anyway, four years ago saturday @mmmsammishes came up to me and said “hey i’m gonna dm a d&d game you wanna play” and, not to get overdramatic, pretty much changed my life by letting me make a super tropey half-elf ranger who ended up becoming my greatest creative driving force, a coping mechanism for my anxiety, rekindled my healing love of nature and helped me bond with a ton of amazing people whom i probably might never have even met if not for him

sairsel is just some dumb made-up dude living in my head and in my writing but he has been making my life better in a lot of ways as a creator, as a person and as a queer woman and man, i fuckin love him and when you guys tell me that you care about him it fills me with wonderment and joy and always makes my day

Clips from the Sirensong Sea, Stormblood’s first story dungeon!

Though the dungeon itself begins aboard the Misery, you soon land in a ship graveyard much like the one in Final Fantasy V, and it’s replete with all sorts of ghosts and skeletons of those lost at sea. Basically, it’s @mmmsammishes’ aesthetic a million times over.

At the end of the dungeon is Lorelei, named for the siren of German folklore.
