The Holiday’s are here so right now everyone will settle down for the winter months. Should you be motivated to purchase your next home the weekend after Thanksgiving might be a good time to make an offer on the home that suits your needs whilst everyone else is shopping for Black Friday deals.

Should you be looking to purchase homes in Burbank you should know that as of today November 18th, 2017 there are 62 single family homes for sale.

110 Country Club Drive- New Construction

Out of the 62 Single family homes available on the market, there are 23 homes ranging from $1.1 to $1.9 million.

110 Country Club drive is by far my favorite home on the market. New construction with attention to detail throughout this home I suspect the reason it has not sold is that of the lack of a backyard, I can tell you from walking through the home that this is beautiful custom home.

The home with the most potential in Burbank is by far and away 3340 Brace Canyon Rd in the Burbank Hills above Brace Park.

It might be overpriced but wow it has potential. This home is Mid Century in spirt that is just calling for the right owner to renovate and update this unique home. The lot is amazing with over 14,000 feet, a pool, flat grassy yard and lots of room to add on to the existing home. If you can get this home for the right price I think you would be purchasing one of the best estates in Burbank.

Asking price for this home is $1,395,000.00 (I know) but it has to come down in price in time.

This home is a single story four bedrooms, three bathrooms with over 2,400 sqft of living space. It is in a great location and sits again on an amazing 14,000+ sqft lot

To be honest, there isn’t much else that is currently on the market that I would even show my buyers, most of the homes on the market are outdated, overpriced and or just would be better off being torn down or completely gutted.

The most turn-key home is located on 1458 N. Pass it is a cliche remodel with grey everything, laminate floors, grey paint, and IKEA modern floating cabinets in the bathrooms along with white shaker cabinets with grey quartz countertops

In my opinion, 415 N. Shelton is the most affordable and ready to move into home in Burbank
