We're pleased to officially announce the opening of Morsmordre! This post commences the start of any and all threads! To make things easier for you to start, I've outlined briefly what is currently going on in this universe below. There will be an event in a week or so, but we wanted to let you settle in and make some connections first! The year is 2024, and the air in the wizarding world is tense. The Ministry have recently set up a new department, which is practically unheard of, but the rise of technology related incidents have almost doubled in the last five years. Simply tracking down muggle witnesses and using a mild obliviate is no longer enough. Wizards themselves as becoming more adept with muggle technology, though some still simply refuse to even try. John Dawlish is leading the Department of Muggle technology. Much to the dismay of many. Whilst all this is going on, there is another problem, Azkaban is almost at capacity. The Ministry is overwhelmed, Aurors and aurors in training alike are being worked to the bone, to make up numbers...it seems as though it is not as popular a career as it once was, people are too afraid. remember to tag your starters with morsmordre:starter follow list:
