saw your hpv vax status post and had to do a double take because in my country the vaccine has been part of the kid-vaccination program for like 20 years now…recognising the massive privilege of public health care but also the idea of putting it on a dating app is so funny to me. bio like "i'm 6ft//polio☑︎measels☑︎" what a world

i mean me too, i got vaxxed as a youth but many people my age whose parents were more conservative were not vaxxed as kids, which means that if they then got vaxxed as adults they're statistically likely to already have at least one strain of hpv (and, frankly, some tweens/teens also already have a strain of hpv, whether or not they're already sexually active at that age - lots of ways to get those bad boys!)

and while that's still a protective vaccine for ppl in that situation, sharing that you are vaxxed isn't really useful information to share - it doesn't necessarily indicate that you're 'clean', it doesn't help partners decide what kinds of sex acts they're interested in performing with you... it's just not really giving information to potential partners that will impact their behavior. so it's just putting your health information on a hookup app for no reason.
