Adrien pauses for a breath and then cracks up. He practically dies laughing, and Marinette peeks at him, confused. “Adrien?”

“You’re too funny, Marinette.” Adrien beams. “Want to walk to class together?”

Marinette reluctantly takes her seat, wondering what the lesson is for today, and–God forbid–whether the class will be interrupted by an Akuma attack. Miss Bustier stands at the front, but fortunately, Marinette has a great view of the back of Adrien’s head!
