My Curated Turbo/King Candy playlist!
These 22 23 songs were selected for their lyrical connection first and vibes second, although the playlist mostly consists of rock and electronic music. I have arranged the playlist roughly in narrative order for maximum vibes.
Tracklist (as of Sept 14, 2024), along with choice lyrics and overly deep explanations on why these songs fit.
"The End" - My Chemical Romance. Serves as an introduction to the playlist, and a warning of the downfall that is to come. "Save me! Save me! You Can't! Take me!"
"The Main Character" - Will Wood. A sharp transition away from the introduction, taking you back to a happier time. Despite the bright tone, the lyrics introduce a self centered character who feels he deserves love and attention. "I'm the main character, and you have to like me."
"I'm Gonna Win" - Rob Cantor. A Rock music. The lyrics speak of winning at all costs and a refusal to give up. "I'll never loose, I'll never die. You've seen me before, you'll see me again."
"Kickstart My Heart" - Motley Crue. Energetic rock music, representing confidence and the excitement of a race.
"Freak of the Week" - Freak Kitchen. Harsher rock music, the lyrics speak of a willingness to do anything for attention, including self mutilation. "Like me, like me, won't you like me?"
"Final Transmision" - The Living Tombstone. Electronic music, and the transition into the road blasters era. "Pushing off the payload, no cable to rewind him." "Eyelids getting heavy, sleep it off now kid, everyone knows now exactly what you did."
"Bloodstains" - Agent Orange. Angry rock, falling into mental illness. Considering homicide as a solution to his problems. "Ah things seems so much different now, the scene has died away. I haven't got a steady job, and I've got no place to stay."
"Alien Blues" - Vundabar. More mental illness rock. Disillusioned and disconnected to the people around him, popularity fading. "My teeth are yellow, hello world. Would you like me a little better if they were white like yours?"
"Cowboy Dan" - Modest Mouse. Sad cowboy rock, shortly before the road blasters incident. He is angry and dissatisfied with is place in life. he is a major player in his scene, but he wants more, he wants war. He hates how things have changed. he wants out. "He hops in his pickup, puts the pedal to the floor, and says, 'I got mine, but I want more'." "Can't do it, not even if sober, can't get that engine turned over."
"Toba the Tura" - Forgive Durden. Post-Roadblasters regret. lots of great lyrics here. "I watched the lamps fall, You pushed them over. They say you're gifted, Well I just see a scared kid." "The raw scorched Earth, It's a trophy of your worth." "Your cold wicked soul boasts a foul scent." "This mess that you made, it's a six-foot grave, It's a home for your lonesome bones that remain. We'll disappear you'll stay here, To rot as the king of the dark and forgot." "(Oh what have you done, disobedient son) What have I become? (You've broken the trust) Destroyed all I loved."
"My Crt" - Dream Puzzles. Moody electronic music about being hunted by a yellow eyed man inside a computer. Is he haunting himself, or is it an external force?
"Awoken" - Wooden Toster. He lives in pain and regret, but he has awoken from the monotony and is prepared to make a change. "Pushed by desire to change the way my stream will frow. now I've awoken and I'm taking back control."
"Sirens" - Bear Ghost. A drift into headcanon territory. He he's sick of hiding, so he goes out to have fun and let off steam, but he's terrified of being caught, and nearly is.
"A Mask of My Own Face" - Lemon Demon. A turn to the playful and sinister. A mask is put on, he goes around in disguise, and is proud of himself. "I'd wear it on Thanksgiving and I'd laugh in the parade at all the people hissing, knowing I'm the one they hate."
"Cabinet Man" - Lemon Demon. THE Turbo song. He reflects on his past and decides to take over Sugar Rush. Perfect vibes, to many fitting lyrics to list. Someone sinister is lurking in a game cabinet, assumed dead, existing unseen, unbeatable, breaking in. Half Human and Half Machine.
"My Ordinary Life" - The Living Tombstone. He's a king on top of the world, surrounded by admirers. He's on a high. He loves the glitz and glamour, but it's all a farse. "People blend together but I would be lost without their love. Can you heal me have I gained too much?" "Is there a real me? Pop the camphane."
"Ruler of Everything" - Tally Hall. He is playfully in control of everything, but his inner darkness still lurks. "Your facade is a scam, you know you're making me cry this is the way that I am. I've been living a lie, a metamorphical scheme."
"Dear Dictator" - Saint Motell. A return to rock music. The point of no return has long been passed. Judgment is on the horizon. "Nobody has ever seen his face, but fear his smile." "And at the trial they'll be no jury, and all the dead are gonna play witness. It's not too late to say you're sorry, but it's to late to truly mean it."
"Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" - Set it Off. A return to rage. He's lying and hurting people to keep his position. "So, tell me how you're sleeping easy, how you're only thinking of yourself. Show me how you justify, telling all your lies like second nature."
"House of Wolves" - My Chemical Romance. He knows he faces eternal damnation, but it's way too late to turn back, so instead he embraces it. "Take this to my grave." "Tell me I'm a bad, bad, bad, bad man."
"Unconditional Love" - Against Me!. Cybug Transformation. He is doomed, and not even unconditional love can save him now. "Half digested and eternal, somewhere lost in the ephemeral."
"Dead!" - My Chemical Romance. Death. “Did you get what you deserve? The ending of your life." "Have you head the news that you're dead? No one ever had much nice to say, I think they never liked you anyway."
.
"Puzzle Pieces" - Saint Motell. Bonus track! y/n sings about how Turbo/King Candy has designed himself, and is made up of all these pieces that don't fit together. "I can hardly move, I can barely breath, near your features."

«В глубинах космосе, на расстоянии многих миллиардов световых лет от Земли, обуздал огромный корабль с единственным человеком на борту. Но холодный космос полный загадок, и его нельзя была вернуть в наши дни; он умер в времени.»
“In the depths of space, many million light years away from Earth, drifted a giant ship with a single human on board. But the cold cosmos is filled with riddles, and it was not possible to bring him back to our days; he died in Time.”
Was inspired to follow @gnomgnomovich ‘s challenge of drawing Krosmoz characters with a song you associate them with. Here’s Ullu from the wakfu mmo. There are actually two songs that inspired this drawing: cabinet man by lemon demon and звездное такси by Рома Жуков (whose lyrics you are seeing above)
I have taken the liberty of making a #songs through the krosmoz tag for this type of art, feel free to use it as well if you want to.

OC PLAYLIST I AM BORED
Tumblr media
Martina Afonso , 38, Communist Dictator, colonizer of Spain ☭
Tumblr media
I am bored, as stated above. So hello the one person of 8 Billion on earth and 191.1 Million active on Tumblr.com actually reading this. You are most likely my sibling, hi.
this is based off songs relating to her, (shes a little asshole) not songs she’d listen to. I might make that, but lets be real who gives a hoot about missus murder over here.
You probably just wanna look at the music, so here you go, i highlighted the lyrics i felt related more to her story underneath
“ Cartoons and Vodka “ - Jinkx Moonson, 2018
“ You see I'm tired (she's tired) I'm spent (she's spent), I'm really feelin' my age
You know life is twice as hard When you're livin' half on the stage And I barely have the energy to sing you this song
So let's get some cartoons and Vodka And do 'em all night long
Ooh, boy, are you ready for some fun? Drink 'em down, drink 'em down, drink 'em down, oh! Drink 'em down, drink 'em down, drink 'em down, oh!“
2. “ Change the Formality “ - Infected Mushroom , 2007
” I tried to change the formality and everything about it.
People killing people for a reason.
You make mistakes, you don’t regret
So make a conclusion. “
3. “ Fine “ - Lemon demon , 2006
“ It’s such a lovely day, we should pocket the sunshine!
and never give it back, even if theres a heat wave!
Or Terrorist attack, it will just be a close shave
And i know ( i know )
That every bomb has a silver lining, i know ( i know )
Im full of crap, but still “
4. “ Brutus “ - The Buttress , 2016
( Basically the whole song but )
“ I, too, have a destiny This death will be art!
The people will speak of this day from near and afar.
This event will be history, and I'll be great too I don't want what you have, I want to be you! “
5. “ Killer Queen “ - Queen , 1974
“ She keeps her Moët et Chandon In her pretty cabinet
"Let them eat cake, " she says Just like Marie Antoinette”
6. “ Everybody loves me “ OneRepublic, 2009
“ Well i, pray the music don’t stop ‘till i turn gray. “
“ Don’t need my health, got my name and got my wealth
I
Stare at the sun, just for kicks all by myself
I
Lose track of time, so i might be past my prime, but; I’m feelin’ oh so good! “
7. “ I Can’t Decide “ Scissor Sisters, 2006
“ I’m not a gangster tonight, don’t wanna be a bad guy
I’m just a loner baby, and now you’ve gotten in my way.
I can’t decide wether you should live or die. Oh you’d probably go to heaven, please don’t hang your head and cry.
No wonder why my heart is dead inside. It’s cold and hard and petrified. Lock the doors and close the blinds, we’re going for a ride! “
“ It’s a bitch convincing people to like you.
If i stop now call me a quitter, if lies were cats you’d be a litter “
8. “ Wrecking ball “ - Mother Mother, 2008
“ I aim to break not one but all I'm just a big ol' wrecking ball “
“ It takes a dedicated hand To put it through the wall You gotta wanna break the heart Of all those pretty porcelain dolls “
9. “ Dead Man “ - Self , 2000
“ I wish I could tell you, all you children, why you're here, why you're here We'd all sing along Isn't that something 'cause there is no knowing 'til you're gone When I'm gone I'll prove you all wrong
behind every woman there's a good man trying not to bug the hell out To understand it guess I'd have to be a dead man trying not to laugh out loud “
10. “ Ready to Die “ - Andrew W.K , 2001 🧁
“ This is your time to pay This is your judgement day We made a sacrifice And now we get to take your life We shoot without a gun We'll take on anyone It's really nothing new It's just a thing we like to do! “

It’s cringy, but it’s free.

mk so I have a couple (all are based on wonderlust so bare with)
music: Runt would have so much Lemon Demon on her playlist, she would live, breathe, and die the songs Modify and Cabinet Man. at the same time, Blink would listen to Mitski and specifically the song Icarus by Luvbug because it reminds him of his times with Aeon and Candle before the accident. Troy would listen to Femininomenon x The Greatest while steam sledding using the illegal steam speakers he had his dad invent for his sled.
hobbies: I feel like Troy had a music phase in his late teens where he convinced his dad to let him have an electric guitar or a drum set (if those even exist) and spent maybe a couple hours trying to learn it but ultimately gave up because his steam sledding schedule was too busy for hobbies. Blink would so write poetry or songs that he keeps in a journal on him at all times. how else do you think he keeps himself entertained on his various courring trips he does a week. while walking and delivering things he hums lyrics and then once he has a moment copies it into his journal. Nobody but him knows about it and he intends to keep it that way. Runt loves doing karaoke nights with Uncle Three-Strings and occasionally invites Doppler, Pinch, and the other street rats over to sing with her. Only a few can make it most times, but some of her favorite memories she has are ones where it's just her and Uncle Three-Strings. I also feel like she would hate cooking food and is really shit at it unless it's a cheese-related meal, in which case she's the girl to go to.
other things TW!! abusive parents and trauma: this is kind of sad, but Troy headcannon. The reason he shits himself so often in the show and why it's like a "normal thing" to Troy is that when he was really little (from the moment he could walk until he was old enough to not go to events) he was basically forced to go to every press conference and event with his dad and during this, he wasn't allowed to go to the restroom or really even ask. Because of this, he basically got used to having no choice but to shit himself because he would literally get like yelled at for even asking. this followed him into adulthood, and while he's better at controlling it now, when he gets in stressful situations, like the semi-finals in episode one, there's not much he can do to stop it as it's his subconsciousness's natural instinct. (end of TW here)
Holidays: All holiday parties in the trench are organized by Runt, including the Secret Santa (or whatever the trench equivalent of that is). For some reason, her gift is always to Uncle Three Strings. Each year, she saves all her money, and in the time leading up to the exchange, she goes and scours the markets for a really cool cup. In his collection of cups, Uncle Three-Strings has a special shelf with all of his precious Runt's cups on it. He has them all in order of when he got them, starting with one she made for him when she first moved in with him and leading up to the ones she got for him on her trip to the surface in episode one. I also think Runt has tried teaching Uncle Three-Strings how to make the machines she makes and has gone on hour-long tangents about it before, with Uncle Three-Strings just happily sitting there listening. Blink only has Granny Granite as family, as, after the Candle situation, not many of his family members will talk to him, let alone spend holidays with him. He goes to her shop during the holidays and eats one of the many slices of cake she hoards in her cabinets. He doesn't enjoy the holiday times as it reminds him of how much he fucked up back when he was younger, but being with Granny Granite makes him feel a little bit better about it. Troy spends his holidays at the holiday house his dad owns. He spends it practicing his steam sledding since his dad is too busy most of the time to actually spend time with him. The few holidays he hasn't spent around his absent father have been spent either drinking, with Lint, or both. Lint's family is rather nice, but he hates being a burden to them even though they've said that he isn't.
ima stop myself here even though I have more I could write because it's midnight and I think if I spend any more time writing this I'm gonna explode
!

[ StoatCircut Playlist ] [ Art by @.GhostFink on Twitter ]
[ This is a collection of songs that fit their ship dynamic, them solo etc! Some people were asking about them (Thank youuu!!) and I wanted to share some songs since I find it easier to express dynamics/general personality through music. Enjoy! ]
[ Also, the lyrics that suit them (P03 and C4-RTER) THE MOST are here listed, I'm really excited to share all of these with all of you. Thank you so, so much. I genuinely can't thank you enough for the support I've gotten. (3 ]
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
[ Your Stupid Face by Kaden MacKay ] [ Ship // How He Fell ]
" I just really hate your face Though I know that won't surprise you //
And if the world was perfect, you would've never invaded my space But since the world's obsessed with saying, "Psych!" //
I just really like your face You don't have to look so happy I'm not really into love that you flaunt In some glittery font But if that's what you want Make it snappy //
And if the world was perfect, you would be here in my embrace But since the world denied me one last kiss I'll just miss your stupid face //
And though we go together like a Chanel No. 5 and mace At least it's not as dull as fitting like a glove 'Cause you're a nightmare that I've not been dreaming of But I suppose that when push comes to shove Fine! I love your stupid face "
[ Metallic Madness Zone Act 2 by Naofumi Hataya & Tee Lopes ] [ Solo, "Him IRL" Song ]
" I'm an evil doctor with a rad genius And bad minions To help me sink the planet into my dominion A baddie with an I.Q. like you've never seen I'm the meanest, vilest villain that's ever been on your screen! //
I'm iconic With my bionic animatronics Got a chronic knack to catch the hedgehog they call "Sonic" My temper is atomic! My mustache is on fire! Welcome to the new world, Eggman Empire!"
[ Cabinet Man by Lemon Demon ] [ Solo, "Him IRL" Song ]
" The news reporters reported that I died But all my organs were living on inside Circuit board to brain with two lungs collecting change One big human heart gently beeping //
You can't win me, I can't be beat I won't hurt you unless you cheat You can't see me behind the screen I'm half human and half machine //
I'm happy for years and years And, only eating the occasional maintenance man Only driving a few kids to madness Maybe they were predisposed to madness, who knows? I only want to have fun "
[ ROOM FOR 2 by Benson Boone ] [ How Both See (3 ]
" At your deepest lows When you hit the ground again And you feel alone All you know is emptiness When you're walking circles And there's no end And your feet are tied Tryna catch your breath again //
When the world don't feel like home I'm a place to call your own You can stay forever through When you're barely holding on I'll be anything you want Open up my heart for you Baby, I got room for two //
Every day I fall For another part of you And the nights get cold Whenever I'm too far from you With every breath you take from my chest Try to understand //
I'm always right there with you every step. "
[ Heaven by Kane Brown ] [ How Both See (3 ]
" This is perfect Come kiss me one more time I couldn't dream this up Even if I tried You and me in this moment Feels like magic, don't it? I'm right where I wanna be //
Everybody's talkin' about heaven like they just can't wait to go Sayin' how it's gonna be so good, so beautiful Lyin' next to you, in this bed with you, I ain't convinced 'Cause, I don't know how, I don't know how Heaven, Heaven Could be better than this "
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
[ I added a country song because I deeply believe that P03 adores cowboys, I stand by this forever and always. I like to think that P03 plays horses and builds little robot cowboys and horses for his son C0G5 to play with. Okay bye!!! ]

not so unpopular opinion but spirit phone is one of the WEAKEST lemon demon albums. yeah it has excellent sound quality and u can see how neil have improved as an artist compared to older albums (this is why it's so good received by most critics), i won't lie, but it critically lacks that charm of, for example, clown circus, lfthcs, httjb, damn skippy and as well as his deporitaz/trapezoid era music. sp lacks that quirkness. i can see how neil wanted to focus on more serious topics (which his older works also had, like in dinosaurchestra and some songs from httjb too!) and i can't shame him for it. it's just doesn't work properly with spirit phone. it needs some more silly stuff too!! sp needs more meaningless, weird and obscure (do y'all even remember mold en mono?) lyrics and calling cabinet man peak of ld's weirdness is a blatant spit in the face. sprit phone is just soulless, lacking individuality of older lemon demon, for what it was so beloved.
While I somewhat agree that spirit phone has come to be overplayed and too focused-on by now, I definitely don’t think it is weak, uncreative, or anything close to soulless at all. It just happened to be the one album that became the most popular one. (I blame tiktok personally, but it could be a number of other factors, I might be biased bc I just hate tiktok and I am quick to blame it for stuff idk)
Sure, it dabbles with more serious tones than many of his other songs, but personally I think that just makes it more special in a way, and it’s fun to see Neil’s songwriting skills evolve over time, since the album took quite a few years to make. I can see where you’re coming from, saying how it needs more silly stuff like all the previous albums, however that might take away from what makes Spirit Phone so much different from all of Neil’s other works. It’s what makes SP an original and creative addition to the discography, so to say.
Spirit Phone taking itself more seriously is what makes it so outstanding, because Neil hadn’t yet done anything quite like it before.
As for the content of the songs themselves, I can kind of see what you’re getting at when you say the older albums have a little more strange content, but I still think Spirit Phone hold up pretty well in the creativity department! It’s got ghosts, (a recurring motif, with the repeating white/noise ghost sound effects sprinkled in between some of the songs), eldritch beings, corpse mellification, a death/rebirth storyline, and general unexplained mysteries, all tied together through abundant synths and overall 80’s aura to it all. All the songs still pull through nicely with their unusual motifs and intriguing narratives. Although the amount of Lemon Demon’s trademark wackiness isn’t quite as condensed in this album as the others, (with more serious tracks such as As Your Father, I Earn My Life, and Spiral of Ants), there is definitely still enough of it to make it fit in the previous albums, and enough serious content to make it stand out from the rest!
Don’t get me wrong, the other Lemon Demon albums are quite amazing and dear to me too! (Damn Skippy stands out as one of my favorites myself) but I also acknowledge how much care and thought was put into the originality of Spirit Phone. Sure, it might have come to be overplayed and memed to death by the internet after all these years, but it is still deserving of praise and genuine appreciation. I personally think it has earned its title as one of the most beloved Lemon Demon albums.

ALBUM REVIEW NOBODY CARED ABOUT PART VII: SPIRIT PHONE EDITION
Lifetime Achievement Award: 7.75/10
It took me embarrassingly long to realize that the first letters of delta echo alpha delta spell out “D.E.A.D.”. Anyways, EVEN AS WE SPEAK WERE SYNTHESIZING BLOOD AND ORGANS SYNTHESIZING HEART AND SOUL.
The slow part’s sick as hell (I’m writing this album review as i listen)
It also took me embarrassingly long to catch the Michael Jackson ref
Touch Tone Telephone: 7.75/10
Fun fact: this was the first lemon demon song I actually liked enough to listen to it repeatdly. After i stopped liking this song, i stopped listening to lemon demon, then I found cabinet man, and i started listening to lemon demon more and started liking this song again.
Caminet Man: 5/10
Ehh. I get why it’s popular cause it’s a great song. I just stopped liking it as much when I listened to the rest of the album. Also, it’s probably too late to say this, but I’m rating on how much I like it, not on how good it is.
No Eyed Girl: 7.5/10
Love how the bass Im this song is Neil with a voice effect. Great.
Also, if i’m correct the lyric is “without proof i know” but i thought it was “without proof, oh no!”
When he died: 8/10
Unfortunately, instead of listening to this on Spotify or something, I’m listening to it on audiomack, so i doubt get to hear the great transition from “no eyed girl” into “when he died” :(
Never noticed the slight echo on Neil’s voice before, sick
Sweett bod: 8/10
Don’t play this one in front of your parents!
Who else but Neil would write a song with the lyric “some sexy shaking tumors”
Sick ass guitar solo
Eighth wonder: 6/10
Don’t LOVE it, but it’s a great song.
Fun fact, this song’s only slightly younger than me.
Ancient Aliens: 7/10
I litened to it too much and now I don’t like it anymore :(
Soft fuzzy man: 8/10
One time in math class, we were listening to the class playlist and this song started playing. My math teacher immediately said “this is horrible, who requested this” and as soon as he read who made the song the whole class looked at me.
As Your Father I Expressly Forbid It: 9/10
This song sounds like the red angry bird
I Earn My Life: 9/10
:(
Reaganomics: 10/10
Hell yeah
With reaganomics
Baby
Baby
Baby
BABY
YEAHHHHH
Man Made Object:7/10
I now realize how good the percussion in this album sounds.
This song has the vibes on an instrumental without being one
I love the delivery of the lines “I am an altogether different man by day / I have the influence to send that man far away”
Spiral of Ants: 8/10
The perfect ending to a perfect album
OVERALL ALBUM RATING: 9/10
FAVORITE AND LEAST FAVORITE SONGS:
Probably sweet bod, reaganomics, or as your father i expressly forbid it (yeah i know, not at all consistent with my ratings)
For my least favorite, easily cabinet man

(13 of) The 15 Fears As Lemon Demon Songs
In order of confidence/how well the songs fit/also just preferred fears.
The Eye - Touch Tone Telephone
The Extinction - Cabinet Man
The Lonely - Amnesia Was Her Name
The Spiral - Sundial
The Web - Spiral of Ants
The Stranger - Nightmare Fuel
The Buried - I Earn My Life
The Flesh - Modify
The Dark - Ancient Aliens(?)
The Hunt - Jaws(?)
The Slaughter - Knife Fight(?)
The Vast - The Ocean(?)
The Desolation - Action Movie Hero Boy(?)
I literally could not find any that fit The End or The Corruption. Explanations and some rambling beneath the cut.
I wanted to do this because I had ideas for a few of them, mainly The Extinction, Eye, Lonely, Spiral, Stranger, and Web. Then I kind of struggled to do the rest. I also typically only listen to Spirit Phone and View Monster, so I was mainly drawing from those two.
The Eye
Touch Tone Telephone - I don't have a good reason for this one. It fits John better than it fits The Eye, but I think you can argue that it fits the need for knowledge and loss of self in that search.
The Extinction
Cabinet Man - I don't think I need to explain this one! Cabinet Man is so similar to Binary, when that guy ate his computer.
Samuel and Rosella - I think this one is a sub-flavor of The Extinction. It's like... ah yes, these old people are convinced that the world is ending. Because of Kids These Days. Not climate change...
Fine - Speaking of climate change! This one is climate change denial, but I think it still fits The Extinction.
The Lonely
I had so many ideas for this one. Not all of them will make it here.
Amnesia Was Her Name - It reminded me a lot of Martin getting stuck in The Lonely in Season 5 and forgetting his name. It's got that sense of disconnection from other people.
It Can Get Lonely In My Mansion - This one fits pretty straightforwardly, because it is... about a guy who is in a huge empty space and feels lonely. The reason I didn't put it as my Final Choice was that it is more Capitalism Horror than Lonely Horror, in my opinion. I do think it fits The Lonely Making You Think That You Are Superior To Others And You Not Hanging Out With Them (I think that came up in Peter Lukas' statement?).
Soft Fuzzy Man - Again, being very literal with this one, it fits well. Some of the ocean vibes in the lyrics (ie. "cold and windy / dark and stormy") remind me of The Lonely's fogginess and Peter Lukas' sailor thing. I'm just going to start listing off lyircs: "can't you see me? / why can't you see me?" "I need to feel like I exist / so please, baby, please, baby, step into the mist." Going off of the lyrics, it fits well, but it just seemed a little too literal.
You're At the Party - I really wanted to use this for The Lonely, but then I decided it fit The Stranger better, but then I found other things that fit The Stranger. This song reminds me of when you are in a very busy/crowded place but feel completely invisible, out of place, and separate from everyone.
A Mask of My Own Face - This is another Lonely/Stranger one to me. You can take it as being around other people but still separating yourself from them, again in the Peter Lukas way.
Stuck - Doesn't really fit, but there is a line about forgetting your name and not having a clear personality.
The Spiral
Sundial - It's a silly nonsense song! The Spiral is the silly nonsense fear (ish). Sundial is a personal favorite Lemon Demon song, so I suppose I also wanted to assign it to a fan-favorite fear.
Eighth Wonder - Honestly, this one might fit better than Sundial, because it is an entity that is actually dangerous that comes off as very silly and playful, much like certain door people.
The Web
Spiral of Ants - I feel like someone is going to kill me for putting this here and not The Corruption or The Spiral, but it is... it is not really Bugs Gross nor is it about going crazy (that much). I think it fits The Web, because it discusses a loss of control over your own life, a lack of awareness over that loss of control, and the sense that you are just acting as a part of a collective as opposed to an individual with free will.
Redesign Your Logo - This was what I initially had for The Web. Going off of the literal words, it does have the repeating "everything's connected," which is pretty Web-y. I also think the general idea of manipulating and controlling people via advertising fits that pretty well.
Stuck - I feel that realizing that you are a character with no free will is pretty Web-related.
The Stranger
Nightmare Fuel - Once again, I feel that I don't need to explain this one. We have creepy clowns, puppets with human hands, mannequins that move, robots with human eyes, monsters made of clay, and a direct mention of the uncanny valley.
You're At The Party - This one is very Something Is Off But You Don't Know What to me and is personally very strongly associated with derealizing, which basically gives everything an uncanny valley feeling.
A Mask of My Own Face - I think this only works if you go by the imagery of someone wearing a mask made of human skin.
The Buried
I Earn My Life - I was initially going to use this for The Web, but then one of the Q&As mentioned that tax offices would totally be places of The Buried, and I figured this fit. Obviously, it fits more with the metaphorical sense of being stuck and having a lot of pressure on you than it does with literally being buried.
The Flesh
All of these seemed like slight stretches, so I had a hard time deciding between them.
Modify - This just felt like the most Body Horror song that I could find, even though it dealt less with the Ew Squishy Meat element of body horror than it did the Meat That Can Be Damaged element of body horror.
Lifetime Achievement Award - This was my initial choice for The Flesh, mainly because of the "even as we speak we're synthesizing blood and organs" in the chorus. It really doesn't fit that well, but that line tends to hit me with the sudden awareness that I am just a bunch of cells making more cells and such. Fleshy.
Nothing Worth Loving Isn't Askew - This one fits because of the "you are muscle, flesh, and bone," at the beginning and the themes of dysmorphia and insecurity about one's body. I just didn't find it particularly horrifying, I suppose. I kind of found it wholesome.
The Dark
We are now getting to fears where I feel that my song choices really didn't fit.
Ancient Aliens - I thought it fit mostly because of the sense of not knowing and the fear of the unknown. Also, the mention of darkness. Also, the mention of eye damage, I guess. Weirdly, a lot of Lemon Demon songs mention eye damage or specifically gouging out your eyes.
The Hunt
Jaws - Look. Spooky shark hunts people. People hunt shark. Shark hunts and eats people. People hunt shark more. Shark is dead. Hurrah!
The Slaughter
Knife Fight - Senseless violence! We'll ignore the tickle fight at the end.
The Vast
The Ocean - I did just pick a song that mentioned the ocean. In my defense, it also mentions not being able to see the horizon and watching the stars, which has been associated with The Vast a bit. By the way, there is another song called Deep In The Ocean, which also doesn't fit that well, though I suppose you could interpret it as being about how insignificant humans are in the grand scheme of things (time-wise).
The Desolation
Action Movie Hero Boy - I think you could argue this for The Slaughter, because both feature senseless violence, but this one touched a bit more on the romanticization of violence/destruction, in my opinion. Fire and explosives. Desolation. Woo.
Angry People - I think this one might fit better with The Slaughter or even The Extinction thematically, but it reminded me of baby Agnes. That was the main reason I picked it. Plus, I feel like The Desolation's people tend to be very passionate about things, and the mention of having sex angrily and eating angrily kind of had that vibe to me.
Others
When He Died - This really fits a good amount of them. I'm getting Stranger, because of the random skulls, Laughing Record, and clown; Lonely, because nobody mourned him and his wife's "voice began to fade to nothing;" Desolation, because of the house fire; and End, because of the foreseen death thing. There is also an apocalypse mention, so... Extinction + The Watcher's Crown.
Man-Made Object - It may or may not have reminded me a little bit of Jonah Magnus.
Pizza Heroes - This has got to be the Breekon and Hope theme song. They always deliver. :)
No Eyed Girl - This one! Thinking about this one in the context of The Magnus Archives actually made me cry. Like. Okay. Hear me out. Let me just straight up post the lyrics, actually. I will ramble and then I will straight up post the lyrics. I am not a huge fan of JohnMartin, however... Like. This song. This song in the context of Episode 200. Especially since the song is about someone falling in love with like... an unknowable being. In the song, the no-eyed girl and the unknowable being are two separate people, but like... this song if Martin was the no-eyed person and John was the being.
Oh, knowing what we know, knowing what we don't know  This is gonna change our world  Feeling how I feel, I'll accept the unreal  If you'd be my no-eyed girl From nowhere mankind can go  There's too much light, blinding white  Your matter tells mine to scatter  It's alright, it's alright From the moment that we met  I've been awake like I've never been awake in all my life  If I spoke your language, I could tell you how I feel  But your language isn't real In every myth, there's a little bit of truth  But I cannot say a thing  I cannot say a thing  Without proof, oh, no Knowing what we know, knowing what we do not know  This is gonna change our world  I might go insane if I learn your full name  If you'd be my no-eyed girl From nowhere mankind can go  There's too much light, blinding white  Emotions, human implosions  It's alright, it's alright Right before the kiss, I noticed something in the air  Molecules existed when there should have been none there  Chemical reactions with the surface of your skin  Some will say my actions let the no-eyed people in And I'd do it all again  And I'd do it all again  And I'd do it all again
I'm still rambling about this song. Like. Hello???
"Knowing what we know, knowing what we don't know. / This is gonna change our world." Like... HELLO? Knowing what they know about the Fears and the Archive and everything about alternate worlds? Not knowing exactly what would happen if they died or attempted to fix the world? But knowing pretty damn well that it sure would change?
Even the idea of being blinded by knowing too much... Jonah Magnus much? Everything going wrong as they kiss? Also just... how sad the last verse sounds...

Well. I’ve already suggested rotting for snapdonnie, so
Maybe the mind electric? Or murders? (Miracle musical)
Also. Just. A good half of the crane wives songs fit him.
Cannibal by tally hall? Maybe???
Cabinet man??? (Lemon demon) also maybe??
The nowhere king has the vibes???
Not the best selection of songs, just the first ones I thought of
All of what i can think of is either: the vibes from the music or the lyrics and there are no mixtures. And I might be misremembering the songs so apologies for that if so.
-name guy™️ (BUT NOT A SONG GUY) (so don’t get any hopes up)
:( aw no rename for u?
also! I have added the Mind Electric!! the rest are tbd once i listen to them again
great suggestions! thank you <3

two of zx's "solo" songs would mainly follow the theme in representing a lack of stability.
charlie's inferno would follow zx struggling to cope with his past and wanting to remove himself from the present, leading to the second part which mainly features an interpretation of hell similar to chonny's inferno with a slight side of therapy.
just the two of us would be a vague depiction of zx's grief with original lyrics added onto the original version of the song.
jay obviously has the suit parasitic, death machine (time machine), cabinet man and a few other lemon demon songs
