@bluemajingirl continued from here Zizzi would keep waving to the redeye king as she would started to flying around the place as she was leading him to some different area to let them get set up with the next spot. She just had to hope they had a electric trap ready.

The next electric trap was ready as Fox and I gotten the RedEye King lured into the voltage generator, and struck him again. We then take him down again, and he couldn't move. "Time to get that SpellStone." I said to Fox as he uses Krystal's Staff to remove the SpellStone off his head.

Before Fox could get it, the RedEye King was going to do one last attack. "Watch this." I said to Zizzi as I smiled. Using his keen instincts, Fox jumped and dodged the RedEye King's last attack as he began to pierce the King's skull with the sharpened segment of Krystal's Staff, killing the RedEye King.

"Long live the RedEye King." I chuckled as Fox collected the third SpellStone and left the lair while I return to the Time Nest. "Have you got it?" Tricky asked to Fox and Zizzi as he and the King EarthWalker were outside the temple, next to the Arwing. Fox nods in confirmation.

"Dad, look what we got!" Tricky said to his father about the SpellStone. "Well done. You have all made me very proud." The King EarthWalker spoke. "Do not worry, son. I will stay within the city until it has returned to the planet. I will see you again soon." He said to his son. "Now let's waste no more time. You have a SpellStone to return to the volcano."

Zizzi was enjoying some time relaxing in Conton city after working on some missions recently. She was enjoying a nice walk around town at the moment as she looked at the sky. She had her hands in her pockets as she was wondering around.

The Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa was walking out of the Time Nest while her best friend, Tokitoki was flying alongside her and they both see Zizzi wondering around Conton City.

"Oh Zizzi! There you are." Chronoa waved and greeted to the blue Majin Time Patroller.

AITA for not wanting my daughter to marry a filthy heathen?

I (???M) am the King of a Great Celestial Kingdom from another dimension. During my great time as King, I have kept my bloodline pure, and only take the most beautiful of women as my lovely wives to further my holy genes. Every few months, I visit the dimensions below the kingdom to collect special... magic. Yes, magic.

My daughter, however, is trying to ruin this all for us. She has taken a liking to this... filthy earthwalker during her many visits down below, who is from a cursed bloodline that worships fire and destruction.

I've tried everything to make her listen, but she is too stubborn. I've sent others to humiliate and fight her "boyfriend", but she still goes back to him! I don't understand what she sees in someone so demonic and manipulative!

Not to mention, but I have great plans for her! Ones that defy the Gods and Divine themselves! And I will NOT let that earthwalker ruin my precious proje- daughter! I NEED HER TO LISTEN!

A FSYY question. Most of the Twelve Immortals of Kunlun are repackaged versions of preexisting deities. Guangchengzi and Chijingzi are primordial gods who acted as instructors for the prehistoric god-kings Huangdi and Zhuanxu. Wenzhu Guangfa Tianzun, Puxian Zhenren, and Cihang Zhenren are meant to be the past lives of Manjushri, Samantabhadra, and Avalokitesvara/Guanyin/Miaoshan respectively. Juliu Sun is meant to become the Buddha of Antiquity Kakusandha. Taiyi Zhenren is based on the Taoist god of salvation, Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun. Lingbao Dafashi and Qingxu-Daode Tianzun are split off from Yuanshi Tianzun's two "brothers" among the Three Pure Ones (Daode for Laozi, Lingbao for Lingbao Tianzun or Tongtian Jiaozhu). Huanglong Zhenren is either based on stories of dragons helping Yu the Great manage the flood or the figure of the Yellow Dragon that manages the asterisms in the center of the sky. Where, then, did Yuding Zhenren and Daohang Tianzun come from? They seem to be OCs created just for the book.

Also, in FSYY, Kakusandha's name is implied to be in the same style as his disciple's name, with a title in front and a surname as the final word. So Tuxing Sun = Earthwalker Sun, with his main technique being tunneling through the earth, and Juliu Sun = Imprisoner Sun, with his main weapon being his god-binding rope. Would this imply a deeper relationship for them than just master/disciple?

I actually remembered reading something about Sage Huanglong's origin in 西游新说十三讲: namely, he might be inspired by the story of "Lv Dongbin sent his flying sword after Yellow Dragon" (吕洞宾飞剑斩黄龙).

The version of the story in Xingshi Hengyan basically went like this (though the story of these two's conflict had already been circulating long before):

Lv Dongbin left the mountain he was studying on after getting a flying sword from his master, picked a (verbal) fight with the local renowned monk Yellow Dragon, lost badly, and decided to be a sore loser by trying to assassinate the guy with his flying sword.

Which he also failed at——he lost his sword to the guy and had to return to his master in shame.

It's very much a story Buddhists used to flex on Daoists, and in return, Daoists made their own versions where Lv Dongbin won to flex back at Buddhists.

The book made the argument that FSYY might also be following that story tradition, and firmly took Lv Dongbin's side, which kinda explained Huanglong's memetic loser status in the novel (seriously, I don't think this guy has ever won a fight).

You are right that Yuding and Daoheng are more or less OCs, to a greater extent than the others, but the name "Yuding" actually appeared in two Daoist texts.

庚道集, a book on external alchemy, had a chapter titled "The Ninefold Great Elixir of Sage Yuding of Western Shu", while the internal alchemy text 性命圭旨 featured a mnemonic chant attributed to him, alongside other historical Daoists like Zhang Boduan and Wei Boyang.

This suggested he might also be a venerable Daoist sage, active in the Sichuan area at some point IRL history.

As for Daoheng Tianzun: he also got two "likely" namedrops inside two Daoist texts. 太上灵宝朝天谢罪大忏 mentioned a 道行真空天尊, while 太上洞玄灵宝三十二天尊应号经 mentioned a 道行洞空天尊.

These are also works that fall squarely into the "gigantic pantheon list full of gods that almost never appeared outside of said scripture, or enjoy actual worship" category, so yeah.

As for Juliu Sun: the name is just the Chinese transliteration for Krakucchanda/Kakusandha, which could be written as 惧留孙/拘留孙/俱留孙. Though it wasn't impossible for Tuxing Sun's name to be based after his master for matching purposes, I don't think there is any deeper meaning to it.

"Oh, I will, girlfriend. I will." Katt Monroe smiled as she took the offered container with the leftovers from Krystal's cooking in which she helped her with. She boarded the Cat's Paw and left Sauria, the Dinosaur Planet to return to Zoness.

Fox had told his son, Marcus, story after story about how he and King Tricky, when he was the Crown Prince of the EarthWalkers saved Dinosaur Planet by facing General Scales and the SharpClaws, and even saving Krystal at Krazoa Palace. There, both he and Krystal learned they was used by Star Fox's archenemy, Andross to use the Krazoa Spirits to revive himself. But that madman was stopped by both Fox and Falco.

"Good night, kiddo." Fox said to Marcus who went to sleep in his own bed.

Katt Monroe, a close friend of Falco Lombardi, who's still smitten with him was out on her own after the many events of the Lylat Wars, including the Anglar incident. Now she lands her Cat's Paw ship in Sauria, the Dinosaur Planet to see Krystal. "Hiya Krystal." She greeted. (@themultiverseheroines)

Krystal saw Katt appear and was surprised to see her here. But she didn't seem to mind it as she stood up from her seat. "Hello there, Katt. I'm surprise to see you here. What can I do for you?"

The Stay on Dinosaur Planet: Chapter 2-A Newborn Princess; Tricky’s Little Sister

Later that morning, Fox and Misty felt and heard a savage beast breathing on them. When they awoke, they saw that it was an Earthwalker breathing on them. They were spooked and lifted themselves up in a flash. Earthwalkers can seem monstrous when seen from down below, so it shouldn’t be surprising that Fox and Misty were spooked. Fox: “Whoa! If that was my wake up call, then I’m never complaining about my alarm clock again.” Misty: “You said it.” Earthwalker: “I’m sorry to wake you from such an unpleasant experience but this is urgent.” Fox: “How urgent?” Earthwalker: “Very, the king and queen needs me to bring you 2, the prince, and the blue and blonde little one to them right away. Something important is about to happen.” Fox: “Alright, alright, I’ll wake them.”

Fox kneeled in front of Bubbles and Tricky and shook them slightly. Fox: “Bubbles, Tricky, wake up, the king and queen need us.” Tricky: “(groan) Huh? Not now, mom. 5 more minutes, please.”

Fox then grabbed the two of them and shook them like an earthquake. Tricky: “OK, OK, I’m awake, I’m awake.”

Fox was able to drop them back on the ground. Fox: “It’s about time; the king and queen Earthwalker need us now, it’s urgent.” Tricky: “How urgent?” Fox: “Very, we need to return to Thorntail Hollow right away. Something important is going down.” Tricky: “Well why didn’t you say so, Fox? We need to return to Thorntail Hollow right away.” Fox: “I just said that.” Tricky: “Oh, right, sorry.”

Fox rolled his eyes.

Soon, Fox and Misty climbed on the Earthwalker’s back and rode it out of Cape Claw and into Thorntail Hollow followed by Bubbles and Tricky. When they arrived, they saw the king and queen Earthwalker waiting for them in the chamber. Tricky: “Mom! Dad! We arrived here as fast as we could. What’s the urgent news?” Queen Earthwalker: “I’m glad to see that you could make it, son. However, before we get to the urgent news there’s something we need to confess. During the attack of our army at the Krazoa Palace, your father and I hid something besides his gatekeeping powers behind the sacred seal. Within the hole of that wall is where it’s hidden. The reason I called your friends here is because my husband and I can’t seem to reach the hole.” Fox: “And you want one of us to try to get that thing that you can’t reach within the hole?” Queen Earthwalker: “Right.” Bubbles: “Leave this one to me, Fox.” Fox: “No, no, I’ll take care of this one, Bubbles.”

Misty flew over to Krystal, picked her up and flew away as Fox approached the hole. He reached inside the hole and pulled out an egg. The egg was sort of a darkish-pink color with brown spots and a yellow bottom. Tricky: “Oh, my gosh, that’s not what I think it is?” Bubbles: “What is it?” Tricky: “It’s an Earthwalker egg!” Bubbles: “Oh! (gasp) Oh, my gosh, that’s not what I think it is?”

Fox, Misty, the queen and king Earthwalker laughed at Bubbles’ cute remark. Queen Earthwalker: “But indeed it is. The king and I worried that Scales would use it to threaten us once he found it. So your father hid the egg behind the sacred seal, as well as his powers.” Fox: “So, securing the egg within the hole to make sure that Scales doesn’t grab hold of the egg even if he found a way to crack open the seal?” King Earthwalker: “Right.” Fox: “So how long will it be until it hatches?” Queen Earthwalker: “Oh, I believe the answer to that question will arrive soon, Fox.” Fox: “Uh…what exactly is that suppose to mean…? Huh?”

Suddenly, the egg shattered and revealed a cute little Earthwalker covered in yolk. However, the Earthwalker wasn’t the only person covered in yolk. Fox: “Er, congratulations, it’s a girl.” Misty: “Wow! She’s beautiful.” Tricky: “Oh, wow! I can’t believe it! I have a sister! Alright! Woo-hoo!”

Tricky started jumping up and down with excitement. Tricky: “Mom, dad, you’re the best!” Fox: “Protecting this baby from General Scales was worth it for you, Tricky, and all of us, even me. You guys should be proud of your efforts.” Queen Earthwalker: “And we are proud. Thank you, Fox.” Fox: “Don’t mention it. So, what will you name her?”

The king and queen looked at each other and then back at Fox. Queen Earthwalker: “Well, actually, Fox, we’ve decided that you should name her.” Fox: “What? You can’t be serious.” King Earthwalker: “Oh, but we are. It’s the least we can do after what you and your friends have done for our world.” Fox: “Oh, well…um…that’s…awfully nice of you but to be honest…I’m…um…not very good with names.” Bubbles: “Don’t worry, Fox. Misty and I will lend you a helping hand.” Fox: “Really? That’s great. I was hoping you would say that.”

Fox, Misty, and Bubbles turned away from the king and queen and huddled. Fox: “Ok, girls, we need to think up a name for this Earthwalker child. Got any suggestions?” Bubbles: “How about Cutie?” Fox:” Mm, I don’t think so, Bubbles. It’s…sounding kind of strange. I mean, I agree with you; she IS cute, but she won’t remain like this forever. Try something else.” Bubbles: “Oh!” Misty:” I’ve got one, since she’s so beautiful, we should call her Beautiful.” Fox: “No, sorry, Misty. Not catchy enough, either. Do you have something else?” Misty: “Well, my first suggestion was Beauty, but…” Bubbles: “I like it!” Misty: “You do?” Fox: “Yeah, Beauty, that’s a perfect name. Misty, you’re a genius.” Misty: “I am? Oh, Fox, you’re just saying that.” Fox: “No, I mean it, and you’ve always have been for the past 9 year that we’ve known each other.”

Oh, brother, once again, you see Fox and Misty staring into each other’s eyes very deeply but have they find out that they were in love with each other, yet? NO! When in the name of Star Haven are they going to figure it out?

Soon, they turned backed to the king and queen. Fox: “Our minds are made up. We have decided to name this Earthwalker Princess Beauty.” Queen Earthwalker: “That’s a wonderful name, Fox.” King Earthwalker: “I agree, you didn’t do too badly for someone who was bad with names.” Fox: “Well, actually, it was Misty’s idea.”

Fox then handed Beauty to Bubbles. Fox: “Here, Bubbles, take Beauty for me, I rush over to the river and wash this yolk off me before I start going ballistic. (Laugh)”

Bubbles chased after Fox. The queen and king left the chamber along with Tricky. Misty put Krystal down and chased after the others. Suddenly, Krystal slightly opened her eyes and turned towards the exit. Krystal: “Oh, Fox, someday you, too will discover that you have a sister, as well: me.”

Summary: Emma gets an unexpected visit from Edgar and she decides to show him her pet and shows him her magic. 

AN: This is from my Lullaby universe I have created with a friend. More details and an OC list coming later. For now enjoy this teaser about lullaby and two Brights. ( Emmy is a small 14 year old she looks closer to 10, Ed is cannon Ikrev Ed)

"Emmy will be here shortly.” The King of Diamonds tells me with a cold smile. I nod at her and we wait for a few tense moments until voices could be heard.

“Big brother!” Emmy comes running down the path and launches herself into my arms. I chuckle at her and twirl her around, happy to have her in my arms again.

When I put her down I step back and look her over, noting she looks a lot healthier then when she was in Cradle.

Emmy's eyes sparkle a beautiful jade color, and her freckles are more prominent on her face. Her skin is no longer pale and sickly and I can see the muscles starting to come back in her arms. Other than a couple of scars on her wrist, the other cuts and bruises have healed. 

Emmy's hair looks healthier as well, she has a mixture of sun streaks and blonde streaks highlighting her ashy brown hair, it is pulled back by a sunflower hair clip. Emmy is wearing a white button up shirt under a mint green suspender dress decorated with pale yellow buttons and sunflowers along the bottom. Cute white booties complete the outfit and I smile down at her.

"Hey Em, how are you?" I ask her and she smiles happily.

"Good, but now that you're here I'm even better." Emmy wraps her arms around me. I smile down at her and notice the King of Diamonds eyes soften as she watches Emmy, a warm smile breaking through her firm façade.

"Azzy, can I take Ed to the river, please" Emmy turns to the King who nods, resting her hand on Emmy's head.

"Don't get lost little one " The King warns before leaving us alone. Emmy grabs my hand and tugs, leading me through the dense vegetation of the greenhouse.

"Ems where are we going?" I ask and she flashes me a mischievous smile. Her eyes are sparkling and laughing as she leads me through, Butterflies surround her as we walk by a sunflower patch. 

"There is someone here I want to meet" She giggles, bringing me out to a beautiful river bank, Rose bushes surround one side of the river, various other flowers all are reaching up around us. 

"Sit here so you don't scare her, she is really timid" Emmy has me sit on the bank and I notice a little wooden box nestled in one of the bushes near the water. 

"Hey baby, come here. I have someone I want you to meet" Emmy starts cooing and a small chirping is heard from the bush as Emmy reappears with a little bird in her hands. 

As she approaches closer, I see that she is holding a baby duck that is nuzzling her hand and chirping. 

"Ed, meet Brooke, Brooke this is my big brother Ed." She nuzzles the duckling before handing it to me. I notice the left leg and wing of the duck are splinted, but the duck seems happy, nuzzling along my hand as I hold her. 

"Hey Brooke it's nice to meet you" I smile down at the duck and it chirps back at me, flapping its good wing at me. 

"Woah, She's a little sassy is she?" I chuckle, giving her back to Emmy who sits next to me. Emmy just laughs and shakes her head. She lets Brooke play between us and she pulls out food from a basket near the house. 

"Hungry? I usually have lunch with Azalea or Azzy here and check on Brooke" Emmy hands me a sandwich and some snacks, sharing her lunch with Brooke who is happily eating from her hands. 

“What happened to Brooke's wing?" I ask her quietly and Emmy shrugs, trailing her fingers along the wing. 

"We aren't completely  sure, she was found outside IOM like this, there was another duck after her so Lea rescued her. When I found out I offered to take care of her and Azzy and Lea said it was okay." Emmy looks down, playing with Brooke a little more before sitting back and looking up at the sky. Brooke sits on the crook of her neck. I laugh, unhooking my sword from my waist, I join her in laying down on the embankment. 

“Hey Ed? How are the Creeks?” she asks, looking at me with worried eyes and I laugh, reaching over to ruffle her hair. 

“The Creeks are good Little One” I start to tell her about the antics of the Creeks while Brooke lays curled up into Emmy. Emmy listens with occasional giggles. I indulge her a little more on various things going on at the Red Army Headquarters and in Cradle. 

"Emmy?" I ask softly after a few moments of silence and I notice her eyes shift to mine. "Are you happy here?" I ask quietly and she nods without a second thought. 

"Lullaby is amazing, Azzy and Lea take really good care of me and nature magic is amazing. I feel so connected to the plants and animals, it's so special." I hear her voice quiet and I notice her fingers are playing with a random flower. "I just wish you could stay with me more often" She sighs quietly and I nod, being separated from her is rough on both of us. 

"Soon Little one, I promise." I tell her and she smiles up at me with a nod, sitting up. 

"Want to see something cool?" She asks excitedly  and I nod at her enthusiasm. "Watch this.” Placing her hands on the ground, her eyes start to glow green, and flowers form  from the earth. They look like sunflowers but are deep reds, oranges and yellows. 

"Emmy what are these?" I ask, reaching out and brushing my hands along on that starts as a deep red, but fades to a pale yellow at the tips. 

"That one is called Little Tiger, this one is an Earthwalker and this one is a Moulin Rouge. They are all types of sunflowers, but they are all deep reds and oranges instead of yellow, they are rare to find." Emmy explains and I nod in amazement  at the flowers. 

“How do you do this Ems?” I ask, feeling the warmth of the sun on the petals and feeling the flower move under my hand in the wind. 

“I am not sure how to explain it. I feel a really strong connection to the Earth,  I can understand animals when they communicate with me, and I can hear the earth tell me what it needs. When I want flowers to appear, I picture the flowers and ask the Earth to make them and picture them growing from a seed. It gets really easier the more I do it” She tells me proudly, running her fingers along the stalk of the sunflowers, I notice the Sunflower seems to bloom brighter while she touches it and instills a little magic into it. 

I watch in amazement until she flops back down, cradling Brooke close and I laugh laying next to her and we continue talking about Cradle and ducks until a warm voice is heard from the pathway. 

“Emmy darling, we have to go” I look up to see Azalea in the pathway, her emerald eyes are soft and focused on my sister, Lancelot is next to her and I sigh. Emmy stands up and brings Brooke back to her little house before skipping over to me. 

“I’ll miss you Ed. Please come see me again.” She whispers and I hug her back, squeezing her tight. 

“I’ll see you soon, Little one. I promise” We break away and with another wave, Emmy takes Azalea’s hand and goes skipping down the path. Lancelot waits for me before leading me back toward the entrance of the Greenhouse, so we can go back to Cradle. I look one more time at Emmy’s figure before I step outside, and head home. 

I’ll be back for you soon Emmy, I promise. I silently swear under the rising moon.

Worldbuilding:  Dargath

Dargath is the world’s name and the name of the pantheon of the gods that overlooks the physical realm of Dargath. The world like the pantheon is split into two different races. Karelia is the Goddess of Order and are worshipped by the magiian, the sky dwarves, high elves (or wind elves). Shoutu, the God of Order, is worshiped by the orcs tribes, levia, and dark elves (or wood elves). Goroi worships both. Otomo worships neither and instead worships the earth itself in which they were made. Though Balance, the joint religion, is slowly gaining traction with all races. 

The world is divided into only two continents, islands, and the Cloud Pinnacle which floats above the two continents. The Kareli and Shouin are both very large, only getting close enough at a place called the Bridge (which is where the name for the common language comes from). The Goroi and the Sky Dwarves created a passage in between the two.

Races

Magi (Magiian): A magical race of Dargath— the closest to being human in Dargath—are the strongest in terms of magic and diversity in physical, elemental, and utility runes. They are ruled by a hereditary monarchy and their magical prowess and ability is often the key to progressing in their world. Bloodlines are of the utmost importance for them. Their defining feature is their familiars or soul beasts. They have no personality of their own, more than it being a part of the magi themselves. Not being able to conjure your Soul Beast is considered taboo and looked down upon. Being able to physically transform into your soul beast or familiar is considered prestigious. Their central city is Sira, the City of Light, closely followed by the Necropolis.  Most Magi are dark skinned, the lighter skins reserved to the far north. They speak runik, but now mostly bridge.

Soul Beasts, or familiars, are aether entities that only the magi can see usually and basically a part of them. It’s a representation of them as a person: personality, interest, and rune wise.

Orcs: Orcs are a multifaceted race of different colors and physiology based off where they live. They are, generally, larger than most of the other races, muscled and strong with long tusk protruding from their mouth. Their elemental diversity is one of the highest of the races, only have very little runes that haven’t appeared in their race. They’re one of two races that doesn’t have a central city or capital, given there are so many types. Each orc tribe has their own home and usually stays within that home for most of their lives until very recently. The counsel of orcs, known as the Tusken Ring, is an elected office of orcs that meets at the change of seasons. Their defining characteristic is their berserk. Hot berserks are the typical rage mode. Cold berserks are the calm, super detached rage. It’s possible for an orc to lean a little in both. Orken is their native language.

Tusken Ring: The Counsel of Orcs from all sixteen of the orc tribes as they try to better themselves and help with other races instead of just fighting amongst themselves.

·         Onyx-Ax: Umber black

·         Duskgrave: Grey

·         Sunforgers (Araelguard): White 

·         Sandstalker: Tan and wheat

·         Star-Scarred: Purple and white  

·         Bugfurs: Furred and brown

·         Giantborne:  Giant and yellow (Closer to traditional ogres, giants or ettins)

Levia: Levia are dragons transformed into a human like race for their own safety. Like the orcs, they come in different colors, however unlike the orcs, they are one collective place. They live on a peninsula and an island collectively called the Ocean’s Maw. After hundreds of years of wars with themselves and the other races, they struggle to cling to their history and their lineage. They’re ruling form counsel is known as the Trident. They have three leaders: Emperor, High Priest, and the Commander of the Fleet. Each are elected officials. A water fairing race for the most part, they’re traders and raiders for the most part now. They can freely transform into dragon and their humanoid form. It’s considered a disease or a blight if you are unable to control your full dragon form. Their runes are mostly physical and elemental. Their language is lithinal.

Goroi: The mysterious race that lives in the Clearwater Monastery. Demonic in appearance and exclusively asexual males, the Goroi were once hunted much like the levia. They stay camouflaged, also like the levia, to avoid persecution. Their eyes and their hair duel colored hair will always remain the same.  Unlike the levia, they are a reincarnating race with a set number of 700. More than 500 lives in the Monastery themselves, leaving the rest to walk the world in pilgrimages. The Clearwater is split into several different wings which works different cities with different doctrines. Most are truly religious and devout to Shou; other wings have more nefarious wants after their countless wars. The less lives you’ve lived, the more pretentious you are within the society. There’s only five first lives left. Their magic mostly consists of water, light, dark and fiend based runes.  Their leader is the Prime Minister or the Dawn’s Bishop. Aslik is their home tongue.

Otomo: An artificially made golem race created by the goroi to fight off their attacks. A few centuries ago, the goroi gave the gift of recreation and reproduction for the otomo can create their own. They’re divided up into Sects. Each Sects works like political parties mixed with mercenary groups. Each have their own agenda. New Sects often align themselves with other upcoming parties of other races to increase their web of influence. They are very much trying to expand their horizons and create their own history away from the goroi. They have no gender physically. Some chooses their gender, some don’t, some chooses multiple, some switch. All are viewed as good. They can be made of any hard-earthy material and their runes usually reflect that. Their capital is underground known as the Whitestone Caverns. They also speak aslik.

Sky Dwarves: The richest and more technologically advanced without extensive uses of magic, the Sky Dwarves are the engineers and the inventors of the world. They are the best armorers and weaponsmith in the world. They live in the skies, known as the Cloud Pinnacles. Their society is based off income and wealth. The rich often controls the city. The title of Sky King often switches and sometimes very violently and very quickly.  This creates a tension in the city and radical political parties of the poor and middle class to want change in the city.  Their runes are mostly physical and utility with a frequency in light and wind in elemental runes. They speak Old Dwarvish or Dwarvin. 

High Elves: The High Elves of Glimmer Glade are a matriarchal society ruled by a Queen.  They’re secluded people, often only lending their aid in world shattered events. Until they, they stay in a magical forest and possess some of the most powerful utility magics in the world such as mind reading, seers, and mediums in the world. If elemental, they tend to land in the water, nature, or arcane aether. This immense amount of power makes them weary of other races and what they can learn from them. They’re society is split into Houses, each ran by a powerful woman and more particularly mothers. Men are often soldiers and the farmers of the race and considered to be quiet and stern. Their lives are the longest—aside from the Goroi. Art, music, and creative talents are huge in their culture. They call themselves Wind Elves.  They speak the Soft Tongue or Wyin.

Dark Elves: The Dark Elves are unique in the fact they have two large factions: the Cheroan and the Apla. Both speak Earth Word or Eron. 

The Cheroan lives on the Green River to the Verdant Throat. They’re honorable and loyal and will defend their tribe with their lives. They are notorious for being a bit hot-blooded and reckless and communes with their own spirits linked to Shou. They’re adaptive however, being able to live in different societies and knowledge is considered a large trait. Their friends are their family and they love intensely. They are the weapon-masters and are known as skill fighters and assassins. Their major runes elemental or defensive runes. Chiefs in the Cheroan tribe can either be male or female and had an equal share. They call themselves Wood Elves. 

The Apla dark elves live in the slopes of the Frost Rise.  They’re much more closed off, yet more warlike than the Cheroan. Where the Cheroan values stealth, the Apla values strength.  Power is everything to them. They worship the old gods and believes strongly in the concepts of war.  Their gender roles are more rigid than the Cheroan, only accepting male chieftains. They have an unsteady relationship with every race. They call themselves Snow Elves.

*Note: The Bridge tongue is the common of this world. It’s a wide spread language once taught by a minor goddess to ease conflict.

Marcus McCloud continued to be in awe, listening to Prince Tricky about the many adventures his father had on Planet Sauria. “Whoa... Dad, you actually did that?”

“Being eaten by that thing was... not something I’d enjoyed. I had to get back the Spellstone Galdon had to swallow somehow.” Fox said shuddering. “I even helped Tricky’s mother, the Queen EarthWalker back to health with White GrubTubs and even helped the King EarthWalker, Tricky’s father when we came to Walled City.”

“Also, your father saved me from Andross when he used the power of the Krazoa Spirits and me to revive himself.” Krystal said.

“At least he won’t come back this time.” Fox stated. “I had some help against him this time. With Falco.”

Fox McCloud, Krystal and their Marcus McCloud were spending time together as a family on Sauria, and they decided to see Prince Tricky, who was now leader of the Earthwalkers. “Hey Tricky!” Fox shouts. (@muses-of-the-memory)

The now grown up Earthwalker looked up after talking to a few dinosaurs and smiled with delight to see the happy family, “Fox!” he shouted and came running toward them and came to a halt, “I’m so glad to see you again! What brought you back to our planet?” @muses-of-the-memory
