So galing kami bayan ni mama kanina para mag pay ng kuryente at tubig, then after gusto niya sana bumili ng soil-moisture meter para sa kanyang mga lovely and healthy plants 🌱 pero wala kami mahanap. Haha.

Ang nabili namin is etong ice cubes na reusable kasi nagra-rub kami ng ice every morning and evening. Ang gara lang reusable hahaha

Bumili din ako sa miniso netong bath salt, kakainlove ng amoy, eh naka sale pa haha

Napadaan ako sa Bookstore, kakatuwa lang kasi, nirerecommend talaga or display nila yung mga self help books. Kung may pera lang ako haha, ang mamahal kasi. Gusto ko pa mandin bilhin yung book na "Sabi ni Kuya Ed", pinapakinggan ko kasi dati sa YT yung mga preachings ni Pastor Ed Lapiz, and sobrang nakahelp yun dati sa faith ko nung review days bago mag board exam. Dami din learnings.

Breaking News!! Corona Virus.. nakakaalarma talaga ang virus na yan ngayon na trending worldwide, madami ng naganunsiyo ng pagkansela ng mga klase, establishments na naapektuhan na nagpositibo sa virus mula ibat ibang panig ng bansa, saan nga ba nagmula ang virus na ito? napabalitaan sa wuhan china nagmula at di umano'y sa pagkain ng mga karne ng paniki or bats? totoo kaya? anyway kapag ikay isang corona virus patient, mabilis itong kumalat by droplets , halimbawa kapag ang patiente ay humawak sa isang bagay katulad ng door knob at hinawakan mo ito at hindi ka naghugas ng kamay, at ipapahid mo ito sa iyong mukha, or ikay kakain, ay mabilis mattransfer ang nasabing virus. kaya paalala sa lahat .. panatilihin malinis ang katawan, hindi lang sa kamay tayo magfocus kundi sa ating personal hygiene, health is wealth kaya naman alagaan natin ito. Wala pa ngang nadidiskubreng vaccine sa virus pero may nabalitaan naman na may mga survivors sa sakit na iyan.mabuting magingat na lamang at wag na umalis ng bahay kung hindi naman ganoon kaimportante ang pupuntahan. keep hydrated, healthy diet, take vitamins, exercise, have enough sleep. and siempre iwasan sin ang maistress diba, nakakadagdag yan sa pagkakasakit sa tao, kaya happy lang dapat.. hayyy ngayon nagccrave ako ng mighty zinger sa KFC.. paano ba malagpasan ang cravings.. grrrr.. iinom ko nalang ito  ng tubig haha..  and ngayon gusto ko naman magtravel.. kahit hongkong muna, next time nalang sa europe countries.. ano paba? HK, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, ETC. at saka pahuhuli ba ang pinas, eh ang daming magagandang destinasyon sa atin, magagandang historical place, beaches and camping sites. ano kaya ang uunahin ko? EL nido palawan siguro, next na ang boracay, Cebu - Bohol..  anu ba yan, nagCrave na naman ako ng Beef Lasagna!.. makapag Gawa nga next week ay bahala na pala, kelan kaya makapaunta ng supermarket, kakatakot na kasi magagala ngaun, kailangan doble ingat na talaga.. may kinaaadikan pala ako ngayon na Kdrama Series on netflix. ayiieeee crash landing on you. hayy kakainlove naman si captain.. Sana OIL.. Well he is a soldier in North korea na anak ng General.. siya ay guwapo siempre, mabait, masungit pero sweet and caring. yan siguro ung mga tipo ko, halos lahat naman ng girls gusto ng ganoong guy. Sana OIL lang talaga.. hahaha :) I plan na tapusin na ang series this week.. oops magreready padin pala ako sa bible study namin di patapos ang topic ko hehehe..  since nagcrave ako ng Beef lasagna, share ko nalang kung paano ito lutuin. siempre kukunin ko rin ito isang food website..

Preheat the oven: Set to 375 F degrees. -Brown the beef: In a sauce pan or skillet, cook the ground meat until no longer pink. Add chopped onion, 1 tbsp of the oregano, salt, pepper and continue cooking until onion is cooked through and translucent.

-Prepare the sauces: Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and the cup of water. 

-Stir and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside. In a small bowl combine the ricotta cheese, 1 tbsp oregano, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.

-Stack the lasagna: In a baking dish that’s about 9×13 inches, start assembling your lasagna. Start with a couple ladles of the sauce at the bottom, this is especially necessary now that the noodles aren’t cooked. Lay 3 lasagna noodles over the meat sauce. Next layer with ricotta mixture and about 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat until you have 4 layers of noodles, and end with ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Tips For Making The Best Lasagna

-Believe it or not, it’s not required to boil the noodles first, even though many recipes call for it. There is plenty of sauce in the recipe to cook the noodles while the lasagna is baking. Plus this way you end up with a firmer lasagna and no mushy noodles, but perfectly al dente. -Don’t be afraid to mix your ground meat for the sauce. This time I used ground beef, but if you’re feeling adventures, combine beef with pork or chicken and turkey. -Be sure to use lots of sauce to cook those noodles fully! -Use cottage cheese for even more creaminess. -Crumbled sausage is a nice addition to the ground beef if you want an even meatier sauce.

Leftovers Properly cool the beef lasagna before storing it, so that it will freeze and store evenly. It will stay fresh for 3 – 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Frozen lasagna will last for 2 – 3 months, just be sure to allow to thaw fully in the fridge before re heating.

so there’s this boy...

...who always hangs around the second floor of our building, who I always see with a gray or black bag, who I accidentally and don’t expect to encounter with; who is a Medical Technology student. 

Just an ordinary, handsome boy with a very chinese surname and an american name. His name could match his looks. I can die now (here goes my fangirling~)

So, I haven’t written or posted any entry about him because you know I was blind with lots of things and my eyes were preoccupied with visions of another guy who is really a waste of my precious retina. To see. Yep.

This boy has my eagle eyes on ever since I was a Second Year college student. Way too long bruh! And that time, I didn’t know his name. I just see his figure in a swarm of students anywhere and I wasn’t really interested until I saw a clear picture of him standing alone, detaching himself from people. Good-looking bes. Tall. Fair skinned. Yep. Yep. Yep.

Then, my investigation went on and on. I wanted to know his name and what a small world and really such a coincidence he is friends with my boy classmate. I also see him driving around with a car. (I stil remember my friends when we were eating some merienda outside the campus and his car passed by the stall, my friends, yes my friends, shouted “JAMES, SI SHARIFA DARAYAN.” Just when he turned the wheel, he looked to his side and gahd, I swear I almost want to punch them all. My baby could get into car accident because of them! #charot) And he has a girlfriend. such a loyal boy #cries

Well, I don’t care if he has a sweetheart. I just admire that boy which got my admiration for 2 years. (Hanggang saan aabot ang admirasyon mo? Hahahaha) Anyways, despite of knowing that, I didn’t go over my boundaries (Like pakita sa kanya na okay um crush kita, tayo na pls. yak heck no) A lady must be modest at all times. My friends are the ones who make laglag to you. Anytime. Anywhere. My day is complete even just one glance of him. I’m so happy even just to see him from afar. Haaayyyy, kakainlove. Charot.

But then the admiration goes rolling intensely, I seemed to find out so many flaws of him that makes him human. And I don’t really care tho. Who am I to judge? And who am I to tell him to change his ways? I am just one of those girls who admire him from afar. And again, I don’t mind. 

Now, I want to thank my friends. REALLY. SARCASM INTENDED. For always teasing me up front. For always being there and WOW SUCH A SUPPORT U GUYS HAVE FOR ME. Kulang nalang siguro ng isang malaking board na “James, Sharifa oh!” So, whenever I passed by (most specifically the second floor), he turns to look; he smiles. He ughhhh stop it jebaaaaal. He chuckles at the failed attempts of avoiding him and sometimes, making a fool out of myself. Hays, why self? Ang dignidad!

The reason why I can’t really let go of him (chars) as the person I admire the most is because he isn’t a snobby person nor a maarte one. He even wrote me a letter, a personal handwritten letter!! (Of course, credits to the help of Ms. Linda Masihul, my friend, without your effort, walang letter ngayon.) He also congratulated me at my Whitecoat and Pinning Ceremony!! Ayyyyyy nako nako, my heart. Really babe.

So there is this boy who stole a portion of my heart and I don’t mind. I let him have it. Even if stealing is bad, it’s fine. And even if I didn’t steal his for it was stole by another lady, It’s okay, I’m happy watching my heart goes on a ride in a one way street. And his name is James Dean Yee.

I wrote this post because I won’t be seeing him next semester (and it is my last semester na!!!!). So, hopefully when I see him again, he is already wearing a graduation toga.
