like the place wasn't for me, the conversation was different!

So then I tried to bring it closer to me. Talk about personal stuff, so people got to know me, not the random stories people tell on the web. And it totally backfired?

But like, if it's because of porn, of course the problem is not porn per se, it's age gap. I'm not addressing this issue, each case is a case. My thoughts are already too scattered, the narratives are too, and discussions are likely to come up. And I'm not gonna be surprised if everyone thinks I'm the asshole, always have been, end of the story. But the level, the extent to which they went because of my social media presence, is totally out of line.

And now what I have is posts that nobody reads, conversations nobody replies to, and expectations that next time I go buy something (with the little money we managed to get from assistence!) downstairs, people are like "oh, here's the dude who doesn't have money to buyy new shorts but thinks it's ok to go out like that". THAT'S ME! I'm the least highlighted person you can ever think of... nobody has a freaking fucking clue of my online struggless of decades... they care about soccer, shit like that! They care, that is true, about their jobs and their families. And good for them, God bless! But I wanna be able to make that shift one day in my life, if not thinking about kids, thinking about my family and how I can help out, which seems like, honestly, something everyone in the family thinks I'll never be able to do cause I'm both a piece of shit and incompetent. But during Christmas season, you gotta hear shit like "you're stubborn and intolerant". And shut the fuck up.

So, Tumblr, sorry... I've tried to have a conversation about what I thought younger people were thinking about, but I'm obviously not welcome and if you wanna enjoy your space out here, have fun, you know? The memes are great, the aesthetics, the funny dialogues, the artists! The references, which are always building... but like, maybe I should go back to my real proposal which is to think of policy and to STUDY the decisions and materials that have been drafted for the future of the internet, and maybe at one point I'll be like "hm, I can answer that" and go for it, take a chance, and who knows, maybe get a freaking follow. One. By. One.

It didn't happen, on here. I'm still relying on the poetry people (3) and someone I talked more or less extensively about music (1) who's got a totally chill vibe and who doesn't want stress right now. But like, with all that I post, 4 people? Come on, what's going on?

So these are things people don't talk about. Go see if a parent getss on Faceflow. Go see if they even ask how many Snapchat contacts they have. Go see if they ever thought about going on Omegle with the kid -- rare! Go see if they think about what curriculum they want for their kids -- and then it starts to get a little tricky -- and what jobs!

We grow up... the internet is a thing that's up for consultation, for sure, but I could delete this and it would all become a "he said, they said" situation all over again. And I have mental health issues, but what I always fail to disclose is that I have issues with the mental health facility, which is a whole different level. And apparently, this debate is banned.

So yeah, I just don't know any better in terms of mental health. Which compromises all of my work. And all of my social media. But people wanna spend time talking about what billionaires are doing, the stock market, the fucking energy transition... dude, chill. You're not a climate scientist. That stuff is advanced as fuck, it's not your job. You wanna do something, share an article about fucking plant based meat and it's already gonna be stressful for you because the barbecue lovers are gonna think you're fucking gay or whatever, that's the level... but like, focus on your shit. Because I sure as fuck don't focus on freaking Faceflow drama. And about Omegle, I reported many things that were problematic, andd the shocks I've had were, if you knew, considerably greater than yours.

Listen, this was really fun for a while, but you're making me have to be serious, which obviously isn't fun. So let me read you a bit.

First off, you're lying. Your "posts about you dismissing male victims of abuse" claim isn't a thing at all. The closest thing to a call out post re: me that you'll be able to find in my tag is someone putting me on a block list with random people and ZERO explanation of why. On top of that, that very person has a reputation of making random blocklists for people, and putting them on there despite them being generally left-leaning social liberals who would agree with them on anything. Searching that person's url will bring that up in two seconds. These posts you're pretending to say exist literally don't.

I also know you're lying because never have I ever on my page "dismissed male victims of abuse." If you're trying to reference how I speak out against how Amber Heard was publicly harassed by her abusive ex-husband last year, I don't know what to tell you. I mean, you're trying to defend a loser drunk who has a long history of preying on young and vulnerable women/girls, as well as abuse and violence, who literally texted his friend how he wanted to violently murder her for giggles. I've seen abuse victims deal with that trauma in a lot of ways, and never have I seen one do something like that. Seen plenty of abusers do that, though.

Whether or not Amber Heard is "problematic," it doesn't mean she is incapable of being a victim of abuse and/or misogyny. Implying her being "problematic" immediately means she can't be a victim of these things plays into the perfect victim mindset that literally kills women because, remember, a perfect victim is a dead victim. If a cop racially profiled Kanye West tomorrow and shot and killed him, we would still be upset over the racism of that action despite Kanye being...like that. Someone can hold disgusting views and you can still be disgusted with the way they are oppressed. If Amber not being a perfect victim means she can't be a victim of abuse to you, then that really shows how immature and unintelligent you are. Someone can harbor disgusting views and still be part of a marginalized identity and be a victim to being marginalized. The only way you can say that's not the case is if you believe women are not oppressed. And if we can't even agree on that, then please leave my page because I don't deal with anti-feminists in any capacity.

And to my last point, I really want you to think long and hard about why you decided to take this here over a tag on a fucking gifset. I didn't add to the post, I didn't find the man (whoever he is) to harass him, I didn't go on twitter or online sites where he'd likely see these comments to say this; it was just a random thought I had and wanted to share. The man obviously had work done, at least botox. That's just straight facts. If that annoyed you, a simple unfollow or block would do. If you wanted to send one "hey, that was shitty of you" ask on your way out, then fine.

But you spent all day basically going through my blog looking for things to criticize. You talked about wanting to see what I looked like, obviously so you mock me. You're in my inbox lying about what is being said about me in order to make it seem like I'm some monster. I'm just a random person on tumblr, the least influential social media site, shitposting in my spare time. That's it. There was no reason to take this to this point.

And this is what I mean about the way kpoppies make this not fun. I couldn't reblog something and add something cheeky in the tags without being harassed? All of this over "#idk who this man is but his plastic surgery is very distracting and ugly looking#you get work done then wanna load up on Botox why?" Really? I said a man's botox looked ugly and that warrants you trying to make me look like some horrible person who hates abuse victims or something? Does that even make sense? "Oh, this person dunked on my bias' botox: SHE MUST HATE AND DISMISS ABUSE VICTIMS!"

Like, hello? It's just kpop. It's a billion dollar industry that fuels overworking, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression and anxiety, capitalism and consumerism, racism, and misogyny. It doesn't need your defending. And if you decided you didn't like me just for insulting him, that's fine too. You don't need to do that thing where you try to make me "problematic" (I'm not lol) so you can justify it; it's okay to just not like people sometimes. My feelings are not hurt. You are not the first to dislike me, nor will you be the last.

I get that it's the internet and it's easy to not consider the problematic thinking and action patterns that you're engaging in, but when you find yourself rabidly going through someone's page to find "dirt," making up lies about people talking about/calling them out, and sending out hate messages after hate messages, then it's time to log off and take a step back. If you believe yourself to be a good person, and I'm sure you do, then now is a time for self reflection. Be a little self aware. Is this what good people who wish to spread positivity do? Do they send hate anons to strangers all over someone wanting to be a hater for a minute?

So I'm going to turn off anonymous messaging and put you in a bit of a time out so you can calm down and think about how inappropriate you're being. I don't take abuse lightly as I am very familiar with it, and so I will not tolerate you trying to use it as a gotcha all over a fucking gifset of a few kpop idols. One day, I hope you remember your actions today and cringe at how ridiculous you were being. And I really hope you're currently at an age where you'd be able to laugh and think "what a dumb child I was."

On the one hand, a more ‘shrimpy’ PK just feels right for a number of reasons, but on the other hand if we assume he’s got this sorta elongate body with multiple limbs then I have no explanation for how the fully grown Hollow Knight is humanoid-shaped and so I am left conflicted.

Ranking mythological pantheons by how shitty their gods are. 

Greek Mythology. Zeus, man. Just...Zeus. 

Roman Mythology. It’s a carbon copy of Greek mythology so it doesn’t really count, though. 

Celtic Mythology. It’s hard to beat your gods literally going to war with you. 

Christianity. Old Testament God was nothing to sneeze at, even if he mellowed out a bit eventually. Key word being ‘a bit’. 

Norse Mythology. The only pantheon where people think with their muscles and not their nuts, which still doesn’t make them any less insane, just a different type of insane. 

Finnish Mythology. The heroes cause more damage than the gods for once.

i'm fucking OBSESSED with spartan caboose so here's some headcanons

-Caboose came from the second class of spartan-IIs and is among the tallest and strongest spartan-IIs recorded, the only other spartan taller than him is Maine -Caboose is 8'2" in armor, and 7'11" out of armor (maine is 8'3" out and 8'6" in for reference) -Even in his spartan group with his 'sisters' Caboose was considered to be the tank -Practically a mechanical genius, mostly brought on by his ability to adapt which was encouraged in his training -His rank was Chief Petty Officer (E-7) -He's very skilled in fighting like hand-to-hand combat, but doesn't like to fight hand-to-hand too often since it feels too personal to him. -The reason he was sent to Blood Gulch was due to a brain injury he received on Reach, when a brute chieftain had damaged his implants -He was unable to retire due to living in the military his entire life, but also unfit for duty, but Project Freelancer scooped him up, deeming him fit to protect the Alpha -Caboose probably resented being sent to Blood Gulch, and projected most of his frustration/anger onto Tucker -Actually a really good leader, even if he's hard to understand due to his Aphasia. It's why Andersmith trusts him so much -Very intelligent and perceptive, he notices a lot of things most people don't -Has sensory issues, not only due to autism/adhd, but because of his sensitive senses -Was always very noticeable even among fellow spartans due to his height and build -Actually knew Maine prior to Freelancer, but never recognized him as the Meta, due to different armor and armor color, and different fighting style -General caboose headcanon: He's half Japanese, Half Egyptian. He's shockingly attractive; the guys got good genes. -Has SEVERAL scars of all kinds; bullet wounds, plasma scars, knife wounds, surgical scars, etc etc. Some particularly bad scars ache when the weather gets bad, so he knows when it's going to rain. He never elaborates on how he knows though (and since the reds and blues are idiots, they think he's psychic) -His name prior to "Michael J Caboose" was Mike-157
