It’s not a perfect adaptation, I think the biggest thing is they have taken a lot of the fun out of it, Aang doesn’t wanna go do kid stuff, Iroh is way more serious, BUT I don’t necessarily blame like the series itself as much as I blame the current state of tv being in constraints of like 8 episodes and wanting people to binge it in the first few days and everything.

I hope they let Azula be as scary as possible next season, I think they just wanted her introduced a bit earlier since everyone was gonna be waiting for it, I hope they let Iroh chill out a bit more, but in general from my point of view if you see people bashing this series with as much vitriol as the movie then they’re being super dramatic. There are parts that could absolutely be better but like I said those issues go hand in hand with issues with all of tv right now. I think it’s decent at least, I know it’s a beloved series but some people are being HARSH

I finished watching the finale maybe 10 minutes ago, but. God. God, no. It's just. It feels wrong, yenno? The end of the season I mean. I mean. Idk. I mean they just buried Izzy and then the rest of the show felt light and hopeful. The rotten leg's got to come off, is that it? Was he just a dead weight that was always going to be let go so that Ed and Stede could have their happy ending?

Idk. It just. Something feels off. Maybe (well, probably) I'm heavily projecting my own feelings rn but I mean, Ed found Stede's letter and told him he loved him, and now they're just like. Fine? So all of the issues their relationship had are just... gone? So like, what? Was Izzy a roadblock in the way of their relationship that had to be very physically, on-screen, gotten rid of? And now that he's gone, they can finally have their happy end? Is that what I'm supposed to be getting out of all of this?

Because. Well. I don't like that. I think it's cruel, for one. Having a character who's been through so much in the span of one season, just like, die. And not even a death that was especially honourable, like. He didn't step in front of a bullet to protect someone else. He was just there when a gun was fired. He was literally just standing there.

somethings that i needed to get out regarding today's episode:

9-1-1 live airs in the US around 7 am Friday in my country and i get to watch it at 10:30 am on disney hotstar.

I couldn't wait so i was awake all night and was literally on twt since 6:30 am to get some clips.

that's where i find out that bucktommy break up.

i have been devastated all day. i have cried multiple times and i have literally lost count atp. it hurts like an actual breakup and i have absolutely no one irl to share this grief with.

the Abby being the ex-fiance wasn't even a major issue. i have been seen it done so well in so many fics.

Josh's speech was so beautiful and important but then to pull a breakup like that makes no fucking sense.

after what we saw in 8x5 breaking them made absolutely zero sense.

i was too overwhelmed so i tried to sleep and actually watched the entire episode around 11 am. I wanted to keep and open mind and analyse the episode.

twt is literally so toxic rn. I'm not even opening it.

after watching the entire episode i was even more confused as the breakup made zero sense.

we have had 8 seasons of character growth for buck, if they end up making him go back to casual relationships it just feels a complete wastage of 8 seasons of growth.

and from what we've seen in the past episodes the breakup was completely uncharacteristic to both buck and tommy.

it made no sense. why would tommy put so much effort if he knew it wouldn't last.

him constantly showing up for evan and talking about family just made zero sense for him to break up like that.

also it kinda felt weird to bring moving in together before saying i love yous.

and the way he said "the parking spot was too good to be true". this breakup doesn't feel good at all. he was obviously in pain and so was buck. this isn't doing any of them any good.

utter bullshit.

plus the "I'll see you around buck" broke me. like why the fuck would you do that to me and to buck.

it felt like someone put fucking alcohol all over a stab wound and then rubbed salt all over it.

LOW BLOW.

now coming to the post ep interviews which btw made it worse.

i was still under the impression that the way the breakup happened there was still hope for reconciliation because remember even tarlos went through breakups.

but then lou confirmed he might not be back and that this is it. specially that buck line. UGH.

and that #letbuckfuck interview with oliver really triggered me. I'm a bisexual woman and the reason i really loved buck's discovery of his sexuality was bcs Oliver was very determined in Givin a good bi rep.

but this doesn't feel that way. he could have said that he wants to see buck explore his sexuality more with both men and woman but the whole "girl, girl, guy. guy, girl, guy" montage was a very disturbing image.

it feels very stereotypical and biphobic.

it just hurts me so much. idk why i expected so much from a network tv show who has been queerbating for years.

i am gonna be watching this season just to see how they salvage buck's relationship and sexuality. it feels incomplete.

but if it goes in the buck 1.0 direction that's it for me.

i watch 911 as an escape from reality and if it goes so bad i am not continuing with the show.

it has already tested my limits and mental health enough.

also i need to point out that there are a lot of people who enjoy watching sports a lot more than they enjoy playing it. buck is a watcher. he would have loved seeing the Lakers match. just bcs he doesn't like to play doesn't mean he hates basketball.

Regressor!Dean Winchester Headcanons

A/N: i apologise for any inaccuracies to character :( I’m only on season 4 and it’s my first time watching the show I’m just really really fixated and it’s the only content my brain is letting me make rn

🍔 Dean is definitely more of a kid regressor, 5-8 age range most likely

🍔He takes care of Sammy so often, sometimes Dean just needs someone to take care of him

🍔He’s a little embarrassed about regressing and will often times refuse to admit that he’s small even if it’s incredibly obvious

🍔He’s both a voluntary and involuntary regressor

🍔He’s a very verbal regressor. This little man talks and talks and talks

🍔Usually it’s like 6 different conversations at once

🍔He loves dogs, big dogs especially. If they’re visiting a friend and they have a dog Dean is on the floor stroking the dog, any form of conversation with him is useless unless it’s about the dog

recently started watching supernatural and boy when i tell you ive gone down a rabbit hole. the show is fast becoming one of my favourites, maybe even on par with the daomu biji franchise.

so on season 10, ep 2 (Soul Survivor) rn and dean, of course has been affected by the mark of cain, because of which he's become a cold-hearted demon. and rn he's running about the bunker looking for poor sam to gut like a fish.

im at minute 34, the point where theres only a door seperating dean and sam and ive realised something: this is probably one of the few times that sam has truly felt fear for his life.

and i know you must be thinking, of course he's felt fear! he was in the cage with lucifer, trudged through purgatory and quite literally died!

but in all those scenarios, if given the chance, he wouldve knifed the bad guy through the eyes (esp lucifer). but in this case, with dean, sam can't.

and that's why he's so scared. he knows that if it comes to a choice between killing dean or letting dean tear him into pieces, he's not going to pick up the knife.

Ok so ep7 of iwtv s2. One of the notes i wrote down as i was watching was "fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. nope. just nope. jesus fucking christ don't you dare do this" so you can imagine how i felt. Spoilers.

Ok ok. So I'm so fine rn you don't even know how fine I am. I didn't cry even though I expected to, I was more like empty, which might be even worse (read: better) lol

I'll start with a few quick thoughts, before I get into the bigger things. For the first like 10 minutes I couldn't stop thinking about how great Lestat (Sam) looks like im sorry. Him uncovering the homophobe's filth back at him? 10/10.

The actors are just so- perfect I have to say. Like we don't know what's true and I probably shouldn't believe anything just to be safe, but I found myself believing them everything. Also the whole time I wanted to hate the audience but they think it's just a play and if I, with all the other knowledge, find myself drawn to believe obvious lies, it's not really their fault that they do too.

Let's start with Lestat then. I was so glad to finally see the "real" (not really, even Sam said so) Lestat again

I haven't read the books (and even if i did i know that they change things) so idk how they made him testify because I just don't think he would. Maybe they tortured and forced him, "gave him a choice", maybe he was planning on saving them. Or maybe he just actually was out for vengeance i just don't know.

"You cannot script a hurricane" yeah you can't I loved that him going of script threw Santiago off so much, lmao (like he literally said "I'm about to violate the 5th law" aka kill Lestat I love that. Lestat is such a little shit.)

And when he went of script he told the truth (or as close to truth as we got during the trial i feel). Yes he also did break the laws. I like that he didn't let Santiago manipulate the audience to sympathize with him (don't get me wrong, it's not that he didn't want them to sympathize with him, he just wanted to manipulate them himself lol)

His and Louis' first eye contact (at around 11 minutes I believe) literally broke my heart.

When he talks about the loneliness I can't help but feel sorry for him.

I found it honestly hilarious when he was recounting their whole history backwards, like bitch please, it literally happened the other way arounf. Idk why it was just so funny how he was blatantly lying.

But then when they fully revisited the scenes from last season my jaw dropped.

So firstly Claudia's turning... I am so confused by it. Because it's obviously different from what we saw last time - and the scene itself is so moving. I mean Louis begging Lestat on his knees like he's some god and trying himself and failing and Lestat doing it for him even tho he knows it's a terrible idea. But the confusing part - in Dubai Louis rn says that Lestat's trial version is better than his and that he didn't want to believe it at the trial but now he knows it to be more true.

But like last season, so like 2 weeks ago, he told his own version?? Did he not realize until now, that he's talking about the trial, that he doesn't believe it? Did he lie on purpose but change his mind, is he lying now? Does Armand have to do something with it again? Tf is happening.

And then the fight. Again it's different but this time I remember that we didn't actually see this part of the fight so it could technically be true?? I don't really know rn how big of a part we didn't see last time. But maybe the truth about the fight is somewhere in the middle.

Amazing scene nonetheless, again, if I didn't know shit, I too would 100 % believe Lestat to be the victim. Up until the drop, that is extreme either way.

And Lestat going fully of script here, and his tears and his regret and his voice trembling and I'm sure that he means it. It wasn't a part of the performance. Sam Reid, the actor that he is, fuck.

It is just wo so great, like these new versions we get by Louis telling the story of Lestat showing him the story (which Louis already told us very differently) and on top of that anything could be misremembered. Or edited Armand. Unreliable narration at it's best.

Ok so Armand. "I could not prevent it" Fuck you. No sorry I might be a little harsh but yea no actually I'm not.

First the thing with Nicki and how he was "helped"... Armand got rid of him to have Lestat to himself and now he's doing the same with Claudia and Madeleine to have Louis.

Him having to watch is brutal and I believe his emotions but not his words. It was terrible to watch sure and painful and he didn't want it to happen... but he still sold them out?

He saves Louis. And it's amazing, the fear for his love in his face as he does it. He says it took all his strength and sure. But he could've saved them all. He can literally stop time. Ok maybe not but I for sure think he could've done it.

And rn in Dubai he's trying to convince himself or Louis or Daniel or maybe everyone that it wasn't his fault. But Daniel seems to not believe him (and calls his shit out a few times, good for him). And he's also making Lestat be more of a villain then he is I think (he would not do nothing when watching Claudia's death I'm sorry, that's his daughter.)

Claudia and Madeleine. My heart broke. They were doomed from the begginning. It didn't matter if they fought or not, it didn't matter their love or that they were right, it didn't matter that Madeleine was innocent and Claudia justified (maybe) in her crimes.

It didn't matter that Claudia was right -"We poisoned him, he's fine now. I can also cry and say I'm sorry"- because yes this was exactly true.

Claudia's final request (and Lestat giving it to her and then looking almost proud?? after she says it) and promise of death to all the people who doomed her and Madeleine.

And her rage. "It was never about me" and that's also true and yet she dies because of it. Tragic.

Madeleine's "My coven is Claudia" is just pure love and again it's what dooms her and again it's fucking tragic.

Watching the execution I couldn't breath really. Hurts still. And I don't believe Armand's version of the story though. Not that he tried but couldn't save them, not that Lestat didn't even try.

Louis, poor Louis. Living with guilt and sorrow isn't easy and he's living through it again now. And he can't even trust his own memories. I need him happy. He's not gonna be but I need him to be.

Also his live burial?? like fuck. That was vile. Like we know that he is fine now but still.

Previews. Santiago will die and if he doesn't I will kill him. Louis is a pyromaniac (yay), I'm ready for the whole coven to burn.

From the trailers we didn't yet see the bookshelves falling on Daniel so it has to be next episode. Also we didn't yet see the Loustat hug and I don't think it's what happens after the trial, especially not with Louis coming to kill Lestat, so that would mean it has to have happened later (Dubai maybe? I mean we do need Lestat's side of the story next season so we could get him now.)

i just want to talk about ben rn and evaluate him cause im rewatching it and now that hes my favourite i notice more things about him now. (i literally look at him everytime hes in frame even if its just showing the back of his head oml)

but anyway i see a lot of ben hate and sure i get it but i dont at the same time ben is so silly how can u hate him

- to start, when we first met ben in the woods, he’d already been through some stuff, like he saw his classmate off herself and turn into a walker, his camp got raided and he was left with 1 friend and his teacher (who both still die btw) so most of what he had left before the apocalypse was gone

- when lee is rationing out the food, if he gives ben food first, kenny comes and tells lee that there’s kids that need food too, and ben literally is like ‘sorry i didnt want any trouble’ like cmon, and he’s literally a kid too he deserves the food as much as anyone else

- on the train he is interested in the controls and being up there, so we can see that he generally enjoyed it. but once lee gets the engine going, kenny comes and ben immediately has to go babysit katjaa clem and duck (he is also visibly upset) AND THEN later on lee asks how ben was doing and he says ‘im watching the girls and not working on a mega cool train’ (let him on the train immediately 😠😠)

- ok, so maybe he did sneak supplies to the bandits and i think this is just me being biased but i feel like him giving the supplies held off the bandits a little. i mean think about it, they moved on from the st john’s farm and started taking from the motel, right? im not sure how the bandits asked ben (if they made it clear then i forgot) but if he refused wouldnt the bandits come attack even earlier? i mean they needed the supplies right, and if ben didnt give them anything to begin with they would have raided the motel anyway. i mean they knew where they were even before the st john incident. idk its just a thought

- i think it was cool how ben managed to confess to lee that he was the one who slipped the bandits supplies. like you can tell ben is a good guy cause the guilt was almost literally eating him from the inside. and even though ben isnt one of the bravest people, he still confessed knowing that lee’s reaction wouldnt be pretty. (also his stance when leaning on the train railing was so silly to me)

- after they meet christa and omid, ben tells lee that his biggest fear was to be eaten by the walkers. i mean he literally said that if he got bitten he would off himself 😢😢

- also ben was always referred to as a child but he was never treated like one, everyone excpected him to be brave and strong but in reality he was just some scrawny highschool student who was scared and couldnt live up to his impossible standards. man, i really just wanna give ben a big hug

- if you tell ben to “kill anything that gets in” he responds with “you know you’re talking to me, right?” poor ben

- even though his biggest fear is getting eaten by walkers, you still have the option to leave him behind, and let him go at the bell tower. i mean how could u do this to him hes already gone through enough

- lastly, the part where ben tells off kenny is literally iconic, that scene singlehandedly made ben one of my favourite characters of all time, i was like everyone else, i didnt care about ben because i thought he was a bad guy since i never really payed attention to him. but i swear when he was telling kenny off it felt like i was being told off too. i mean his point was valid too, kenny had his family to say goodbye to, and ben (and literally everyone else) never got to see their family, (or they saw them as walkers, lee and clem,, :( )

- i know the last point was meant to be the last one but cmon its ben i could type this for ages longer but yeah. he had the literal best character development in the game. at first he was some stupid kid who was always messing up and before he died he was an amazing character who deserved literally everything. omg i cried so hard when he died cause when he fell i was like, oh i think its ok the fall wasnt too far and he said he only hurt his leg, but bro once we saw what really happened my heart sank bro it was so sad i really hoped nothing bad happened to him ☹️☹️ but i think kenny did the right thing cause like we said, his worst fear was the walkers getting to him. gosh i feel like i watched his death for the first time ages ago and i still cant stop thinking about him man

anyways, i would literally do anything to give ben a massive hug, he did his best and he was literally so funny too :((

My YouTube was feeding me clips of old medical shows and I got really into Chicago med so I decided to just watch the show. There’s some characters that I absolutely love and some that need a kick. I’ve watched 10 eps now. I will list the characters and everything I think about them below. 

Dr Charles: my KING! Of course he has his faults but he’s v slay. My gentle giant.

Dr Manning: i won’t lie the actress being Melissa from pll did bias me against her however, good gravy is she annoying. She’s SO judgemental and she lets her interpersonal conflicts affect her judgement and work

Dr Halstead: also SUCKS. A know it all and is very judgemental. Like Manning he lets his conflicts affect his work. He thinks he knows what’s best and will bypass what the patient wants. Like rn he’s in trouble because disobeyed a dnr just cos he’s carrying trauma from his mother dying from cancer

Dr Reese: my baby, she has her faults but she’s still young and learning so she’s allowed a bit of grace. She’s so small and I love her dynamic with dr Charles and the nurses

Dr Choi: HE SUCKS. he’s literally the worst. He’s so judgemental and that makes him a terrible dr and person. He makes snap judgements on patients and that lowers their quality of care significantly. Like telling Charles how that woman with bipolar should just buck up. As a doctor how the hell could you say that fr. Clearly he has some mental health issues and is projecting HEAVILY

Dr Rhodes: he’s an alright guy bit of a god complex but having met his dad it makes sense why he’s like that. That blonde surgeon he works with/ is dating, Sam I believe, she’s gonna cause him some trouble. But I hope it works out

Nurse April: she’s a cool gal. Heavy older sister syndrome (I would know). Good nurse and good friend. So far doesn’t let mess distract her

Nurse Maggie: Queen!! Keeps that ED tight! Reminds me of my mother in a good way. The kind of nurse I imagine her to be.

Miss Goodwin: MUTHA! I love her too. Her job is so difficult but it’s clear shes a very smart woman. Runs the staff like a machine even if some of them have some screws loose

So this show is intertwined with 2 other shows Chicago Fire and Chicago PD so we see characters from those shows some times. I’ve watched a few eps of Fire and a couple random PD ones I’ve seen on tv. I plan on watching Fire as well but idk if I’m down to watch a solo cop show especially cos i know there is come police corruption and nonsense.

Anyways this show has like 8 seasons so I’m locked in for a while and I’m excited.

His walking becomes more sulky while he walks to u , pulling u into a hug from the back. U grab one of his shirts and shorts , throwing them on the bed and closing his door. U move back to his dresser and start taking off ur shirt standing infront of the beds end. U unclip ur bra and grab his shirt sliding it on, feeling it fit better on u than usual, while ur in shock of his being fit nicely on u haechan is screaming at his friends for not killing the guy that was targeting him and ends up getting shot by him, while arguing with his friends he notices you've been too quiet and decides to turn around in his chair, he turns and sees ur bra and shirt on the floor and u staring at urself in his body mirror on his wall, "what's wrong??" , "this shirt is supposed to be baggy, that's how it's always been" , "maybe u grew into it" , "did u wash it too many times??" , "uh yeah that's what u do when u wear something and dirty it" , "donghyuck...shut up" , "well that shirt fits me fine, it's actually kinda baggy on me maybe ur the problem" , " whatever, can u grab me the lotion I feel ashy" , he turns around to grab the lotion from his desk (don't ask why it's there) and gets up to give it to u, feeling a lil silly he decides to grab ur waist and pull u close into him , giving u his lotion as u set it down and turn around to give him a small kiss on his lips and cheek, "hold on I still have to change my pants" u say as u slip out his grip, "what are u waiting for then" he says with a smirk knowing that ur gonna be changing infront of him. U unbutton ur pants, slipping out of them and grab his shorts u threw on the bed previously, well u tried to grab them before haechan grabs u and throws u on the bed while him ontop. Kissing u passionately, stopping to say , "god i love my girlfriend so much. Especially in my clothes.u look so pretty" u give him a big toothy smile, "what abt sexy" , "oh babe your very sexy, not as sexy as I am tho" he says making u laugh as he starts to mark up ur neck. "gonna treat u so good tonight"

currently watching lmk season 5 rn(started watching yesterday, currently on ep. 6 as of posting this) and like

but anyways, it’s okay so far, i think my opinion might change after watching all 10(iirc) episodes(and special, if there is one cuz idrk yet) tho. like… rn i don’t really have much of one cuz ep 1 and 2 are pretty much just uneventful for me(they set up the plot so then again idk), ep 3 and 4 show a lil bit of action/eventful stuff but overall are just meh so far(this is from what i can remember btw). but again, those are episodes from early in the season, so they obviously wouldn’t have too much goin on yet.

anyways- ep 5 gave us dragonfruit and freenoodles(i think so anyways) content, but i need more redson content now 😭😭😭😭

(also shadowpeach content was shown in the first two episodes and i assume in the episodes more closer to the end of the season too, since for at least ep 3-5 macaque ain’t there w/ the monkie kids(can’t remember if they had a group name or not so :shrug:).)

if we get a season 6, maybe there can be a (slightly)bigger focus on one of the ships? like… their relationship(kinda like how in season 5 it looks like they’re focusin a lil bit on wukong n macaque’s relationship in general is what i mean), or just a lil more content at the least.

but this is all in MY OPINION, so ya’ll might disagree yeah, just please don’t attack me for it- literally beggin whoever sees this cuz i’ve seen how some ppl in fandoms can be(…multiple shows/games/etc i like have said ppl in the fandom 😭😭)…

point is- if ya disagree, at the very least i’d like for you to keep it to yourself, if you’re not gonna say it politely and respectfully.
