Morty had seen many things during his short life, much more than most people (humans but not only). His Rick had made sure that he would witness enough horrors and wonders for him to have learnt to expect everything. An endeavour that has been successful, because each and every experience had been traumatically burnt into the teen's mind, to the point that there was very, very little that could surprise him nowadays.

Ghosts didn't happen to be on that short list. He had been face to face with various kinds of undead beings, spirits of the deceased included.

Yet, he would have lied if he had claimed that being faced with this specific ghost hadn't caught him off guard. Because it...she had. And seeing her left him unsettled for more than one reason, which however had nothing to do with her current form.

The feelings that have fired up with the news of her death and that had never quieted down after that flared up the moment his amber eyes landed on her pale face.

For several seconds, all the president did was staring, his face completely devoid of emotions, even if there was an odd stiffness in his features and a darkness in his gaze. Then, always without a word, he reached out for the bottle of scotch that these days he always kept within his arm's reach. He poured a generous amount of liquor in his already used glass.

Only once he had finished his drink and gotten himself a refill, he finally spoke up.

"...Of course you do," he murmured, glancing away. He couldn't deal with looking at the image that was floating before him. It made him sick, even if he refused to acknowledge the feeling. "You wouldn't be here otherwise. I'm assuming you already tried going to other me and the results were...unsatisfactory."

He lifted the glass to his mouth, taking a long sip from it. He could relate to her frustration. He had been experiencing that very same emotion very often lately.

"I'll tell you what he should have told you. His Rick and mine are working on bringing you back to life. It won't take too long, so...sit tight and be patient, for once. It's not like it would kill you."

The last words were supposed to be a cruel joke, but the words were spoken with such bitterness that didn't leave space for even the smallest hint of amusement. Morty washed it down by downing the rest of the scotch, and finally looked back towards Meg.

"Is there anything else your forever second choice can provide?"

The sarcasm in his voice was sharp as a scalpel, yet the question sounded almost defensive, as if it had been hiding something else within it.

Not to talk about fucking mega man again but every time I remember star force and I am FOREVER sad that the two of the prominent antagonists from the game that’s considered the best in the series are NEVER talked about:

Not only cause “wow these designs are fucking fantastic” but even if I think Pat is the better written “villain”-in quotations cause he’s not really evil-especially in the sympathetic light, these two are still written well and have a nice dynamic. There is hardly ANY fan content of these two-i once saw someone complaining omega xis barley gets art when BUDDY hes more fucking known by people who never touched the games then these two-and I can’t begin to understand why when people love tragic siblings in this series given Pandora and Prometheus are so loved and these two are basically them just less tragic happy ending and everything but still go through angst and I can’t begin to understand why they are so IGNORED in the game that is again consider the best in its own sub series-

Until I remember the only fucking thing people talk about from this game universally is a character death that gets SPOILED BY EVERYONE cause the general mm fandom has to sleep on star force sighhhh.

She's really doing a lot for someone married to a convicted rapist. If I were her, I would simply retire forever, shut down my social media, and go live on a farm. Random thought but every once in a while I think about the fact that Fox and Meg escaped their orphanage as somewhat young children which means Fox has been pretty much raising his younger sister since he was like, 9 years old. How wild is that.

I’m not sure which is worse:

BioWare saying practically everything is “about a year ago” and not aging characters appropriately (*cough* Wynne, Loghain, Eamon, Teagan *cough*)

Or Bethesda setting things “after the Great War” which was 25-30 years ago but having characters talk like the event was less than a decade ago and only aging characters maybe 10 years. (*glares at Skyrim and Fallout 76… and a little bit at Fallout 4 too*)

started a second save file on Hades just to see how well I'd do with no upgrades, keepsakes or adamant rail. I made it to fighting Meg in 3/4 runs so far, with the exception of the second somehow.

I use to not like shin getter dragon but recently it’s been growing on me more however if there’s one thing that still bothers me about it being used in SRW with arma it’s the fact that like- of all characters Ryoma shouldn’t be the one to have it.

I know WHY he does since where its originally from (Daikessen) where it was a unit of his so it’s not originally even related to arma getter dragon and it is cool to see arma Ryoma use dragon since the only time we see him in it outside of Michiru’s death is a audio drama-which most people wouldn’t know exists LOL-but like- it just makes way more sense to me if shin getter dragon either belonged to Go or Saotome given canon.
