also kind of love how almost everybody just Gave Up on trying to make TotK not caring at all that it's a sequel to BotW make any sort of sense
#tloz#botw#totk#thoughts#it used to bother me and it used to bother people#and now all I see is people just concerned about what it means on a broader sense#(including me tbh)#and not just..... like.... how is zelda not intimately aware of who ganon is#his name “give you pause” girl??? yeah I wonder the fuck why????#or what the hell happened to the triforce#or everything sheikah-related#the only one with a semblance of continuity is sidon and that's paper thin#maybe riju but like in the vaguest sense possible#regular NPCs are the most normal about this#and the sidequests really are where the storytelling shines the most overall tbh#but.... yeah narrative choices made
