this book is SO GOOD but it's also making me unbelievably hungry and i really can't afford good food atm so instead i'm just eating vicariously through instagram reels 😔
#as u can probably tell from the title butter is a big part of most of the food mentioned#but specifically really good quality very expensive butter#and i have had that kind of butter before so i can imagine what the book is describing#but right now i can't even afford lurpak 😭 i'm strictly on tesco's own butter and there's nothing i can do about it#like. i am DESPERATE to eat a really good very expensive meal rn. but as is i am about £100 short of my rent for the next two months :/#so i'll just keep dreaming i guess 😭#anyway. really good book i would HIGHLY recommend (especially if ur a foodie already)#🧃
