Since the only way our fresh government managed to get rid of a literal nazi as a minister was when foreign press started taking notice... It would be a shame if some recent developments gained international attention :-)

#politics #finnish politics #jessikka aro is a finnish journalist who has done some incredible investigative journalism #about the way russia has used mis/disinformation and trolls to influence international politics #and has been the target of several harassment campaigns because of her work #the current smear campaign has been mainly aimed against a particular Iltalehti magazines journalist #who has written about the way our far-right wing party perussuomalaiset/true finns act in ways #that are detrimental to the freedom of press #the parties whose members have been participating in this are kokoomus (our current pm party #and the aforementioned perussuomalaiset #kokoomus has officially condemned these actions #while perussuomalaiset has not #also ill be turning anon off i have absolutely no interest in debating whether or not junnila 'was just joking'
