This week I'm going to eat, sleep and excersize with intention. listen to what your body is trying to tell you. Rest if u need to and don't push your limits. Learn to eat only when you need to and slow down. Yoga teaches us to listen to what out body is trying to tell us, slowing down allows us to listen or feel subtle signs, acting accordingly.
