Off the back of Casino Royal James Bond was very much back. And then immediately hit a speedbump with Quantum Of Solace in 2008 when the writers strike hit. Despite the return of Daniel Craig and action/espionage a plenty it failed to hit the heights of it's predecessor BUT is it without it's quality moments? Let's all find out in our Caravan Of Garbage review.
Mr Sunday Movies says that in Andor you see the reasons why the people in the Empire are there, why they're evil; and that's not true. We see Imperial officers are social climbers, we see cops be cops; we don't see why they joined the army, why they believe in the Empire, why they go along with the system; honestly we see way more of why people are in the Empire in the Servants of the Empire Junior Novels (meaning books for 12 year-olds)
This is my greatest disappointment with Andor; they promised me it was more adult, more complex, while I didn't expect it to be as good as everyone claimed, I did hope there was stuff here too complex or too raw for children, but there isn't. The level of sex and violence is the same as everything else in Star Wars and there's no more intrigue or political messaging than in literally any other Star Wars project, including the one that aired on Cartoon Network
i love mr sunday movies: caravan of garbage so much. my favourite film discussion channel. the joke about some kids bullying steven spielberg to put a stegosaurus in the movie made me laugh so hard
