Something about the S6 finale paralleling the S5 one, Eddie is with someone who is there to "fix" things. And then season 7 ends with Marisol gone, and Buck is still there, because he stayed, because Eddie didn't just need SOMEONE he could fix things with. He needs BUCK.

When the interviewer asked when we should expect s5 to be coming out, that’s when Shawn mentioned that a little bit of an answer to that might be out there soon.

He actually mentions that this answer could be out by the time the video for this interview comes out, and since this interview was filmed mid-May and it’s now mid-June, I’m assuming we could be getting something soon or within the next couple months, potentially about a release date aka possibly a small teaser with 2025 stamped at the end…

oh fuck yes baby boy NEEDS a snuggle so fuckin bad. Jay is SO motherfucking - his full name is Janasheen Lagmani Mufti btw (successor, born at nightfall, one who gives council or legal advice) - Jay is SO motherfuckin touch starved that he'll get injured on purpose just so he can feel you touch him up. After a while you start to catch onto this because you don't have the heart to tell him he's not quite as slick as he thinks he is. So OBVIOUSLY I have a medieval game OBVIOUSLY I have a jousting game the only way you're gonna get him to turn into your snuggly lil bunbun (yes he does insist you call him that after you say it once as a joke and he loses his mind) is to make him think YOU'RE really the one who needs cuddles. like of course you're feeling kinda sad and tired from all your schoolwork so of COURSE you need a big strong tough cool guy star of the tourney team to make you feel all safe and cozy. obviously it's TOTALLY for your benefit. not at all because Jay was not hugged once as a child! that's hilarious and true and totally not the reason at all! I just washed my hands that's why they're wet! no other reason!

but yeah once you actually start cuddling with him it's going to take approximately less that six seconds for him to become a total and complete velcro boyfriend. it takes longer to watch any vine in existance than it does for Jay to latch onto you like a small baby bird. he did not know that touchy feely stuff could be so... nice. especially when it's with you. he tried giving Carlos and Evie and Mal bear hugs between classes when he's away from you and it was good, but it wasn't the same. Maybe it's because Carlos still thinks he's going to get suplexed whenever Jay grabs him like that or maybe it's because Mal keeps asking if he huffed her spraypaint and that's why he's so huggy out of nowhere (Evie doesn't mind too much as long as he doesn't wrinkle her outfits or mess with her hair and makeup. she actually approves of you two and likes that you're bringing out Jay's more affectionate side. she makes a mental note to give you the friends and family discount on any future designs you order from her.) but shortly after that first time you snuggled up with Jay and had him tell you all about the video games he's been playing and about tourney practice he's full on addicted to your touch and cuddles. Coach sometimes has to pull you off your extra curriculars to give Jay hugs and kisses during practice when he cops an attitude or gets too rowdy. you're known as the Jay whisperer immediately and believe me the nickname sticks. Carlos asks what the hype is once and you give him head scratches and he understands.

Queer ships are universally different and not comparable to straight ships in ship wars because without the ship/feelings/reciprocation all characters involved would still be queer because their queerness exists and is represented in them independently from specific romantic feelings and that queerness would still deeply affect their characters' relationships to themselves.

Queer ships are not the same as straight ships because queer ships are inherently indicative of something deeper in the individual that is affects their character arc to the core and straight ships are love stories.

Basically, the queer experience and the straight experience are not the same. I feel like people should know this, and I feel like people do, so I assume they just don't realize that that's what the conversation is. But I'm not fighting for the ship. I'm fighting for the characters to be queer. Your characters were already straight. You get what I'm begging for regardless. You think we'd have equal things - love stories - taken away but you're wrong.

If two people don't get together I don't have a love story to live vicariously through anymore. If two people aren't queer I'm not in the story anymore.

Informing Toto Wolff that he's off to Ferrari in 2025, the team boss told Lewis Hamilton to picture the Mercedes rear wing, because that will be his "perspective" next season. Although Hamilton signed a two-year contract with Mercedes back in August last year, the Briton opted to activate an escape clause that allowed him to leave after just one year.

Deciding over F1's Christmas break that he wanted a new challenge, the timeframe reads the decision, contact, negotiations, and signing all took place over a six-week period, and after that, Wolff was informed with Hamilton telling his team boss about his move as the news began to leak. "Not a lot," Wolff told Fox Sports Australia when asked about the time difference between his sit-down with Hamilton and the announcements. "I think it was difficult for him to really tell me because he left for the Christmas holiday and was Mercedes forever. Normally that's a time where we don't speak a lot, because he's gone, because otherwise we're speaking every day. And then he came back and said, 'Can we have a coffee?' He came for coffee-that's a normal thing we're doing when the season kicks off-and he said, 'I'm moving to Ferrari,' and I said, 'Really?' Not that it shocked me, because we knew that we have a short-term contract, but the timing, at the beginning of the season... I said, 'Why at the beginning of season?' He said he just wanted to have it out and not have it as a burden. Then you've got to stay pragmatic. After that five minute shock and disbelief it was like, 'Okay, what are we doing announcement? What are we doing going forward into the season?' And he said, 'Well, the announcement is a tricky thing, because I think it's leaking.' It didn't give me lots of options."

With Hamilton joining Mercedes in 2013, the same year Wolff signed up, the two have been together for six of the Briton driver's championship titles, and together won eight consecutive Constructors' Championships from 2014 to 2021. It begs the question, is Wolff disappointed by Hamilton's decision to leave Mercedes for Ferrari? "No, not at all," he insisted. "I think sportspeople have a limited shelf life when they are at the peak of their performance, peak of their earning power, and that is maybe ten to fifteen years. They've got to do it and take that limited amount of time where you want to win as many races and as much as possible, and that's why I understand that he says 'I gotta go a different path, I need to reinvent myself.' I see the positives, because our years were so great and we really have a strong bond. And in the same way, we are able to separate in wishing each other really all the best. Hopefully we'll be beating him on track, and we at the same time can embark on a new route with another new driver next to George." And beating him on track was Wolff's jibe to Hamilton after the 39-year-old broke the news. "I think, first, I can't imagine him in the red. I don't think it suits him," the Austrian added, "but I think that picture is gonna be interesting. And then I told him, 'You got to really picture our rear wing, because that's the perspective you're going to have.'"

what makes the 2nd challenge funny is not the challenge itself it’s the method in which it’s delivered to Mike which is through chopped up audio clips from his podcast that he hasn’t started making yet. do you understand how fucking funny the double whammy is of being told that 1. you have to saw your own arm off and 2. you’re going to make a podcast about that time you sawed your own arm off

Real talk for a moment:

Anyone else feel like the B plot of Lockwood's death wish kind of just...got dropped after the seige starts? Like, yeah, it understandably gets pushed back in favor of the main plot, and yet Stroud finds time to tell us that Flo is the one who beat Lockwood in the fencing tournament so surely he could have found more time in there somewhere to continue something that was a major point for the first half.

It just feels very unresolved to me, with the only possible "resolution" being when he talks to Lucy after Le Belle Dame, but that felt more like he was trying to deflect than an actual reflection on his mental state. Beyond the seige, the only real mention (that I remember) is at the very end when Marissa mentions that his recklessness is borderline suicidal and Lucy thinking back to his empty grave when he's begging her to run.

On the one hand, I'm glad it didn't get a clean "yeah he's fine now" ending because mental health doesn't work like that, but I guess I just thought we were going to get... well, slightly more than we did.

I love the scenes in “The Bear” season 1 episode 1 when Carmy asks Marcus for a roll and Carmy drops the 1st one Marcus threw then he catches the 2nd one then walks over to Marcus & tell him what to do to make the roll less crummy & Marcus say “don’t tell me how to do my job” but still listens to the advice.

And when Marcus comes up to Carmy as Carmy is opening the spaghetti sauce and say “so you can throw down?” And Carmy see the spark in Marcus’ eyes omggg I JUST LOVE IT!!!!! Carmy wanted his chefs to have the love of cooking and getting better!

“The Bear” is one of my FAVORITE SHOWS OF ALL TIME!! It’s soo close to my heart ❤️
