i didnt want to detract from another post but i find it really funny that i was so worried about hearing loss/tinnitus from headphones that i took a shitton of precautions for it only to get bad tinnitus/hearing problems from a TMJ thing lmao
#me: i cant go to loud concerts because itll mess with my hearing :(#also me: clenching my jaw at maximum power till i deform all the small bones in my skull#i also think its funny that my balance problems come from this#bodies are literally insane#anyway i listen to music on max volume with noise cancelling earbuds now because fuck it if im going to go deaf its on my terms
