Hi hellooo <3 I love your blog and since I have a thing for this bug-eyed boi, I wanted to ask you to please write a headcanon or a small one-shot (whatever you are comfortable) about teenage!illumi SOMEHOWWWWW having a secret friendship and he meets reader in the forest etc :)
Assassins Don't Have Friends
Characters: Teenager!Illumi Zoldyck Type: Fluff, oneshot, Teenager!Gn!reader
this turned out kinda long >.< idk how to feel about it tbh
Warnings: mention of human trafficking kind of?
Illumi Zoldyck was a perfect assassin and a perfect son. He never showed fear, vulnerability, was excellent at his job and followed all the rules to a t. Or so everyone thought.
It wasn't long ago that Illumi had went on the job that would unknowingly change his life, maybe about three months give or take. He was assigned to take out a member of the mafia known for trading illegal goods. Apparently he had owed the man who hired Illumi money and had no means of paying it. He was to dispose of the target swiftly and silently.
After the job had been done the young Zoldyck somehow failed to notice the figure in the corner, who had been watching him with surprised and tired eyes. Upon realizing he was not alone, the boy was quick to pin the figure down, ready to take their life at any given moment. Now that he was up close to this person, he realized it was another kid around his age, wearing tattered and dirty clothes. The part that intrigued him most is that they didn't seem afraid of him.
The mysterious person only smiled at him, eyes softening with admiration as they spoke.
"Thank you for saving me."
The young assassin stared blankly in confusion. Saving them? All he did was his job and you just happened to be there, he didn't really try benefiting you on purpose. Illumi lowered the needle he had pointed at the persons neck, eyes narrowing before he responded.
"What are you talking about?"
"That man you killed. I was just auctioned off to him and needless to say he was a horrible man, so thank you. I'm Y/n by the way."
Illumi got off of Y/n, turning around to leave before speaking up once more.
"I didn't kill him for you, I was doing my job. I should kill you too for being a witness, but I'll let you go this once."
The Zoldyck boy began to embark on his journey back home before he heard footsteps running to catch up to him.
"I never caught your name? Who are you anyway?"
He continued to walk, not once turning to face Y/n.
"Quit following me."
"But I have nowhere to go-"
"I don't care where you go, just get away from me."
It was silent for a few moments as the teens continued to walk. Y/n ignored Illumi's demands as they neared a path that stretched through a vast forest. At the end of the trail there was a large mountain. Illumi knows he shouldn't have led this stranger so close to his home, but something inside him wouldn't let him push them away.
"You still haven't told me your name. Are you like a secret spy or something? Geez we've been walking for so long- don't tell me we have to walk all the way up that mountain!"
The young assassin stopped when they got to the base of the mountain, causing Y/n to run into his back with a small 'oof'.
In front of them was a large stone wall with metal doors in the center.
"This is as far as I can allow you to get. I shouldn't have let you follow me for so long but frankly you don't pose any threat."
"Aww, I think you just let me follow you so far because you like me! Noowwww can I finally know the name of my new friend?"
Y/n smiled at the stoic male in front of them, blinking and awaiting a response.
"Assassins don't have friends, now leave."
Illumi approached the seven large doors of his home and began to push them open before pausing.
"It's Illumi."
He entered through those doors while Y/n stood confused for a few moments before realizing.
That was his name.
While the doors were closing he heard a voice yell from the opposite side.
"Okay Mr assassin! I'll come back here here every day to see you!"
{Pov switch? kinda?}
And that's exactly what you did. Every day for about a week you showed up at the foot of the mountain, sometimes convincing Zebro to call the butlers quarters.
After Illumi found out about this, he finally went down to meet them. This time you looked much cleaner, holding a small basket with a cloth over it.
"What the hell are you doing here?"
"I told you I would visit every day, didn't I? Oh, and this is for you. I managed to make a little money by fighting so consider this as a "thank you'. Y'know, for killing that guy?"
You held out the basket, gesturing for the boy in front of you to take it. He lifted the cloth to reveal some baked goods underneath. Illumi sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"You can't keep trying to call the house. I told you assassins don't have friends."
"Welllll can't you make an acception for little ole me?" you asked, batting your eyelashes at him. "It could be our little secret!"
Without a word, Illumi grabbed one of your wrists and began walking into the forest surrounding his home. He stopped as the both of you came to a clearing, sitting down against the trunk of a tree.
"You're annoyingly stubborn."
You only smiled before sitting down next to him, reaching into your basket and pulling out two custard buns.
"Well it seems to work," you started, offering him one of the buns. "We're friends now, after all."
Illymi accepted the sweet treat with a sigh and ended up sitting there with you for hours. At some point you had both agreed to meet there once a week.
After these visits Illumi began developing a soft spot for you. He anticipated the days you would show up and the time you got to spend together.
Maybe he wasn't a perfect son.
He had secretly been seeing you without his family knowing and you were beginning to break down those walls of his.
Maybe he wasn't the perfect assassin.
Because after all, assassins don't have friends.

Heyo I'm here to request that Male Reader x Winter King you wanted-
Anyways, can you write for a male Reader that used to be Simon and Betty's friend before the crown and the Mushroom War, who randomly shows up in the Land of Ooo? As in, Simon thought that they had died a long time ago, alongside Betty, but the Reader had survived through some odd means and got reunited with him?
Lol, if that's too much, then I'm sorry. It could be a fic or Headcanons, whichever you prefer!
⠂"ʏᴏᴜ'ᴠᴇ ɢᴏᴛᴛᴇɴ ᴏʟᴅ."⠐
⠂"ᴡᴇ ʙᴏᴛʜ ʜᴀᴠᴇ."⠐
AHJFHJGSKHA HOW DID YOU KNOW I WANTED TO WRITE ABOUT SIMON?? I LOVE THIS WET CAT.
Winter King actually isn't this one, because I wanted to focus on Fionna and Cake ver. Simon
Male reader
Platonic/Romantic (I'm leaving it ambiguous, because I mean, c'mon. It's Simon.)
Type: Headcanons (With a drabble and oneshot mixed in)
Summary: An old friend shows up after a bunch of time-related shenanigans, and is finally ready to settle back down in Ooo. Though this sudden happening is quite a shock to Simon.
⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂
-You used to be an old family friend of Betty's, and met Simon through her.
-Y'all were really close, and they invited you over for dinner every other weekend.
-But one day, you just...
-Vanished.
-Everyone thought you were kidnapped, and Simon and Betty were heartbroken.
-However...
-Through some odd means, you were kept alive for a thousand years.
-It all started one weird day when you bought a little doodad from a garage sale.
-the next thing you knew, you were in a big yellow cube with a pink wall guy.
-Apparently the little thing you bought was an item from another universe, and it was janking up Ooo.
-Aaaaand technically you just committed a serious crime by purchasing the little thing.
-And whether intentional or not, you now had to go on trial for this little accident. You tried to explain what happened, but you were found guilty.
-You were sentenced to a thousand years in some donked up time jail.
-Apparently, you wouldn't age in there, and a thousand years would pass on Ooo before you were set free.
-It was the worst thing that could've ever happened to you.
⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂
-The time jail kept you from losing your sanity, and a thousand years later, you were released.
-You were teleported back to Ooo, which looked quite different than how you remembered it.
-It felt like an eternity since you've seen rolling green hills and a clear blue sky. An eternity since you've breathed familiar air.
-You heard something, about a hundred yards from you.
-You approached the loud noises to see some buff dude with a sick beard and robotic arm beating up some one-eyed monster.
-He punched the creature, and it was sent flying towards you.
-You ducked, and the dude noticed you.
"Ah, sorry man! Didn't see you there!"
-You assured him it was nothing.
"You're not from around here, are you?"
⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂
You shook your head, then blinked confusedly. Well, technically you were. It had just been 1000 years. You tried to get your story straight, then told the guy.
"Woah, so does that mean you're technically a time traveler?"
You shrugged. Time travel hadn't been proven yet, has it? You weren't sure. You asked the guy his name, so you didn't have to refer to him as just 'the guy.'
"Oh, yeah. Name's Finn. Good ol' Finn the H."
"The H.?"
"Y'know, the Human?"
But you were human too. With all due respect, you asked him about his strange surname.
"Oh, uh.. My real last name is Mertens, but I like 'the Human' better. It's only recently other humans have started living in Ooo. So I'm kinda seen as 'that one human' y'know?"
You nodded, trying to make sense of what he said. what had happened that caused humans to leave Ooo? How was that even possible?
The two of you talked for a short while, and you learned a little bit about Ooo. You were used to knowing a lot, but you barely even recognized this place.
"Oh, you're from the 20th century, right?"
You nodded.
"I've got a friend from then, maybe you'd like to meet him? He's one cool dude."
⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂
-You agreed politely, wondering if this 20th century man would help you adjust to life in whatever century this was. What century was this anyway? 30-something?
-Finn ended up taking you to a scrappy little bar filled with people that looked to be made out of candy.
"Anything you'd like to order?"
"Nothing for me, Dirt Beer Guy. Maybe he'd like one, but we're just waiting for-"
⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂⠂
"Simon?"
You stared in disbelief at the face of your old friend, who looked at you with the same expression. He was carrying something under his arm, but he dropped it in shock.
"No way, you know him? That's awesome!"
Simon slowly walked up to you, as if afraid you'd disappear at any second. Tears welled up in the both of your eyes, and you had to suppress breaking down right there. It hadn't occurred to you that this 20th century man could've been Simon, but now that you were seeing him, you realized you subconsciously wished it would be him.
He spoke your name softly, not much more than a whisper, as if anything louder would cause reality to shatter, or one of you to wake up from a dream.
"You... You're really here, aren't you?"
You nodded softly, not daring to say a word. Tears spilled out of your eyes, and Finn looked slightly confused.
"Do you guys, uh.... Wanna step out for a minute?"
You agreed, still quietly, saying it would probably be better to not make a scene. Finn gave you a thumbs up and shooed you out, saying he'd wait for you when you got back inside.
You stepped out of the little bar with Simon, realizing it got dark out while you were inside.
"So..."
"How about we take a walk?"
You nodded, falling into step with Simon as you walked into a nice little forest. The small stream rushing by provided ambient noise.
"How are you here..?"
Simon asked, with an air of disbelief. He blinked, wiping his glasses and rubbing his eyes. As if you'd disappear once he'd open them. You explained what happened, and suddenly gasped.
"If you're here, that means Betty must be here too, right? Where is she?"
Simon sighed, bringing his arms up to hold himself.
"She's..."
"She's not."
You decided not to pry, but you couldn't help but notice the sinking feeling in your gut. She was one of your best friends, and she was gone. But she was Simon's fiancee. It must have hit him harder, whatever happened to her. You'd ask later, when the emotional turmoil between the two of you wasn't so fresh.
You walked in peaceful silence between the two of you, listening to the sounds of the stream, or chirping crickets.
You took that time to study Simon, how his appearance changed, and things that stayed the same.
Same fashion sense,
same goofy circle glasses,
even the same walk you remember.
There was a white streak in his hair now.
Wrinkles on his face.
Something about him just seemed so...
Sad.
"You've gotten old."
Simon smiled, though it seemed bitter.
"We both have."
"I missed you, Simon. Not a day went by that I didn't think of you, Betty, or any of our other friends."
Simon stopped walking, and you copied. He seemed as if he was about to cry again. To be honest, you were too. Talking about all of this while looking him in the face didn't fare well for your emotional state.
He took off his glasses, wiping at his eyes. Simon smiled bitterly through it though. He seemed to be so lonely. You wondered where he lived now.
". . ."
He wiped his eyes again, then looked straight at you with an unwavering gaze.
"You have no idea how much we missed you. Even years after you disappeared, we still looked. Even when the police failed, we still-"
He inhaled sharply, breath shaking. He turned his head away, as if ashamed of his emotions.
You placed your hand on his shoulder, trying to provide comfort. Simon suddenly wrapped his arms around you, pressing his face into your shoulder. You returned the embrace, holding onto him just as tightly.
Simon's breath shook, and you softly rubbed his back. You had no idea what he's gone through, and you were genuinely unsure whether you were helping or not.
"Simon..?"
His grip on you loosened, and he looked up at you.
You said nothing else, but you gently rested your forehead on his. He sniffed, then took a deep breath. Your hands fell to his waist, while his rested on your shoulders. Simon closed his eyes, cherishing this small bit of comfort.
After a few moments, Simon pulled away, bringing his fist up to his mouth and clearing his throat.
"W- well, today was certainly... Eventful."
You laughed softly, agreeing with his remark. The two of you walked back to the little bar, realizing you'd gotten farther from it than you thought you did.
Simon cleared his throat yet again, once you reached the outside of the bar.
"Yeah, Simon?"
He thought for a moment, then spoke.
". . .Thank you."

I Love You, It's Ruining My Life
Pairings: Regina George x Female Reader (technically, kinda?), Regina George x Aaron Samuels (for the plot), female reader x random female character (for the plot also)
Summary: You and your wife move into your dream house. Unexpectedly, your new neighbor just happens to be your ex (P.S: your wife doesn't know she's your ex)
Warnings: idk? Aaron Samuels? lol. Pregnancy. tension? Probably things considered infidelity
Author's Note: besties, I'm not quite sure what this one is lol. Was just an idea swirling around my brain that I felt I needed to write. I know everyone wants another Call It What You Want chapter. I am def working on it. I just feel stuck and feel like writing other things will get me back into it. I do not plan to write a part two for this one BUT idk if yall decide you want to cheat on your wife I might consider another chapter lol but if the consensus is to stay faithful imma stick with one lol.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy and thanks for reading. Also, happy pride monthhhhh ily

"Hi there, neighbor!"
You look up to see the source of the voice. A man around your age most likely. He was leaning over the fence, his eyes squinting from the sun.
You stood up from where you were planting flowers, pulling off your gardening gloves and tossing them to the ground.
"Hello!" You approached him at your fence, extending your hand out to shake his hand. "I'm Y/F/N Y/L/N. My wife and I moved in a few weeks ago. Someone down the street said you and your wife were taking a vacation. We were wondering when you would turn up." You say with a smile, resting your hand on the fence.
"Aaron Samuels." He smiles. "Yeah, I try to take a few trips throughout the year. Keeps my wife from getting too, well, you know. ." He jokes, but the way he rolled his eyes made the comment seem very...icky.
"Oh, totally. Staying in one place and working all the time is exhausting. I hope you both had a great trip." You say politely.
"Yeah, well..." he looks down and shakes his head. "Planting some flowers for the summer?" He asks, nodding to trays of various flowers lying around the immediate area.
"Trying to." You scratch your head. "It's our first time owning a house and doing this type of thing. We are definitely winging it." You use your head to point in the general direction of your wife. She was watering flowers on the other end of the yard with her back to you and her hand on her hip, her ear buds in her ear.
Alice was short with long blonde hair. She had a round face and a laugh like nothing you've ever heard of and you mean that in the best way possible. She is an extrovert, always knows what to say to who or how to get a conversation going.
Introductions weren't the most important thing right now; letting her enjoy gardening in her first owned home took precedence in your book, so you left her be.
You were certain she would strike up a conversation with him at some point in the near future anyway.
"Well, I've got quite the green thumb." He admits with an awkward laugh and you can tell by his face he regretted his wording. "I enjoy to garden." He says more seriously as if he was correcting his previous statement that you didn't even find embarrassing. Just...silly. In a nice way though.
"Well, if you consider yourself some sort of an expert, I'll take any information you know about growing vegetables." He lights up when you ask him for advice.
"I've got a really great soil that I use. I have so many bags of it. I'll run to my shed and grab them for you. I've already used what I needed and bought way too much." He explains with a small laugh.
"Aaron!"
Before you could respond, a voice from inside called to him, tapping on a window but the sun in your face made you unable to pinpoint where.
"Duty calls." He says unpleasantly and you scrunch your nose up at him when he turns around because you didn't like that response. "Next time I catch you out here, I'm bringing that dirt over!" He turns to point at you while walking backwards.
"Thanks so much! I appreciate it." You awkwardly give him a thumbs up and when he turns around to run inside, you scratch your eyebrow with your thumb. Overall you were just unsure how you felt about that interaction.
You turn around and decide to go bother your wife. She still has her headphones in, obviously still unaware of what happened around her.
You wrap your arms around her waist and she startles, the hose jumping with her and spraying the side of the house. You laugh and pull one of her ear buds out and kiss her ear.
"Hello, my gorgeous wife." You compliment and she leans into you, continuing to water the grass.
"Hi, my gorgeous wife." She repeats back. "How's it going over there?"
"Good. I met our neighbor. Or well the husband. Aaron."
"I met the wife earlier today when I was coming back from Home Depot. She was out running. While pregnant if I may also draw attention to because that's just insane to me. Anyway, I introduced myself. She was really nice." She says with a shrug.
"No name?" You tease, trying to see if you caught wife's social skills lacking.
"Do you even know me?" She looks up at you fake offended, a smile teasing her lips. "Her name is Gina." She says proudly.
"I'm not too sure how I feel about Aaron. He was nice, I guess. I don't know." You say, not really sure how to describe the icky feeling he gave off when he was perfectly pleasant.
"I think we should invite them over. Be nice, friendly neighbors. I want to be friends with our neighbors." She looks up at you with a small pout and you would never dream of doing anything that would make that pout stay.
"Sure, baby. Anything you want." You smile, kissing her cheek. "I'm gonna run inside and get us some water. I'll be back."
---
The following Wednesday, Alice tasked you with going over to your neighbor's house to see if they would come to dinner at your house this weekend.
Although Alice would have loved, and you would have preferred it, to be the one to invite them, she works until 7pm most week days and she was strategic with wanting to give them just enough notice to either accept or decline. So, since you are usually home by 5pm most nights, you walked over there with her little list of questions and a pen in case they said yes.
You hated approaching people like this. You were definitely less social than your wife.
You rang the doorbell and waited patiently for a moment. You shrugged after a long pause and began to turn away, but you heard the door open behind you."
"Can I help you?"
You paused for a moment, your feet scuffing against the cement and the hairs on the back of your neck standing up. You swallowed before turning around.
She was the last person you ever thought you would see again and here she is in front of you.
You hated that the first thought in your head was that she looked beautiful. Your eyes darted to her small pregnant belly and you could feel a pang of jealousy, a knot in your stomach.
She looked just as surprised to see you. Her eyes widened as she took a step back, her hand falling to her stomach, almost as if she was embarrassed you caught her this way.
Regina George. Your toxic relationship/situationship that lasted probably around five years on and off until you couldn't do it anymore. Things officially ended between the two of you about four years ago.
You couldn't take the arguing, the lies, the cheating, the blatant denial of your relationship and her sexuality.
You weren't a priority to her. You were someone she went to after her boyfriends couldn't satisfy her. You were someone she called when she was drunk so she could confess how in love she was with you because she just couldn't bring herself to say it and mean it when she was sober.
The last time you saw her was a big argument between the two of you. She had come over to your place after a date with some guy. She called him a boring loser, said he was nothing compared to you and then pushed you against the wall and kissed you hard.
You had asked her 'if he was nothing compared to me, why am I not good enough then?" You remember the question vividly because you thought about the wording while she kissed you. Her tongue thrusting into your mouth and she pulled away to look at you confused before you asked it because you weren't returning her kiss with the same amount of eagerness she was used to.
Her face softened for the briefest moment before she narrowed her eyes at you, listing off all of the reasons why you weren't good enough. She had a smile on her face afterwards, like she was challenging you to do or say something because you hadn't defended yourself in the past so she certainly wasn't expecting it to happen then either.
When she leaned in to kiss you again you dodged it, telling her to leave and that you were done.
You had never seen her look so...devastated. Her face dropped and she apologized repeatedly. She held your face in her hands while she peppered kisses across your face, but you were done. You felt disgusted with yourself, disgusted with her.
The both of you cried and argued for another two hours before she finally relented and left.
Twenty minutes after she was gone, your doubts crept in and you went to call her. To tell her to come back. That you were willing to degrade yourself to the point where you would be her secret side piece if it meant you had anything with her.
Except by the time you went to call her, she had already blocked your number. Blocked you on everything, actually.
And now you were standing at her doorstep, both of you looking like you've seen a fucking ghost.
"Hi." You finally speak after a few seconds, clearing your throat. Your eyes dart to Aaron sitting in the dining room behind her. "My wife wanted to know if you and Aaron would be available this Saturday for dinner at our house." You look anywhere but her, keeping the conversation strictly neighborly.
"I, we-" she starts, but Aaron realized you were here and stood up from where he was posted up.
"Is that our neighbor?!" He says in a tone of voice that just screams 'white dad'. "What brings you by?" He reaches out to shake your hand again and Regina just rolls her eyes.
"My wife wanted me to invite you two for dinner. This Saturday if you're available." You say, yours eyes squinting slightly from the sun setting behind their house.
"Yeah! We will definitely be free for that." Aaron agrees and Regina just nods.
"Great! I have a list of questions I was instructed to ask now." You chuckle lightly and pull the list and pen from your pocket. You look up and see Regina crack a small smile and it makes you fumble the pen when you try to take the cap off. "Okay, any allergies?"
"No allergies." Regina says and hearing her voice again makes your heart race.
"Is chicken fine?" You read the next question off the list, squinting at the little note Alice left. "She is hesitant to do steak because she doesn't want to have to serve-" you pause briefly. "to serve Gina a well done steak."
Calling her Gina felt weird. So fucking weird. She used to tell you she hated it when people called her that.
"Chicken is good." She says, but Aaron sucks his teeth in a silent annoyance. "Or not."
"No we can do chicken." He says, his tone of voice very different than before and you almost feel like you're intruding.
"I'm sure Alice will be happy to make you a steak, Aaron." You smile, trying to diffuse this added layer of awkwardness to an already awkward situation.
But he was also kind of pissing you off, too.
"I don't know why you have to make things so fucking complicated." Regina starts.
"It's okay, really." You look at her and say calmly, swallowing the urge to reach out and touch her. She stares at you for a moment and nods. You look down to your question sheet quickly, not wanting to stare at her too long. "What do you like to drink? We will get whatever you want. Juice, beer, sparkling water. Literally anything."
"Oooh," Aaron rubs his hands together "can I have Bud Light?"
"Mhmm!" You nod. "And you, R-Gina." You correct yourself quickly, shaking your head.
"I'm okay with water, thank you though. Can we bring anything? A side? Dessert? I don't want to show up empty handed."
"I will have to run that one by Alice." You smile politely, knowing damn well the little paper she handed you explicitly says not to let them bring anything.
"I can just ask her myself." Regina says confidently, taking the sheet of paper and pen from your hand. Your hands touched when she snatched the pen from you and you can feel yourself holding your breath. She flips the paper over and writes her number on the back before handing it back to you. "Just have her call me tonight or tomorrow whenever she gets a chance." She gives you a small smile.
You take the paper and nod, looking down to see her number hasn't changed. You folded the paper and shoved it into your pocket, repeating her phone number in her head just to prove to yourself that you still could.
"Cool, I will have her do that." You say awkwardly, feeling stupid for even going over there because Alice is still gonna end up being the one to coordinate things with Regina, sorry Gina, anyway. "Have a goodnight."
You give them an awkward wave and when you turn around to walk through the path in their front yard, you can hear them begin to bicker behind you.
Alice gets home around 7:30pm that night. She wraps her arms around you while you plate the dinner you made. She smelled like a dental office and she gave you a sticker from your favorite Pixar movie, most likely having pulled it from the bin of stickers they have for their pediatric clients.
She went to change her clothes and freshen up, coming down about ten minutes later to dinner being plated and ready to eat.
She sat down next to you and the two of you talked about your days briefly before she finally asked you if you completed the objective you were tasked with.
"Well, partially." You say, taking a sip of your water. "I went over there and was going through my little list, but Regina said she wanted to bring something and I wasn't going to tell a pregnant lady no. So I got her number and you can call her." Alice laughs and throws her head back, clapping her hand once.
"You're such a chicken. Also, Gina, babe. Not Regina." She laughs again. "Better get that down before we see them again so you're not calling her by the wrong name." She teases you.
You smack your palm to your forehead and chuckle awkwardly, your heart racing over your slip up.
"Gina, right!" You correct yourself. "Here is her number though." You pull the piece of paper from your pocket and slide it over. "Aaron was being a little bitch about having chicken."
"I'll just make him a steak then." She says casually, looking over the piece of paper with her eyebrows furrowed. "It's no big deal."
"That's what told them also." You nod and take a bite of your food.
Alice looks up, squinting to try to see the time on the microwave.
"I'm gonna give her a call now before it gets too late." She says, picking her phone up from the table and dialing the number. She held the phone to her ear, looking like she was ready to give up after a few rings. "Hi, Gina? Hey! It's Alice. How are you doing?"
You looked down at your plate, moving your food around while you tried to listen to the conversation. You could faintly hear her voice. Hear her talking about how you stopped by.
You tried to not make it so obvious that you were listening.
You also tried not to make it so obvious that you were disappointed when Alice grabbed her little notepad and walked out of the room to finish the call.
---
You've been out in the yard since like ten this morning cleaning the grill, setting up coolers, and doing everything around the house that Alice asked of you while she prepped everything for when 'Gina' and Aaron came over.
You've ran to the grocery store you don't even know how many times now to fetch any last minute ingredients or items that Alice forgot. All the back and forth setting you behind on your own tasks you needed to do.
Around 3pm Alice brought out multiple trays of various items for you to grill. Chicken, Aaron's steak, potatoes wrapped in foil, asparagus, bacon wrapped and cheese stuffed peppers. Like she went all out.
You were placing the second round of chicken on the grill when Alice disappeared and reappeared a few minutes later with Regina and Aaron behind her.
Everyone greeted you excitedly and you did the same, smile and waving at them both with the tongs in your hand. Alice got them each a drink and her and Aaron got to talking about the garden.
She led him over to your guys' tragic attempt of a garden and the two of them talked each other's ears off about.
Regina only stayed in that conversation for a few minutes. From the corner of your vision you can see her making her way to you, stopping to set her drink on the table.
You looked forward, anxiety rising in your chest each step she took until she was standing right next to you, your elbow brushing the material of her dress.
"Hi neighbor." She says in a tone that feels borderline mocking.
"Hi, Gina." You say, returning that same mocking tone and refusing to look at her.
She turns her head to look back at both of your spouses before looking to you again, her fingertips grazing your arm to get your attention.
"I wanna talk to you later, when you have a moment."
"There's nothing to talk about." You say firmly. "How does Aaron like his steak?"
"I don't fucking care how he likes his stupid fucking steak." She says annoyed, her fingertips still against your arm. Her other hand coming up to press her palm against her forehead and sigh, fanning herself off.
You can't bring yourself to move away from her touch.
"It's too hot for you over here." You say, finally turning to look at her. "Go sit down. The food will be done soon."
"I don't want to fucking sit down." She says through gritted teeth. "I'm tired of being treated like I'm delicate or breakable. I'm fucking fine."
"Fine, you're fucking fine." You say, turning back to continue grilling. Regina goes from grazing your arm lightly to gripping it tightly, her nails digging into your arm now. You flip the meat and the veggies, closing the grill. "Let's go. You obviously don't feel good." You to turn her and grab her arm carefully.
"I never feel good anymore. I fucking hate it." She said, her voice cracking the tiniest bit as she let you lead her over to the table.
You pull out a chair for her and when you notice that Aaron and Alice are too engrossed in their conversation to pay attention to Regina right now, you sigh and pull out the chair next to her for yourself.
"Do you need anything? Here, eat something." You grab the bowl of chips and place them in front of her, along with the various dips Alice made. She thanks you and nods, taking a chip and dipping it in the spinach and artichoke dip.
"So, how long have you and Alice been together." She asks before popping a second chip in her mouth and humming at the taste.
"Don't start." You ask, shaking your head.
"I don't know what you're talking about." She says innocently. "I'm just being neighborly." She scrunches her nose at you.
"No, you're being nosy." You scrunch your nose back at her and stand up. "I'll be back."
You make your way back to the grill. Things are just about finished up and you begin to try to pull apart those little tin containers from the dollar store to put everything in, muttering and swearing under your breath when you couldn't get them pried apart.
You look up to ask Alice for help but she disappeared with Aaron. You look around the yard confused, still trying to pry the fucking trays apart.
"They went to go look at the front yard." Regina says, coming up behind you and taking the trays from you. She digs one of her long nails between them and pulls them apart easily. She sets one down on the platform of the grill and holds the other ones for you.
"You know, she organized this fucking thing and then ditched me." You say annoyed, putting the meat into the pan first and covering it with foil. You turn the pan to the side to make room for Regina to set down one of the smaller pans, which she does.
You take out the potatoes from the grill next. Swearing every time one slips between the tongs, which was frequently.
"Babe, why didn't you tell me you were done?" Alice says, coming through side gate and setting her beer on a small table in the yard. She rushes over to you both, nodding her head at Regina to thank her while she takes the empty pan from her hand and does some maneuvering.
Regina steps aside and you're disappointed by the loss of her presence.
"What was I supposed to do? Shout from over here?" You respond with a slight attitude, one of your eyes shut because of the smoke from the grill.
"Let's not do this right now, yeah?" She says calmly, taking the pan with the meat over to the table.
"Can I help with anything?" Regina asks from where she's standing and Alice asks if she can help her get everything set up on the table and she agrees.
You close the lid of the grill once everything is out and you wipe the sweat from your head. You stare and the two small tray of veggie sides in front of you, trying to figure out how you're going to bring them both over to the table. You looked behind you to see if anyone was free to help. Regina and Alice looked busy and Aaron was glued to his phone, titling it up toward his chest any time Regina was close.
You watched Alice and Regina get the table set up. Lay out the plates and silverware, bring out the cold sides.
You had to turn around when you realized you were paying more attention to Regina than to Alice.
You covered both of the small trays in foil and stacked them one on top of the other, carefully making your way over to set them on the table. Regina took the trays from you, her fingertips brushing against your sticky, sweaty, skin for probably the tenth time today.
"I'll be back." You say abruptly, turning around to dart inside.
Your eyes were burning, were hot from the grill, and probably feeling added heat from Regina as well. You just needed a second.
You go into the kitchen, grabbing yourself a glass of ice water and chugging about half of it, breathing heavily afterward like a fucking toddler. You turned to the sink, wetting a paper towel and wiping off your eyes then your face.
You could hear footsteps, but your face was too buried in that cool towel to care right now.
"Where do you keep your big spoons?" Regina asks.
You feel around your kitchen blindly, running your hands over the counter until you found the drawer on the left where you kept your serving spoons.
"In here." You tap the drawer and step aside, pulling the towel from your face.
"You okay?" She asks, making her way to the drawer and looking over at you.
"My eyes just burn." You blink hard a couple of times and wipe them again. She leans in closer and you hold your breath when her thumb lands on your cheek bone and tugs down slightly.
"They look really red." She says softly, her gaze visibly bouncing between your eyes and your lips.
"The smoke." Was all you managed to get out before clearing your throat and forcing yourself to step away. "So how far along are you?" You ask to change the subject and it seems to work. She snaps out of her little daze and turns to get the spoons from the drawer.
"20 weeks this past Tuesday." She says, pulling out the spoons.
"Just about halfway then." You lean against the counter of the sink. "Do you know what you're having?"
"A girl." She has her back to you, but you can hear that she's smiling and it makes you smile in return.
"That's really exciting."
"Aaron doesn't think so." She turns around with a small frown and a few big spoons in her hand. "He wanted a boy."
"Who fucking cares what he wanted." You roll your eyes, finding it ridiculous that someone could be unhappy about having a daughter.
"She moves around a lot. Do you want to feel?" She asks excitedly and you don't want to tell her no, but you should.
"Regina I-" She doesn't really give you an option because she grabs your wrist a tugs you forward, placing your hand on her belly. "I don't feel any- oh wait!" You say excitedly when you feel something push against your hand. "That's crazy." You say to yourself quietly.
You stay this way for a few moments. Your thumb moving back and forth over her belly, her hand resting over yours. Neither of you wanting to be the one to acknowledge that she isn't kicking anymore because neither of you wanted to move.
"I think you put her to sleep." Regina whispered and when you looked at her you knew you needed to step back. You knew you needed to pull away because she was looking at you like she wanted to kiss you and your wife was just outside.
You could hear her laughing at whatever stupid shit Aaron said.
"We should probably get back outside." You whisper, your thumb still rubbing over her bump. She squeezed your wrist, almost like she didn't want you to let go.
"Okay." She says calmly, but neither of you move.
Not until the back door slams and you hear Alice laughing and talking loudly, wondering where the two of you went.
You quickly placed the towel back over your eye and Regina quickly opened and closed the drawer as if she just got done looking through it, the two of you well versed in the art of recovering before you got caught.
"Everything okay in here? Baby, what happened?" She rushes over to you, pulling the almost dry towel from your face.
"My eye just wouldn't stop watering and burning." You say, wiping them off once more and tossing the towel in the trash. "I couldn't see so I couldn't even help Gina find the spoons. I kept leading her astray." You chuckle at your own lie.
"It was a mess, but we managed somehow." She lets out a fake laugh and holds up the spoons. "I'm sorry for taking so long."
"Oh gosh, you're too sweet. Don't apologize." She puts her hand on Regina's shoulder and starts to usher her outside, you following behind them.
Dinner was nice. You learned a lot about Regina and Aaron as a couple and they learned about the two of you in return.
You were surprised to find out that Aaron was the loser Regina had gone on a date with the night the two of you ended things.
Though that was an observation you had to keep to yourself, you could see Regina shift uncomfortably in her seat when she realized you put two and two together.
You learned that they only moved into this house about a year ago and have been married for almost three years now as opposed to you and Alice who have only been married a year and a half.
They talked a little bit about the baby, how they were preparing for her, that they are trying to go on trips and such before she gets here. You could practically feel the disappointment radiating off of Aaron.
The way Alice nudged your foot under the table made you think she felt it to and you knew you would definitely be discussing it later.
Alice told them both just about everything about the two of you. Where you met and how, how long you dated before getting married. All the details you tried to avoid giving Regina earlier Alice spewed out like it was nothing.
Regina's face hardened slightly when she realized that you met Alice at the tail end of your relationship with her. Clearly choosing to ignore the part that you two didn't actually start talking seriously until almost a year after the break up.
Clearly, Regina choosing to harp on irrelevant bits and pieces of a story is still something that hasn't changed.
You also found it interesting that although she consistently dated and slept with men during your time together that she would get upset that you merely met someone, exchanged information, then didn't speak again for almost a year and a half.
You excused yourself from the conversation and Regina's dirty looks to bring out dessert.
You opened the fridge to see a coconut cake that you know Alice didn't make. You raised your eyebrows in a silent excitement because you knew that meant Regina brought it and you wonder if she brought it purposely because she knew it was your absolute favorite whenever she or her mom would make it.
You pull it from the fridge and grab the cake knife from the drawer, carefully walking out of the house with the cake.
"I really hope coconut cake is fine, Alice. You said you weren't picky on the phone and this cake is like a staple in my family." Regina says, her eyes finding yours immediately as you set the cake down.
"We love coconut in this house. The cake looks great and will be very much enjoyed, I assure you of that." Alice says with a slight laugh, taking the cake knife from your hand and going to work on handing out the slices.
She asked how big of a piece everyone wanted, you tried to wiggle your hand inconspicuously to let her know you wanted a bigger piece, your cheeks flushing with embarrassment when Alice called you out on it, saying she 'didn't know you enjoyed coconut THAT much' while also being accommodating and giving you a larger piece.
You grumbled when you took the piece from her, looking up to Regina who was biting back a smile, or maybe a smirk.
You took a bite of the cake, humming at the taste. Somehow it tasted even better. You weren't sure if Regina just perfected the recipe or it had just been so long since you had it. Maybe a combination of both.
When Alice asked about the recipe and where it came from, Regina started talking about her mom and where she got it from. You could hear the two of them talk, but you weren't listening anymore.
You were looking down at your cake, pushing it around your plate now. It tasted great, better than you remember even.
But that's the issue. You weren't tasting this cake for the first time. You were tasting this cake for the first time in years and every little scenario that could be associated with this cake was popping into your brain. Like every single bite was just something new to think of.
When you tried it for the first time when meeting Regina's family. When introduced you as her friend and you all played card games with her family until 1am. Regina had told you she didn't think she could ever have that much fun with her family.
The first time Regina tried to make the cake herself because she knew you liked it and she burned it so bad, but you still ate it because she was crying about having messed it up.
When she made it as your birthday cake one year and it came out absolutely perfect, but then the two of you got into an argument because she was going to go on a date instead of coming out with you and your friends. You had only one piece of it before she grabbed the cake with her bare hands and threw it to the floor of your apartment. When you burst into tears over your ruined cake, and other things, she kneeled on the floor and cried while she cleaned it up. Telling you in between sobs that she was sorry and she'd make you a new one.
You set your fork down and pushed the rest of your cake away. Everyone was in the middle of a conversation, so you really didn't think anyone would notice.
Except Regina fumbled over her words mid conversation as soon as you did it and when you looked up, you saw her eyes darting between you and Alice. She shook her head slightly and pushed her hair behind her ear, recovering her fumble smoothly.
You felt bad. You pulled the cake back toward you again and continued to eat it. Quickly realizing that although it tastes just as good as it used to, it would never taste the same.
---
Regina and Aaron left around 7pm. Regina helped Alice tidy up while you made them both plates of leftovers to bring home with them. Aaron sat on the couch and turned your tv on. Alice said he could, but you just didn't like that he actually did it.
You and Alice settled into bed early, both of you exhausted from all the things you had to do today. Though Alice finds that kind of stuff way more rewarding than you do.
Alice was already tucked into bed, her back toward you while she talked about how much fun she had today, how great Gina seemed, how useful it could be to have Aaron around, that she would love to hang out with them more.
Your responses were automatic. You were hearing her, but not really listening. All you could offer right now were some 'yeah', 'I agree', 'I'm glad, babe'. It's all you had in your right now.
You put on your pajamas and stood at your nightstand, taking off all the jewelry you had on today.
A sliver of light through the window caught your attention, both of you forgetting to close the shade before getting dressed. You made your way to the window, going in between the curtains to look for the little rope to close the shade.
You caught glimpse of Aaron walking around in his underwear and went to hurry to lower to shade, seeing way more of him than you ever would've care to.
But you paused when Regina walked into the room, both of them having some sort of heated discussion before Aaron waved her off and walked out of the room.
You knew you needed to close your blinds now. To give Regina privacy to change her clothes. Except you watched her move around her room instead. You watched her pick out her pajamas, pull her sheets back.
When she turned around and made eye contact with you through her own window, you felt like you had been caught. You looked away quickly, pretending the shade was stuck.
When you finished your fake fiddling with the shade, Regina was still staring at you. When she saw she had your attention again, she wasted no time pulling her shirt above her head.
She was naked from the waist up, giving you a view of her small pregnant belly and her breasts. You breath hitched in your throat and you gripped the string on the shade tightly, mentally scolding yourself because you know you needed to look away.
Instead you continued to watch her as she snuck her thumbs under the waistband of her shorts, ever so slightly beginning to pull them down.
"You coming, baby?" Alice says from the bed behind you.
You turn around quickly, yanking the string and shoving your way out of the thick curtains.
"Yes, I'm coming, babe!" You say, your heart racing for many reasons now. "I was just being nosy. There was a cop parked across the street. They just left." You lie, turning around to peak behind the now closed blinds again. Regina had closed her shades in your absence and you sighed in relief through your nose.
You rubbed your forehead with your fingertips and climbed into bed with your way, turning off the lights before you settled.
You laid on your back, Alice's feet tangled with yours. She fell asleep quickly. A trait you wish you possessed. Instead you lie awake, thinking about the whole incident at the window. About how you almost wish Alice didn't call for you. That her shade was still open and she was there waiting for you when you returned.
Alice snuggled closer to you, throwing an arm over your stomach and smushing her face into your shoulder. You rubbed her arm softly, your thoughts still plagued by Regina.
Is it too soon to be thinking about selling this house?

Mark Me (Peter Hale Fanfic)
Description:
You were dying of heart failure. You were only 23. You didn't want to die. Luckily for you, a nice lady that you met offered you a cure to your sickness, but first she told you everything you had to know about becoming a wolf and the 'consequences', thr hunters. You, of course, agreed. You didn't want to die, not before falling in love.
After Talia, the nice lady you met, turned you she introduced you to the pack, and she even offered you a room in the pack house.
That's where you met him.
Peter Hale.
Talia's brother.
Make me yours
*Talia, the Hale pack alpha turned you out a few weeks ago. She had introduced you to the pack, encouraging you to find someone to stick with but you didn't feel connected with anyone except her brother Peter, but then again, he was twice your age, being 47 and all, but does that really matter?
You had a long day, listening to Talia go on and on about her son and his mate, needing a break, you went to the only place you knew.. Peter's.
You approached his penthouse door, knocking a few times as you were greeted by Peter with a smile* "hey pup, you okay?"
"Hi Petter... Sorry if I'm bothering you. I just need a break right now. Your place was one of the only places I could think of....." You say unsure of your decision to coke here.
*Peter smiled again and gently tugged your shoulder to get you to come in as he closed the door behind you* "no you're not bothering me, pup, I don't mind at all. Come relax a bit, I won't bite you. "
*he teased, gently leading you to his couch to sit down beside him*
"Thank you..." You say softly
*Peter wrapped an arm around you, keeping you against his broad chest as his cologne and sweat filled your nose. His arm had a bit of strength in it, but it also just made you feel so small in his grip*
"it's no problem, pup. What's on your mind?"
'I love the scent,'you think to yourself.
You shook your head.
"It's nothing, I just. It's all a little overwhelming, I guess. Don't get me
wrong, I'm so glad Talia turned me. But I guess I'm just finding out I could have a mate and that.
I don't know.
I was just.
Talia was telling me about her sons mate and I.
I just started thinking that if I hadn't been turned into a werewolf, would I have ever met them?
Probably not. I probably would have died before meeting them." You say sighing. You don't even know why you told Peter. It all just kinda came out. You felt like you could trust him with everything. "
Peter chuckled once you were done rambling, but it held a comforting tone to it as his chuckle vibrated through his chest, bringing a small sense of comfort*
"You don't have anything to worry about with a mate, pup. You'll know when you meet them, they'll have your wolf howling, "he reassured, his fingers gently tracing over your shoulder in a calming manner*
"What do you mean? It is already so loud. Are you saying my wolf will be louder than it is now?" You question
"I think I'm gonna die." You say dramatically.*
Peter laughed heartily and gently shook his head* "no, it won't be louder, don't worry, pup,"he said, his chest slightly rumbling in a teasing manner.
"Your wolf will feel different. It'll help and want to be with your partner and protect them from anything or anyone. You'll know when you've met your mate. "
"What so like how it is about you?" You mumble the question to yourself, not intending to say it outloud.
*Peter's ears were sensitive, hearing you quite easily as he looked down at you*
"Hm? Did you say something pup?"
*he asked, tilting his head ever so slightly as he gently tugged you closer to him, the scent of his cologne overwhelming*
"Huh? What? No? Why did you hear something? i didn't hear a thing. i think you might have a little ghost problem. I'll leave you to deal with that." You reply, running out of his house. You completely forget he was a werewolf and could have heard you.
*Peter watched you run out and couldn't help but chuckle at your reaction as he yelled after you* "You know I have werewolf hearing, right?!"
*he called out, his voice having a hint of laughter and amusement in it. He could smell your embarrassment from where he was sitting on the couch*
*Peter waited for a moment to see if you would come back, but once you didn't return, he got up and went outside to see if he could find you. Being a werewolf, after all, he could smell your scent from a mile away, following it to find you in the forest. It looked as if you were enjoying yourself.*
*He smirked and leaned against a tree watching you for a moment. He wanted to approach you but also wanted to toy with you for a moment, the wolf in him wanting to hear you whine*
*Peter's smirk grew as he watched you, his eyes trailing over your body. He could hear how frantic your heart was beating, clearly still embarrassed from your earlier reaction. Being the tease he was, he decided to toy with you a bit more, moving from behind the tree and slowly walking over to you, his footsteps silent as a mouse*
"Im so stupid. Why am i so stupid? I can't do anything right." You say sighing, as you thought of what to do.
You were to in your thoughts to notice that you weren't alone. You didn't even smell your mates scent or his presence.
*Peter silently came up from behind you, and suddenly, his arms were wrapped around your waist, and his chest gently pressed you into his body. He chuckled at how quickly your heart started racing, your wolf no doubt going crazy by him suddenly holding you. Despite his teasing personality, he was secretly enjoying how easily distracted you became around him.
"What are you doing out here, pup?"
"Hiding......." You reply softly, your voice fulled with sad, frustration, and embarrassment.
"Hiding......." You reply softly, your voice fulled with sad, frustration, and embarrassment.
*Peter chuckled and nuzzled his head into your neck, taking a deep breath of your scent as he inhaled it deep into his nostrils*
"What are you hiding from? From me?"
*he teased, gently nipping at your neck as he held you against him, his arms having a protective yet firm grip on your waist*
You stay silent. Your face gets more flushed as he speaks and touches you.
*Peter chuckled faintly again and continued to nuzzle and nip at your neck, knowing very well the effect it had on you as he spoke lowly into your ear*
"Is that a yes? Are you trying to hide from me, pup?"
*he questioned, his voice filled with a hint of dominance and amusement as one of his hands started to gently trail down your hip*
*Peter nipped at your neck again, this time a bit harder as his hands had a firm yet gentle grip on your waist, preventing you from moving too much as his chest was gently pressed against your back*
"You know you can't exactly hide from me, pup. I can still smell you. My wolf won't allow you too"
*he teased, his voice filled with a mixture of dominance and amusement. It was clear he loved how flustered you were by his every move.
*Peter's nose gently nuzzled and caressed your neck, his hot breath against your skin as he whispered into your ear, his words filled with a hint of a possessive growl*
"I can feel your heart racing, little pup. Are you getting excited?"
*he questioned with a chuckle, his hands now trailing from your waist down to your hips, his touch firm but gentle at the same time*
*Peter's hands continued to caress and gently grope your hips as he gently pressed his body against yours from behind, his chest gently touching your back as he continued to tease you*
"I can also sense how flustered you are, pup. You're so easily flustered by me, aren't you?"
*he teased again, his voice still thick in dominance*
"Only by you....." You reply, trying to make any noises as he continues to grope at nibble you.
*Peter smirked against your neck, his body completely pressed against yours as he whispered into your ear once more*
"Does that mean you want me to continue, pup? Do you want me to keep touching and teasing you?"
*his hands squeezed at your hips as he bit your neck again, his teeth gently marking you with a few love bites*
"Mhmmm."
*Peter chuckled and gently tugged on your hips, pulling them against his as one of his hands moved to gently caress your stomach*
"You're gonna have to speak up, pup. Ask me politely. "
*he demanded, his voice still filled with a tone of dominance. He wanted to hear you begging for his touch*
"Please, please keep touching me."
*Peter's smirk grew as you responded to him, his hand gently massaging your stomach as his other hand continued to explore. He loved hearing you beg for his touch, the wolf in him wanting to completely and utterly wreck you*
"Good pup. Since you asked so nicely, I'll continue. I'm gonna have you begging for more by the end of the night."
Peter pressed himself against you from behind again, one of his thighs pushing against the top of yours as his hands continued to caress your body, his touch firm but gentle. He gently bit at your shoulder again, his teeth leaving small marks before he spoke again.
"You smell so good, pup. My wolf wants to completely and utterly destroy you. Do you want that, hm? For me to completely mark and claim you as mine?"
*Peter's hands continue to touch and caress your body, gently squeezing your hips occasionally as he continued to whisper into your ear*
"Your scent drives me crazy. It drives my wolf crazy. I just want to mark and claim you right here and now in this forest. I want to make you completely mine, pup"
"M-mmmmmh, mak-make me yours," you moan out quietly.
*Peter's eyes flash red, hearing your words and the sound of you moaning. He growls softly and pins you against a tree, pressing his body against yours from behind as he grabs your hips, pulling them against his and his wolf howling loudly in his mind*
"You don't know what you're asking of me, pup. If I mark and claim you as mine, there's no going back. You'll be mine and mine alone. My wolf won't let me let you go or be with anyone else. Do you understand that?"
"I understand. Just make me yours, please. Please, Peter. Make me yours. Mark me. Claim me. Show everyone who I belong to."
*Peter's breathing started to pick up as his grip on your hips tightened, his wolf going into a frenzy from your words. He growled lowly against your neck, his lips attaching to it as he started to leave possessive love bites all over it*
"You're mine, do you hear me, pup? You're all mine. My property. My mate. I'll mark and claim you right here and now"
*Peter's hands moved from your hips and gently ran up your stomach and down your arms, his touch firm and possessive. He continued to bite and leave love bites on your neck, wanting to mark up your skin in any way he could as he pinned you against the tree*
"Once I claim and mark you, every other wolf for miles will know you're mine. You'll be my property, completely and utterly mine. Is that what you want, pup?"
"Mmm, yes. It's all I want."
*Peter continued to leave possessive kisses on your neck, his teeth leaving bite marks as his hands continued to wander your body. He loved how willing and eager you were to give yourself to him, and his wolf was howling with ecstasy*
"You're such a good pup. So willing and eager to give yourself. I've waited so long to have you all to myself, pup. I'm gonna make you mine, once and for all"
*Peter nipped at your ear, his hands squeezing your waist as he pulled you flush against him, his body pressed against yours from behind. He could feel how heated your body was because of him alone, he could smell your desire, and wolf, oh his wolf was going insane with want*
"I can feel how riled up you are, pup. Your body and scent betraying you. You're going to be completely mine. You won't be able to sit for days"
"Mark me, please. Please. I'm begging you." You beg him, not knowing how long you can restrain yourself from jumping on him and doing to him.
*Peter's body and wolf were going into full-on frenzy mode at your desperate pleas, his senses consumed by you. He could sense how badly you were restraining yourself, and he knew he was doing the same*
"You're being such a good pup for me. Letting me mark and claim you as mine. Soon you'll have my mark and everyone will know who you belong to"
*he replied, his voice thick in dominance. He pressed you against the tree once more, his hands moving to your hips as he bit down hard on your neck, marking you as his*

Ok so I had a thought 😜 Ao’nung x reader where she gets her 🩸while they’re doing it. I don’t think Na’vi get periods so I guess reader would be an avatar. Not really heavy detail on the actual smutty part but just about how he’d comfort reader after he clams down because he gets a little scared 😫
Oneshot: How do you stop it?
Ao'nung x fem!avatar!reader
Words count: 919
A/N: WHY DO I LIKE THIS SO MUCH?!! [ik it's short and m sorry bout it but hope you like it]
Warning: mentions of sex, mention of p in v, aged up characters 18+, bleeding (not by injury), menstruations, femavatar!reader, worried Ao'nung, kinda fluffy?
Na'vi vocaboulary: Tawtute: sky person/human, Skxawng: moron
"ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE OK??!" he blurted out as he held you by your arms shaking you back and forward. "I am but don't shake me so hard!" you said looking at your really worried boyfriend.
This is a very simply way to explain what happened. You two were having some horny and healty sex, right then your period decided to knock in. Obviously Ao'nung started to freak out and IMMEDIATLY stopped his movements. Currently you two were sitting on your knees in front of each other, still naked, as you tried to calm him down.
"Ao'nung i'm fine, this is normal for the sky people" you started explainin as long as it looked like he calmed himself down a bit. "But you're bleeding I-, are you sure I didn't- you know... cause it?" you raised an eyebrow.
this was actually pretty funny. "theres no way you did 'Nung" you chuckled.
"I mean i was... we were... AND THEN YOU-" he got interrupted as you took him by his shoulders and squeezed him lightly. He was really freaking out. "Ao'nung. I'm fine." you said looking him straight in the eyes. His breath started to slow down as he stared back.
"Look i'mma just explain it to ya." he nodded at your words. " but first I'll be needing something that looks like a pad..." you murmured looking around. You took the cloth that was thrown away some minutes ago by none other than Ao'nung and wore it again.
"So. you know I have an avatar body right? Just like Jake i used to be a human so a tawtute." He nodded again. "back in earth, once every month, after reaching the appropriate age, a female gets this bleeding and it's called period."
"It usually lasts 5 to 7 days but varies from woman to woman. Once it's over the woman is fertile so she can become pregnant." He looked a lot confused but still nodded at your words. "therefore, women on earth needs this to happen, otherwise they cannot have children."
"Plus when i got transferred into my avatar body it didn't change." he blinked looking at you with a kinda blank stare. "So it's normal for you to bleed from your vagina?" He asked looking stunned. You chuckled "Yes you skxawng" you smiled caressing his hair.
He hugged you close and hid his face onto your shoulder "Is there a way to stop it?" he murmured in the crook of your neck "I don't want you to suffer." he drew circles on your stomach and then laid his full palm onto your navel covering almost your entire belly. He placed sweet kisses all over your neck and collarbone, he never treated you so gently. I mean of course he did, but never THAT gently.
You just laid there and closed your eyes as he just cuddled you and snuggles into you. The cramps were starting to kick in but as his warm hands were laying onto your belly and his tail was wrapped around your waist keeping you close, you weren't paying attantion to that. Or to anything around you.
"Can we make tsaheylu?" your eyes shot open at his words. "I wanna feel how you're feeling right now"
You knew you two were already mated but just by words. Just by Eywa's words you didn't bond yet. "Are you sure?" you asked slowly looking at him "I am".
"All right then." you handed him your braid. He reached his back taking his and slowly approaching the pink tendrils that were moving around impatiently searching for the connection.
Your tendrils met. In that moment all you could feel was Ao'nung. His breath, his heart, his blood rushing, his worry, his love. Your pupils dilated as you both colud feel each other.
He leaned down and kissed your lips gently before laying back down massaging your belly with slow strokes. "I can feel everything Y/n. I'm here with you don't worry."
"Says the one who just freaked out" you jokingly teased placing a kiss on his forehead. "I really wanna make it stop. I don't want you to feel such a pain".
"I'm used to it really-" he placed a finger on your lips "nothing as my consent to make you suffer." he said looking directly in your eyes. Your heart squeexed at his words making you smile uncontrollably.
"remember i can feel everything. And you're the one who said we can't fuck if you're in this state." he mockingly said with a shit eating smirk plastered on his face.
There he was. That frendly little shit who always found something to make you nervous about. "Aw stop it!" You hit his arm causing him to laugh softly as he kissed you again.
He placed his forehead on yours closing his eyes and holding your cheek with one hand.
"Actually there is a way..." you murmured breaking the silence "but i don't think it would be a good-" you got cut off as he speedily got up and leaned closer staring into your orbs. "Tell me about it my love". Blood rushed to your cheeks as youblushed heavily at the nickname.
"W-well i must get pregnant but it will stop just till-" He stood up at the speed of light "As soon as it's over we're gonna mate so many times that you not getting pregnant is not even an option."
Well guess who was gonna stop him.
Certainly not you.

additional info & warnings ── fluff, slow burn, reader is supposed to be a ‘big city girl’, reader is also kinda anxious, little steve pov inserted, i guess steve is not accurate but i tried my best </3, no warnings besides that, i guess
author’s notes: ok… so this is my first fanfic after sooo long, but this idea came to me in a dream and i wanted to write, i feel like it kinda sucks but i also just wanna have some fun writing again. also… i know this must be annoying but… should i say english isn’t my first language (and that i dont know how the educational system of united states works)? :/, that should be all, pls be kind <3
The breeze passed through the leaves gently, taking some to the windshield, it was a really pleasant scene to enjoy in autumn, but it was also a great change of scenery in your opinion: Hawkins, from what you knew and had seen so far at that moment, it felt like that kind of small town you see in movies, where everyone knows everyone and nothing really happens, very different from what you had grown up with and lived with all your life, which were noisy cities, tall buildings and people who really didn't care. they paid attention to you.
But sudden changes weren't very pleasant either, yet here you were, in a small town in the middle of Indiana.
After taking another sip of your coffee, hoping the drink would distract you from something you didn't yet know you feared, you grabbed your bag and threw in the items that would be needed to survive your first day of work at Hawkins Public School. Your keys, notebooks and books were everything he considered really essential for the day.
Getting out of the car, you clutched the cup with the now cold drink in your hands, placed your bag in your arms, and headed towards the clearly old but friendly-looking building in front of you.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ—
Steve was curious to know who would replace Mrs. Brown, because although he got along with most people, his coworkers didn't exactly fit into that category. They were mostly middle-aged people, who thought he was childish, whether because of his age or the way he acted, he still didn't know for sure, but he knew they were his age once and he hoped they would be kinder.
However, he still didn't know how meeting 'the newbie' could help his case, he figured, that maybe by getting to know him first he could get some information and then pass it on to his colleagues, maybe then they would see him as someone helpful and trustworthy, but he still didn't know how that would help him.
It was lost in these thoughts that he found himself in the still empty hallway and in front of Mrs. Brown's old door, now weathered and which he knew made a loud noise when it was pushed in a certain way and now, he was a little unsure, a very different feeling compared to the confident and playful Steve of just a few years ago. But his movements seemed not to follow his thoughts, because now he had knocked on the door.
Before he could step back and get him out of there, he opened the door after hearing a muffled and distant voice say 'come in'.
‘‘Good morning.’’ Steve laughed and hurried over.
‘‘Oh, good morning!’’ A young-looking woman, who was pasting some notices on the wall, turned to face him, left the materials on the table and approached to greet him, as he was approaching.
‘‘I’m Professor Harrington, but you can actually call me Steve, you know, I guess it’s okay, in fact I prefer to be called that…’’
Now he was rambling. He extended his hand for a shake, which she readily accepted. Now closer, he could notice a few more small details about her: her hair was slightly messy, perhaps due to the wind outside, there was also a small piece of adhesive tape stuck near the collar of her pullover sweater, but he pretended not to notice, afraid that she would think he was looking more than he should.
‘‘Well, I’m a physical education teacher. I thought it would be a good idea to stop by and say hi.’’
She then introduced herself.
‘‘That’s very kind of you, Steve.’’
‘‘Well…’’ Steve looked around the room, but his mind was looking for some way to keep the conversation going, or maybe an excuse to leave. ‘‘Do you need help? Do you already know the building? You know I can…’’
Great, he was rambling again. Good way to make a good impression, right?
‘‘Actually, if you guys have a coffee machine, I’d love to know where it is.’’
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ—
You definitely hadn't thought much when you left your room and decided to follow Professor Harrington to the staff room, a small room, with white walls, two windows, shelves full of books, papers, some chairs and tables. It wasn't exactly the most comfortable place you'd ever seen. But you just wanted to distract yourself from the hustle and bustle of your own thoughts, because the first day of work had left you exhausted and it hadn't even started yet.
Also, you weren't the type to jump to conclusions because of appearance, but the first thing you noticed was that Steve had adorable eyes that seemed to match the type of person he was. And at the moment he seemed like a lovely person. That he talked a lot.
He had recently talked about how he grew up in the city and how it was a little strange teaching the children of people he had known all his life. You also shared some facts, about where you grew up and where you studied, all while he observed you carefully and asked some questions to keep the conversation going.
‘‘So why did you come here?’’
‘‘Salary, obviously.’’
You tried to joke and he chuckled weakly at your little attempt at being funny. Steve looked away from your figure, as you were drinking the second cup of coffee of the day, he observed the other person who entered the room, but who still didn't notice the presence of the two of you in the room. This made Steve get a little closer to you, still keeping an acceptable distance but so that only you could hear him whisper:
‘‘That’s Professor Watson, from physics… A pain in the ass at first, but if he likes you, he might get you a discount on drinks at a bar.’’
‘‘Discounts in a bar? Why?’’ You whispered back, while trying to focus on the new figure that appeared: it was a small man in comparison to Steve, his hair already showing signs of getting gray and he had a serious face.
‘‘His sister owns one of the bars in town, she always gives discounts to his friends and colleagues.’’
‘‘And you, do you have a discount there?’’
‘‘No, he hates me. But who knows, maybe you’ll be luckier than me.’’
‘‘Good strategy, Harrington, you barely know me and you’re already trying to use me to get discounts at bars?’’
You both laughed and soon the sound caught the attention of the person who was previously the center of the conversation. Steve quickly distanced himself and silently indicated with signs for you to follow him and then, there followed another one of those social formalities that people tend to forget happened easily: introducing yourself.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ—
And introducing yourself was the key word and the pattern that followed for practically the entire day: introducing yourself to your colleagues, students and some parents.
The students were as you expected them to be, lively students who preferred talking to their classmates rather than paying attention in class, but, luckily or perhaps your own teaching talent, you managed to get them to pay attention to what you were saying. and they were able to apply their knowledge well to their tasks. As for your coworkers, excluding Steve, your colleagues weren't exactly the warmest and friendliest people you knew, but that didn't take up much space in your mind.
Not long after the last bell rang, you were getting ready to end the day at work and return to your cozy home. Until two knocks on the door distracted you.
Peeking through the half-open door, you quickly realized who it was: Steve trying to be helpful again.
‘‘Do you need help there, newbie?’’
You didn't mind the small informalities when you were quick to decline his help.
‘‘No need, I was already finishing it anyway.’’
He pretended to look disappointed, you couldn't help but chuckle at his theatrics. You quickly finished your things and grabbed your bag, and left the room with Steve following right behind you.
‘‘You know,’’ Steve began as you both walked down the corridor, ‘‘that’s the good part about being a physical education teacher, I don’t need a room, just some balls and a court.’’
‘‘It’s easy when a good number of children love the chance to be aggressive without being reprimanded.’’
‘‘It is,’’ Steve agreed, a fond smile on his face. ‘‘Kids can be a handful, but they mean well. Today, one of them lobbed a ball right at my stomach, but they made up for it with a lollipop as an apology.’’
‘‘A lollipop," you chuckled, ‘‘the universal peace offering.’’
‘‘If lollipops didn't work wonders, doctors wouldn't hand them out after every appointment,’’ Steve quipped, his laughter echoing down the hallway.
Steve walked you to the parking lot, soon stopping near what you assumed was his car. You turned to see him and to say goodbye.
‘‘See you tomorrow, newbie,’’ Steve grinned.
‘‘See you tomorrow, Professor Harrington,’’ you replied with a playful smirk.
He rolled his eyes and got into the car, making your way to your own car as you watched him get further away. Placing your arms a little closer to your body to avoid the cold, you could reflect a little on that end of the day as you once again observed the parking lot, now a little darker as the sun was already hiding, but which you expected to see for a while, for many more days.
In that silence, you could conclude that the first day of work had not been as horrible and terrifying as you had expected.

⋅ ⛢ ⋅
It's not like you were sitting around waiting for Haruka to text you. You weren't one to chase anyone or anything if reasonable efforts did not yield expected results. One could say you were too logical and unromantic.
"It's about the chase, Y/N!" your best friend insisted. "How is Haruka supposed to know you like them at all?"
You narrowed your eyes at her. "You know me, okay? I'm literally a shameless and open book." A small huff followed as you glared at your phone on the coffee table. "Besides...I asked them last week if everything was okay. They brushed me off, so why bother?"
"Show it to me," she demanded as she crossed her legs on the couch. She held her hand out and gestured for the phone, and you complied. Peering over her shoulder, you watched her read.
Y/N: Hey, it's been a while since we last talked properly. There's no pressure to reply, I'm just checking in to see if you're alright. Been thinking about you. Just let me know if you need space or anything, yeah? I'm not really sure about what to think or feel right now. 8:51 PM
Haruka: Thanks for checking in :) I'm fine, just caught up with work. Text you soon. 8:53 PM
Y/N: Sure thing! 9:00 PM
"They replied fast," she says curiously.
She grins at you mischievously. "And does that bother the sensible and unromantic Y/N?"
"Pfft," you scoff. "No, I just don't like false expectations. If they don't wanna text me, they should just say it."
"Yeah, well, no one's as brave as you are," she sighed. "This isn't the first time you've been potentially ghosted."
Hearing it out loud kind of stung. It always did, and it would pass in a few hours before. This time, though, it lingered.
You'd never liked anyone like this before.
Still, you couldn't just ignore the lack of open and consistent communication for the chemistry over two dinners. Even though you didn't entirely dismiss the texting, it was still platonic and surface-level compared to in-person hang outs. And now there were barely any texts to go on.
Snatching your phone back, you tossed it into the pillows on the adjacent armchair and grabbed the remote to open up Netflix on the flatscreen TV.
We don't know each other enough, you consoled yourself internally as your friend settled on a horror movie. They're just some random person you bumped into in a bar of all places. You wanted to meet your soulmate in a library.
No sooner had you thought it did another helpless musing begin to haunt you.
They're so fucking hot, though.
It wasn't just the way they looked, although those dark and brooding eyes would hold you captive with a mere glance any day. You'd been around plenty of attractive people in your life and been approach by some of them as well; but the way people looked never fazed you. Instead, it was their energy and aura that drew you in.
The way Haruka carried themselves was admirable. Was it the straight-back posture? The calculating eyes atop an easy-going smile? Or the sense of purpose that surrounded them with every step taken or every spoken word? Haruka always seemed so certain of things and never missed the opportunity to take action, and you liked that.
It would explain why it felt that they were withdrawing from you. Haruka wasn't acting like they were sure about you anymore. It sucked because, for once in your life, you were sure about someone.
In all your past relationships, you'd always entertained uncertainties and potential in hopes of it blossoming eventually. It was enough that you liked them. But this time, you really wanted to take your time and figure Haruka out regardless of attraction.
"Ugh," you muttered softly as the first jump scare snapped you out of the ruminating, and your best friend's deathly clutch upon your arm left no room for your attention to drift away.
⋅ ⛢ ⋅
You woke up to a loud knock from somewhere. The horror movie had long ended, and your best friend was draped over your lap with drool dripping onto your thigh from the corner of her mouth.
She really has no shame, you think endearingly while carefully sliding out from under her. You throw the blanket over her completely, almost about to tuck her in when another louder knock takes you by surprise.
"What the fuck," you muttered, straining your ear for to locate the source. It sounded way too close for comfort. Your 1 + 1 apartment was too small for an intruder to hide in, so the only logical source was the windows.
You didn't want to go near them. Even though you were on the third floor, you didn't underestimate a stalker's ability to scale the wall for something they'd want bad enough.
The sight of a small rock knocking off your window-pane confirmed your suspicions, and you grabbed your phone to call the police only to notice that it was dead.
With no choice but to face the situation head on, you mustered the courage to confront whoever was out there. You were mentally prepared to scream bloody murder with no regard for your neighbors if it meant driving away the culprit.
Marching over to the window, you looked down into the front yard of the apartment to find a hooded figure looking up.
Right. At. You.
You threw the window open, fully prepared to screech until a lock of fair hair caught the glint of the moonlight. Your heart skipped a beat, and you watched as the figure pushed the hood off their head.
A pair of warm eyes peered at you, and a nervous lopsided smile accompanied it. You hated the way your heart was practically melting at the sight.
"Hey," Haruka said gently, and the wind carried their tomboyishly deep voice up to you. "Been thinkin' about you."
"Haruka, what the fuck?!"
They grinned up at you in amusement. "You don't sound very happy to see me, sweetheart."
"It's nearly–" you looked around for the clock in your house that you rarely consulted, "five in the morning! Who throws rocks at someone's window at this hour?!"
"I tried calling, but you wouldn't pick up," they said apologetically. "My only choice was to come and see you."
You rubbed away the ache blooming under the bridge of your nose. "Couldn't this wait?"
Deep down, you were screaming with happiness. The fact that they came over just because they couldn't get a hold of you was so nonsensical that you would've told anyone off for it. But this was Haruka, and it was hard to contain the joy tugging at the corners of your lips.
They're so stupid, you sighed internally.
"I wouldn't have come all this way if it could," they said sincerely, putting their hands in the pockets of their red and white race car jacket as a chilly breeze brushed past. Their eyes shimmered up at you, reflecting the stars in the sky. There was a tinge of vulnerability to them that caught you off guard. "Could you come down? And, um...dress warm."
"If it's only for a minute then–"
"It's not," they cut in breathlessly. "Maybe thirty minutes."
You raised a suspicious brow at them before walking away to your wardrobe, changing into a pair of warm sweats before grabbing your keys. Slipping into your shoes, you quietly left the apartment and prayed your best friend wouldn't wake up to find you gone. You knew how worried she'd get otherwise.
Quickly making your way down, you jogged out of the building and found Haruka by the street, waiting on the pavement next to a sleek motorbike.
You stopped. On your second date, they picked you up in a sports car to drive to the restaurant and revealed their love for motorcycles on the way.
"Haruka..." you said quietly. "I thought you didn't share your bike with anyone."
"I know," they replied softly before holding their hand out to you. Though you wished they'd just spill what was going on, you took their hand and let them pull you closer.
Their touch was warm against the cold air of the night, your fingers encased in their palm as their thumbs ran over your knuckles almost affectionately. Heat rose to your neck under their intense gaze that searched your face for something. They guided you onto the back of the motorbike securely before getting on turning the key.
A slow hum ran through the vehicle, and Haruka got seated properly before glancing at you over their shoulder.
"Hold on tight, Y/N."
You could feel your face getting hotter, but you reached forward and clamped your hands on their shoulders. They chuckled, pulling on their gloves and revving the engine before suddenly taking off.
The abrupt jerk of the bike had you clamping your arms around their waist instantly, and you were very aware of how firm their back felt against your soft chest.
"Asshole!" you yelled over the wind, only to catch a light chuckle before Haruka sped up. You had no choice but to curl against her spine, holding onto her tightly as you two zipped under the lamp lights of the empty highway. The cold wind was in your hair, and your fingers were freezing in the fists they'd curled into under their diaphragm.
You felt their gloved hand on yours, prying them apart to guide one of them into her jacket's pocket, and then the other one as well. It was such a sweet gesture that you forgot to pretend to be annoyed at them. Their pockets were warm, and you gave into the pleasure of how they felt against your body when you wrapped yourself around them.
Slowly, you coaxed yourself to look up from their shoulder and take in the views. You weren't sure how far away you two were from the apartment, but you could see the vast ocean that opened to the right, disappearing into the horizon where the stars were beginning to disappear.
The sunrise... you realized breathlessly as Haruka drove on the highway along the edge of the beach. Your gaze was fixed on the sky slowly turning a lighter shade of blue. The stars' twinkling faded in anticipation of the first rays of the sun.
Against your chest, Haruka's warmth kept the wind's chill out of your bones. They smelled nice, although a little unconventional; smokey and spiced, like a blend of cinnamon, roses, and the faint linger of cigarettes. You'd never gotten this close to her before, although you had hoped that they'd finally kiss you when you two eventually had a third date.
Wait... you thought. Is this a date?
No, perhaps not. To you, dates should be communicated and planned and prepared for. You would never be found wearing sweats and without a touch of make-up on a date. You found yourself regretting not dabbing on a bit of concealer and mascara. Even some lip gloss would've sufficed.
The motorbike leaned to the right as Haruka took a turn into a road, and the barricades from the edge disappeared. The beach opened up to you directly, with its sand blowing onto the asphalt and the air sticky with salt. The tops of small and calm waves glimmered as an orange spot appeared on the horizon.
The sun was here.
Haruka parked the bike, and you finally straightened up and pulled your arms off them. The embarrassment of having to cling on like that finally registered, and you quickly got off the bike and faced the sea to avoid their gaze. Haruka climbed off and kicked its stand in place, leaning their hips against the gas tank as they crossed their ankles and arms.
Silence.
You wished they'd tell you why they brought you here, but you were a sucker for sunrises and sunsets. With eyes fixed on the horizon, the two of you quietly watched the colors slowly begin to change. The sky was much lighter now, and the curve of brilliant orange ascended behind a few fluffy clouds, turning their underside pink. The waters took on a beautiful deep hue of turquoise with the passing moments, a color you loved so deeply.
"The sunrise is even more beautiful when the sea's surface is there to reflect its light," Haruka hummed softly. "The sun's brilliant on its own, but I suppose it needs to see its reflection to be reminded of it."
Their words took you by surprise.
"Why would the sun need a reminder?" you asked casually. "It's the sun. It sustains everything."
Haruka shook their head. "It's too far away to see the impact of its existence. But the ocean is vast. It stretches out endlessly and can be seen from where the sun it."
It took you a minute to realize Haruka was trying to tell you something.
"And it's important, the ocean. Without it, the sun would've fried up everything on Earth. No one to witness any nice sunrises without it to make life possible, right?"
You were beginning to feel frustrated and swallowed your nervousness to turn their way. The horizon reflected in their deep blue eyes, pouring light into them like they were lanterns. A gust of wind pushed the stray fair locks off their forehead, and they glanced at you. You weren't sure if you were imagining their ears turning pink.
"Where were you the past two weeks?" you asked as nicely as you could, but the undertone of anxiety seeped in. "I thought you didn't want to see me."
Haruka exhaled sharply and dropped their hands to their pockets.
"I was trying not to see you. Well, not too much anyway. I..." they huffed conflictedly as they closed their eyes. "You know I've got a racing season coming up, right? And I was practicing really hard for it. Everyone kept giving me shit for being reckless or risky on the track or whatever, but that's just how I've always won. It's second nature to me, and I know how to win."
You kept quiet as they caught their breath to collect their thoughts.
"I guess it'll be different this time because I made it into a bigger racing series," they continued. "It came as a surprise to everyone, but my team told me that I'll be competing with racers who are in an entirely different league. If anything, they drive much like I do."
"Haruka, could you get injured?" you demanded gently as worry flooded you.
"I mean, maybe?" they replied nervously as they blinked at the horizon. "But every sport has that risk. That's not the point. The point is that the only way to win is to not be reckless, and that's a huge change in approach to manage overnight. I hate change, and I can't do it without some kind of a constant reminder over my head."
I knew it, you thought with a skip of a heartbeat. They were trying to tell me something.
Your heart raced in you chest as they straightened up.
"I crashed last week."
"WHAT?!" you snapped as you grabbed their arm. "Haruka, what the fuck?!"
"I'm fine, promise." They turned to you and placed a comforting hand over your fingers gripping the sleeve of their jacket. "It was barely anything and it's pretty normal but...I berated myself for it. That was a first. I usually just get up and dust myself off, but I caught myself thinking...how will I see Y/N if I got hurt really badly? How would she feel if she saw me crash like that?"
You were left speechless, and your heart was pounding so hard that it could break through your ribcage and fall into Haruka's hands. They came to stand before you, casting a shadow over your body that contained your attention entirely onto them.
"I ran another lap after that crash and realized that I was different," they continued. "I don't know what exactly changed, but it was like a different part of my brain opened up. I saw different ways, better ways, to conquer the tracks that I never really considered before. More possibilities to prepare for, to keep an eye out for, and...it just felt like you were sitting behind me. I couldn't afford to crash again and injure you, but I also wanted to win."
Their hand slid under your fingers to pull it off their arm, holding your hand securely. With their eyes boring into yours, you held their gaze through the butterflies and tremors racking your body. Their grasp is warm, with soft skin interrupted by the occassional calluses from gripping bike handles.
Your mouth was dry, but you still forced yourself to speak. "That doesn't explain why you avoided me."
"I was scared," they said immediately. "My entire life, I've always been so selfish and self-centered without ever realizing it until that crash. For once, you were my first thought right after. I didn't know what to make of it."
A trembling sigh left them as they reached out for your other hand to grip tightly, pulling them close to their chest clasped within their palms. And suddenly, you felt something in the air between your bodies, as if it had become charged. Your skin tingled, every cell of your being tugged forward by an invisible force with a yearning for the warmth that rolled of Haruka's body.
"I avoided you because I've never, ever wanted to run to someone so badly before," they muttered into the air between the two of you. "I wanted you behind me on that bike because your presence was so...so–gosh, I can't find the word."
Your voice was breathy when you spoke. "Palpable..."
They nodded in relief.
The sun rose behind them, peeking over the top of their head and setting their hair alight and giving them their own halo. You'd never seen a prettier sight until now, basking in the vulnerable glimmer of their irises despite the crack in the strong walls around their heart.
"You were my reminder, Y/N," they said quietly as their cheeks flushed like the underside of the clouds above. "You kept me from getting too heated. From burning up everything around me and crashing senselessly for the sake of victory. You...are my ocean, in which I see that what I do and who I am right now is enough no matter the outcome."
Your heart was going to give out from how fast it was beating, and you quickly blinked away the mist in your eyes. It was the sweetest and most passionate thing you'd ever heard from anyone. Ever.
"Whoa, Y/N, a-are you alright?" Haruka asked worriedly as they stepped in closer to you. "What's wrong?"
"N-nothing..." you exhaled sharply, releasing all the anxiety and anticipation that had built up over the week. "I just...wow, um–I don't know what to say..."
Their face fell a little as their grip on your hands loosened. "You don't have to say anything at all. I just...I hoped you felt just as intensely about me, but I know it's too soon and–"
"I was waiting for you," you interjected, embarrassed and a little angry at yourself for how pathetic you sounded. "I never wait for anyone, Haruka, but you...you had me walking around everywhere wondering if you just didn't like me anymore."
Their lips parted in surprise as they stared at you.
"I usually just move on the second I feel like someone doesn't want me," you sighed as you clutched their hands, relishing how nimble thier fingers were. "That's what it means to be a secure person, right? But I've also never liked anyone the way I've liked you."
Their awe slowly turned into a bashful lopsided grin. "Someone as sensible as you likes someone as reckless as me?"
"Next time you ignore me like that, I'd rather you be dead than ghosting me."
"Whoa, okay, um–" they snorted in amusement. "You know what? Yeah. I get it. I'd hate to be ghosted by someone like you too."
Why the fuck did I deflect like that? you scolded yourself. It sounded so needy.
"I'm not all that great, though," you muttered with eyes downcast. "I mean, I like myself plenty as I am, but you...you're a professional racer. Practically a celebrity. I've just got a little writing thing on the side that keeps me comfortable, but nothing major."
You held your breath as Haruka placed your palm over their heart. Their hand slid down the back of yours to your elbow and up to your shoulder with a soft grip, their knuckles trailing up your neck. Their touch carried with it the feathery blooms of pleasure that spread over your skin, and your heart stumbled when they gently held your chin to lift your face. Your skin buzzed with a vehement need to be closer to them, and your fingers clenched around the fabric of their shirt as you felt their heart speed up behind it.
"You've got a grounded personality, Y/N," they whispered with a tentative swipe of their thumb under your lip, and their face felt so much closer than before. "Passionate and self-reliant without needing anyone's approval for it. If anything, I'd love for you to make it big in your career, but you seem perfectly content and grateful with what you have, and I admire it."
They searched your eyes so deeply that you're left stumbling over your tongue. "I–I, um, well, I have more than enough to get by so...you know, I don't–um–"
"Y/N."
"Y–yes?"
They paused, looking down your face until you felt your lips tingle.
"I wish I could tell you how much I missed you," they murmured with a hint of something akin to need.
Desire. Maybe some restraint. It was in the way their palm cupped your jaw as their thumb stroked your cheek, eyes still on your mouth as they let out a soft, shuddering exhale.
You were barely breathing.
"I missed everything about you," they continued huskily, their eyelids growing heavy with a flutter of their lashes as their gaze darkened. "And I'll be such a goner if I give into how much I like you, because there will be so much more to miss whenever I'm away. But I need you to like me back just as much because this is scary."
Their other hand was still wrapped in yours at their sternum, and you guided it forward to your chest right over your heart. Pressing their palm over it, you shuddered at the warmth that seeped through your shirt and over your skin.
Your heart was practically bursting at the seams, and you looked at them from under your lashes defenselessly, surrendering to your undeniable feelings for them despite the need for caution.
"I think..." you started breathlessly, "I've been waiting for you for much longer than those two weeks. Don't make me wait anymore."
You gulped as you stared into their eyes, your next word sounding barely above a sigh.
"Please."
Haruka's lips fell upon yours so fast that you gasped in surprise, followed by soft moans that erupted into each other's mouths. Their deep grunt rumbled in their chest under your palms as they pulled you in close, their arm clamping around the small of your back. Encased in the warmth of their body, you mewled at the way they cradled the back of your head to kiss you languidly.
You were melting into them, feeling the heat from your bodies intertwining as you gripped onto their shoulders for dear life. Their soft chest pressed against yours with desperation, leaving no room for air between you two as they caged you against the bike. Wrapped in their strong arms, you felt small and safe, left at the mercy of Haruka's unrestrained longing that you doubted there was an escape from.
But you didn't want to anyway.
"Fuck..." they huffed as their lips slid off yours, and you were finally able to gasp for breath. Their hands rested on your waist and back, fingers digging enough to keep you from floating away. Even so, you were lightheaded and almost dizzy, taken back by how passionately Haruka had consumed you within those few seconds.
You wanted them to go on forever.
Tugging at their shoulder, you cradled the nape of their neck and pressed your lips to theirs tenderly, eliciting a soft exhale as you moved to the corner of their mouth to kiss it lightly. You found their cheek, peppering it slowly and gently with all the affection and want that blossomed within you for their existence.
Haruka groaned softly and collected you in their arms, pulling you into a hug as they buried their nose behind your ear. They pecked the sensitive spot under your lobe, making you shudder breathlessly in their firm yet gentle grip. The relief and pleasure of feeling their hand rubbing up and down your spine was indescribable, and you gave into the urge of running your fingers into their soft and wavy hair, scratching their scalp softly with your nails.
They purred, still heaving as they tried to pull themself together in the comfort of your arms.
"This is better than I imagined," they admitted against your skin.
You stilled, wondering if you heard it right. "You were thinking about this?"
"A lot..."
They sounded genuinely embarrassed, and it made you feel giddy and mischievous.
"Didn't know I had such an effect on you," you teased.
They gently pulled away from your shoulder to look down at you with warning, but there was a glint of something playful in their eyes.
"Don't say it like I don't make you feel things either," they said. "You literally got angry when I didn't reach out to you."
"You left me hanging!" you scoffed as the pent-up annoyance crept in through your fingers that dug into their biceps. "Who the hell does that for two weeks, Haruka?!"
They smirked, brows furrowing as a shadow fell over their face that made evident a sinister flame in their pupils.
"You missed me that much, huh?"
You smacked them up the back of their head reflexively, causing them to laugh in surprise. Embarrassed and meek, you felt cornered by their statement, but it was too late to escape the confrontation.
"I did..." you grumbled, looking away from their teasing stare before they leaned in to peck your jaw and down your neck. They chuckled as they did so, unaware of how each kiss triggered an intense bloom of desire in your chest. You were hyperaware of their hands on your ribs, and how the tips of their thumbs rested just under your breasts as your chest flooded with something stronger than bliss.
Arousal.
Haruka's breath brushed down your cleavage as they left a lingering kiss on your collarbone, and your grip on their arms tightened.
"H-Haruka..." you gasped, and they stopped immediately to turn their head away, still leaning into you as one of their hands fell onto the bike to hold themself up.
They let out an agonized breath of restraint, groaning quietly as the palm on your rib slid down to your hip with a gentle pat. "I should take you home, Y/N."
"Already?" you said with a slight whine, wincing at how needy you sounded for a moment. Now that they were finally in front of you after so long, you didn't want to just let them get away.
Haruka cleared their throat and straightened up, looking at you with tenderness as they tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear.
"It's been hard to stay away from you the past two weeks," they said. "I need to take you back while I'm still in control of myself."
You gave them a quizzical look. "In control of yourself? What would you even do to me out here in the open? We're just kissing."
They raised their brows dubiously as their eyelids lowered sensuously, scanning your face with a heavy gaze.
"Don't tempt me, sweetheart," they muttered with a slight raspiness to their voice. "I don't know what I'm capable of if I'm pushed to my limit."
Your lips parted in surprise at the sudden change in their demeanor, but you didn't want to stop. A part of you wanted to challenge them, nudge them to the edge to see what they meant.
But you snapped yourself out of it and nodded, clearing your throat bashfully as you straightened yourself out.
"My best friend is at my place right now," you reasoned with yourself. "I gotta get back before she wakes up and freaks out. My phone's still back there with no battery, so she might even call the police."
Haruka nodded and reached for their gloves to pull them on as you turned your gaze back to the sea. The sun was now shining in its full glory, its light bouncing off the foam and waves of the sea, turning its surface into a rippling mirror. Fluffy white clouds floated lazily against the bright blue sky.
I'm their ocean, you thought wistfully, and they're the sun.
Two things that complemented each other in ways that kept everything on the planet perfectly balanced, and you hoped that the two of you would do the same for each other.
⋅ ⛢ ⋅
─────────────⋆⋅☆⋅⋆──────────── A/n: Honestly, I think Haruka has it in them to fuck you on the beach in broad daylight if it ever came to that lmfao. I was wondering if I should just write it in, but I'm not in the mood for smut atm.
What if I make another one shot focusing on the smut that comes after they drop you home? I could do a prequel one shot of the meet cute as well 🤔 [update: I did it lol]
Eh, we'll see. I'm taking it slowly since it's been a while I wrote anything for leisure. Still very rusty. Hope y'all enjoyed, though. ~ Miki | Myca ✧ ─────────────⋆⋅☆⋅────────────

The situation revolving around Frost-can-bite
I'm not the type of person to make a call out but the actions taken by this indvidual and just how far they went to keep up this facade can not be looked over.
This is more of a warning for anyone who may ever have the pleasure of interacting with them in the future.
Under cut is the explanation
EDIT: I don't want to bring attention to this situation by reblogging this and adding on things to it, so it feels easier to edit with additional info that has come to light.
I do not want them chased offline, do not harass them either this is to only bring awareness so people, adults specifically can block them.
They did things to me and my friends that was fucked up and it is only recently we have realized things they did was uncalled for.
Please just approach them with caution, they still are allowed to have a space here but not within adult spaces.
I was told by someone that they had remade these two accounts are what we know off, I have blocked both of these accounts as well as ppl who were affected by him.
If you are in the smile for me fandom and see them trying to engage with adult content just block them and move on.
around three months ago I made a TADC server for adults only, it was a public server made by me and a friend as a space for adults as many current discord servers cater to minors and adults, I was aware of lot of adults felt like they didn't have a space for themselves.
In enters Frost.
Frost at the time had told us they were 19, even providing ID evidence so of course we weren't going to question it, we trusted them.
Over the past few months many of me and my friends became inceadbly close to Frost, we discussed parts of ourselves to them that we've never really shared.
Frost was even the first person I opened up about just how bad my mental illnesses are, we dicussed nsfw topics with them, we had drawn nsfw with them and even provided them nsfw art and fics.
In those few months we all cared for Frost so much that we considered them a close friend to everyone, I had even had plans to ask them to mod the TADC server with me as I had just had that much trust and faith in them.
And then a few days ago the news all came stumbling out.
A situation arose and out of nowhere Frost told me they were in fact not 19, that they had gone far enough to photoshop there own ID just so they could gain our trust. They were 15.
They were 15 pretending to be 19 in an adult server so they could see nsfw content.
Not only that but many other adults had jokingly sexually flirted with Frost and they had flirted back, as we assumed of course they were 19.
I didn't know how to respond, I just didn't believe it at first and I was dissocitating as I began to inform my friends. It felt like I wasn't even there, that I was looking at someone in a dream and that I was going to wake up and tell Frost about the very silly dream I had, and I kinda still feel like that now.
Not only did they lie about there age but they also tried to implicate two people that I will not name in there actions. Only when I caught them in that lie did they admit to not telling the truth and that these two people had nothing to do with it.
I'm not sure what there thought process for that was, I don't know if they were trying to drag them down with them or what?
Many of us still feel very numb and I can't speak for everyone but I know my trust has been completely and utterly shattered that I don't know if I will be willing to accept people outside of my social circle for a very long time.
I'm making this post because Frost decided to delete all of there socials, including discord informing me and only me they were deleting.
So after I tore through them I made sure everyone else got there say in before Frost tried to run away with there tail between there legs.
They don't seem to be fully aware what there actions have done, all they get away with is running away and knowing people are angry at him, while the rest of us have to deal with these lingering and disgusting feelings we've been left with.
For three months, he could of at any time admitted the truth, but he continued to engage in nsfw content, even engaging in conversation about why minors should not be in adult spaces.
The disgust and the hurt I feel over this is just... I don't even know, I've never felt so angry and violated before and that's saying something.
Although they have deleted I'm making this post as awareness.
We think that Frost may decided to try and come back once they think the heat has died down under a new account and I am posting this as a warning to any adults with adult fandom servers to PLEASE be aware of this person in case they decide once again to lie to worm there way into spaces they don't belong.
We have been violated and our trust broken and we've been made to feel like groomers because Frost wanted to see porn.
I will be posting this as a link in my pinned post.
So Frost if you are seeing this, I don't care how sorry you are, what you fucking did was unforgivable and I refuse to let you do that to another group of people.
We think Frost may reappear under any username with either the word Frost or Berry in it.
Frost also does not like to reblog a lot but they do like to mass like posts (not sure how helpful it is but you know.)
Frost also has a very distinct style that can be caught out easily if you think they are trying to get into an adult space.
I will post an example below.
Frost's white board style.
As you can see they have a very distinct art style and the same for there regular art
PLEASE
PLEASE be aware of these styles or names they might be under, please do not allow yourself to build up a close connection like we did.
Frost I don't think I can ever forgive you, I wish I had never met you and the only good thing that fucking came out of you was that I made friends with someone amazing and you absolutely do not deserve them.
I hope for your fucking sake we never see you again.
Edit: I am still mad at them, I still don't want them near me or my friends.
They can have there space online still, they can do whatever the fuck they want but they need to leave adult spaces alone.
Frost if your poking around on another account, seek help, please get acutal help.
I am not saying this in a mean way I am saying this in a hopes you realize how you treat all of us was fucked up and you can learn and maybe not treat your friends the same way you did to us.

👀 pleaaaaase talk about vega i wanna hear everything you have to say about him 🙏🏻❤️
OMG, YES THANK YOU. YOU'RE A GODSEND <3
Vega is my favorite character from a writing perspective. Full stop. Both Prime and Imp!Vega are such interesting character studies for me it's unreal. Imp!Vega is a whole 'nother can of worms though, so I'll save that for another day.
Gonna cut because I can already tell that this is gonna be long.
So, what's so interesting about Vega for me? Firstly, I ADORE the way that Erik approaches "morally grey" with him. Like, I love grey morals, but I really don't like it when a character is just mysterious for mystery's sake, y'know? But with Vega? There are REASONS.
Reason one: He's old as fuck. No but fr, I LOVE this example of immortality and living for millennia. We always talk about how being immortal would kinda suck because all of our friends and loved ones would die and all that. This guy? He's been there, done that. Vega has existed for so long; it makes so much sense that he's disillusioned to stuff like death or suffering. Which brings me to my next point..
Reason two: Not only is he old -- he's an old sadism demon. So, not only has this dude witnessed people dying and suffering, he's BEEN THERE. Hell, he's probably been causing it for thousands of years. I mean, everybody's gotta eat, right? Which, when you think about it, would make the outcome of the Cacophony so much worse for him. For all we know, the Vega that coalesced ages ago was a kind and gentle daemon, but when they imprisoned the Sovereigns, and he found out that he had to feed on the worst kinds of feelings? He would've had to bury that part of himself to SURVIVE. It's crazy man.
Another thing, the way this man plays manipulator is so insane. Like, he doesn't outright lie, he just tells the truth when and where it suits him. And he never makes himself out to be a victim or a good person. He gives explanations for his actions (sometimes), but never full-on excuses. That line about "Warden" being complicit in his actions after he told them that he was going to hurt people? If they didn't go to the Department, then yeah, they would be complicit. Speaking of the Department..
HE'S GIVES PEOPLE AN OUT. And it's in a VERY manipulative way (because I'm only talking about Prime rn). He keeps an air of mystery around "Warden" to draw them in. He knew that they were curious about him, like genuinely curious, and he played on that BIG TIME. He made a whole big deal out of his plans and kept them vague so Warden would naturally be curious about them. Then, and ONLY then, is when he reminded them that they "could leave at any time." Motherfucker KNEW that Warden would not leave his side.
And the indications of his character? He's said that everything he does is in service of his plans. So like, did that include getting caught? Was he aware of "Warden's" existence beforehand? Is he just using them? And that's the best part: WE DON'T FUCKING KNOW! Vega's manipulation is written so well that even we, as listeners, have no idea if he's truly opening up to "Warden" or not. Unreal.
Anyway, that's getting into theory territory, and I'm not about to open that box (yet). Focusing on canon stuff again, he's powerful as hell but is so subdued about it. He doesn't flaunt it beyond saying things like, "If I wanted, I could have you curled up at my feet like a dutiful puppy." And that's just.. true. No hubris on this man whatsoever. He knows his strength, and he isn't going to play it up. That'd be stupid. He might play it down though but once again that's theory territory.
And, to address the elephant in the room, the VOICE?! So so pretty. I literally get lost in how smooth it is. I made a post when Vega's new audio came out about how I had to relisten to it because his voice was so pretty it was distracting, and I just want you all to know that that is a very common occurrence for me. It's so pleasant to listen to, and part of me wonders if that's part of his manipulation as well. Like, he purposefully trained his voice like that so that it was pleasing to hear, and it made people more willing to listen? Either way though, easily one of my favorite voices on the channel (Anton's climbing quickly tho).
The fact that he's SUCH a manipulator makes him such a good character to reveal lore and foreshadowing through. Because guess what? You bet your ASS that there's gonna be some doubt there. This man has ONE audio that doesn't have either a [gaslighting], [manipulation], or [threatening harm] tag. ONE! So of course we're gonna doubt it. That means more mystery for us and more theory fodder for people like me who read way too deep into things.
..also thank you @fluffsoo for the ask!
Edit starts here!
Okay, we're back. And funny enough, I just had an in-depth conversation with a friend about a character in a book we're reading for class that we see as irredeemable. So, now I feel like talking about redemption, and along that line, how interesting it is that Vega doesn't care about being redeemed.
I love characters that are set in their goals. Vega is one driven son of a bitch -- he has his plans and fuck is he gonna see them through. And the sentiment of "no matter what it takes" is so much more interesting here. As I mentioned above, he's been exposed to the worst aspects of human emotion since the Cacophony, which explains why he's so numb to the pain of others. It's been part of his daily existence for thousands of years. So, what does he care if he has to break a few eggs to make an omelet? It's nothing new to him, and as far as he's concerned, humans do it to each other all the time. He's seen it happen millions of times over the years. Why should he care about hurting them if they don't seem to care about doing it to each other?
And his disinterest in redemption is only further shown by him not really caring that humanity will benefit if his plans come to fruition. His only focus is how it will benefit his people, who he knows have suffered for millenia longer than any human ever could. It's as he says, "The long run is the only thing that matters to [him]." Vega has no care for humans at all. He has no qualms about using them, in whatever way he must, to reach his goal.
HOWEVER, that's all his cruelty toward any human ever is. It isn't born out of hatred or disgust; what's the point in hating a being that's so much weaker than you are? He doesn't hold grudges because grudges slow progress. He doesn't seek vengeance because that would get him sidetracked. Nothing he does to humans is ever truly personal, and that's such a fascinating thing to dive into. Every cruel and vile thing he does is in service of his plans -- making him single-minded, but in an infinitely interesting way. The reason why he's so quick to jump to violent measures is because, like it or not, that's the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want. He doesn't care that it's wrong. It's efficient. That's all that matters.
Anyway, I could go on forever about this. Vega is genuinely such a well-written villain (with a voice that's pleasing as fuck to match), and I really love looking into all of the complex characters in the Redacted lore. I could write essays upon essays about characters like Regulus, Blake, Morgan, "Cutie" etc., and y'know, I just might :D
#see i can pick up on manipulation#the issue is that in this particular instance it just makes him more interesting#redacted audio#redacted asmr#redacted vega#every day vega gets closer and closer to becoming my number one#but milo#you're still going strong#t4llt4lks

OgCale and Roksu sibling AU
Older OgCale by three years
At the age of twelve, Cale leave the county without news
No one know where he is
Deruth do everything to search for him but no result
Roksu feels betrayed because Cale promised him that he will stay
Let's say that he has his memories as Kim Rok Soo
He doesn't read TBOAH
Kinda attached to Cale because, well, his past and Cale just always there for him to provide loves he lack since young on earth
Roksu always has this fear that Cale will someday left him like how all his loved ones leave
Cale promised him that he will always be there to protect him and will not left him
But he broke his promises and Roksu is heartbroken and feels betrayed
Years goes by and no news of Cale, even a gust of wind about him is never heard
By the time Roksu is 18, everything is the same as TCF
How Roksu know and face everything? Jour left a diary for him only, that's how he know and connect all the dots
But there is something about the diary that troubled his heart, but he can't put a finger on what
It's all revealed after they defeated WS
Plot twist:
WS is Cale
Since he was young, Jour always read him stories about how the world need a balance of evil and good for it to keep going and alive
But when the evil dominate it, than someone need to to stop them
Jour didn't said it explicitly but Cale always really observant since he was young
The way his mother's eyes look sad when she recite the stories and the way she hold him after tell everything
Cale know that somehow he need to be the bad guy
And who will be his best match if not his baby brother?
If he is the bad guy that need to be stopped, than he want it to be his brother who stop him and no one else
In this AU God of Despair was never sealed, let's say that Thames have strong connection with them
And Cale as a pure Thames also has strong connection with Despair
How Roksu connected the last dots?
Before WS is completely gone, his eyes locked with Roksu
And Roksu will never forget whose those eyes belong to
A pair of reddish eyes that always look at him proudly and full of loves
How those eyes are warm but also sad everytime they look at him
Even when he slowly dissapear, those eyes still look the same
Roksu's own eyes widen when realization dawn in him
And he become panicked and frantically try to reach WS's dissapearing body
(Note: rather than sealing WS, in this AU he is evaporing(?) in front of everyone eyes)
Just as he thought he finally able to meet his older brother and embrace him, his body completely dissapear
Roksu is on his knees and hugging himself because he failed to hold Cale, he hunched and if look closely he is shaking
And Roksu stay in that position for a long time, no one approach him because he feels non approachable
And they are not sure what to think about this because why would Roksu look so heartbroken when he was adamant to defeat WS before
While Roksu is grifieng for his brother
He also blame himself because how can he not see it
His mother's diary tell all and all the evil deeds WS did all this time is never really hurt anyone, only those that actually bad people receive the consequenses, but he failed to connect the dots
(Note: every Cale's evil deeds, they always found out late that, it's always to someone rotten to the core but manage to cover it with false righteous)
Cale's group know the reason behind his 'evil' behaviours but they still follow him (even Redikka and Adin)
Just like how Roksu's group love him, Cale's group also loves him
They are willing to do anything for him, even being the bad guy, even if they have to die for him (Redikka still dead but he already accept it long ago since he decided to follow Cale)
Clopeh is also loves Cale like others, he is tasked to allied himself with Roksu and become his help by Cale
He is reluctant at first because he want to stay beside Cale, but his loves for Cale is not something light and easy
So he let himself being defeated and tortured because he will do anything for Cale. Even if he know that he will lose him someday, that he will lose Cale to someone he will 'serve'
That just how deep Cale's group's loves and devotion toward him is
No one beside Roksu know the truth behind Cale and WS
After that, Roksu become more stoic and cold (he still warm toward his family and group but also feels distant)
Another plor twist:
Cale become the new God of Despair
The reason why Thames have connection with Despair is because long long times ago, their decendant made a deal with the first Despair
The cycle keep repeating in an infinite loop where everytime Despair can't no longer become God, someone from Thames will replace them
If by the time the new Despair is needed, and there are more than one Thames in that life than someone need to be the bad guy while the others need to stop him
Only with those they can be Despair
Unfortunate for Cale and Roksu, their life is when Despair need new God
Despair is not tied by Time and Space
(Why I thought about something complicated where the Despair in TCF is Cale...)
Of course no one know about Cale being a God, even Roksu
Only Death know, maybe, I mean since he somewhat has some link with Roksu? Idk..

Butch/femme ask game!
For you: 1, 2, 8
For the girls: 1, 3, 6
Answers for the girls were kinda long so they're under the cut
Me <3
1 . when did you discover you were butch, stud or femme? This is actually a hard one. So I would say this journey for me started around the time I broke up with my ex about 3 years ago. I wanted to explore my own identity as a lesbian a lot more because they kinda tried to push me into identifying differently for reasons I still cannot fathom. So I read a lot, like, A LOT of lesbian literature and poetry and essays and I really identified with the way these lesbians described being femme and concerning butch/femme dynamics. Yea, it was kinda a slow piecemeal discovery but I fully figured it out like around the time I started writing Galaxy Girls.
2 . when did you discover you were a lesbian? It's a long story that involves abandonment, private school, essentially child neglect, and Mount Lassen. The long and short of it is I walked up a mountain by myself and I came down a lesbian.
8. can you share the story of you coming out? UHHHHH. No. Coming out was kinda weird for me where I kinda did, kinda didn't. Like I'm out to my parents but we never had like the sit-down "Mom, Dad, I'm a lesbian" talk. So there's not really a story, sorry to disappoint. And even when coming out to friends, I mention being a lesbian in casual conversation so sometimes I'll get "Oh, I didn't know you were a lesbian" reactions and we just move on.
Girlies <3
1 . when did you discover you were butch, stud or femme? Dib discovered it pretty much at the same time that she figured out she was a lesbian. It was more personal for her, she met other, mostly older, butches and spoke with them and discovered her own identity by asking questions and listening to them talk about their life experiences. From there she got like really into it and picked up a lot of butch and lesbian literature, she'd always been a tomboy and had a weird relationship with her femininity and girlhood even at a young age. So I feel like her finding her butch identity was super comforting since the idea of being butch encapsulated her relationship with gender a lot better than being a tomboy or just masc. You guys are actually going to read Zim's discovery of her identity as a femme! So I won't say too much because some of the moments are really emotionally impactful (at least for me). Zim explores her sexuality with a more academic approach and discovers herself that way through literature, research, and other writings. She's entering this building her identity from scratch so she's cautious about talking about things that only a few months or a year ago she would have deemed "defective behaviors."
3 . what does being butch/stud/femme mean to you? Dib sees being butch more as her gender than being a woman. Another part of her feelings around being butch relates to her desire to be with a femme. She desires the closeness and validation of her identity that being in a butch/femme relationship would bring her on a personal level. But also she's had such generally bad experiences with people she doesn't really seek out meaningful relationships despite her desire to be in one. Zim experiences being femme as this piece of her that she was pretty much barred from because of her upbringing in the empire. Zim repressed her experience of sexuality and gender to fit into being an "ideal Irken" but now that she's free of that she can exist as a fuller version of herself. All this to say she associates her femme identity with her freedom from the empire.
6 . how long do you take to get ready in the morning? Dib: 20 minutes, 30 if she needs to shower. Zim: 45 minutes to an hour at minimum, but usually about an hour and a half. She's a high-maintenance girl.

Seeking Comfort
Trigger Warnings: Not sure if this is necessary as Say isn't really crying or breaking down. just woke up that morning feeling kinda blegh and she tries to go about normally cause she can't figure out what could be wrong. This one will only have the brothers as Emma would usually be the one, she went to with this kinda stuff cause she felt like she was overreacting, but sometimes Emma isn't around or is busy. Those few times she goes to her brother's.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mikey
It had been a regular morning when Sayuri woke up, it was quite early and usually only her grandpa or Emma would be up. But Emma was away with her friends on some kind of birthday vacation, and grandpa went with Shinichiro to the dojo. She could tell when her eyes opened that it was going to be one of those days, she had a suffocating numbness in her chest that made her want to cry. Yet she physically couldn't, she pouted as she stared at the ceiling, trying to will away the feelings that were so intensely there yet absent. After a solid half hour, she slipped out of bed, her footsteps were almost silent as she walked to the door that connected her room to Mikey's. She knew he was still asleep, but she also knew he wouldn't mind if she came to join him. So quietly she made her way to his bed, in her arms she clutched onto a little dragon plushy Shinichiro had won for her at a fair. She approached his bed side, standing there for a moment and watching the male drool on his pillow. "Mikey~... Please wake up for a minute." She spoke softly, trying to gently rouse him from his sleep. When it did nothing, she reached out to the hand that wasn't tucked under the cover, lightly tugging on his finger.
"What's'it Say?..." He slurred sleepily; one onyx eye peeking open. Though his nose crinkled when he saw the odd expression on her face. She was distressed, even if she didn't seem to be panicking. "I don't feel right Mikey..." She pouted at her brother, watching him slowly move into a sitting position. "What do you mean? Do you feel sick?" He swayed a little in his sleepy state, reaching out to check her forehead. "I just feel bad... I feel like my lungs are being squeezed and I wanna cry but at the same time I can't cry... I don't feel ok, and I don't know why." Her voice cracked here and there, he could see how she was borderline crying, yet the tears just wouldn't escape. Mikey understood, he struggled with his own emotions for some time and still does on occasion. The blonde scooted back on the bed, petting the warm spot he had previously been laying. Sayuri was quick to crawl into bed, still cuddling her dragon as Mikey lies back down and tucks them both in. Mikey tugged her close and tucked her against his chest, one of her little hands reaching out to grasp his white shirt. He rested his head against the top of hers as he sighed quietly. "It's ok, not everyone feels ok and happy all the time. These emotions are completely natural, if you feel like this then come to us. Sometimes people just feel down and need comfort and that's ok." He repeated the words his grandpa spoke to him long ago, rubbing her back gently. "Let's take a nap, when we get up, I'll take you out to try some American food." The little girl gave a slow nod, thanking him quietly and quickly finding it hard to stay awake. She fell asleep in the comfort of her big brother's presence.
Shinichiro ft. Takeomi and Shion
Sayuri came down the steps after pulling herself from bed, it was kind of quiet and she wasn't sure where everyone was. But then she slowly tuned into the dull droning's of the t.v. from the living room, looking past the banister she saw Shinichiro watching a show with Wakasa and 2 of his other friend's. She took in the sight of the new two and began to weigh her options, one looked older than her brother with black and blonde hair smoking a cigarette. The other seemed around the same age as Shin from what she could tell, but to her surprise had hair similar in color and style to hers. She tilted her head, curiosity cutting through the dull ache that was still softly thumping in her chest. She didn't get to watch for long though before Shinichiro spotted her, he gave her a smile and extended his hand out to her. "Hey there, Say, I haven't seen you all day." She approached her brother who sat on the couch against the left wall and faced the window that showed the front yard, the other two males looking at her over the back of the couch with wide eyes as she walked over to her brother. Taking his hand, she let him lead her to the space between him and Wakasa, the lazy male giving her a lazier smile. "You seem tired kid, thought you were just waking up for the day." Wakasa tossed out the passive comment, he like some of the others had been to the house enough to figure out how the little girl usually behaves. "I'm not tired... just..." She pouted; she still wasn't sure what words to use to explain. She wasn't tired in the sleepy sense of the word, but she wasn't sure what other word to use. "Is everything alright Say?" The two males watched quietly from across the room as Shinichiro sat up a bit straighter, rubbing her back as he watched her features. "Just woke up feeling weird again... Can I stay with you all for a bit?" She looked up at her brother with big minty blue eyes, making the male smile and nod.
"Sure, you guys don't mind, do you? Afterall now you can officially meet her before Mikey brings her to the base." The dark-haired boy looked to the two that quietly watched across from them, both men glancing at each other before shrugging wearing their own lazy grins. They had seen enough pictures of her and heard enough stories floating about the base that they had been kind of curious about all of the fuss, Mikey had a habit of spamming the group chat with updates almost daily. Meanwhile Shinichiro and Izana usually only posted candid pictures they thought their little sister looked especially cute in, like when they took her to the petting zoo for the first time and she got so distracted feeding a baby goat she hadn't even realized how awe struck she was. Sayuri turned to face them, looking at both men raising one of her small hands up in a slight wave. "It's nice to meet you, you can call me Say." The men smiled towards her, the one with striped hair leaning forward some so his elbows rested on his knees. "Nice to finally meet you in person kid, I'm Takeomi. The guy stealin your style is Shion." This made the bottle blonde roll his eyes, elbowing his friend in the side. "Hey now, I think it's better to say great minds think alike." This led to the two throwing joking insults at each other, this made the little girl feel a bit better than she had when she first came down. Once they all started to watch the movie the little girl started getting drowsy again, the atmosphere was pretty comfy, and she felt her head bobbing as she tried to stay awake. Though before she knew it her brother was laying her down, so her head rested on his lap, with a soft yawn and a rather adorable 'big stretch' she began to doze off with her legs across Wakasa's lap. The older male didn't care, simply patting her shin without looking away from the movie. No one noticing how Takeomi or Shion smirked to each other, they could see how and why she managed to hook those she had met around her little finger. If what they had heard or seen was an indicator for things to come, she'd be having guys from the base tripping over each other to get her snacks soon enough.
Izana ft. Rin & Ran Haitani
Izana had been in the backyard with the haitani twins, the two having come over to discuss some sort of bonfire with the white-haired male that would happening on the edge of town later that week. During a lull in conversation Izana had noticed Sayuri coming into the kitchen, her head wasn't held quite as high as usual, and her hair was a little messy. Tiny bare feet drug across the floor as she went to get a juice box from the fridge, the twins noticed Izana's concerned stare and followed it to the little girl. "Is everything okay Izana?" Rindou tilted his head, the girl looked fine to him if not just a little tired, but he also didn't know her the way her brother did. Though that doesn't mean Ran didn't notice, being a big brother himself he knew how to read a younger sibling's movements and posture and he could tell the girl wasn't feeling it today. "Yeah, one sec. You guys haven't met Say yet I don't think." He didn't wait for a response and entered the house via the sliding glass door, seafoam eyes looking up at the tall male as he approached her with a soft smile. "Hey there Say, everything alright?" He kneeled down, running his fingers through her hair to brush it out a little. His smile fell when she simply shrugged, looking away as she held her juice box with both hands Infront of her. "Just another weird day..." This had been what the siblings started calling her off days, it was the best way for her to communicate that she just wasn't feeling herself.
Izana nodded, continuing to pet her head. "I see, you want to come outside with me and my friends? You aint got to talk but the fresh air might help you feel better." The little girl shifted her eyes to her brother, then leaning slightly she peered past him to the two males at the outdoor table. The one with long twin braids gave her a wave, chuckling a little at her head tilt before she returned to her normal posture and gave her brother a nod. "Alright, the wind does feel nice when it comes through the window." This made Izana chuckle as he nodded, lifting her up with ease. He knew they'd have to stop carrying her around eventually, but he figured he'd wait til she was too big for it, he was kind of hoping she wouldn't, but he knew even if she didn't outgrow it physically, she probably would mentally. But for now, the little girl was content in her brother's grasp, letting him carry her into the comfortable spring day outside as he sat at the table with her on his lap. "Hey there princess, it's nice to meet ya." This had been Ran, extending his large hand to her and chuckling at her much smaller one gently took his in a polite gesture. "At this point your brother's may as well bring you by the hang-out so you can meet the rest of us." Rindou grinned at how that seemed to perk her up, she had been super excited about getting to go with Mikey to his friend's hangout spot. She knew it was technically a gang base, but she felt there was no reason to clarify with her siblings, finding it funny how hard they try to censor and explain some hard things. "Mikey is thinking about bringing her soon on one of his days since Shinichiro has to go out of town for a martial arts convention and I have some work I need to get done." Sayuri smiled some as she sipped her juice box, the topic had helped to boost her mood. "It'll be fun to hang out with everyone at once, usually I just get to see Draken, Kaku, Hina or Waka." These had been the 4 that had hung out the most around the house, she didn't always hang out with them but if they ever went and got or ordered food, they'd get some for her or would even invite them to come with them to certain events and places. The little girl relaxed against her brother and the trio spoke about what it was like at the "hangout", learning that another of her brother's friends was pretty rich and had bought a large multistory building for everyone to hang out and work from. She also got to learn some of the wild or more embarrassing stories about her brother's and their friends, the group never failed to make her feel better.

AITA for "choosing" someone I "only knew for 3 stupid fucking months" over a friendship of 9 years?
I try for this not to bother me much since there's nothing I can do to fix the situation, but sometimes I start to think and... well. This happened years ago, too. But you know. Be warned this sounds like a bad gay dramatic book with sex in the mix, but it is entirely true. The three people involved on this are F (27M), C (23M), and of course, me (26M). TL;DR at the end because this thing got long.
First, I need to give context of the type of relationship F and I had. We were friends since I was 14 and he was 15 respectively, at that age I wasn't a friendly person at all, and after I lost my virginity at 17 (with him, important detail) it was extremely difficult to be friendly towards a guy if my intention wasn't to have sex with him, terribly shitty on my part, but we're not getting onto that. Our friendship was the most important thing for me (as I told him a few times, he was my favorite person, and I 100% meant it), we were extremely close, and it was entirely platonic (kinda? if we ignore the "slip" we had at 17 and 18) until we had sex again (20 and 21 respectively) and there we started a friendship-with-benefits thing.
Our "fwb" deal started right after F broke up with his "boyfriend", M (18 at the time). M was roommates with C (17 at the time), so we technically know each other from that time. I was there mostly making small talk and maybe going outside while F and M were pretty obviously fucking, but he was feeling pretty awkward, and like, I get it. Your roommate is getting laid while you're stuck with a sort-of-acquaintance forcefully being friendly. Also, it was awfully obvious C started to resent F a bit. It wasn't the best thing ever, but after F and M broke up, I didn't saw him again for a few years.
Until I was 24! It was pretty normal for us to go to parties, it was fun and that's how I got most of my one-night stands (because if you think having sex with F was enough, no it wasn't). For some reason, that night C was on the same party F and I were. I recognized him right off the bat, and F did too. He was looking... really lonely, and I guess it triggered a kind emotion on me, because the only thing I wanted was to keep him company. F tried to approach him, as there wasn't any resentment on his part (yet), but I told him it might not be the best idea, but I was going on his place.
Long story short, we spent the whole night together, he obviously needed someone to vent, and I was there. After the party ended, I gave him my number, just in case he still needed to vent. Pretty uncharacteristic of me, sincerely. He messaged me again a few days later, with time we kept talking about our lives and shit, and I actually fell in love for the first time in my life three months later! Exciting stuff.
Except apparently I started to "make F feel unimportant" and "won't stop annoying the fuck out of him talking about C" and "I even moaned his stupid name on accident when we were having sex" (all his words!) and, despite my efforts, F and C never got along, now mostly on F's part (in fact, things got worse), which was really stressing.
Everything reached a limit when I told him we couldn't have sex anymore, because I was officially dating C and it was a closed thing, so we should stay platonic again. And he threw a big ass tantrum, saying I was replacing "someone I knew for 9 YEARS over someone I only knew for 3 stupid fucking months", and that "if I was lying to him the whole time I told him he was my favorite person and he was actually that replaceable for me, then I was way more horrible than he thought and that I should stop talking to him altogether". And I did. Not because I didn't loved him (this time truly platonically, we never had romantic feelings for each other), but because I got hurt by the fact he couldn't understand how much this meant to me. It was the first time I felt the so-called romantic love, it was all new, maybe I didn't managed it the best way, but. Come on.
TL;DR: My friend with benefits I knew for 9 years and was my favorite person got angry I "replaced" him for someone I fell in love with, which I knew for 3 months, and ended our friendship as soon as I started to actually date the guy I love.

They weren't lying when they said don't trust ur thoughts beyond 10PM!!
I hate being awake at 4AM cause I will absolutely start thinking about my childhood and of how cruel the other kids were to me. It was always me having my chair pulled from under me so I'd fall onto the ground when I tried to sit. Always me having to hide in the bathroom so I wouldn't have to deal with everyone. Always me eating alone, and when I wasn't alone it was because someone had decided to mock me by pretending to be my friend. The one who got picked last in gym class or got confessed to as a joke. I got called fat so many times even though I was a pretty skinny / "average" kid purely because my clothes were baggy / I always had so many layers on. I also remember being called a monkey for having so much body hair. I hate how I still believe I'm ugly, because that's what I was told ever since I can remember.
One thing I remember clearly was a time when I was having really vivid "hallucinations" of cracks and mold on the walls and a girl noticed I was worried, so she asked me why and I told her what I was seeing. She told everyone about how I was crazy and deserved to be put in an asylum.
Another thing, when I was around 8 or 9, a boy sat in front of me turned around and told me "You know, you're already old enough to be put away into a nuthouse. It's only a matter of time." Even then I knew the age thing wasn't true but it still hurt.
It kinda got better when "weird" became "cool". People left me alone and I was happy with that until my current friends decided "I want that one" and I love them for it. They never approached me before because 1) I was pretty unapproachable and 2) they were also not having the best time. You know how there's always certain friend groups in a class? All four of my friends were sort of "rejects" from their respective friend groups. I was a reject in general.
I love my friends to death I am beyond grateful to them and for them. Once we were talking about elementary / middle school & one of them said "Everyone was so mean to you, it was horrible." and it kind of shocked me in that moment. Was it horrible? I never thought of it that way. I thought it was normal for someone like me to be treated like that. This was around October of last year. That's how long it took me to realize maybe I didn't deserve it.
It feels awful now. I feel like I should've gotten over it by now. Why am I still hung up on shit that happened nearly a decade ago? Why is it so important to me? It's so pathetic. I hate feeling like this I hate feeling at all. It sounds edgy but it's true, I don't see the necessity in me having feelings. I should only be able to feel enough to be kind to others and make their lives easier. When I do express my feelings nothing comes of it and nothing changes and no one cares so I don't really think it matters. I like being online because I can say stupid stuff like this without anyone forcefully feeling the obligation to pity me or comfort me.

Summary:
“You can choose” you heard Tonowari say. Well you loved animals, you always felt like you had a stronger bond with them.
“I would be happy to look after the Ilus sir” you cussed to yourself as the habit to call Jake sir affected you to call the Olo'eyktan so.
“as you whish, you should get going then” he said smiling.
You exited the Olo'eyktan family marui and headed to the Ilu training pool. Your Ilu was there and Tsireya's too. You walked to greet your Ilu as it clicked it's tongue emitting a clack-like sound.
You called all the Ilus with a similar sound as they all swam near you as you dove in the water. “Mawey Ilu-yä. Mawey” you said smiling as some of them were a bit too excited or even afraid.
“don't worry it's ok” you whispered patting some of their heads. As you began to submerge signing them to follow you. After a couple of spins into the water you emerged and as you were exiting the water to feed the Ilus a figure leaned down to you.
“what are you doing here?” you scoffed rolling your eyes.
Few minutes before - His POV
He exited the Olo'eyktan marui as he had a conversation with him about the Ilus and their training.
He was near the Ilu pool and he heard a voice. Your voice. “Mawey Ilu-yä. Mawey”.
He silently walked over to you and squatted looking at you as you were swimming underwater with at least seven Ilus swimming around you.
He was almost hypnotized by your gently moves while you took care of those animals.
Back to the present - your POV again
“Lo'ak just tell me what do you want?” you sighed finally lifting yourself up as water run down your body as you sat on the rocky edge of the pool.
“oh well i just wanted to train my Ilu” he said as he stood up to his full height towering over you as you still didn't exited the water.
“I have the task to do it you can leave it to me.” you said flipping your wet hair “Hm well I'd prefer to do it on my own thank you.” he scoffed in return.
You couldn't help but feel a bit hurt by his words. You still couldn't forget when you guys were friends even if it was long ago in your children ages. He then jumped in the cold water and sank above it approaching his Ilu.
What you didn't know though was that he was still secretly observing you and your every move.
Your day was kinda orribile after your short but irritating encounter with Lo'ak. You thought about his skxawng ass all day during the Ilus training and even when you went with them to a swim around the reef to admire the corals.
Lo'ak pov again
“Hey bro!” a voice made Lo'ak quickly turn to it's source. “What are you doing?” Neteyam approached him with his Ilu. “None of your business.” Lo'ak answered trying to act cool.
Neteyam noticed you some miles away with the Ilus. “Really? Bro you have to tell her you can't just spy on her and then treat her like you don't care.” Neteyam was exasperated as he laid a hand on is little brother's shoulder.
“Stop it bro! She hates me, I can't just go there and tell her 'oh hey sorry for all these years but I love you' c'mon be for real” Lo'ak stated sighing about to swim away.
“Lo'ak. You can't treat y/n like that. Just go talk to her” And with that Neteyam swam away. Behold, now Lo'ak was even more confused about how he was feeling. He decided that he would speak to you... sooner or later.
Your pov
“Skxawng.” you exclaimed out of nowhere. Right now you were with Rotxo helping him to fillet the fishes he caught, and he looked at you kinda confused on why you called him a skxawng.
“Oh sorry Rotxo that wasn't for you.” you sighed as your eyes fell on the fish again. “For who it was then?” he said chuckling.
“That idiot Lo'ak. He's always so mean to me. Sometimes I wish I never knew him!” you scoffed slamming the fish on the ground. “Careful y/n you might hurt the fish” Rotxo jokingly said.
“I talked too much right?C you murmured staring at the poor fish. “Oh no. No you didn't y/n” he said contaging you with his smile.
You continued with your work in silence for a while until he spoke again. “I think you like him” he muttered still focused on taking the organs out of his fish.
Your eyes shot up electrocuting him “What?? Not in a thousands years!” You yelled throwing the fish at the boy. “I don't!” you said staring at him. “Then why you reacting like that?”
You stopped for a second and sat back down. Rotxo approached you and sat to your side. “you know, I see the way you guys are fighting” he started “but i also see the way you look at each other when the other is not looking” he said making you turn to him with a kinda lost look.
He patted your head smiling again. To think this was same guy who bullied you the first day you were here. You sighed “maybe just a little bit...” you admitted looking away from your friend.
"Well then you better speak to him cause I'm hundred percent sure he likes you too.” he said going back to work.
“I still don't think it's a good idea” you said finally putting down the last fish. “mh well I can't do anything more about it” Rotxo said lifting you up from your armpits causing your tail to whip the air.
“Now go to rest. It was a hard day” he pushed you on the sand. “thank you Rotxo” you turned to him before greeting him and running to your marui.
Time skip - in your marui
“Why is acting like that? He changed so much” you said holding the little Ikran shaped plushie. “we used to get along well.” you laid down holding the plushie up and looking at it.
“I liked to spend my time with him. What changed?” you huffed hugging the plushie to you chest.
“I though you threw it away”
You jumped sitting back cross legged and hiding the plushie behind your back. “for- how long have you been there?” you murmured trying to act cool even tho you were probably an embarrassed mess.
“Enough to understand a lot of things” he said sitting down in front of you. “I though you hated it.” he looked at the plushie then into your eyes “I thought you hated me” a sly smile spread on his face. “Shut up!” you scoffed turning your back to him.
“i wanted to talk to you” he said sitting down in front of you staring at the ceiling like fabric. “what now?” you scoffed about to stand up.
He grabbed your wrist and pulled you down again. “if I'm gonna talk sincerely you're gonna listen here in front of me.” He almost hissed at you but you comply, you sat there and looked at him straight in the eyes.
He sighed and closed his eyes “all right uuh...” he tried to find the right words. “I talked to Neteyam a while ago...” he started fidgeting with his fingers “...about you and ...me” his voice trembled imperceptibly but you caught it anyway.
You recognized the old Lo'ak in alla that fidgeting and voice trembling. A little smile threatened to creep on your lips for a second. You got closer to him.
“He thinks I shouldn't be treating you in that way...” he started again leaning backwards a little “I think that too of course and...” he swallowed his word harshly “I kinda wanted to apologize!” he said in one breath.
You were scared. You wanted to believe him but... All the things he has done kept you from believing him. You were too afraid this was another joke and he would've teased you for the rest of you days.
“You understand I can't believe you right?” you muttered, your voice sounding hurt. He looked at you desperately hoping to see someone willing to believe him. He felt his heart sank when he saw your eyes.
That pair of eyes he loved so much were looking at him in despondency. You looked so hurt he couldn't bear it. “No look I'm- I'm serious” he murmured taking your hands into his.
“You have to give me a reason to believe you” your voice almost cracked as you looked away. His hand fell down as he wanted to say something but it was stuck in his throat.
“I know i don't have the right to expect you to even listen to me..” he looked down at his fingers “but i think I'm in love with you. I think i always did. But I was stupid, I thought it would've ruined our friendship so i tried to keep us apart.” He squinted his eyes “And i ended up ruining it with my own hands” you heard his voice crack a little.
He got up and turned around. “I'll go now. I promise I won't bother you anymore.” He exited your marui as soon as those words left his throat. You stood there, in the middle of the now empty marui.
“You stupid, selfish, skxawng.” you muttered “You're such a skxawng!” your voice cracked as you yelled, eyes falling to the flooring.
You didn't noticed were the hot tears that were falling from your eyes soaking your cheeks. You hiccuped and stifled sobs left your lips again and again. You couldn't stop them as you stopped holding yourself back and cried you eyes out.
You curled up in a ball and you tried to calm the tears down. Your eyes were burning from how much you cried.
Two days has passed and you didn't move from your hut. You didn't eat, neither open the flap or letting anyone inside your marui.
Everyone was worried about you. So were Rotxo, Tsireya, Ao'nung and Neteyam. They came in front of your door at anytime asking if you were okay but you never answered.
Lo'ak refused to talk to anyone, they asked what happened to you. What he did. But he didn't dare to let out a word.
The next morning was going to be the fourth day. Lo'ak had enough and he exited his marui and walked in the dark of the night. He went straight to your hut and called out your name.
You didn't answer which made his heart sank a little more. He was probably the last person you wanted to see. But now wasn't the right time to be selfless.
He ripped the flap off and run to your little figure “Y/n!” he called you again as he toll you into his arms. “L-lo'ak” your voice was weak and it sounded lifeless.
“That's it. I'm taking you to my marui.” he picked you up into his arms and run to his hut. He placed you down onto his hammock and took all the metkayina fruits he had and cut the to slices.
“Here eat.” he stated holding the slices to your lips. You tried to refuse but he shoved them into your mouth.
“You better eat 'cause I won't let you starve” he said placing you onto his lap and feeding you the fruits slices. You looked up at him, he looked so concerned about your health.
A single tear fell from your eyes as you began to apologize ad you hugged him so hard he almost stopped breathing. “Don't you dare apologize. I'm the one who should.” he hissed kissing your forehead.
Your sobs came to an end as he hugged you as tightly as you did “I don't think starving to death would be a solution” you stared at his golden orbs as you ran your fingers onto his cheeks.
He looked down at you as his voice sank into his throat as he saw the look on your face. He was about to say something until you did. “You look hotter when you shut up.” you muttered before pulling him down and kissing him deeply.
His hand wrapped around your shoulders and he tilted his head deepening the kiss. You opened your mouth a little leaving him slid his tongue into your wet cavern exploring it.
He pulled away for a moment panting heavily “what- are you doing?” he murmured gripping your arms.
“What you should have done” you answered pulling him back against your body. You knew you loved, and now you wanted nothing but to be loved by him.
His hands roamed onto your back. You tugged onto his loincloth signaling him to pull it off.
⇊Incoming smut [if not comfy skip till the next warning]⇊
He blushed slightly doing as you suggested. You did the same throwing your clothing away. He leaned in again attacking your neck and collarbone.
You palmed his dick lightly squeezing it as he bit your skin. He took your wrists and pinned them at the sides of your head. “You touch too much you know?” he smirked holding your wrists still as he kissed down to your breasts.
You groaned softly jerking your hips against his trying to find some kind of relief for your heated core. You felt his dick poking you inner thighs as you moved closer.
He stopped you and lined himself up to your cunt. “Are you sure about this?” he said searching for your eyes. “never been so sure.” you muttered pushing your hips down to his.
He pushed his shaft inside you until it was completely engulfed. He cursed as you clenched around him. “Move- please--” you groaned softly.
He started to thrust inside you, going in and out of your pussy the faster and harder he could. His hips snapping into yours rhythmically, making mewl at the intense pleasure. He kept your wrist pinned to the soft mat as he slammed himself inside you.
He was hitting your spots so good you could hold your moans back and you started crying for the pleasure.
“I always thought you hated me” you whispered through sobs. His thrusts slowled to the point you barely felt him move, he released your wrists immediately “no no no baby don't cry. I never hated you” he showered your face with kisses.
“I'm sorry-” he grunted as he kept rolling his hips into you slowly while you wrapped your arms around his neck. He started making love to you thrusting slowly, hitting your cervix every time.
Somehow this was even better that before. His cock was hitting precisely every spot that made you scream. “Sorry-” his voice shuttered little as tears fell from his eyes, you connected your forehead to his and kissed his tears away. You chuckled as he did the same.
His thrusts were strong, yet loving, you felt your orgasm approaching as he held your thighs up to his chest making your back arch. “Lo'ak- I'm-” you didn't finish your sentence, you came as your orgasm hit you at full force.
You squirmed lightly as he kept slamming himself innto your abused hole. “I can't-” you gasped and tried to close your legs at the overstimulation. He kissed your face as he thrusted faster, “it'll be over soon mama”
Your eyes went wide as soon as you heard the nickname. He pulled one of your legs up on his shoulder making you split and shoving himself till his v line collapsed against your inner thighs. You felt his balls slap against your ass cheeks making you squirm under his touch.
He threw his head back feeling you tight walls clench around him causing his thrusts to become sloppy. “Shit−” he cursed feeling himself near the edge.
You wrapped your hands around his arms to keep yourself still as he rutted into you. “So close−” he wildly lift your legs onto his shoulders and leaning down to peck your lips.
He was buried deep inside your cunt when he came undone releasing his seed, painting your walls, his chest rose heavily as your cunt milked him dry.
He pulled out and watched as his seed leaked out of your hole and down to your thighs. “Oh we made a cute little mess right?” his flirty attitude slowly crawled back to him while he stared at your stuffed body.
⇈smut ends here⇈
“You skxawng” you muttered as a silent sob left your throat, you smiled tears soaking your face. His hand stoked your cheeks “Don't worry yawne everything is fine.”
He licked the tears from your cheeks savoring the salty taste “you look so cute right now” he muttered cockily “I bet so” you bit back chuckling.
“Shall we call it truce?” he tilted his head
“Hey y/n could you−” you two freezed at the voice behind your naked and tangled bodies. Tuk gasped harshly covering her mouth “TUK WHAT THE−?!” Lo'ak shouted trying to cover his and yours body. “Y/N AND LO'AK MADE UP!!!!” she yelled running out of the marui.
She bumped into her father figure as she reached the family marui. “Hey tuk what's wrong baby? Why are you jumping” he chuckled looking at his youngest daughter.
“Y/N AND LO'AK HAVE MADE UP” She jumped higher tugging Jake's loincloth trying to drag him to your marui “Really? How??” he cocked his eyebrows quite surprised.
“I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY WERE NAKED!!” She yelled giggling and smiling, she gave up on moving her father and just telling him to follow her. “They were what?” Jake's eyes went wide at Tuk's words.

I know it was a while ago you talked about Raine interacting with other characters, but what do you think about Raine interacting with Gus? I can't quite put it to words, but i think there are certain similarities and contrasts with them, and how they present themselves, that it could be interesting. Something with Gus starting to use his illusion magic in more pragmatic way, like with showing Belos his past, too (and parallels to Darius&Willow more obvious parallels, huh)
On a more silly, fanfic-y note, i want to know what was the dynamic between Raine and Eber - did they see how each of them interacts with Darius, and did their braincells immediately combine to tease and troll him together? Or was Raine kinda "awww, Darius cares about you" towards Eber, while Eber was somewhat jealous Darius had an old friend in his life again?
But in the actual show i think just one short dialogue between Raine and Darius about the rebellion and their sacrifices and different approaches would have done so much for both characters. Maybe even make Raine's promise to Luz be more about Raine's approach to Luz as a teacher, rather than only about Eda. And i believe they could have found time for it if in the episode if they structured it differently and didnt waste it on woobifying Alad or. Even in the last episode, instead of Raine doing googly eyes at harpy Eda that does nothing for raeda except cheapest fanservice, they could have just shown Darius and Raine (and Eber) trying to help the civilians while the Collector starts chaos, so Darius's character isn't abandoned completely either.
(Sorry this took a while to respond! Here are my thoughts on it!)
That's an interesting perspective on Gus and Raine's potential dynamic. I think Raine was really gifted with bard magic in the same way Gus is really gifted with illusion magic, but people tend to underestimate them because their magic isn't considered as "useful" or powerful as other forms of magic. Thankfully Gus has a group of friends to help him understand his worth, but even then, he still has some insecurities, some guilt of hiding things from people they love and care about. I'm sure Luz has told Gus a lot about Raine and how talented they are with bard magic. Maybe once they defeat the Collector, after everything's settled down, Gus would go to them on his own when he gets the chance.
Since we didn't see Eberwolf at Hexside (and I'm not sure how exactly how people like them age), I assume Darius met him at young adulthood, I don't think he and Raine are particularly close honestly. Raine doesn't know of his history with Darius, but tbh Darius might have told Eber about an old friend he knew in Hexside. When Raine took their place as the Bard Coven head, I guess Eber started to put two and two together. And once Darius and Raine started to work together again, it's a bit of an adjustment for Eber. I definitely don't think they hate or even dislike each other, it's just really awkward and unfamiliar to them both. They've had to become used to each other as they worked with Darius to stop the complete extinction of witches and demons on the isles. They haven't really gotten the chance to get to know each other in the way that Raine knows Darius and Darius knows Eber (even then with Eber and Darius, their dynamic is most likely influenced by their experiences so close to the Emperor.) Again, post canon will be the opportunity for Raine to have connections with people that they weren't able to under Belos's rule. I can definitely see them having a more playful/teasing dynamic once they don't have to worry about people trying to suppress their magic and kill everyone
Also YESS I would've given anything to see Darius and Raine talk one on one about the rebellion on their own (maybe with Eber, maybe not lol) I really get that the crew was pressed for time but them just having Darius just say "oh yeah i was a turncoat the whole time lol" feels a bit... anticlimactic given it was kind of obvious when he appeared in Hollow Mind.
I also have quite a few questions about what happened in the beginning of For the Future. You'd think at least some of the coven heads would stand a chance against the collector's spies. Maybe Raine and Darius, maybe Hettie. Definitely not Adrian lmao. Maybe they couldn't straight up defeat them, but at least evade them enough to escape. How did Odalia (and Terra I guess) manage to temporarily win the favour of the collector to avoid getting puppetted? (Even with Odalia, her clothes seem "puppeted" but she retains her body autonomy) Maybe it'll be addressed in the final episode but I don't have particularly high hopes.
#asks#the owl house#raine whispers#at the end of the day#i aint write the show and it is a kids show#so all i can do is think about missed potential#and maybe write about it#long post#lets just get this last episode over with#im gonna be honest#i dont say this often but i prefered fan interpretations where the coven heads and other BI citizens were kinda in this apocalyptic setting#trying to survive the collector's 'games' as they heal from everything Belos has done
