As far as my experience in wastewater treatment plants goes, the first two lines are nitrates and nitrites (organic content or, as @teaboot pointed, dead junk), third could be chlorine (but normal tap water should read ~ 0,5 mg/l and that's marked as danger in the strip, so it is probably another stuff, maybe some metal. 4th is water hardness (calcium and magnessium dissolved salts), 5th is probably phosphates (more dead junk or pesticides, idk what's worse) and 6th row is pH, as alkaline as sea water or very soapy water.

Every one of the tests values is way over the allowed threshold in the effluent of an industrial wastewater plant, which in no way it's safe to drink, so in summary: I wouldn't drink that shit.

Some updates. I've lost 13lbs so far and I'm gaining muscle.

Had a good follow up with my doctor today. We're going ahead with a low dose of metformin to help get my insulin levels down while I continue exercising. We're continuing my current bc pill and anxiety meds. She also recommended three supplements to take along with it. Inositol, magnessium citrate, and vitamin D.
