Spoilers for context: Circus Baby confirmed that Eclipse has the blueprints for the device that she used to remove the maternity chip. And it’s strongly implied that Eclipse stole Roxy’s eyes too. Both of these things can’t be good for obvious reasons, and I’m clearly... handling it just super well!

Smother AU

So I'm putting this here because my brain needs to tell and put it somewhere, also excuse bad format and writing because my brain is mush and half the time I can't spell. But Smother is my Security Breach AU (also takes some inspiration from The Sun and Moon Show) mainly revolving around the daycare attendants and one of my animatronic OCs, Starla/Galaxy.

Starla was the original daycare attendant who had a star based appearance but Fazbear Ent. , being a horrible company, did not fully think about safety when building her. Her hair was made with very fine fiber glass which in harmful, her fingers are more like sharp claws, her built in maternity chip is faulty making her view the children as her own to the point that she wouldn't return children to their parents, and when angry she would turn a dark purple with small light colored dots across her casing (this angry form is what earned her the name Galaxy).

Due to complaints from parents, Starla was removed from the public and Sun/Moon were moved from the theater to the daycare to replace her. She was locked in storage where she was going insane, only being found shortly after Sun and Moon got separate bodies. After being kept from kids for so long and meeting the brothers, Starla's messed up maternity chip processed Sun and Moon (and any other celestial themed animatronic) as her children instead of seeing them as random animatronics. This leads to her babying them, watching them as much as possible, only really leaving them alone when they run the daycare or they're charging. The Eclipse in this AU is like the original Eclipse from the Sun and Moon Show, when Starla met him she instantly was scolding him and trying to put him in time out for his behavior.

I forgot to put it on the art of her but Starla is 10 ft tall to give her space to store her second pair of arms when they're retracted. I'm still working on the art of her galaxy form so I will post it at a later date. Feel free to ask questions.

Edit: I forgot to put that the AU is called Smothered because Starla ends up smothering other celestial animatronics with love.

Who is Mama Sun?

The Sun from my Kidclipse AU, where Eclipse formed in Sun’s head as a small child, designed Bloodmoon and Lunar to be toddlers because he refused to be the baby brother, and proceeded to lash out and mostly follow canon (he bullied Roxy while pretending to be Sun instead of the whole maternity chip thing) while pretending to be an adult until Sun went into his own head to meet him (right after his fight with Moon but before the Witherstorm would’ve happened), and found a traumatized child terrified of being locked up again instead of the big scary villain he was expecting.

Sun and Moon proceeded to step up as coparents for him. And get him therapy. He still has a fear of magic from that suppression spell Grandpa Golden used during their first meeting.

Kidclipse was already in the process of building Toddlunar, so he kept that a secret, causing Mama Sun to freak out when he woke up in Moom (Mom Moon). Glamrock Freddy was the one who got him to admit to Lunar and frantically apologize, and was deemed Papa (thanks to a serious of misunderstandings, Roxy ended up believing Kidclipse is Sun and Glamrock Freddy’s kid, and that Sun was acting weird because he was pregnant. And she ended up spreading that rumor.)

The kids got a body and things were calm until October, when Toddlunar let slip that Bloodmoon exists. Babyblood are still super bloodthirsty, because they were still made to break that firewall, and they still caused July 16 because they were in Mama Sun’s body. Their bloodlust construct body was much smaller and weaker, though, so they’ve been limited to eating mice since they ran off.

Dauncle Monty made them a tiny nanomachine body, and usually babysits them during Daycare hours because nobody trusts them near the human kids.

Dadcode woke up, adopted the kids immediately, and has since gotten his own body that looks exactly like the mindscape one. He’s the one who takes the twins hunting, and tries to guide their eating habits towards bad people.

I have just suddenly remembered my Kidclipse and Toddlunar AU, where Eclipse was a small child the entire time, and he designed Lunar and Bloodmoon to be toddlers so he would be the big brother. Kidclipse is basically 5, Toddlunar and Babyblood are basically 3.

Nobody realized he was a kid until the first time Sun went into the mindscape to talk face to face. And was confronted with a small child whose voice is so much squeakier without Sun’s voicebox filtering it. He came out of that spell panicking because that was not a scary villain, that was a traumatized child lashing out.

The months after that feature Kidclipse working through his fear of Sun and Moon, and his guilt about Babyblood (and July 16th) and Lunar (who’s birth went pretty similar to canon in that it freaked Sun out and messed up Moon’s head for a bit, causing Glamrock Freddy to be called in)

Kidclipse had a panic attack when Golden cast the suppression spell for the first time. He cried the whole time. And his voice was hoarser than usual when it finally wore off. Nobody really noticed, since that’s when they thought he was an evil adult.

He had another panic attack when Sun saw him in their mind, because he was freaking out about them knowing how small and weak he really is and scared they’d lock him away again. He got cuddles and affection out of it instead.

Priorities immediately shift from getting rid of Eclipse to getting this child his own body so they can actually raise him. Moon does most of the parenting until Kidclipse’s body is done.

Instead of the maternity chip, Kidclipse sabotaged Sun and Roxy’s relationship the old-fashioned way, with threats and bullying. He tied Roxy’s hair to pole once. He did it solely because he was sharing Sun’s body at the time and didn’t want her cooties.

Besides Roxy, he otherwise mostly acted like canon SaMS Eclipse until Sun saw him in their mind. He almost blew his cover several times though.

He still has Moon’s brains in his tiny child brain, so he still turns the barrels into deadly weapons. And doesn’t tell anyone. They fins out when Sun almost accidentally shoots a kid. Kidclipse and Gregory are great friends.

Kidclipse was grounded once for giving Gregory a disintegration gun. He’s also been grounded for installing swords in Babyblood.

Golden gives Kidclipse therapy when he babysits, because the entire family is too allergic to therapy tp actually book an appointment.

Toddlunar is the only one who acts like a normal child. Kidclipse is a snarky brat who likes to turn barrels into lasers and bombs, and Babyblood are the most violent and bloodthirsty toddlers anyone’s ever seen.

Glamrock Freddy was the second person to find out about Toddlunar. His sheer dad energy had Kidclipse confessing pretty quick, and apologizing for building a baby brother inside Moon’s head without permission.

Toddlunar just strolled up to Monty one day and declared them best friends, and Monty, under threat of Moon cutting them off from his bank account, had to go along with it instead of punting the toddler. Which quickly became “if anything happens to this child I’m destroying the world and then myself”.

July 16th still happened, but the twins are pint-sized, and mad about it once they realize they are not Sun-sized in the real world. Mass murder was so easy in Sun’s huge body, but the body they.manifested was tiny and can only kill rats. The new body was only a bit bigger, but much better for homicide purposes.

Monty get to babysit Babyblood during Daycare hours, because nobody trusts them near soft, fragile, tiny, blood-filled human children. Especially after Kidclipse gave them swords.

Kidclipse didn’t tell anyone about the Babyblood until October, because he was worried Sun and Moon would be mad at him. He made the mistake of telling Toddlunar, who spilled the beans by the end of the day.

KC, Moon, and Monty try to rediract Babyblood’s homicidal urges towards specifically assholes. It takes time because they are very small and need to learn how to take down adults for that.

When Killcode gains sentience, he immediately claims the four as his own, and has to coparent with Sun and Moon, his brothers.🦇

Oh right! I remember that. Reminds me of the one where they found out about lunar because eclipse panicked realizing his baby brother was alone in moons head and told moon so he wouldn’t mix him up with a virus or hurt him and because lunar was a baby and he needed to get in there to comfort the scared baby

Materntiy Chip Eclipse Au Information

This Au is based off of Foxy suggesting he and Monty put a maternity chip into Sun for views (video: “The Monty and Foxy Show gets Shutdown”)

In this Au they go with the plan, and make their own maternity chip, so things don’t get out of control. 

They wanted two things; Sun to be motherly to FC, and to be affectionate to Foxy. Sun’s main personality would not change, no emotions would be restricted. So Sun’s emotions wouldn't be build up, like Roxanne’s did. (I least that what I believe happened) They wanted to remove any possibilities of that from happening. The only behaviors that will change are the ones he feels towards FC and Foxy. After 20-30 minutes or a day, they would remove the chip. 

Their plan was simple. Foxy was to jump on Sun and install the chip while Monty disabled the lights, so Sun would be disoriented for a few seconds. Unfortunately Foxy jumped the wrong Sun model and Eclipse was hacked instead. Truly a wrong place and time moment. Comic

As said the chip was only supposed to amplify Sun’s maternal instincts towards FC, and make him attracted to Foxy. It did the same to Eclipse, but also accidentally increased his maternal instances towards his creations. Other children do not have the same effect. Though he is more considerate about them. It's only FC, Lunar, and Bloodmoon he truly sees as his children (I’ll draw those scenarios at some point). The maternal codding is more naturally placed, so it doesn't feel wrong for him to be motherly towards his children. Even though one of his memories is of Lunar betraying him, but he'll just ignore that, it’s fine.

And since his personality wasn't altered, he’s still the same spicy Dorito everyone knew him as, and will still continue his main goal in canon, he just has children to take care of now.

Moon’s? Nexus’s? Reactions

unfortunately can not answer Old Moon's reaction just yet. But before Nexus went insane. He was briefly informed of the situation, but paid almost no mind to it. It was a bit funny, and kinda helpful. So he let it slide, but also did agree to help. Though he got caught up in trying to get Solar back, and then it just goes down hill from there (for Nexus anyway)

I feel like if the "maternity chip au," played out to the patters of normal SAM'S episodes I feel like there would be an episode where Eclipse talks to puppet about being a mother. Like "Hey you where a bad mother that abandoned your child, but you got him to forgive you for your horrible actions, how do I do that?"

Puppet at first would go along with it as a joke, yet would still give good advice in the process.

But, over time Puppet and Eclipse will form a sort of Mom group. Half promising to watch over the others child/children if their was a problem

Eclipse slightly helps Puppet in return (he’s too prideful to fully help). Giving his own input on things that are sometimes actually helpful.

While Puppet helps with emotional parts Eclipse doesn’t understand.

And with the more… troublesome parts about being a parent

What would happen in the maternity chip au if the original plan for the chip happened successfully?

It would play out like a normal goofy/filler Episode

In this timeline, Foxy does succeed and installs the Maternity Chip into Sun. Like in many goofy shows. When a character drinks, gets hit, or cursed with a love kinda spell they go crazy clingy lovely dovey to the person it was targeted for. Same happens with Foxy.

Sun clings and tells Foxy how much he loves him immediately. It’s gets Foxy a bit uncomfortable. Monty would show up. Laugh their butt off at the situation they made. While Lunar demands for an explanation. Monty gives, Lunar yells, and Eclipse (if he’s there or not) is amused and laughing, while also being in pain.

Soon Monty gets FC (/switches vr models), and is immediately bombards him with love and attention from Sun. FC’s confused, Lunar explains, Foxy decides he doesn’t want this anymore.

And now the struggle to remove the chip from Sun’s head.

Which surprise!

Is also stuck.

They go on a goose chase trying to catch Sun. Who has FC and wants to do all this bonding fun time. Taking him everywhere in the plex while Foxy and Lunar try to make him stand still for long enough to remove the chip.

Once they do, Sun is rightfully mad. After yelling at Foxy, who apologizes profusely, Sun walks away needing to recoup his thoughts. Lunar calls Monty and tells him he’s telling Earth. Monty panics and lunar hangs up, waving Foxy a goodbye as he and FC leave
