KotOR 2: Juhani Cameo Add-on for Alternate Revan Romances REDUX Mod
In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, players are given options to set Revan's gender and alignment during the first conversation with Atton on Peragus. However, the game always assumes a male Revan is romantically involved with Bastila, while female Revan is romantically involved with Carth.
In March 2015, felixfelicitas (also known as @t3m4 on Tumblr) released his Alternate Revan Romances mod to remedy that problem. His mod allowed players to set Revan's love interest(s), or lack thereof, and the rest of the game will have different variations of dialogue to reflect that change. Most notably, Bastila can be chosen as female Revan's love interest, and Carth can be chosen as male Revan's love interest. In January 2017, I had updated and released a REDUX version with felixfelicitas' mod.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that Juhani gets literally zero content in the entire KotOR 2 even in cut content, both the original and my REDUX version were unable to make Juhani appear in KotOR 2 even if she is chosen as Revan's love interest. However, this is finally changed.
At long last, nearly 8 years after the release of the original Alternate Revan Romances mod, and 6 years after the release of my REDUX version, Juhani Cameo add-on is finally a reality. With this add-on, Juhani will now appear in KotOR 2 if she is (female) Revan's love interest, with fully-voiced new dialogue thanks to xVASynth, remedying the complete erasure of Juhani in KotOR 2 once and for all!

As some of you may know, I recently left a Discord server centered around swtor and kotor.
I did this for many reasons, but the two main ones were thinly veiled lesbophobia, specifically in intra community discourse, and lack of mod transparency, specifically regarding how one of the other server members were kicked, and the mods refusing to provide example or evidence of the behavior they accused said member of, as well as low key mocking them by exaggerating their statements.
These things made me feel unsafe which took away the fun of participating on there, and I left with a message in the general chat that detailed this. As it turns out, a lot of other members of this server had felt the same, but had been too afraid to speak up, and when they did speak up about their own discomfort and experiences with lesbophobia on there, it was treated as a personal attack against the mods and derailed into something it was not.
I wasn’t going to bring this drama to tumblr aside from the occasional vent post that didn’t name-drop anyone, but it’s come to my attention that one of the former mods has made a callout post about me and several other people who came forward during the discussion sparked by my leaving, as well as they person who got kicked. I’m not going to sit around and let someone spread lies about me and people I care about on a public platform, and I’m certainly not going to leave the accusations in her callout go unresponded to.
I also want to let you know that this is the last time I’ll address the drama related to the discord server. It’s stressful to me. It’s stressful to everyone else involved. It’s not productive, and everyone gets hurt.
I’ll put my response under the cut as it’s going to be long and screenshot heavy, but for transparency’s sake, this is the callout post in question.
I’d like to start my addressing my distaste for the abuse analogy Irene chose to use in her post. It’s incredibly manipulative, especially considering that several of the people she has chosen to mention have talked to her about their experiences as abuse survivors in the past. As a survivor of relationship abuse (as well as other kinds of abuse), I take offense in being compared to an abuser for standing up for myself and bringing attention to something that’s made me feel unsafe. It’s cruel, it’s a low blow and I’m incredibly angry that she thought it appropriate to make.
I’d also like to point out that she mentions in her post that a lot of people who agreed with her left the server. I’d like to remind everyone that the debate she’s referring to was, in fact, sparked by me leaving due to feeling unsafe, and that a lot of specifically lesbians who felt the same way chose to leave as well because they were being continuously spoken over when discussing their concerns about lesbophobia.
This was painted as derailment of a conversation about biphobia in the server and as well as Irene’s callout post, despite taking place in an entirely different channel, at an entirely different time, without any references to that conversation whatsoever.
This is the message I left with, and I’d also like to point out that this is the only time I’ve addressed any intra community discourse on the server, and that Irene thought that that was enough to name-drop me in a callout post. That said, I do agree with the other people name-dropped on there.
For the same reason, I’m really confused as to why Irene chose to name-drop Dani in her post. Dani too hasn’t participated in intra-community on the server before I chose to leave, and after I chose to leave, she agreed with me in an incredibly polite and diplomatic way, expressing her own discomfort with the lesbophobia happening in the server.
This is Dani’s reaction to my leaving, as well as the message that she left the server with.
Irene claims in her callout post that we (the people name-dropped) engaged in “the derailing and targeting of a transgender woman with rhetoric and arguments taken from trans-exclusionary radical feminism.”
It’s important to me to point out that the discussions she’s referring to was not about gender, but about the concept of monosexual privilege and why it makes people uncomfortable. That she neglected to mention that in her post, and that she chooses to compare someone asking her not to call them monosexual to terf rhetoric once again strikes me as incredibly manipulative.
I will, however, for transparency’s sake post screenshots of the part of the conversation that any of us actually participated in in full, because I don’t expect anyone to take my word for it.
I’ve also chosen to censor certain members’ names and icons. This is done because I do not wish to place the transgender woman in danger in case this post ends up being read by the wrong people. Her statements are the ones censored with black. The other names censored are censored about they aren’t actually related to this drama, and I don’t wish to bring them into it if it can be avoided. Last I’ve censored Shannon’s icon, because it’s art not created by her, and she doesn’t wish to drag the artist into this either.
Here’s the conversation.
I’m sorry that this is rather long, but I don’t want to be accused of taking anyone’s words out of context, and frankly, I wouldn’t put that beside her.
Next, I’d like to address another claim in her post. She said that, and I quote:
The conversation evolved to the point where a cisgender lesbian told the transgender lesbian woman who was targeted, quoting, “Do you know what it’s like to be shoved to the sidelines of the lgbt community!?!? Do you!!?” And, really, that needs no further elaboration from me here.
Not only does she misquote that someone, she also misgenders them. The person in question, Mac, isn’t cis, and while I’m not sure that Irene is aware of this, speaking on things that she doesn’t actually know is really harmful. This is the conversation that she’s referring to. I’ve chosen to cut out the parts that weren’t the exchange between Mac and the trans woman they were accused of saying that to because there was multiple conversation going on at once, and the others aren’t relevant to this particular point.
Here’s what they actually said.
Irene has also chosen to name-drop Leilukin in her post, which strikes me as very suspect. Leilukin has only addressed intra community discourse in the lgbt+ community to talk about her experience as a lesbian in a country where gay sexuality is illegal. It’s also important to note that she was promptly ignored, and that Irene never addressed what she had to say, and then went to name-drop her in a post about biphobia and terf rhetoric.
This is what she said.
I mentioned my distaste for how Appo got kicked in my leaving message as well. I’d like to clarify what I mean by that, for anyone who weren’t involved in the server or weren’t aware of it happening. Kicking a non-binary person from a server with the accusation of terf rhetoric without clarifying what was meant by that for several days, without providing examples, without consulting the community and without talking to them about it first feels very strange to me.
It felt very clique-y, vindictive and based on a personal dislike for Appo rather them actually having done something wrong.
This is what was said about them in the server after they were kicked.
There were no examples provided of any behavior on their part that had actually been problematic. We were supposed to take the mods’ word for it, without any clue as to whether it was true or not. It’s also important to point out that they never actually said that calling a character hot or declaring a desire to date them was inappropriate, rather, they’d raised concern about the idea of discussing things of a sexual nature in the sfw in general after it was revealed to us that one of the server members was 14.
After several people expressed their discomfort with the liberal use of “terf rhetoric” outside of discussions about gender, this statement was posted.
Despite this, Irene directly correlated “terf rhetoric” (once again, due to a discussion on monosexual privilege) with another member of the server’s lesbianism in private messages to said lesbian (Shannon), while being incredibly condescending. It’s also worth noting, since Irene brought age into her original callout post that this lesbian only recently turned 20 and that Irene is 26.
These are examples of messages that she sent Shannon.
It’s worth nothing here that Irene is a cisgender bi woman, and is here talking over a non-binary lesbian about lesbophobia.
I’d also like to provide a couple of examples as to what the several people felt uncomfortable with in regards to lesbophobia. Unfortunately, a lot of the issues brought up don’t make sense without the context or the fact that they were repeated constantly, but here are some that absolutely do. It’s also important to note that there are several examples of similar behavior in the screenshots from the conversation of monosexual privilege as well as the messages Irene sent to Shannon. Qionnuala is Irene in this case.
Here they are.
As a closing statement, I’d like to say that I haven’t enjoyed making this post. It’s been stressful, it’s been aggravating and it’s been sad. It is, however, important to me to address an attack made on my person by someone with no proof or motivation other than me and others being lesbians daring to speak up about lesbophobia on a discord server.

Masterlist: Same-Gender Romance Mods for KotOR Series
[IMPORTANT NOTE: This list is outdated. Please refer to this link for the most up-to-date list of same-gender romance mods for the KotOR series: https://leilukin.neocities.org/shrines/starwarskotor/resources/kotor-same-gender-romance-mods]
Even though the first Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic video game introduced Juhani, the very first confirmed gay character in any Star Wars media, including Legends, the old Star Wars EU, the KotOR series at large has little LGBT content in canon, and with the exception of Juhani, none of the romance options in both KotOR games are available for same-gender romances.
Therefore, throughout the years, modders of the KotOR games have created various mods adding more same-gender romance options and content to the games.
Below the cut is a masterlist of all the same-gender romance mods for the KotOR game series.
For KotOR 1:
> Bastila & Female Revan (Untold Love Story)
Mod Author: Master Kavar
Mod Description: Allows Female Revan to romance Bastila. In addition, this mod also allows Female Revan to flirt with certain female NPCs, most notably Yuthura Ban.
Download: Gamefront
> The Romancing of Bastila
Mod Author: Darth Shan & Swfan28
Mod Description: Compiles several Bastila content mods into one mod. Regarding Bastila’s romance, in addition to allowing Female Revan to romance Bastila, this mod also includes bug fix and a kissing scene between Bastila and Female Revan.
Installation Note: To make this mod compatible with Bastila & Female Revan (Untold Love Story), you must install this mod AFTER Untold Love Story, and override the k_hbas_dialog.dlg file when prompted
Download: Gamefront, KotOR Nexus
> JC's Romance Enhancement: Biromantic Bastila for K1
Mod Author: JCarter426
Mod Description: Another mod that allows Female Revan to romance Bastila, but what makes this mod different is that it also further edits Bastila’s dialogue so Bastila would not refer to Female Revan as a man. This mod also fixes the bugs with Bastila’s romance during the endgame.
Installation Note: This mod is not compatible with The Romancing of Bastila. To make this mod compatible with Bastila & Female Revan (Untold Love Story), you must delete the  k_hbas_dialog.dlg file from Untold Love Story first, THEN install Biromantic Bastila.
Download: Deadly Stream
> Juhani Romance Enhancement
Mod Author: Kexikus
Mod Description: Makes improvements to the final romance conversation with Juhani, including triggering the conversation automatically provided the conditions for this conversation is met, as well as adding a kiss between Juhani and Female Revan.
Note: For details on how to successfully romance Juhani, please check out this Juhani Romance Guide.
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR Nexus
> Bi Carth
Mod Author: forgetcanon
Mod Description: Allows Male Revan to romance Carth and flirt with certain male NPCs. This mod also allows Female Revan to shut down Carth’s flirting.
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR Nexus
For KotOR 2:
> Atton Rand and Male Exile Romance
Mod Author: Leilukin
Mod Description: Makes Atton flirt with and express romantic interests for Male Exile.
Required Mod: The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM)
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR 2 Nexus
> Visas Marr and Female Exile Romance
Mod Author:  Leilukin
Mod Description: Makes the Visas romance scene which occurs near the endgame available for the Exile regardless of gender.
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR 2 Nexus
> Handmaiden & Female Exile - Disciple & Male Exile Romance
Mod Author: Leilukin
Mod Description: In addition to allowing Handmaiden to join Female Exile’s party and allowing Disciple to join Male Exile’s party, this mod also makes Handmaiden a romance option for Female Exile, and Disciple for Male Exile. It is worth noting that by allowing Handmaiden to join Female Exile, this mod also allows Atris to display romantic feelings for Female Exile.
Required Mod: The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM)
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR 2 Nexus
> Alternate Revan Romances (UPDATED)
Mod Author: Leilukin, original mod made by felixfelicitas
Mod Description: Allows players to set Revan’s love ineterest(s), instead of letting the game assume Male Revan is romantically involved with Bastila, while Female Revan is romantically involved with Carth. Most notably, with this mod Bastila can be chosen as female Revan’s love interest, and Carth can be chosen as male Revan’s love interest.
Required Mod: The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM)
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR 2 Nexus
> Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod
Mod Author: Leilukin
Mod Description: Makes Darth Sion displays romantic attachment (in his own way) to Male Exile.
Required Mod: The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM)
Download: Deadly Stream, KotOR 2 Nexus
> Dahnis Flirt Option for Female PC
Mod Author: Leilukin
Mod Description: Makes Dahnis, a minor NPC and one of the Pazaak players on Nar Shaddaa, flirt with the player character regardless of gender.

Bastila and Carth Romance Removal Mod
This mod removes Bastila and Carth's romance by removing all romance-related dialogue from their conversations. This is achieved by removing all gender-exclusive dialogue, including player dialogue options, since in the vanilla game, Bastila's romance is exclusive to male player characters, while Carth's romance is exclusive to female player characters. With this mod, you will no longer be able to romance Bastila or Carth, regardless of the player character's gender.
This mod is for players who want to go through Bastila and Carth's conversations and complete their personal quests, but have no interest in romancing them. I have made this mod's changes to Bastila and Carth's main dialogue modular, so you can choose to either remove both characters' romances, or only one of them.
This mod also provides an additional component to change who gets tortured by Saul Karath on the Leviathan during the interrogation scene, by having Saul torture Bastila if the player character is female, or Carth if the player character is male. You may choose to install this component or not based on your preference.

PC Dialogue with Davik's Slaves Change Mod
In KotOR 1, when you infiltrate Davik Kang's estate to escape Taris with the Ebon Hawk, you can meet Davik's slaves in the slave headquarters. The player has the option to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them.
Personally, I always have issues with the fact that the player character can take advantage of slaves without consequences, aside from one line of dialogue from Bastila or Carth to ask the player to focus on the mission. Furthermore, the player does not gain any Dark Side points if they threaten the slaves, either with violence when asking for information, or by attempting to get the slaves punished for being dissatisfied with their massage service.
After receiving suggestions from others, I eventually decided to make this mod to alter the player's dialogue with Davik's slaves.
This mod has two different ways to alter the player character's flirting with Davik's slaves:
Removes the option for the PC to flirt with Davik's slaves by requesting a massage from them.
Requesting a massage from Davik's slaves will give the player Dark Side points. This option also prevents the player from asking for massage more than once to avoid possible exploits to gain infinite Dark Side points. Threaten to get the slaves punished by Davik will give the player more Dark Side points.
Additionally, with this mod, the player will also gain Dark Side points if they threaten Davik's slaves with violence when asking for information, regardless of which option you choose to install to alter the player character's flirting with the slaves.

Visas Visible Jedi Robes Mod
By default, Visas always appears in her signature outfit even if you equip her with a Jedi robe, despite the fact that armors (including Jedi armors) will show up on her body if you equip her with one (provided you have given her feats to wear armors).
This mod changes that by allowing Jedi robes to be visible on Visas' body if you have her wear those robes.

Juhani Item Pack for TSL
This mod adds a new Jedi robe, a new headband and a new armband to In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, named Juhani's Robe, Juhani's Armband and Juhani's Band, with item descriptions that indicate these items once belonged to Juhani.
I have also made unique inventory icons for Juhani's Robe and Armband, as well as a unique texture for Juhani's Robe. The properties of these items are chosen to reflect Juhani's Jedi Guardian class in the first KotOR game. In addition, Juhani's Robe can be upgraded with underlays.
These Juhani items can be purchased from Daralaa's store at the Dantooine Enclave Courtyard. Daralaa's store is chosen to be the location to obtain these items because Juhani was trained at the Jedi Academy on Dantooine, and Daralaa is a salvager who sells Jedi artifacts.
The concept of this mod started with my frustration with the fact that Juhani is literally the only KotOR 1 party member whose existence never gets acknowledged in the entire KotOR 2, even in cut content. Even among the KotOR 1 party members who do not appear in KotOR 2, Jolee gets mentioned in a conversation with Handmaiden as well as a robe and a headband that are named after him, while Mission and Zaalbar are referenced in an unused item named Vao Armband. Therefore, I decided to make this mod to add custom items that reference Juhani.

Exile's Trial Overlay Removal Mod
This mod removes the blue overlay of the scene of the Exile's trial on Coruscant in The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM).
In Knights of the Old Republic II, after you leave the secret academy on Telos for the first time and enter the Ebon Hawk, there will be a cutscene involving a holo record of the Jedi Exile's trial on Coruscant. Since it is a holo record, TSLRCM adds a blue overlay, which is used by security cameras in other parts of the game, to the trial scene, but I personally prefer the scene in full colour like in the vanilla game, so this mod is made.

Prologue Item Recovery Mod
In Knights of the Old Republic II, the prologue is a skippable tutorial sequence that involves T3-M4 saving the Ebon Hawk. However, even if you choose to play through the prologue, you do not get to keep the items you have obtained during the prologue.
This mod changes that by spawning a plasteel cylinder that contains the items you can obtain from the prologue, allowing you to get the items back to your inventory, even if you decide to skip the prologue. You can find the plasteel cylinder in the secure cargo hold at the Peragus hangar bay. The location is chosen because it is where the Peragus mining facility staff store the cargos they searched from the Ebon Hawk, including the damaged 3C-FD.

Lonna Vash Mod for TSLRCM
This mod aims to restore the cut conversation with Jedi Master Lonna Vash by altering the Korriban plotline in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II.
With this mod, the player will see Vash alive in the secret tomb in the shyrack cave after the player confronts Darth Sion in the Sith academy. The player cannot enter the shyrack cave, and by extension, the secret tomb before facing Sion in the Sith Academy. Instead of Vash’s corpse, the player will find the corpse of Kaah Ohtok, Vash’s Twi’lek Padawan, in the Sith Academy. Eventually Vash will still be killed by either Sion or the player, but the player can at least talk to Vash before she dies.
This mod is an updated version of Sikon’s Lonna Vash Mod, made to be fully compatible with The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM). This mod is for players who want more Vash content without using any M4-78 mod.
