Now some shit I wrote for Mitski's Birthday:

Writing this here bc people of my private media are already scared of me bc of the rant I just made in my stories, but well...

Many would think my whole obsession with the pretty Japanese-american lady who sings "NOBODYYYY" like freaking 4325854 times in a minute from tik tok. But nahh I would say almost a year, maybe November 2020? Not sure abt that.

Indeed, her music was just so relatable to me, to the point I reached for investigating more abt her(as I do when I start liking something—that happend with bsd too hehe) I learned abt her childhood, I did find it quite👀interesting.

Then I went for the interviews, my gay self was just like "but dudeee, she's just a happy queer in person! How does she write such sad songs!??!" Honestly shocking in my opinion.

When I knew a lot, and I mean A LOT, I got to reddit, just for mitski? Well that's about it, I entered reddit to read analysis over her songs. There were somes that I used to think talked about and they turned out to be a completely different theme.Proves more how perfect she is.

Not only the lyrics, but her voice just calms me, in every way, beautiful and brilliant, she's definetely born for singing and writing.

I can highlight the connections she puts into her songs, for example " Me and my husband" and "wife" in which one starts with taking a breathe and the other a sigh. And even when the songs are totally different albums. Brilliant

I rlly can't express well how much I love her, she doesn't know me ofc, but mitski has been like the hug Im in need every night, that's just how much her music can impact.

Hopefully one day she comes back :)
